Any embodiment or design described herein as "exemplary" or "e.g." in an embodiment should not be taken as preferred or advantageous over other embodiments or designs. Rather, the use of words such as "exemplary" or "such as" is intended to present related concepts in a concrete fashion.
The electronic Device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer, a notebook computer, an Ultra-Mobile Personal Computer (UMPC), a netbook, a Wearable Device, a vehicle-mounted Device or a personal digital assistant (Personal Digital Assistant, PDA) and the like. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the specific type of the electronic device is not limited.
The embodiment of the invention provides an editing method which is applied to electronic equipment, wherein the electronic equipment at least comprises a first screen area and a second screen area, and the second screen area is a telescopic screen area. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the electronic device may be an electronic device having a retractable screen, as shown in fig. 2, where a first screen area is a main screen 1 of the electronic device, and a second screen area is a retractable screen 2 of the electronic device; alternatively, the electronic device in this embodiment may be an electronic device with a scroll screen, as shown in fig. 3, where the first screen area is a first sub-screen 3 of the electronic device, and the second screen area is a second sub-screen 4 of the electronic device, and the first sub-screen 3 and the second sub-screen 4 may be curled and contracted in a housing portion of the electronic device, or may be extended out of the housing portion in a flat manner.
As shown in fig. 1, the editing method includes:
step 101, receiving a first input of a first content of a first screen area by a user in case the second screen area is in a contracted state.
The first input may be an input of a virtual key, a gesture operation, etc. that triggers the second screen area to extend, which is not specifically limited herein; for example, the first input is a copy operation.
And 102, responding to the first input, controlling the second screen area to stretch out, and displaying the first content in a first mode in the second screen area.
Alternatively, the first content may be text, pictures, or the like, which is not specifically limited herein.
In other words, the electronic device provided by the embodiment of the invention displays the first content in the first mode in the automatically-stretched second screen area by identifying the first input of the first content, so that a user can intuitively know the copied content, and the user can conveniently manage the copied content; when the user needs to paste, the user operates the content displayed in the second screen area and pastes the content to be pasted to other screen areas (other screen areas except the second screen), so that the operation is convenient, and errors of the content to be pasted by the user are avoided.
It should be noted that, in the second screen area provided by the present invention, first content copied by one first input (displayed in the first mode) may be displayed, or first content copied by a plurality of first inputs (displayed in the first mode) may be displayed; when the user needs to carry out the pasting operation, one or more of the first contents displayed in the second screen area can be selected for pasting, operation steps are reduced, and pasting accuracy is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the first mode includes at least one of the following modes:
means for displaying the first content portion character;
a manner of displaying the thumbnail;
and displaying the name of the first content.
As shown in fig. 4, the user performs first inputs for picture 1, picture 2, and a text portion on a first screen region (the first input is a copy operation); as further shown in fig. 2, the content displayed on the first screen area is unchanged, the second screen area is extended, and the picture 1, the picture 2, and the text portion are displayed in the first manner in the second screen area. Wherein the user can customize the first mode. For example, when the first input is an input for a picture, that is, the first content is a picture, a partial character of a text outline of the picture or a partial character in the picture may be displayed in the second screen region (when the extension length of the second screen region is L1), a name of the picture (when the extension length of the second screen region is L2), or a small icon of the picture (when the extension length of the second screen region is L3), or a thumbnail of the picture (when the extension length of the second screen region is L4) may be displayed in the second screen region. The values of L1, L2, L3, and L4 are sequentially increased, and the small icons are obtained by reducing the resolution of the picture and reducing the size.
For another example, if the first content is text, a name of the text may be displayed in the second screen area, or after the text is converted into a picture, the text may be displayed in a thumbnail manner, or a part of characters of the text may be displayed.
Optionally, the extension of the second screen area is positively correlated with the first content displayed in the first manner; for example, the extension length of the second screen region is positively correlated with the display length of the first content, wherein the display length is the length occupied by the first content in the target direction of the second screen region.
As an alternative embodiment, after controlling the second screen area to be extended in response to the first input, the method further comprises:
receiving a second input of a user to the second screen area;
adjusting an extension of the second screen area in response to the second input;
and updating the first content displayed in the first mode in the second screen area to the first content displayed in the second mode according to the adjusted extension length of the second screen area.
Alternatively, the extension of the second screen area may be controlled. The extension length of the second screen area is automatically increased along with the increase of the first content, and the user can manually adjust the extension length of the second screen area; for example dragging the upper edge of the second screen area, the extension of the second screen area may be changed manually.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the extension length of the second screen area is manually adjusted, the electronic device can adaptively update the display information of the second screen area, that is, update the first content displayed in the first mode to the first content displayed in the second mode. Wherein the second mode includes at least one of the following modes:
means for displaying the first content portion character;
a manner of displaying the thumbnail;
and displaying the name of the first content.
The second mode may be the same as or different from the first mode; the second mode further includes a mode of displaying a picture, a mode of displaying text, and the like, which are not enumerated here.
For example, the second screen area displays the first content in a manner that the name of the first content is displayed, and when the user drags the upper edge of the second screen area upward, the extension length of the second screen area follows longer while the second screen area displays the first content in a manner of thumbnail.
Optionally, when the second screen area is extended to the limit, the user still adds content to the second screen area, and at this time, the second screen area supports sliding browsing, or alternatively, different folders may be generated to continue storing, or the first content displayed in the first manner or the second manner may be selected to be automatically reduced to adapt to the current second screen area (for example, all of the first content is displayed in the minimum display mode, for example, the picture only displays the picture name).
As another alternative embodiment, after the second screen area displays the first content in the first manner, the method further includes:
receiving a third input;
and in response to the third input, displaying the first content at a target location of the first screen region and controlling the second screen region to shrink.
I.e. the pasting of the first content is achieved through the third input. When the user needs to paste and display the first content, for example, the user writes a mail or a blog, as shown in fig. 5, the paste function can be realized by only one operation. For example, an operation of dragging the first content displayed in a first manner to a first screen area; or, a long press operation on the first content displayed in the first manner.
Optionally, in response to the third input, after displaying the first content at the target location of the first screen area, the method further comprises:
deleting the first content corresponding to the third input from the second screen area;
or, the first content corresponding to the third input is reserved in the second screen area.
If the user needs to paste the same content for multiple times, the user can select to fix the first content displayed in the first mode or the second mode in the second screen area, so as to realize the function of being able to copy for multiple times, for example, the user can realize the pasting by dragging the first content displayed in the second screen area, so that the corresponding content on the second screen area is deleted, and the telescopic screen is contracted; for another example, if the pasting is implemented by long-pressing the first content displayed in the second screen area, the corresponding content in the second screen area is reserved, and the telescopic screen is not changed.
Optionally, the user may also create a different folder in the second screen area to categorize the first content corresponding to the stored first input, such as a text copy folder, a picture copy folder, a web page link copy folder, etc., which are not enumerated herein.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
and controlling the telescopic screen to shrink when the second screen area does not contain the first content. Alternatively, the user may choose to extend or not extend the second screen area, whether or not the second screen area contains the first content.
It should be further noted that, the editing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be associated with a clipboard in an existing input method, and after clicking the clipboard, a user first determines whether the electronic device includes a second screen area, if the electronic device includes the second screen area, and if the user selects the editing mode in the embodiment of the present invention, the second screen area covers the clipboard of the input method.
The embodiment of the invention fully utilizes the characteristic that the first screen area and the second screen area can freely extend and contract, and the content corresponding to the first input is uniformly displayed in the second screen area, and even can be classified into different types of content in a multi-page form (similar to the form of simultaneously opening a plurality of websites). The user can make full use of the stretchable characteristic of the screen area of the electronic equipment, and copy content information is placed by means of the stretched screen area, so that copying and pasting and resource management can be facilitated. Further, when the user needs to copy, the user only needs to copy by long pressing or long pressing and dragging, and the needed content can be copied into the second screen area. When the user needs to paste, the user can judge the needed content according to the first content displayed in the first mode or the second mode, and the user can directly drag the first content to the corresponding position or paste the first content to the position of the cursor in the first screen area after long-pressing the first content. Compared with the existing editing technology, the method and the device can copy the text or the picture only once and copy only one resource, can copy various contents on different pages and display the contents at the same time, are convenient for users to select, and are convenient for the users to use and manage the resources.
In summary, the embodiment of the invention displays the first content of the first screen area on the second screen area which extends and displays in a first mode by utilizing the characteristic that the first screen area and the second screen area can freely extend and contract, so that a user can intuitively acquire the first content, and the user can conveniently manage the first content; when the first content needs to be displayed in other screen areas, the user edits the first content displayed in the first mode in the second screen area, the needed content is displayed in the corresponding screen area, the operation is convenient, and the memory error of the user on the first content corresponding to the first input is avoided; further, the extension length of the second screen area is positively correlated with the first content displayed in the first manner, so that the display effect of the second screen area can be improved.
