An improved wheelchair comprises a wheelchair main body support, wherein a flatly placed seat cushion, handrails flatly placed on two sides, a vertically placed backrest and a pair of pushing handles on the backrest are arranged on the wheelchair main body support, and wheels with brakes and foot supports are arranged below the wheelchair main body support; one end of the leg safety belt is buckled into a safety belt clamping groove arranged beside the seat cushion, and the other end of the leg safety belt is fixed to the center of the upper surface of the seat cushion; one end of the shoulder safety belt is fixed on the front face of the backrest, and the other end of the shoulder safety belt is buckled into a safety belt clamping groove formed in the top of the back face of the backrest.

The improved wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a main U-shaped bar, an outer U-shaped bar, tarpaulins and a plurality of supporting U-shaped bars; the pushing handles on the two sides are oppositely provided with rotating shafts, and through holes are formed in the rotating shafts in the radial direction; the rotating shaft through holes on the two sides are respectively penetrated through the two sides of the main U-shaped rod in a sliding manner, and two end heads of the main U-shaped rod are correspondingly hinged with two end heads of the supporting U-shaped rod and two end heads of the outer U-shaped rod; the bottom side of the rod body of the main U-shaped rod is fixed with one side of the waterproof cloth, the rod body of the outer U-shaped rod is fixed by the other side of the waterproof cloth, and the rod body of the supporting U-shaped rod is uniformly and fixedly supported to the inner surface of the waterproof cloth.
3. The improved wheelchair as claimed in claim 2, wherein the main U-shaped bar, the supporting U-shaped bar and the outer U-shaped bar are formed by bending high-elasticity light metal bars.
4. The improved wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the armrests on both sides are respectively fixedly connected with a table plate and an infusion rod.
5. The improved wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the infusion rod is a telescopic rod, the top of the telescopic rod is provided with an infusion hook, and the bottom of the telescopic rod is fixed beside the armrest.
6. The improved wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein a nursing box is fixed to the bottom of the wheelchair body frame, and the nursing box is opened at the rear.
7. An improved wheelchair in accordance with claim 1 wherein the brakes of the wheels are in the form of disc brakes.
