Conference cascading method, device, server and readable storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of data communication, in particular to a conference cascading method, a conference cascading device, a server and a readable storage medium.
Background
With the development of information technology, there are more and more remote communication methods between people, wherein a teleconference (or called a call group) is one of the remote communication methods. In a conference call, two or more calls are typically involved, each call being a member of the conference. Unlike traditional point-to-point calls, a conference call is a group of calls made up of multiple calls, each communicating with each other, i.e., the members of the conference may communicate with each other. In order to cascade two or more conference calls into a cascade conference, so as to enable the calls in the cascade conference to communicate with each other, at present, a conference bridge device is usually required to build a communication line between the two or more conference calls, and this way may increase the deployment cost of the network system and may increase the complexity of the network topology of the network system.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like are used merely to distinguish one description from another, and are not intended to indicate or imply relative importance.
The embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a conference cascading system 10, which can be used for performing conference cascading on at least two conferences that need to be cascaded. Different conferences may be in one server or in different servers. Understandably, the server where the conference is located can be used as a cascading conference initiator or a cascading conference receiver. If the conference is in different servers, the conference cascading system 10 includes a plurality of servers, each of which may have a corresponding conference created therein. The conference cascading system 10 may include only one server if two or more conferences that need to be cascaded are in the same server. The number of servers included in the conference cascade system 10 may be set according to actual situations, and will not be described herein.
For example, referring to fig. 1 again, assuming that the conference cascade system 10 includes a conference a and a conference B, when the conference a and the conference B are both located in different servers, the conference cascade system 10 may include two servers, namely a cascade conference initiator and a cascade conference receiver. For ease of description, the cascading conference initiator may be referred to as a first server 20 and the cascading conference recipient may be referred to as a second server 30. When the conference a and the conference B are on the same server, the first server 20 and the second server 30 are the same server, and in this case, the conference cascade system 10 may only include one server. Conference a in the first server 20 may interactively communicate with conference B in the second server 30 through the communication channel established by virtual conference member a and virtual conference member B.
Understandably, the server where the conference is located is a server for realizing mutual communication among the internal members in the conference. The conference may refer to a conference call or a call group.
The members participating in the conference a can be added or deleted according to the actual situation. The number of the members can be determined according to actual conditions. Generally, the number of members in the conference a is two or more. The situation of the conference members in the conference B is similar to that of the conference members in the conference a, and the details are not described here.
Referring to fig. 2, the conference cascade system 10 shown in fig. 2 includes a conference a, a conference B, and a conference C. The server of each of the conference a, the conference B, and the conference C may be the same server, or may be a different server, for example, the server of the conference C is the third server 40. After the first communication channel of the conference a and the conference B and the second communication channel of the conference a and the conference C are established, conference members in the conference a, the conference B and the conference C can communicate with each other, and at this time, the whole conference formed by the conference a, the conference B and the conference C can be called a cascading conference.
Understandably, in a cascading conference formed by the conference cascading system 10, the various conference members may communicate with each other. The conference cascading system 10 may be used to perform or implement the conference cascading method described below.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application further provides a conference cascading method, which can be applied to the conference cascading system 10, where a cascading conference initiator and a cascading conference receiver cooperate with each other to implement each step in the method. The conference cascading method may include steps S310 to S340. The individual steps in the process are explained in detail below, as follows:
step S310, the initiating party of the cascade conference obtains the indication information for establishing the cascade conference, and the receiving party of the cascade conference is determined according to the indication information.
Understandably, when there is a need for a conference cascade, a user (a host of the cascade conference or an initiator of the cascade conference) can know in advance a cascade conference identifier of a conference (such as conference B) that needs to be cascaded, and in addition, the user is usually a participant in conference a. The user then sends, via the terminal device, to the first server 20, instruction information for conference cascading conference a with conference B. The indication may include a unique identity of the cascading conference recipient. The identity may be set according to actual conditions, including but not limited to a conference name, a conference number, and the like of the cascaded conference, for determining a cascaded conference receiver. The cascaded conference receiver is the cascaded conference.
Step S320, the cascade conference initiator creates a first virtual conference member for a cascade conference, and sends an INVITE message using the first virtual conference member as a calling party to the cascade conference receiver; the INVITE message carries a cascading conference identity.
In this embodiment, after determining the cascaded conference receiver, the first server 20 may generate a first virtual conference member for establishing the cascaded conference for the conference a, where the first virtual conference member establishes an association relationship with the conference a. Besides being identified as a cascade member, the first virtual participant has the same functions as the common participant, for example, has the control function of the common participant (for example, controlling the first virtual participant to exit the conference) and the transmission and reception functions of the media information. Media information includes, but is not limited to, voice, video, and the like.
For example, in the conference cascading system 10 shown in fig. 1, assuming that the conference a in the first server 20 is an initiator of a cascading conference and the conference B in the second server 30 is a cascaded party, before creating the virtual conference member a and the virtual conference member B, the user may send the indication information to the first server 20 through the terminal device, so that the first server 20 obtains the indication information. Then, the first server 20 determines a cascading conference receiver according to the indication information, and generates a virtual conference member a for conference cascading for the conference a. Wherein the terminal device includes but is convenient for a smart phone, a personal computer, and the like.
In addition, the user can log in the corresponding application program of the terminal device through the pre-registered user account in the conference a (the application program is the application program corresponding to the conference cascading method and can be used for initiating a teleconference and a cascading conference), and then the online members needing to participate are combined into the conference a through the application program. When the cascade connection with other conferences is needed, the indication information is sent to the first server 20 through the user terminal equipment, and the first server 20 performs subsequent operation flows according to the indication information.
After the first virtual participant is created, conference a of the first server 20 may interact with the outside (e.g., conference B in the second server 30, etc.) through the first virtual participant when the conference a interacts with the outside. In addition, the first server 20 where the conference a is located may send, as a cascading conference initiator, an INVITE message in which the first virtual conference member is a calling party to the cascading conference receiver, where the called party is a resource identifier (i.e., a unique identity identifier, such as a conference number and a conference name of the cascading conference B) of the cascading conference receiver. Wherein the INVITE message includes a cascading conference identity. The cascade conference identifier is carried in a preset field in the INVITE message, and includes a unique identity identifier of the cascade conference initiator, and the identity identifier may be set according to an actual situation, including but not limited to a name, a conference number, and the like of a conference of the cascade conference initiator, and is used to determine the identity of the cascade conference initiator.
Step S330, the receiving party of the cascading conference determines that the INVITE message is used to initiate the cascading conference according to the cascading conference identifier, and when it is determined that the cascading conference is allowed to be established, creates a second virtual conference member for the cascading conference and sends a 200OK message to the first virtual conference member.
After receiving the INVITE message using the first virtual participant member as the calling party, the second server 30 may determine whether the INVITE message is used for conference concatenation according to the content of a preset field carried in the INVITE message. If the field of the INVITE message carries a content indicating that the content is used for cascading with the conference B (the content may be set according to an actual situation, and is not described herein again), a second virtual conference member corresponding to the conference B is created. If the INVITE message is not used for the cascade connection of the conference B, the second server 30 may directly interrupt the cascade connection operation with the conference a, and at this time, the cascade connection of the conference a and the conference B may not be established.
As an optional implementation manner, when the conference of the cascading conference receiver is an encrypted conference, before step S330, the method may further include: the receiving side of the cascade conference sends 407 a response to the initiating side of the cascade conference; the cascade conference initiator receives 407 responses sent by the cascade conference receiver; the receiving party of the cascade conference receives an INVITE message which carries authentication information and is sent by the initiating party of the cascade conference according to the 407 response; and when the authentication information passes the authentication, the cascade conference receiver determines to allow the establishment of conference cascade with the cascade conference initiator.
Understandably, when the conference of the cascading conference receiver is the encrypted conference, the cascading conference receiver can authenticate the authentication information in the INVITE message and send a corresponding response to the cascading conference initiator based on the authentication result, wherein the authentication result represents the result that the authentication of the authentication information passes or the result that the authentication of the authentication information does not pass. Wherein, when the authentication result indicates that the authentication of the authentication information is passed, the response sent to the cascading conference initiator includes an indication that the second virtual conference member (or the second server 30) permits to establish a call with the first virtual conference member.
In addition, after the authentication is passed and before the corresponding response is sent to the cascading conference initiator, the cascading conference receiver may generate a second virtual participant for conference cascading, so as to establish a communication channel with the first virtual participant through the second virtual participant.
The authentication information includes, but is not limited to, numbers, characters, and the like, and may be set according to actual situations. For example, the authentication information may be information for digest authentication. The authentication information may be a conference password set by the conference B.
In order to ensure that the authentication information obtained by the first server 20 is correct information (that is, the authentication information is information that the second server 30 can authenticate), before the second server 30 issues the authentication information, an encryption/decryption mechanism is agreed between the first server 20 and the second server 30, and then the authentication information is transmitted based on the encryption/decryption mechanism, so that the first server 20 can obtain the correct authentication information, and meanwhile, the second server 30 can also successfully authenticate the authentication information (that is, the authentication passes). Understandably, the encryption and decryption mechanism can be set according to actual situations, and is well known to those skilled in the art (for example, a digest encryption and decryption mechanism), and will not be described herein again.
If the authentication of the authentication information by the second server 30 is not passed, the first server 20 or the second server 30 may end the cascade operation of the conference a and the conference B.
In the above embodiment, when the cascaded conference is the encrypted conference, the conference can be cascaded with the encrypted conference through the authentication operation and after the authentication is completed, so that the problem that the conference cascade cannot be performed because the conference B is the encrypted conference is avoided.
Step S340, the cascade conference initiator receives the 200OK message sent by the cascade conference receiver, and determines that the cascade conference is successfully established through the communication channel between the first virtual conference member and the second virtual conference member.
Understandably, the 200OK message includes an indication that the second virtual participant or the second server 30 has permitted a successful call setup with the first virtual participant, the first server 20 can establish a communication channel with the second virtual participant through the first virtual participant. The communication channel is the first communication channel. Wherein one virtual participant corresponds to one conference. For example, in FIG. 1, virtual conference member A corresponds to conference A and virtual conference member B corresponds to conference B. It should be noted that, when a conference needs to be cascaded with a multi-party conference, the conference may be created with virtual conference members corresponding to each party conference.
After the call is successfully established, the conference corresponding to the first virtual conference member in the first server 20 can exchange information with the conference corresponding to the second virtual conference member in the second server 30. That is, any two members in two information-interactive conferences can send and receive media information to each other, and in addition, can broadcast the media information to other members in the cascading conference.
As an optional implementation, the method may further include: and the cascade conference initiator sends a message for ending the cascade conference to the second virtual conference member through the first virtual conference member, or receives the message for ending the cascade conference sent by the second virtual conference member so as to disconnect the first communication channel.
In this embodiment, when the cascade conference needs to be ended, a host or any member in the unilateral conference may actively initiate an ending instruction, and an operation mode of ending the cascade may be flexibly set according to an actual situation. The end instruction is a message for ending the cascading conference, and the first communication channel can be disconnected. For example, an end instruction may be sent by the moderator in conference A through the first virtual conference member to disconnect the first communication channel. Alternatively, an end instruction is sent by the host in conference B through the second virtual conference member to disconnect the first communication channel.
After disconnecting the first communication channel, no information interaction is possible at conference a with conference B. In addition, after the first communication channel is disconnected, the members in the conference a can still exchange information in an interactive mode before the first communication channel is disconnected. Likewise, the members in conference B can still interact with each other in the interactive manner before the first communication channel is disconnected.
Understandably, after disconnecting the first communication channel, the interaction of the members between conference a and the two of conference B is affected, without affecting the information interaction between the internal members in conference a, and without affecting the information interaction between the internal members in conference B.
Of course, the manager can flexibly set the conference-returning mode of the participant. For example, after the first communication channel is disconnected, all participating members can quit the cascade conference and also quit their corresponding original conferences. For example, a member in conference a may exit conference a while exiting the cascading conference.
As an optional implementation, the method may further include: and the cascade conference initiator sends the media information of the members in the conference A to the conference B through the first communication channel, or receives the media information of the members in the conference B transmitted by the server where the conference B is located through the first communication channel.
Similarly, the cascaded conference receiver may transmit the media information of the members in the conference B to the conference a through the first communication channel, or the cascaded conference receiver may receive the media information of the members in the conference a transmitted by the server where the conference a is located through the first communication channel. The media information of the member can be understood as audio, video and other data received or transmitted by the participating member through the terminal device.
In the above embodiment, after the establishment of the communication channel is completed, the member in conference a can communicate with the member in conference B through the communication channel, thereby facilitating the transmission and interaction of information.
In this embodiment, after the conference a and the conference B complete the cascade connection of the conference, the conference a or the conference B may also be used as a cascade connection party to perform conference cascade connection with other conferences. For example, the method may further comprise:
a third virtual conference member for performing conference cascade connection with a conference C is created by a cascade conference initiator, an INVITE message which takes the third virtual conference member as a calling party is sent to a cascade conference receiver (a third server 40) of the conference C, the INVITE message may be referred to as a second INVITE message and may carry a cascade conference identifier of the conference C, so that the third server 40 determines that the INVITE message is used for initiating a cascade conference according to the cascade conference identifier, and when it is determined that the cascade conference is allowed to be established, a fourth virtual conference member for the cascade conference is created and a 200OK message is sent to the third virtual conference member;
the cascade conference initiator receives the 200OK message sent by the third server 40, and determines that the cascade conference is successfully established through the communication channel between the third virtual conference member and the fourth virtual conference member.
Understandably, the server where the conference C is located is the third server 40. The communication channel established between conference C and conference a is the second communication channel. The manner in which conference a establishes the cascading conference with conference C is similar to the manner in which conference a establishes the cascading conference with conference B, and the detailed operation process of the manner in which conference a establishes the cascading conference with conference C may refer to the description of establishing the first communication channel. In fig. 2, first server 20 may establish a second communication channel with virtual participant D in third server 40 via virtual participant C.
It should be noted that, when the conference a and the conference B complete the cascade connection of the conference, and the conference a and the conference C also complete the cascade connection of the conference, the conference B and the conference C can perform information interaction with each other. For example, in fig. 2, any two members of conference B and conference C may interact through the first communication channel and the second communication channel. Namely, the conference a, the conference B and the conference C can mutually exchange information.
Based on the design, the method can flexibly cascade two or more different conferences. The conference cascade can be realized without building a conference bridge between the telephone conferences, thereby being beneficial to simplifying the operation flow of the conference cascade and reducing the deployment cost. In addition, the number of cascaded conferences is limited by hardware resources of the system, and the flow logic is not limited by the upper limit of the number, so that the cascade connection of a plurality of conferences is facilitated.
In order to facilitate understanding of the implementation process of the conference cascade method, the following description will be made by way of example based on fig. 1. In fig. 1, an ongoing conference a and a conference B are located at a first server 20 and a second server 30, respectively. The first server 20 and the second server 30 communicate with each other through an IP network. The call control protocol is Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). The conference cascade method is not limited to the cascade between two conferences, in the example, only the cascade between two telephone conferences is described, and the cascade of a plurality of conferences is similar to the cascade of two conferences. The conference cascade method will be illustrated below based on fig. 1:
in the first step, it is assumed that the conference a in the first server 20 is a party initiating a conference cascade (a cascade conference initiator), and the conference B in the second server 30 is a party being cascaded (a cascade conference receiver). The first server 20 may create a virtual participant member a for the conference a as a virtual participant member, which has the same functions as the general participant member except that the virtual participant member is identified as a cascade member, and has the control function of the general participant member and the transmission and reception functions of the media information.
In the second step, the first server 20 initiates a cascade request to the server where the conference B is located through the created virtual conference member a, and the whole process uses a standard SIP call flow. The SIP call flow includes:
step a, the first server 20 initiates a standard SIP call to the cascaded conference receiver through the SIP protocol, that is, sends an INVITE message to the second server 30, where the INVITE message carries a custom preset field, for example, the preset field includes: a conference-request-number, which may further include a conference-request-name, where a conference-request-number field indicates a conference number of the cascading conference initiator, and a conference-request-name indicates a conference number of the cascading conference initiator;
step b, after receiving the INVITE message, the second server 30 determines that the conference is a cascading conference request through the preset field, finds an ongoing conference through conference-request-number, and directly returns 404 a response message if the conference does not exist, the cascading fails, the process ends, otherwise, the following process continues;
in step B, if the conference B in the second server 30 is an encrypted conference, the first server 20 is informed by a response 407 to perform authentication on the current cascade operation, and after receiving the 407 response, the first server 20 may send an INVITE with an authentication field to perform digest authentication, which is a call authentication process of the SIP standard, which is well known by those skilled in the art and will not be described herein again, and after receiving the INVITE message with the authentication field, the second server 30 responds to a 403 message if the authentication fails, fails in the cascade, and ends the process, otherwise, the following process is continued;
step c, the cascade conference receiver responds to the 200OK message to the first server 20, and simultaneously creates a virtual conference member B in the own conference B as a virtual conference member, and the function of the virtual conference member B is similar to that of the virtual conference member A in the conference A;
third, the first server 20 establishes a communication channel (i.e., a normal call channel) between the virtual conference member a and the virtual conference member B, and after the establishment of the communication channel is completed, the information between the conference a and the conference B includes media information (voice, video, etc.) and control information (e.g., a message for ending the cascading conference), and the interaction can be performed through the communication channel established between the two virtual conference members, so that the cascading between the conference a and the conference B is realized.
Understandably, if the conference cascade is stopped or one of the cascaded conferences is over (e.g., all of the conference members (non-virtual conference members) of conference a or conference B exit the conference), a BYE message (message for ending the cascaded conference) is sent, the call is over, both virtual conference members exit the conference, and the communication channel is disconnected. After the communication channel is disconnected, the original conference a and the original conference B can continue to perform the interaction of the internal information in the conference communication mode before the communication channel is disconnected.
In addition, the conference A and the conference B can be used as cascaded initiators to cascade other conferences again, and the number of cascaded conferences is not limited, so that the scale of the participating members is increased.
