For example, some operations/steps may be decomposed, and some operations/steps may be combined or partially combined, so that the order of actual execution may be changed according to actual situations.
The inventor of the present disclosure found that the following difficulties exist in calculating the balance of the premium to be charged in the field of internet insurance business:
1. the amount of data resulting from the long time span is too large. Conceptually, the policy will always appear in the list of chargeable balances as long as the policy does not acknowledge the payment. For example: if the settlement is omitted for the first policy 3 years, the policy is always in the balance list of the premium to be charged, and the policy cannot be self-healed. The data range of the policy spans 3 years, possibly involving hundreds of millions of policy data.
2. The amount of data to scroll per month is too large. The balance list of the premium is settled on a monthly basis, and millions to tens of millions of policy data are available on each month. The data is easy to be processed by hundreds of millions of people in a cumulative way, and the system is very slow to process.
3. There are too many scenes in which errors occur. No service system can have zero error, and data has error condition. In internet insurance, the premium is divided into a number of subjects, i.e. a number of "categories", such as: the premium-gateway 1, the premium-gateway 2, the premium-channel 1 and the premium-channel 2 should be charged. Once the channel number is recorded incorrectly or the payment mode is recorded incorrectly, the premium is paid, and one subject cannot be deducted, and the other subject is negative. Accounting vouchers of finance cannot be modified, must be processed through "offset" and whenever offset, the balance list must be consistent with the accounting bill before and after offset, and the system design difficulty is great.
4. Business scenarios are constantly rich and changing, resulting in difficulty in finding the old balance list of the premium to be charged. The internet insurance is developed continuously in morphology, the corresponding relation between the design financial data and the business data is required to be continuously changed, and the new corresponding relation is possibly not suitable for business scenes 3 years ago, so that the previous premium balance list can not be calculated.
The common calculation method of the balance list of the charge and the payment is to add a plurality of states of judgment in the list of the charge and the payment in the list of the insurance, thus being difficult to adapt to the development of the internet insurance. Sometimes the difference between the balance list and the actual account can reach tens of millions of yuan or can not be generated at all. Causing great trouble to the normal operation of the company.

Step S105, storing a balance list of the chargeable insurance policy in the preset period.
In the above embodiment, the predetermined period may be one or more weeks, one month, one quarter, several months, or one year.
Fig. 2B is a schematic structural diagram of a policy data processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2B, the policy data processing method includes the following steps.
Step S201, acquiring policy data of a policy from an insurance system. Wherein, the policy data includes: number of policy, and status of policy.
Step S202, the chargeable data of the policy is obtained from the financial system. Wherein the chargeable premium data includes: the policy number, the subject to be charged, the amount of the charge to be charged, the receipt number and the underwriting number, wherein the subject to be charged represents the payment mode of the charge to be charged. Wherein the receipt voucher number is a voucher issued when the finance is receipt, and the underwriting voucher number is a voucher issued when the underwriting person underwritten payment. The collection voucher number belongs to the lender data and the underwriting voucher number belongs to the debit data.
In step S203, the policy data of the policy is determined to be in the normal underwriting stage by comparing the policy data of the policy with the corresponding chargeable policy data, and the chargeable policy data of the policy is divided into debit data and credit data.
In one embodiment, if the policy is normally contracted, the data about the premium to be charged is recorded as the debit data in a debit policy list table, which records the contract certificate number and the data about the premium to be charged.
In one embodiment, if the receipt is confirmed, the premium data is recorded as credit data in a credit policy list table that records the receipt voucher number and the premium data.
In one embodiment, if the receipt number or the underwriting number in the premium data cannot be found in the policy data, the policy is determined to be in an abnormal underwriting state. I.e. there is a credential number in the financial system, but no corresponding business data is found. In this case, when the balance of the premium to be charged is calculated, the certificate number corresponding to the policy number is deleted, the next processing is not performed on the certificate number, and the data corresponding to the policy number can be selected to be initialized and removed at a certain time point.
In one embodiment, after determining that the policy is in the normal underwriting stage, the specific condition of the policy is analyzed to divide the chargeable data of the policy into debit data and credit data, and then the next processing is performed. Because of the particularities of insurance business, the particular situation of the policy is complex, so the debit or credit data will be recorded in different inventory tables for different situations. The specific analysis will be described below.
In one embodiment, if the receipt number in the premium data is set up earlier than the start time of the policy, the premium data is divided into credit data and recorded in the credit policy list. This special case occurs, for example, when the last day of the month fails to underwriting and the first day of the next month underwrites. Wherein, the credit policy list records the underwriting certificate number, etc. A voucher detail table may also be created for recording other information.
In one embodiment, if the premium to be paid is in a status of being on account, the premium to be paid is divided into credit data and recorded in a credit manual accounting voucher table. This occurs because long term billing should be charged. The manual insurance certificate number, the manual certificate number and the like are recorded in the lender manual accounting certificate table, and a reason, such as manual adjustment, is also required to be recorded. A voucher detail table may also be created for recording other information.
In one embodiment, if the payment mode of the premium data recorded during the underwriting is different from the payment mode of the underwriting by the underwriting person, and an error premium subject occurs, the premium data corresponding to the error premium subject is classified into credit data and recorded in the credit adjustment accounting voucher table, and the premium data corresponding to the corresponding correct premium subject is classified into debit data and recorded in the debit adjustment accounting voucher table. That is, because the system records that the payment way is wrong etc. causes the system to generate the account that should pay the premium to be wrong while underwriting, need to cancel partially, change to the correct account. A voucher detail table may also be created for recording other information.
In one embodiment, if the payment mode recorded during payment of the premium data is different from the payment mode used by the underwriter to pay the underwriter, and an erroneous premium payment subject occurs, the premium data corresponding to the erroneous premium payment subject is classified into debit data, recorded in the debit adjustment billing voucher table, and the premium data corresponding to the corresponding correct premium payment subject is classified into credit data, recorded in the credit adjustment billing voucher table. That is, because the system records that the payment way is wrong when the collection is confirmed, the system generates the account error of the chargeable premium, and the account needs to be partially offset and changed into the correct account. A voucher detail table may also be created for recording other information.
In one embodiment, if the payment mode recorded during the underwriting of the premium data to be paid is missing, the premium data to be paid is divided into debit data and recorded in a debit adjustment accounting voucher table. That is, the serious error occurs in the underwriting certificate part, and the proposal of all the offset is adopted for regeneration. A voucher detail table may also be created for recording other information.
In one embodiment, if the payment mode recorded during payment of the premium to be paid is missing, the premium to be paid is divided into debit data and recorded in the credit adjustment accounting voucher table. That is, the receipt part has serious error, and the receipt list can be established for recording other information by adopting the scheme of all the offset.
In one embodiment, if the payment mode recorded during underwriting of the premium to be paid in the premium data is the same as the payment mode used by the underwriter to pay the underwriting, the premium to be paid is divided into debit data, and the debit data is recorded in the debit policy list table. The payment means may be one or more, i.e. one or more, accounts payable. Information such as the underwriting certificate number, the accounts of the premium to be charged and the like is recorded in the borrower policy list table.
In one embodiment, if the payment method recorded during the payment of the premium to be paid in the premium data is the same as the payment method used by the underwriter to pay the underwriter, the premium to be paid data is divided into credit data and recorded in the credit policy list table. I.e., the premium is presented to the lender with one or more premium subjects. The credit policy list table records information such as the underwriting certificate number and the accounts of the premium to be charged.
In one embodiment, if the underwriting status in the policy data of the policy is refund, the data of the policy that should be paid is classified into credit data and recorded in the credit policy list table. The credit policy listing table also records the offset voucher numbers.
The above conditions are highly summarized for various conditions in the process of underwriting and collecting new contracts under internet insurance. The debit data corresponds to a debit policy list table and a debit adjustment billing voucher table, and the credit data corresponds to a credit policy list table, a credit adjustment billing voucher table and a credit manual billing voucher. According to the design, necessary conditions can be created for the next balance list generation.
In step S204, a lender list is generated according to the lender data, and a lender list is generated according to the lender data.
In one embodiment, the debit policy list table and the debit adjustment billing voucher table generate a debit list. And recording the data in the debit policy list table and the debit adjustment accounting voucher table in the debit list, wherein the amount of the premium to be charged is a positive number. The content comprises: the number of the insurance policy, the amount of the premium to be charged, the payment mode, the business channel, the billing time and the like.
In one embodiment, the lender list is generated from a lender policy list, a lender adjustment billing voucher list, and a lender manual billing voucher list. And recording the data in the credit insurance policy list table, the credit adjustment accounting voucher table and the credit manual accounting voucher table in the credit list, wherein the amount of the chargeable insurance fee is a negative number. The content comprises: the number of the insurance policy, the amount of the premium to be charged, the payment mode, the business channel, the billing time and the like. The policy number and the amount of the premium to be charged are used for the calculation of the list, and the service channel, the payment mode and the billing time are used for the display of the list, so that the policy number and the amount of the premium to be charged are necessary information for urging the fee.
Step S205, a balance list of the charge to be kept is generated according to the debit list and the credit list, wherein the charge to be kept of the policy number in the debit list is compared with the charge to be kept of the credit list, and if the two charge to be kept are equal, the charge to be kept data corresponding to the policy number is deleted from the debit list and the credit list.
In one embodiment, the data in the debit list and the credit list are recorded in the chargeable balance list in a distinguishable manner. In the list of the balance of the charge to be charged, corresponding information is recorded by using a specific symbol. For example, BUSI_NO represents the service number, and BUSI_TYPE records what the service is. If the service corresponding to the certificate is a new contract, the BUSI_NO stores the policy number, and BUSI_TYPE records 'POLICYNO'; if the credentials correspond to a RENEWAL, then the unique number and "RENEWAL_ID" of the RENEWAL fee are recorded, respectively. In summary BUSI_NO records a unique number, distinguished by BUSI_TYPE. The benefit of this design is that any new service can be stored to the table, only the new busi_type needs to be designed, storing its unique number. VOUCHER_NO is the underwriting VOUCHER number or the collection VOUCHER number, and SUBJECT is the premium SUBJECT within the VOUCHER. AMOUNT is the AMOUNT of the premium to be paid corresponding to the policy number. The VOUCHER_DATE is a very critical record of billing DATE. Because the balance must be made based on the "billing date", i.e., the date the voucher was on the financial system. The date of the charge, the date of the application, and any other date cannot be used as a reference. The FLAG indicates the direction of debiting and lending of the premium to be charged. SA represents the borrower, i.e. "charge premium", and CR_ERROR represents the lender, i.e. "charge premium reduced". The SA and cr_error are used to distinguish between debit data and credit data. Other marks may be used to indicate the above, and the invention is not limited thereto.
In one embodiment, for verification of a single billing voucher, since the first portion implements the correspondence of the billing voucher to the manifest in each case, the manifest and the occurrence of the voucher number must correspond specifically to each voucher number. For example: underwriting the voucher number Y00001, borrow: if the policy charge is 1122010000 yuan 5000.00, then Y0001 is the list corresponding to the credential number, the accumulated amount is 5000 yuan, if not, the credential number is prompted. This mechanism of verification and prompting is helpful to the problem finding of balance lists.
In one embodiment, the amount of the policy number to be charged in the debit list is compared with the amount of the policy number to be charged in the credit list, and if the two amounts of the policy number to be charged are equal, the data of the policy number to be charged is deleted from the debit list and the credit list. That is, based on the balance of the policy to be charged in the debit list being positive, the balance of the policy to be charged in the credit list being negative, the sum of the two balances of the policy to be charged for the same policy number is 0, in which case the data of the policy to be charged corresponding to the policy number is deleted from the debit list and the credit list. After traversing all policy data, the calculation work of the balance of the premium to be charged is completed. At this time, the data held in the premium balance list should be the desired calculation result. And the premium of the corresponding policy number is paid in an urging mode according to the information in the balance list of the premium to be paid. Specifically, the above data are stored in the balance list of the premium to be charged, and although the policy data are mass data in the scene of internet insurance, the data can be calculated relatively quickly even if the data amount reaches tens of millions by using only one database table, for example, only one month of data. The calculation method is to delete the data with the same number of the policy in the table and the sum of the amount of the policy to be charged equal to zero, namely, the same item is subtracted, and the rest data in the table is the balance list of the policy to be charged in the month. The calculation method avoids the calculation and judgment of various abnormal conditions, so as to achieve the effect of rapidly and accurately obtaining the balance list of the chargeable premium. After the data is generated, checking the accumulated balance calculated by the certificate in the last step, and if the accumulated balance is completely consistent, indicating that the generation of the balance in the current period is correct, entering a storage link of the next part; if the two types of data are inconsistent, an error is prompted, and the data cannot be stored.
In one embodiment, the calculated result is stored in a list of balance results of the premium to be charged. The stored contents are the subjects to be charged, the balance date, the policy number, the amount, the payment mode, the service channel and the service occurrence time. The storage is characterized in that the storage is carried out according to months, so that the bill of each month is consistent with the account of the finance, and the historical bill of each month can be called for inquiry; if the data volume of the stock-in history list is large, the stock-in history list can be transferred to other tables for archiving, and only the balance list of the accounts for the premium in the last month is reserved for generating the balance list of the accounts for the premium in the next month. After the premium list is generated, the default content is correct and can not be changed, and the corresponding program can be changed along with the service change without influencing the generated list data. Therefore, the method for calculating the balance list of the premium applied in the above embodiment has the advantages of rapidness, accuracy and stability, so as to ensure that the calculation of the balance list of the premium can be completed smoothly.
According to the policy data processing method in the embodiment, based on the policy data and the premium data in the preset period, the debit list and the credit list are generated, so that the premium list in the preset period is obtained, and the accurate premium balance can be obtained through the technical method.
In one embodiment, the data in the premium balance list of the last month is incorporated into the premium balance list, and if the credit data of the premium balance list is the same as the policy number of the debit data and the premium amount to be charged, the premium data corresponding to the policy number is deleted from the premium balance list to obtain a premium balance list of a plurality of months. And writing the balance list which should be charged in the current month from the balance list which should be charged in the previous month, and calculating together. The dead bad accounts are reduced by adopting a month-by-month accumulation mode.
In one embodiment, the credit or debit policy listing, credit or debit adjustment voucher, and credit manual voucher are calculated as the amount of the subject to be charged for the current month of each subject. If the initial balance of the subject is stored, the first initial balance plus the current balance is the accumulated balance, and the later monthly current balance plus the current accumulated balance is the accumulated balance of the month. The balance is calculated in a rolling superposition mode, so that the processing speed can be improved, and the processing accuracy is improved.
According to the policy data processing method in the embodiment, the debit list and the credit list are generated based on the policy data and the policy data to be charged, so that the policy to be charged is obtained, and the accurate balance to be charged can be obtained through the technical method.
