In the embodiment of the invention, when a property is paid by a business owner, a property bill is inquired, a property payment order is generated through the inquired property bill and an acquired property payment request of the business owner, the property payment order is stored in a database after the property payment order is generated, then the property payment order is sent to a third-party financial system so that the third-party financial system further generates a corresponding business transaction order, after the third-party financial system generates the corresponding business transaction order, the corresponding business transaction order number is returned to an order payment service so that the order payment service stores the business transaction order number and returns to APP data of the business owner so that the business owner generates the property payment order, after the property payment order is generated, the business owner performs payment operation so that a UnionPay payment system creates a prepayment order according to the property payment in the business transaction order, and then the owner pays the pre-paid order on line through different payment channels by using an online payment function provided by the UnionPay payment system, pays the property fee in the business transaction order, feeds back a successful payment message to the UnionPay payment system after successful payment, and sends the successful payment message fed back to the UnionPay payment system according to successful payment to the third-party financial system and the owner APP, so that the third-party financial system approves the corresponding business transaction order, successfully pays the property fee, and returns the successful payment message of the property fee to the order payment service, so that the order payment service records the notification message, and the owner can inquire the payment condition of the property fee through the owner APP.
To better explain the flow of part 1 of the flow of a method for preventing duplicate payment provided by the embodiment in fig. 3, fig. 4 schematically shows the flow of a method for preventing duplicate payment provided in conjunction with the structure shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 4, the process specifically includes:

In the real-time embodiment of the invention, when a payment request is initiated by a host, an order payment service generates a property payment order according to an inquired property bill to be paid, the generated property payment order is locked, the locked property payment order, property bill information and corresponding APP order number information of the host are sent to a third-party financial system, so that the third-party financial system generates a corresponding business transaction list after receiving the information, then whether the corresponding property bill in the third-party system is locked is judged, if not, the third-party financial system locks the corresponding business transaction list and the property bill, online or offline payment is not allowed, thereby preventing the repeated payment of the host, and after the property payment order is successfully paid on the host line, the order payment service sends the information that the business transaction list is successfully paid to the third-party financial system, and the third-party financial system updates the payment flag bits of the corresponding business transaction list and the property bill to be paid, and the owner is prevented from paying repeatedly again.
Based on the same technical concept, fig. 5 exemplarily shows a flow of a method for preventing duplicate payment provided in conjunction with the structure shown in fig. 1, which better explains the flows of the 2-part and the 3-part in the flow of the method for preventing duplicate payment provided by the embodiment in fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 5, the process specifically includes:
step 501, the order payment service notifies the third party financial system that the payment is successful.
In the process of informing the third-party financial system of successful payment by the order payment service, the response message sent by the third-party financial system cannot be received due to network delay, so that the order payment service needs to be called for many times.
Step 502, the order payment service will make a decision according to the two payment flag bits.
And the order payment service judges whether the property payment order is successfully paid or not according to the two payment mark bits in the property payment order.

If yes, the process is ended. If not, go to step 506.
Step 506, the order payment service sends a message to notify the third party financial system.
And if the order payment service judges that the third-party financial system is not notified, the order payment service resends a message of successful payment to the third-party financial system according to a preset time interval until a response message sent by the third-party financial system is received, so that the order payment service judges that the third-party financial system is notified.
In the embodiment of the invention, the order payment service sends the successful payment message to the third-party financial system, and in order to ensure that the third-party financial system confirms the received message, the order payment service judges whether the third-party financial system receives the message according to the payment flag bits of the two property payment orders, if: and if the third-party financial system does not receive the message, re-sending a message of successful payment to the third-party financial system according to a preset time interval until receiving a response message sent by the third-party financial system, so that the third-party financial system updates the payment flag bits corresponding to the business transaction list and the property bill according to the message of successful payment, and repeated payment is prevented.
Based on the same technical concept, fig. 6 exemplarily shows an apparatus for preventing duplicate payment, which can perform a process of preventing duplicate payment according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the apparatus specifically includes:

The processing module 602 is further configured to: and after receiving the successful payment message fed back by the Unionpay payment system, forwarding the successful payment message to the third-party financial system, so that the third-party financial system updates the payment flag bit of the property bill according to the successful payment message.
Optionally, the obtaining module 601 is further configured to:
before the property payment request is obtained, a property bill inquiry request of a property owner is obtained;
inquiring the property bill corresponding to the month to be inquired from a database according to the inquiry request; the property bills in the database are periodically sent by the third-party financial system;
and if the inquiry is successful, feeding back the inquired property bill to the owner.
Optionally, the processing module 602 is configured to:
calling the UnionPay payment system to create a prepayment order according to property charges in the property payment order;
calling the UnionPay payment system to pay property fees in the property payment orders through a payment channel according to the pre-payment orders under the operation of the owner; and after the payment is successful, feeding back a message of successful payment to the Unionpay payment system.
Optionally, the processing module 602 is further configured to:
and after the message of successful payment is forwarded to the third-party financial system, determining whether a response message sent by the third-party financial system is received, if not, sending the message of successful payment to the third-party financial system again according to a preset time interval until the response message sent by the third-party financial system is received.
Based on the same technical concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computing device, including:
a memory for storing program instructions;
and the processor is used for calling the program instructions stored in the memory and executing the repeated payment prevention method according to the obtained program.

Claims (10)

1. A method of preventing duplicate payments, the method comprising:
acquiring a property payment request, wherein the property payment request is requested by a proprietor after confirming that a property bill exists; the property payment request comprises a month to be paid;
according to the property payment request, generating a property payment order corresponding to the month to be paid;
sending the property payment order to a third-party financial system so that the third-party financial system can create a business transaction order and lock the property bill of the owner;
after a business transaction order created by the third-party financial system is received, a property payment order is created according to the business transaction order, the property payment order is displayed to the owner, and after a payment request of the owner is received, a UnionPay payment system is called to provide online payment for the owner to the property payment order;
and after receiving the successful payment message fed back by the Unionpay payment system, forwarding the successful payment message to the third-party financial system, so that the third-party financial system updates the payment zone bit corresponding to the property bill according to the successful payment message.
2. The method of claim 1, prior to the obtaining the property payment request, further comprising:
acquiring a property bill query request of a proprietor, wherein the query request comprises a month to be queried;
inquiring the property bill corresponding to the month to be inquired from a database according to the inquiry request; the property bills in the database are periodically sent by the third-party financial system;
and if the inquiry is successful, feeding back the inquired property bill to the owner.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein invoking the Unionpay payment system provides the owner with online payment for the property fee in the business transaction slip, comprising:
calling the UnionPay payment system to create a prepayment order according to property charges in the property payment order;
calling the UnionPay payment system to pay property fees in the property payment orders through a payment channel according to the pre-payment orders under the operation of the owner; and after the payment is successful, feeding back a message of successful payment to the Unionpay payment system.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after forwarding the message that the payment was successful to the third party financial system, further comprising:
and determining whether a response message sent by the third-party financial system is received, if not, sending the message of successful payment to the third-party financial system again according to a preset time interval until the response message sent by the third-party financial system is received.
5. An apparatus for preventing duplicate payments, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a property payment request;
the processing module is used for generating a property payment order corresponding to the month to be paid according to the property payment request, and sending the payment order to a third-party financial system so that the third-party financial system creates a business transaction list and locks a property bill of the owner;
the processing module is further configured to: after a business transaction order created by the third-party financial system is received, a property payment order is created according to the business transaction order, the property payment order is displayed to the owner, and after a payment request of the owner is received, a UnionPay payment system is called to provide the owner with online payment for business fees in the property payment order;
the processing module is further configured to: and after receiving the successful payment message fed back by the Unionpay payment system, forwarding the successful payment message to the third-party financial system, so that the third-party financial system updates the payment flag bit of the property bill according to the successful payment message.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the acquisition module is further to:
before the property payment request is obtained, a property bill inquiry request of a property owner is obtained;
inquiring the property bill corresponding to the month to be inquired from a database according to the inquiry request; the property bills in the database are periodically sent by the third-party financial system;
and if the inquiry is successful, feeding back the inquired property bill to the owner.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the processing module is to:
calling the UnionPay payment system to create a prepayment order according to property charges in the property payment order;
calling the UnionPay payment system to pay property fees in the property payment orders through a payment channel according to the pre-payment orders under the operation of the owner; and after the payment is successful, feeding back a message of successful payment to the Unionpay payment system.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the processing module is further to:
and after the message of successful payment is forwarded to the third-party financial system, determining whether a response message sent by the third-party financial system is received, if not, sending the message of successful payment to the third-party financial system again according to a preset time interval until the response message sent by the third-party financial system is received.
9. A computing device, comprising:
a memory for storing program instructions;
a processor for calling program instructions stored in said memory to execute the method of any one of claims 1 to 4 in accordance with the obtained program.
10. A computer storage medium having computer-executable instructions stored thereon for causing a computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
