Detailed Description
The detailed features and advantages of the present invention are described in detail in the following embodiments, which are sufficient for those skilled in the art to understand the technical contents of the present invention and to implement the same, and the related objects and advantages of the present invention can be easily understood by those skilled in the art from the disclosure of the present specification, claims and drawings. The following examples further illustrate aspects of the present invention in detail, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention in any way.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a scenario in which the control method of an intelligent household electrical appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied. The intelligent household electrical appliance control method of an embodiment of the invention is suitable for intelligent household electrical appliance devices H1-H4, computer peripheral devices PD and computer PC, wherein each of the intelligent household electrical appliance devices H1-H4 is provided with a respective controller C1-C4. The computer peripheral device PD may have a direct communication link with the controllers (e.g., C1 and C2) of some intelligent home devices (e.g., H1 and H2). Alternatively, the computer peripheral device PD may be communicatively connected to controllers (e.g., C2 to C4) of some intelligent home devices (e.g., H2 to H4) through an embedded program running on a computer PC, wherein the computer PC and the intelligent home devices H2 to H4 are connected to a common network N, as shown in fig. 1. In practice, the controllers (e.g., C1 and C4) of some intelligent home appliances (e.g., H1 and H4) are built in the intelligent home appliances H1 and H4, and some intelligent home appliances (e.g., H2 and H3) have an independent controller C2 and C3.
Referring to fig. 2, a main flowchart of an intelligent household electrical appliance control method according to an embodiment of the invention is shown. Please refer to step S1: and acquiring an intelligent household appliance configuration file. In detail, the computer peripheral device PD can execute an import program to obtain the intelligent appliance configuration file from itself or from the computer PC. The term "computer" as used herein generally refers to a host computer capable of executing computer programs, and is not limited to a conventional desktop or notebook computer, but also includes other types of intelligent devices. The specific implementation steps of the introduction procedure will be described in detail later with reference to fig. 3 to 5.
Please refer to step S3: the control operation is transmitted from the computer peripheral device PD. In practice, the peripheral device PD is, for example, a mouse, a keyboard, a touch panel or a network camera, and the hardware type of the peripheral device PD is not particularly limited in the present invention. Therefore, the control operations transmittable by the computer peripheral device PD as described above are, for example: clicking/double clicking mouse button, rolling mouse wheel, pressing a specific key on the keyboard, self-defining key, or a key combination formed by a plurality of buttons, touch gesture at a specific position, putting out a specific body posture for the network camera to capture the image …, etc. the invention also does not limit the type of control action. Basically, the control action does not depart from the normal use mode of the computer peripheral device PD. Therefore, the user can easily learn the control operation of the intelligent home appliances H1 to H4.
Referring to step S5, a control command is generated. Specifically, a processing unit searches the corresponding control command in the intelligent appliance profile obtained in step S1 according to the control action obtained in step S3 and outputs the control command. The processing Unit is, for example, a central processing Unit (cpu) located on a computer PC, or an Embedded Controller (EC), a Micro Control Unit (MCU) or an Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) located on a peripheral device PD of the computer. The invention is not particularly limited to the type of hardware of the processing unit.
Please refer to step S7, sending the control packet. Specifically, a control packet is sent by a communication unit according to the control command and a communication protocol obtained in step S5. The communication unit is, for example, a network adapter located in the computer PC or a signal transceiver located in the computer peripheral device PD, and the hardware type of the communication unit is not particularly limited in the present invention. The communication protocol adopted in step S7 is supported by at least one of the controllers C1 to C4 of the intelligent home appliances H1 to H4. Practically, for example, one or more of infrared communication technology (such as RC-5, VFIR, UFIR), Bluetooth (Bluetooth), Bluetooth Low Energy (Bluetooth Low Energy), ZigBee (ZigBee), ANT, and wireless lan technology may be used as the communication protocol used in step S7.
Referring to step S9, the intelligent electrical home devices H1-H4 receive the control packets and execute the control commands. Specifically, the controllers C1 to C4 of the intelligent home electric devices H1 to H4 receive the control packet transmitted from the communication unit in step S7, including the control command allocated in accordance with the control operation in step S3. For example, clicking the left button of the mouse switches the color temperature of the light, scrolling the mouse wheel to adjust the brightness of the light, and the like. The controllers C1-C4 retrieve control commands from the control packets, and the control commands include, for example, detailed settings of predetermined operation items, predetermined operation time, and other household appliance control options. The present invention is also not particularly limited with respect to the format and content of the control command.
Based on the flow illustrated in fig. 1 and the above description, the method for controlling an intelligent household electrical appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention can be implemented. Hereinafter, various embodiments of the manner of acquiring the intelligent appliance configuration file mentioned in step S1 of fig. 1, that is, the aforementioned "import program", will be described in sections, and these embodiments correspond to fig. 3 to 5, respectively.
Please refer to step S1 of fig. 2 and fig. 3, which are flowcharts illustrating an import procedure according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to an application scenario in which the intelligent household electrical appliance (e.g., H2-H4 of fig. 1) and the computer PC are both communicatively connected to a network N, and the import procedure is used to obtain the configuration file of the intelligent household electrical appliance as described above with respect to step S1. Please refer to step S21: the computer peripheral device PD and the computer PC are connected. In detail, the computer peripheral device PD is communicatively connected to the computer PC in a wired manner or in a wireless manner.
Please refer to step S23: and judging whether the intelligent household appliances H2-H4 are detected. In detail, an embedded program is executed on the computer PC, as shown in fig. 1, and the embedded program is used to detect whether there are intelligent home appliances H2-H4 connected to the network N. The embedded program may be started by itself after the computer is powered on, or after step S21 is completed (i.e. after the peripheral device PD is confirmed to be connected to the computer PC), or may be started by the user. The present invention is not particularly limited to the start timing of the embedded program.
In practice, after step S21 and before step S23, i.e. after the computer peripheral device PD is communicatively connected to the computer PC, the method may further include sending a serial number representing itself by the computer peripheral device PD, wherein the serial number is composed of a Product ID (PID) and a Vendor ID (VID), for example. Thereby, the embedded program running on the computer PC is confirmed whether or not it supports the computer peripheral device PD connected to the computer PC in step S21. In other words, the embedded program determines whether the serial number is legal. If the serial number is judged to be legal, the process proceeds to step S25, which is the next step of S23. Otherwise, if the serial number is judged to be illegal, it means that the computer peripheral device connected to the computer PC in step S21 is not supported, and therefore, the embedded program is terminated. In practice, for example, the embedded program checks whether the database of the embedded program itself has the serial number or the fragment of the serial number, but the present invention is not limited to the mechanism for the embedded program to determine whether the serial number is legal or not.
Please refer to step S25: an identification code is obtained. In detail, the embedded program obtains an identification code of the intelligent home appliances H2-H4 connected to the network N. In principle, each of the intelligent home devices has an identification code, and hereinafter the intelligent home device H2 is represented by a plurality of intelligent home devices H2-H4. Through the identification code obtained in step S25, the embedded program can identify that the intelligent household electrical appliance H2 connected to the network belongs to a certain household electrical appliance type and a certain specific model under the type.
Please refer to step S27: and judging whether the self-defined intelligent household appliance configuration file corresponding to the identification code exists or not. Specifically, based on the identification code of the smart home device H2 obtained in step S25, the embedded program then searches a configuration file database for whether there is a self-defined smart home device configuration file corresponding to the identification code. In practice, for example, the configuration file database may be first screened according to the device type of the intelligent household electrical appliance H2, and then the embedded program may compare the configuration file database with the identification codes one by one; however, the searching and comparing method is not limited to the above.
If the determination result in the step S27 is yes, it represents that the configuration file database has the self-defined intelligent appliance configuration file corresponding to the identification code; that is, the user may adjust and store the configuration file of the intelligent household electrical appliance H2 according to the need. Therefore, the embedded program loads the self-defined intelligent appliance configuration file as shown in step S28. Conversely, if the determination result in the step S27 is "no", please refer to step S29, and when the configuration file database does not contain the self-determined intelligent appliance configuration file of the intelligent appliance H2, the embedded program loads a preset intelligent appliance configuration file as the intelligent appliance configuration file. The preset intelligent household appliance configuration file is, for example, an intelligent household appliance configuration file of the same type directly downloaded by a user from a manufacturer website of the intelligent household appliance H2, or an intelligent household appliance configuration file pre-stored in the computer peripheral device PD by a manufacturer. In practice, when the embedded program is installed in the computer PC, a plurality of preset intelligent appliance profiles matching various appliance types may be pre-loaded so as to be used as a reference template before the user has not customized the intelligent appliance profile by himself, and the embedded program may be loaded in step S29 so as to be applied in step S5 of fig. 2.
Please refer to step S1 of fig. 2 and fig. 4, which are flowcharts illustrating an import procedure according to another embodiment of the present invention, and the import procedure is used to obtain the configuration file of the intelligent appliance as described above with respect to step S1. Referring to steps S31 and S32, the computer peripheral device PD and the smart home device H2 execute a pairing procedure respectively. The pairing procedure is, for example: pressing the pairing key to start the pairing procedure, where the pairing key may be located only on the peripheral device PD, only on the smart home device H2, or both (or other mechanisms for starting the pairing procedure besides pressing a button, which is not limited in the present invention); after the pairing procedure is initiated, for example, the smart home device H2 actively sends a pairing broadcast signal, and the computer peripheral device PD detects the pairing broadcast signal and then receives and records the pairing broadcast signal, thereby establishing a pairing connection between the two devices, as shown in step S33. It should be noted that, the host and the object of the pairing broadcast signal transmission may be interchanged, for example, the computer peripheral device PD transmits the pairing broadcast signal, and the smart home device H2 detects and receives the pairing broadcast signal.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the computer peripheral device PD is directly connected to the smart home device H1 or H2. Please refer to fig. 1, and step S35 of fig. 4: and judging whether the cache unit T has the intelligent household appliance configuration file. Specifically, for example, after one of the smart home device H2 or the computer peripheral device PD receives the pairing broadcast signal and establishes the pairing connection, the computer peripheral device PD checks whether the cache unit T of the computer peripheral device PD has the smart home configuration file. When the cache unit T does not have the smart appliance profile, the computer peripheral device PD writes a predetermined profile (for control H2) as the smart appliance profile into the cache unit T. The cache unit T is, for example, a volatile memory (vollatilememory), and when the current is interrupted, the data stored in the cache unit T will disappear. In practice, the computer peripheral device PD adopting the boot program shown in fig. 4 belongs to a "dedicated" product, i.e., a product designed for a certain intelligent home device (such as H1 or H2) (which is applicable to a plurality of intelligent home devices, as opposed to a "universal" product). The computer peripheral device PD, which belongs to a special product, has recorded simple operation settings in a non-volatile memory in the device before leaving the factory. Therefore, when the computer peripheral device PD determines that the cache unit T itself does not have a self-determined intelligent appliance configuration file, the predetermined intelligent appliance configuration file stored in the non-volatile memory is written into the cache unit T, as shown in step S38, so that the flow of generating the control command according to the control action in step S5 of fig. 2 can be matched. This facilitates the user to directly start the function manipulation after pairing the computer peripheral device PD with the smart home device H2. On the other hand, if it is confirmed that the user-defined intelligent appliance configuration file is stored in the cache unit T, the intelligent appliance configuration file may be directly loaded, as shown in step S37.
It should be added that the computer peripheral device PD may also have a design with its own power supply. Therefore, the computer peripheral device PD can store the intelligent appliance configuration file or the control command stored in the cache unit T during the power-on period, and the data in the cache unit T is not erased until the power of the computer peripheral device PD is exhausted or the user turns off the power of the computer peripheral device PD. In addition, when the computer peripheral device PD is connected to the computer PC, the embedded program preferentially reads the self-defined intelligent appliance configuration file stored at the computer PC side and writes the self-defined intelligent appliance configuration file into the cache unit T. Therefore, after the computer peripheral device PD is disconnected from the computer PC, the same control effect as that of the computer PC can still be achieved by the self-defined intelligent appliance configuration file stored in the cache unit T, so that the intelligent appliance configuration file loaded in step S37 in fig. 4 is the appliance configuration file last used by the user at the computer PC. This can effectively extend the special computer peripheral device PD to achieve the control effect of the general computer peripheral device PD. The single smart home device H2 can be controlled by the peripheral device PD of the computer alone without the aid of an embedded program running on the computer PC.
Please refer to step S1 of fig. 2 and fig. 5, which are flowcharts illustrating an import procedure according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as described above with respect to step S1, the import procedure is used to obtain the configuration file of the intelligent appliance. Referring to step S41, the computer peripheral device PD and the computer PC are connected. This step is the same as step S21 of fig. 3, and is not described here again. Please continue to refer to step S43. After the computer peripheral device PD is connected to the computer PC, an embedded program is executed on the computer PC to write the intelligent appliance configuration file to the cache unit T of the computer peripheral device PD. The difference between the import program of this embodiment and the foregoing embodiment is that the step of the pairing program in fig. 4 is omitted, and the latest intelligent appliance configuration file (which may be a self-defined intelligent appliance configuration file set by the user or a preset intelligent appliance configuration file stored in the computer PC) is loaded directly from the computer PC. The subsequent flow after the completion of the boot program continues to run on the computer peripheral device PD, instead of the embedded program running on the PC side of the computer as in the flow of fig. 2.
Through the above description, the operation of the intelligent home appliance device realized by the present invention is as follows:
(1) if the last controlling electrical appliance before the PD is electrically separated from the PC is H2, after the PD is electrically separated from the PC, the PD can control the operation of H2 by the buffer unit T alone until the power of the PD is turned off.
(2) If the power of the PD is turned on again after being turned off but is not electrically connected with the PC, the PD can perform the pairing procedure again in the manner of FIG. 4; if the factory-specific setting of the PD is H1, the PD can directly control the operation of H1 after connection.
(3) If the PD is electrically connected to the PC, the operation of the PD is controlled by the embedded program of the PC, and the control signal of the smart appliance is transmitted through the PC according to the steps of fig. 2.
(4) If the PC is powered on again after being turned off and the PD is electrically connected to the PC, the PD can start controlling the intelligent appliance only after the embedded program reloads the relevant intelligent appliance configuration file according to the steps of fig. 3.
In summary, the control method for an intelligent household electrical appliance device disclosed in the foregoing embodiment of the present invention mainly utilizes a control protocol or a control interface reserved for the outside of the intelligent household electrical appliance to transmit a control instruction, and can control various intelligent household electrical appliance devices in real time by combining an embedded program running on a computer with a peripheral device of the computer. The effect of controlling the intelligent household appliance can be achieved only by means of the pairing connection between the computer peripheral device and the intelligent household appliance. The intelligent household appliance configuration file comprises a preset configuration file or a configuration file customized by a user, the user can configure the control details of the intelligent household appliance device according to personal preference, and the preset configuration file provided on a website or a cloud database of the intelligent household appliance device can be directly downloaded and applied. In the aspect of controlling the intelligent household appliances, the flexible and diversified control effect can be achieved, and the effect that the intelligent household appliances can not be controlled to be opened and closed through a remote controller, such as scheduling, is increased. Because the media of controlling is the computer peripheral apparatus that users used to by originally, such as mouse, keyboard, etc., therefore it is very easy to get up too to the novice user, and save users and need look for various intelligent household electrical appliances remote controllers or get up to operate the time of the intelligent household electrical appliances additionally, thus maintain users 'concentration degree in front of the computer, raise the productivity of the work, or let the game player can be immersed in the game process completely and needn't stand up to operate the intelligent household electrical appliances discreetly.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
