Abstract
The invention provides an ERP project auxiliary decision support system based on environmental effect feedback, which comprises: an information database storing valuable dynamic portfolio data; the expert evaluation module is used for selecting evaluation indexes in the information database according to experience, forming investment combinations and evaluating the indexes; the ERP system value creation evaluation module is used for carrying out ERP system value creation evaluation according to the investment combination; the ERP system environmental effect evaluation module is used for analyzing environmental response values of ERP system implementation under each investment combination to external environmental influence and environmental effects of each evaluation index; the feedback module is used for obtaining an investment scheme and feeding back the environmental effects of each evaluation index to the information database and the expert evaluation module; and the investment decision module is used for obtaining an investment decision scheme. The invention also provides a decision method of the ERP project auxiliary decision support system based on environmental effect feedback to obtain an investment decision scheme.
