Example 1
Referring to a flowchart of a commodity information processing method shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment proposes a commodity information processing method, including:
step 100, scanning the bar codes of the commodities to be placed on the shelf to obtain the commodity names of the commodities to be placed on the shelf.
In step 100, the image capturing device connected to the server detects whether a commodity (or a package of the commodity) is placed in the image capturing area, and when the commodity or the package of the commodity is detected to be placed in the image capturing area, the image capturing device continues to detect the barcode on the commodity or the package of the commodity, and if the commodity is detected to carry the barcode, the image capturing device notifies the server to scan the barcode of the commodity. After the server obtains the barcode scanning notification of the image acquisition equipment, the server controls the barcode scanning equipment to scan the barcode carried on the commodity, so that the commodity name of the commodity to be put on the shelf is obtained.
102, obtaining a package image of a commodity to be placed on a shelf, and processing the package image to obtain commodity information of the commodity to be placed on the shelf.
In step 102, the image capturing device connected to the server detects the commodity located in the image capturing area, and when the staff places the package of the commodity to be shelved or the commodity to be shelved in the image capturing area, the image capturing device detects that the package of the commodity or the commodity exists in the image capturing area, so as to capture an image of the package of the commodity in the image capturing area to obtain an image of the package of the commodity, or capture an image of the commodity in the image capturing area to obtain an image of the commodity.
An image of a package of the item to be shelved having textual data describing the item to be shelved, the textual data including, but not limited to: the item information corresponding to different item names and different item names of the goods to be placed on the shelf respectively, and the publicity terms of the goods to be placed on the shelf.
And the item name is used for representing the attribute of the commodity to be placed on the shelf.
Different item names for the goods, related to the kind of goods, if the goods to be shelved are food, the item names include, but are not limited to: commodity category, commodity specification, manufacturer name, manufacturer address, ingredient table, nutrient composition table, production date, shelf life, and storage conditions. If the item to be shelved is an electronic product, the item name includes, but is not limited to: commodity category, commodity specification, manufacturer name, manufacturer address, CPU model, battery capacity, memory capacity, and memory capacity.
And the entry information corresponding to different entry names is used for representing the specific content of the entry names. Such as: when the item name is the production date, the item information corresponding to the item name is the specific production date of the goods to be shelved: year 2019, month 10 and day 2.
The image acquisition device can adopt any existing target detection technology to detect commodities in the image acquisition area, barcodes on the commodities and packages of the commodities, and specific processes are not repeated herein.
In the step 102, in order to process the package image and obtain the product information of the product to be shelved, the following steps (1) to (2) may be performed:
(1) recognizing text data describing the goods to be shelved in the package image based on an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology;
(2) and inquiring the entry information corresponding to the entry name to be filled in the commodity information from the text data to obtain the commodity information of the commodity to be put on the shelf.
Specifically, in order to obtain the commodity information of the commodity to be shelved, the step (2) may perform the following steps: and inquiring commodity information corresponding to the commodity category from the server based on the identified commodity category, and inquiring item information corresponding to the item names from the identified text data according to the item names required to be filled in the inquired commodity information, so as to obtain the commodity information of the commodity to be shelved.
And 104, storing the commodity name and the commodity information of the commodity to be put on the shelf.
In the step 104, the server stores the commodity name and the commodity information of the commodity to be shelved in the commodity database.
In the related art, in order to attract users to purchase goods, the electronic commerce system explains the functions and the use experience of the goods on the shelf through a description text. The description text is usually written by a worker after the worker knows the appearance and the function of the commodity to be shelved, and the worker needs to spend a certain time on knowing the appearance and the function of the commodity to be shelved and writing the description text, so that the processing speed of the description text is slow. In order to increase the processing speed of the description text, the merchandise information processing method provided by this embodiment may perform the following steps:
and inputting the commodity information of the commodity to be placed on the shelf into a description text generation model to obtain a description text of the commodity to be placed on the shelf.
The description text generation model can adopt any deep learning model capable of automatically generating text description according to the image. The deep learning model includes but is not limited to: a neural Image description generator (NIC), a Spatial and channel Attention mechanism-based Convolutional neural network (SCA-CNN), and a guided long-short memory Image description generator (gilstm).
In order to enable the deep learning model to generate the description text of the goods to be shelved, the server needs to run the program of the deep learning model, and input the goods information and the goods image of the shelved goods stored in the goods database into the deep learning model. And setting the label of the description text generation model as a description text of the commodity, so that commodity information and commodity images of the commodities on shelves, which are stored in the commodity database, are input into the deep learning model and then trained to obtain the description text generation model. Therefore, the description text of the commodity to be placed on the shelf can be obtained through the trained description text generation model.
Specifically, the step of inputting the commodity information of the commodity to be shelved into the description text generation model to obtain the description text of the commodity to be shelved may be to perform the following steps (1) to (2):
(1) acquiring a commodity image of the commodity to be put on a shelf;
(2) inputting the commodity image and the commodity information of the commodity to be shelved into the description text generation model, enabling the description text generation model to determine a commodity set similar to the commodity to be shelved from the shelved commodities according to the commodity image and the commodity information of the commodity to be shelved, acquiring the description text of each commodity in the commodity set, and processing the description text of each commodity in the commodity set and the commodity information of the commodity to be shelved to obtain the description text of the commodity to be shelved.
In the step (2), the description text generation model determines a product set similar to the product to be shelved from the shelved products according to the product image and the product information of the product to be shelved, obtains the description text of each product in the product set, and processes the description text of each product in the product set and the product information of the product to be shelved to obtain the description text of the product to be shelved, which can be implemented by any flow capable of automatically generating text description according to an image in the prior art, and is not described herein again.
It can be seen from the above contents that the commodity image and the commodity information of the commodity to be shelved are input into the description text generation model, so that the description text generation model determines a commodity set similar to the commodity to be shelved from the shelved commodities, and then the description text of the commodity to be shelved can be obtained by processing the description text of each commodity in the commodity set and the commodity information of the commodity to be shelved, and the whole process of obtaining the commodity description text to be shelved does not need manual participation, so that the time for generating the description text can be saved, and the processing speed of the commodity description text can be greatly improved.
After the commodity information and the description text of the commodity to be placed on the shelf are obtained, the commodity information and the description text of the commodity to be placed on the shelf are displayed to a worker for auditing, and the worker can fill in items which cannot be automatically generated, such as commodity price, promotion strength, suppliers and the like in the commodity information while auditing the commodity information and the description text, so that the commodity information is perfected. After the commodity information is perfected and the commodity information and the description text are checked by the staff, the commodity information and the description text of the commodity to be placed on the shelf are stored in the commodity database, and the new operation of the commodity is completed.
In summary, the present embodiment provides a commodity information processing method, in which a barcode of a commodity is scanned to obtain a commodity name of the commodity to be shelved, and the commodity image is processed to obtain commodity information of the commodity to be shelved, and then the obtained commodity name and the commodity information of the commodity to be shelved can be stored.
