Background
The current sensor is widely applied to various intelligent devices with current detection requirements, and particularly has higher requirements on the detection precision of the current sensor for some devices with higher control precision requirements. To ensure the accuracy and precision of the current sensor, the current sensor is typically calibrated.
The current detection principle of the common current sensor is of two types: 1. based on the fact that the shunt is connected in series into the circuit, current measurement is conducted by measuring the divided voltage of the shunt; 2. based on the Hall effect principle, a cable passes through a Hall element (magnetic ring) to measure the electromagnetic induction potential of the cable so as to measure the current. acquiring the calibration parameters from the current sensor to be calibrated, and judging whether the acquired calibration parameters are correct or not;
and if the calibration parameters are incorrect, storing the calibration parameters into the current sensor to be calibrated again.
5. The system according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the current source is also used for providing a test current signal;
the calibrated current sensor is also used for detecting a test current signal of the current source to obtain a test standard value;
the current sensor to be calibrated is also used for detecting a test current signal of the current source to obtain a test value;
the processor is further configured to obtain the test standard value and the test value, and determine whether the precision of the calibration parameter reaches a preset threshold according to the test value and the test standard value.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the processor is further configured to:
and if the precision of the calibration parameters does not reach the preset threshold value, the calibration parameters are obtained again.
7. A current sensor calibration method, for use in a current sensor calibration system according to claims 1-6, the method comprising:
acquiring a standard value obtained by detecting a current signal of the current source by the calibrated current sensor;
acquiring a value to be calibrated obtained by detecting a current signal of the current source by the current sensor to be calibrated;
calibrating the value to be calibrated according to the standard value to obtain calibration parameters corresponding to the current sensor to be calibrated;
and storing the calibration parameters into the current sensor to be calibrated.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein after obtaining the standard value obtained by detecting the current signal of the current source by the calibrated current sensor, further comprising:
acquiring a current signal of the current source;
controlling the current source according to the standard value to adjust the standard value;
the calibrating the value to be calibrated according to the standard value to obtain calibration parameters corresponding to the current sensor to be calibrated includes:
and calibrating the value to be calibrated according to the adjusted standard value to obtain calibration parameters corresponding to the current sensor to be calibrated.
9. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
acquiring the calibration parameters from the current sensor to be calibrated;
judging whether the acquired calibration parameters are correct or not;
and if the calibration parameters are incorrect, storing the calibration parameters into the current sensor to be calibrated again.
10. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
and if the calibration parameter is correct, testing whether the precision of the calibration parameter reaches a preset threshold value.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the testing whether the accuracy of the calibration parameter reaches a preset threshold comprises:
acquiring a test standard value obtained by detecting a test current signal of the current source by the calibrated current sensor;
acquiring a test value obtained by detecting a test current signal of the current source by the current sensor to be calibrated;
and judging whether the precision of the calibration parameter reaches a preset threshold value according to the test standard value and the test value.
12. The method of claim 10 or 11, further comprising:
and if the precision of the calibration parameters does not reach the preset threshold value, the calibration parameters are obtained again.
