However, in the related art, when the sound generating device is powered on to operate, the temperature of the rear cavity rises due to heat generation, so that the pressure in the sound generating cavity increases, and the vibration system is pressed to move forwards integrally, so that the sound of the sound generating device is reduced or is silent, and the vibration reliability of the sound generating device is affected.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the present invention provides a sound production device 100, which includes a frame 1, a vibration system 2, and a magnetic circuit system 3 having a magnetic gap 30.
The basin stand 1 is used for fixedly supporting the vibration system 2 and the magnetic circuit system 3.
The vibration system 2 is fixed to the frame 1 and includes a diaphragm 21 and a voice coil 22.
In this embodiment, the vibrating diaphragm 21 is fixed on a side of the basin frame 1 away from the magnetic circuit system 3, and the vibrating diaphragm 21, the basin frame 1 and the magnetic circuit system 3 together enclose a sound-generating inner cavity 10.
It should be noted that the vibrating diaphragm 21 is made of a waterproof and breathable material, so that the vibrating diaphragm 21 is made into a waterproof and breathable film; further, the waterproof and air-permeable material is preferably a Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material or a PTFE composite material, and because PTFE has good waterproof and air-permeable properties, the manufactured diaphragm 21 has good waterproof and air-permeable functions, thereby providing conditions for the sound-generating inner cavity 10 to perform air leakage through the diaphragm 21.
The diaphragm 21 includes a vibrating portion 211, a bending portion 212, and a fixing portion 213.
The folded ring part 212 is bent and extended outwards from the periphery of the vibrating part 211, and more specifically, the cross section of the folded ring part 212 is of an arc structure which is concave towards the direction close to the sounding inner cavity 10; the fixing part 213 is bent and extended from the side of the bending part 212 away from the vibrating part 211, and the fixing part 213 is fixed on the side of the frame 1 away from the magnetic circuit system 3; the vibration part 211 is spaced apart from the fixing part 213, and is configured to vibrate and generate sound.
The voice coil 22 is inserted in the magnetic gap 30 to drive the diaphragm 21 to vibrate and generate sound, specifically, the voice coil 22 is connected to the side of the vibration portion 211 close to the magnetic circuit system 3, and under the power-on condition, the voice coil 22 drives the vibration portion 211 to vibrate and generate sound.
Preferably, the vibration system 2 further includes a dome 23, and the dome 23 is attached to the vibration portion 211, so as to effectively improve the vibration performance of the vibration portion 211, and thus the acoustic performance of the sound production device 100 is excellent; in addition, since the vibration portion 211 is shielded by the dome 23, in the present embodiment, the sound-emitting chamber 10 mainly leaks air through the folded portion 212. Of course, it is also possible that the vibration system does not have a dome, and in an embodiment where no dome is provided, the sounding cavity simultaneously leaks air through the bellows portion and the vibration portion.
Further, the sound production device 100 is further provided with an upper cover plate 4, the upper cover plate 4 is covered on the vibrating diaphragm 21, the vibrating diaphragm 21 is far away from one side of the basin frame 1 and is fixed on the basin frame 1, namely, the fixing portion 213 is clamped and fixed between the basin frame 1 and the upper cover plate 4, so that the fixing reliability of the vibrating diaphragm 21 is effectively improved, and the vibration reliability of the vibration system 2 is high.
The upper cover plate 4 and the diaphragm 21 jointly enclose a front sound cavity 40; the upper cover plate 4 is provided with a sound outlet 41 penetrating through the upper cover plate, and the front sound cavity 40 is communicated with the outside through the sound outlet 41.
The magnetic circuit system 3 drives the vibration system 2 to vibrate and sound, and comprises a magnetic bowl 31, main magnetic steel 32 and auxiliary magnetic steel 33.
The magnetic bowl 31 is fixed on one side of the basin frame 1 far away from the vibrating diaphragm 21; the main magnet steel 32 is fixed on one side of the magnetic bowl 31 close to the vibrating diaphragm 21; the number of the secondary magnetic steels 33 is not limited, for example, in the present embodiment, the number of the secondary magnetic steels 33 includes two, two of the secondary magnetic steels 33 are respectively fixed to one side of the magnetic bowl 31 close to the diaphragm 21 and respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the primary magnetic steel 32 at intervals, and the two secondary magnetic steels 33 and the primary magnetic steel 32 together form the magnetic gap 30.
Further, the magnetic bowl 31 includes a magnetic bowl body 311 fixed to the frame 1 and an extension wall 312 bent and extended from the magnetic bowl body 311 toward a direction close to the diaphragm 21, the main magnetic steel 32 and the auxiliary magnetic steel 32 are respectively fixed to one side of the magnetic bowl body 311 close to the diaphragm 21, and the extension wall 312 and the main magnetic steel 32 and the auxiliary magnetic steel 32 are respectively arranged at intervals, and the three form the magnetic gap 30; the sounding cavity 10 is enclosed by the magnetic bowl body 311, the basin stand 1 and the diaphragm 21.
In the above structure, the vibrating diaphragm 21 is a waterproof and breathable film having waterproof and breathable functions, and the vibrating diaphragm 21 effectively prevents water vapor from entering the sounding inner cavity 10, so that the sounding device 100 has good waterproof performance; in addition, in this embodiment, the sounding inner cavity 10 forms air leakage with the front sounding cavity 40 through the hinge portion 212, so as to ensure air pressure balance between the sounding inner cavity 10 and the outside, avoid the phenomenon that the whole vibration system 2 moves towards the front sounding cavity 40 due to excessive internal pressure of the sounding inner cavity 10, ensure the vibration stability of the vibration system 2, and effectively improve the reliability of vibration of the sounding device 100.

The sound-producing device according to claim 5, further comprising a ventilation damping member, wherein the magnetic bowl is provided with a leakage hole penetrating through the magnetic bowl, the ventilation damping member is attached to the magnetic bowl and completely covers the leakage hole, and the sound-producing inner cavity performs air leakage through the ventilation damping member at the position of the leakage hole.
