Description

Resource quota management method under public cloud platform
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cloud computing, and particularly relates to a resource quota management method under a public cloud platform.
Background
At present, a public cloud platform is dedicated to provide flexible, fast and scalable IT services for users, and mainly includes three types of services, i aas (Infrastructure as a service), PaaS (platform as a service) and SaaS (software as a service).
The public cloud platform and the private cloud platform are different from each other in the greatest extent that the private cloud platform is based on customized and privatized implementation schemes and means, and the public cloud platform aims to provide a wide and universal cloud service facing all internet users.
This requires that the capabilities provided by public cloud platforms must be based on different regions, different available regions, or even different countries. This puts higher demands on resource management (especially quota management) of the public cloud platform.
The resources under the public cloud platform mainly include IaaS (computing, network, storage), PaaS and SaaS product resources which can be sold on line, and in this document, we only take the IaaS resources as an example for response explanation, and other products are similar.
The management of resources by a traditional private cloud platform and a part of public cloud platforms is centralized at a near end, the near end management is managed at the tail end of cloud node deployment as the name implies, for example, quota management of the resources is managed in services running on four nodes of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, after a user registers an account number on the public cloud platform, a default creatable resource quota can be set at the tail end cloud node, and the resource quota management is carried out at the cloud node. The advantage of performing resource quota management at the end is that corresponding restrictions can be made on the default quota that can be created by the user according to the overall resource conditions of different nodes. For example, beijing, shanghai and shenzhen are used as the backbone nodes, the user can default to 10 created cloud hosts, 5 elastic public network IPs and 10 cloud hard disks, but the zhhai is used as the secondary node, the amount of resources per se is not too large, the user can default to 5 created cloud hosts, 3 elastic public network IPs and 5 cloud hard disks. The limiting logic for different node resources is generally deployed on local services in Beijing or the Zhuhai, and when a cloud management platform needs to acquire a default resource quota of a user at a certain node, an internal interface provided by the cloud service of the node needs to be called. However, one disadvantage of this approach is that as the number of nodes increases, the management of the resource default quota of each node increases the management difficulty of the cloud management platform invisibly.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention provides a resource quota management method under a public cloud platform, aiming to overcome the defects in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a resource quota management method under a public cloud platform comprises the following steps:

s2, reserving the configuration and use mode of the existing quota of the end cloud node, and setting the bottom quota of the end cloud node to be infinite; the method is used for ensuring the independence and maintainability of the end cloud nodes;
s3, integrating the multiple resource quota management data tables of the tail end cloud node into a cloud management platform quota data table; after the resource quota management data table is transferred to the cloud node management platform from the tail end, a region _ id is added to identify different region resource quota management data tables, so that a plurality of resource quota management data tables form a cloud management platform quota data table;
s4, defining a default cloud management platform quota data table structure of all products in each area in a cloud management platform database;
s5, defining a user detailed quota table structure in the resource quota service of the cloud management platform;
s6, monitoring registration information of a user on a cloud management platform, and distributing different default quota information to a user detailed quota table for different regions of the user at a public terminal cloud node according to a default cloud management platform quota data table structure;
and S7, sending quota information which is not limited in the user detailed quota table to the tail end cloud node through interface calling or message communication, and logically adding the resource quota which is not limited in the user default in the tail end cloud node.
Further, in step S6, when the user needs to modify the resource quota of a certain end cloud node, the resource quota service of the cloud management platform may update the quota into the user detailed quota table only by modifying the cloud management platform quota data table in the cloud management platform database.
Further, in step S6, after the user logs in, and issues the resource on the cloud platform, the user may obtain the amount of the resource quota that can be purchased in a certain area where the user is located, in the user detailed quota table in the cloud management platform.
Further, the resource quota management data table includes id, project _ id, resource, and limit;
wherein, id is used as a primary key for uniquely identifying the record; project _ id is used as tenant id for identifying different tenants; resource represents a resource type; limit denotes quota limit.
Further, the cloud management platform quota data table comprises region _ id, project _ id, resource, and limit;
where the region _ id is used to identify different regions.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the invention provides a resource quota management method under a public cloud platform, aiming at realizing more reasonable, more flexible and more convenient management on all resource quotas under the platform; the cloud management platform does not maintain configuration information of all the end nodes in resource quota management, complexity of the system is reduced, maintenance cost is reduced, and difficulty and complexity of the cloud management platform in resource quota management are greatly reduced; when a user on the cloud needs to perform addition, deletion, modification and check on a resource quota, reducing frequent RESTFul calls to a terminal node; meanwhile, enough space is reserved for later-stage expansibility, when quota related information needs to be expanded, only a quota table in a cloud pipe platform needs to be modified, and a terminal cloud node quota table does not need to be modified in batches, so that the operation process and the operation difficulty of a user are simplified.
