The insurance purchase is more convenient and faster to realize. Meanwhile, the cloud server audits the password-free payment feedback information, and the cloud server deducts insurance cost under the condition that the audit is passed, so that the safety of the payment process is improved. And the underwriting information and the information of the owner user are associated and stored in the distributed storage system, so that the safety of information storage is improved, and the information is convenient to acquire and look up. And the continuous guarantee inquiry time and the continuous guarantee inquiry period are set in advance according to the guarantee time contained in the guarantee information, and after the continuous guarantee inquiry time is reached, the continuous guarantee inquiry information is sent to the vehicle machine according to the continuous guarantee inquiry period, so that the efficiency and the intelligence of insurance management are improved.

the communication unit 410 is configured to receive embedded point information from a vehicle machine, where the embedded point information includes any one or more of the following: the vehicle information processing method comprises the steps that vehicle ID, insurance purchase identification and position information of a vehicle are sent when the vehicle machine detects that the distance between the vehicle and a high-speed entrance is smaller than or equal to a preset distance threshold value;
the processing unit 420 is configured to send a contract text of the insurance to the vehicle machine if it is determined that the owner user of the vehicle does not purchase the insurance according to the burial point information;
the communication unit 410 is further configured to receive a confirmation purchase instruction sent by the vehicle-mounted device, and send a request message for payment without password to the vehicle-mounted device, where the confirmation purchase instruction is sent by the vehicle-mounted device when confirming that the vehicle owner user purchases the insurance according to the contract text;
the communication unit 410 is further configured to receive the password-free payment feedback information sent by the car machine;
the processing unit 420 is further configured to withhold the insurance cost of the vehicle owner user and send order information of the insurance to the third party server if it is determined that the vehicle owner user determines the password-free payment according to the password-free payment feedback information;
the communication unit 410 is further configured to receive insurance underwriting information of the insurance sent by a third-party server, and send the insurance underwriting information to the car machine.
It can be seen that, by providing the insurance management method, when the distance from the vehicle to the highway entrance is smaller than the preset threshold value, the cloud server in communication connection with the vehicle machine and the third-party server is used to provide an intelligent insurance purchasing mode for the vehicle owner user, so that the vehicle owner can complete insurance purchasing without manual operation in the driving process. In a possible example, in an aspect that the confirmation purchase instruction is sent by the car owner user when confirming that the car owner user purchases the insurance according to the contract text, the processing unit is specifically configured to: the vehicle machine converts the insurance contract text from text to voice TTS to obtain an insurance contract audio file; the car machine broadcasts the insurance contract audio file by voice; and when the purchase confirmation instruction of the owner user is detected, the vehicle machine sends the purchase confirmation instruction to the cloud server.
In a possible example, in the aspect of confirming that the owner user confirms the password-free payment according to the password-free payment feedback information, the processing unit 420 is specifically configured to identify a voiceprint of the password-free payment according to a password-free payment included in the password-free payment feedback information by the cloud server, so as to obtain voiceprint feature information; the cloud server compares the voiceprint characteristic information with the prestored voiceprint information of the vehicle owner user; and if the matching degree value of the voiceprint characteristic information and the voiceprint information of the vehicle owner user is larger than a preset threshold value, matching the voiceprint characteristic information with the voiceprint information of the vehicle owner user.
In a possible example, after the vehicle-mounted device sends the burial point information to the cloud server, the processing unit 420 is further configured to obtain a policy of the insurance if it is determined that the vehicle owner user has purchased the insurance according to the burial point information; identifying a validity period of the insurance in the policy; if the validity period is lower than a preset time threshold, sending continuous guarantee inquiry information to the vehicle machine; and receiving renewal feedback information sent by the vehicle owner, and determining whether the vehicle owner user renews according to the renewal feedback information.
In a possible example, if the buried point information further includes vehicle state information, the processing unit 420 is further configured to generate vehicle state estimation feedback information according to the vehicle state information; sending the vehicle state evaluation feedback information to the vehicle machine; the vehicle-mounted machine carries out TTS conversion from text to voice on the vehicle state evaluation feedback information to obtain a vehicle state audio file; and the vehicle state audio file is broadcasted by the vehicle machine through voice.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device 500 according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in the figure, the electronic device 500 includes an application processor 510, a memory 520, a communication interface 530, and one or more programs 521, where the one or more programs 521 are stored in the memory 520 and configured to be executed by the application processor 510, and the one or more programs 521 include instructions for performing any step in the foregoing method embodiment:
receiving embedded point information from a vehicle machine, wherein the embedded point information comprises any one or more of the following: the vehicle information processing method comprises the steps that vehicle ID, insurance purchase identification and position information of a vehicle are sent when the vehicle machine detects that the distance between the vehicle and a high-speed entrance is smaller than or equal to a preset distance threshold value;
if it is determined that the owner user of the vehicle does not purchase the insurance according to the buried point information, sending a contract text of the insurance to the vehicle machine;
receiving a confirmation purchase instruction sent by the vehicle-mounted device, and sending a password-free payment inquiry message to the vehicle-mounted device, wherein the confirmation purchase instruction is sent when the vehicle-mounted device confirms that the owner user purchases the insurance according to the contract text;
receiving the password-free payment feedback information sent by the vehicle machine;
if the owner user confirms the password-free payment according to the password-free payment feedback information, deducting the insurance cost of the owner user, and sending the insurance order information to a third-party server;
and receiving the insurance underwriting information of the insurance sent by the third-party server, and sending the insurance underwriting information to the vehicle machine.

In a possible example, the purchase confirmation instruction is sent by the car owner user when confirming that the insurance is purchased according to the contract text, and the instruction in the program 521 is specifically configured to perform the following operations: the vehicle machine converts the insurance contract text from text to voice TTS to obtain an insurance contract audio file; the car machine broadcasts the insurance contract audio file by voice; and when the purchase confirmation instruction of the owner user is detected, the vehicle machine sends the purchase confirmation instruction to the cloud server.
In a possible example, the step of confirming that the owner user confirms the password-free payment according to the password-free payment feedback information includes: the cloud server identifies the voiceprint of the password for the password-free payment according to the password for the password-free payment contained in the feedback information for the password-free payment to obtain voiceprint characteristic information; the cloud server compares the voiceprint characteristic information with the prestored voiceprint information of the vehicle owner user; and if the matching degree value of the voiceprint characteristic information and the voiceprint information of the vehicle owner user is larger than a preset threshold value, matching the voiceprint characteristic information with the voiceprint information of the vehicle owner user.
In a possible example, after the car machine sends the burial point information to the cloud server, the instructions in the program 521 are specifically configured to perform the following operations: if the vehicle owner user is determined to purchase the insurance according to the buried point information, acquiring a policy of the insurance; identifying a validity period of the insurance in the policy; if the validity period is lower than a preset time threshold, sending continuous guarantee inquiry information to the vehicle machine; and receiving renewal feedback information sent by the vehicle owner, and determining whether the vehicle owner user renews according to the renewal feedback information.
In one possible example, if the buried point information further includes vehicle status information, the instructions in the program 521 are specifically configured to: the cloud server generates vehicle state evaluation feedback information according to the state information of the vehicle; sending the vehicle state evaluation feedback information to the vehicle machine; the vehicle-mounted machine carries out TTS conversion from text to voice on the vehicle state evaluation feedback information to obtain a vehicle state audio file; and the vehicle state audio file is broadcasted by the vehicle machine through voice.
Processor 510 may include one or more processing cores, such as a 4-core processor, an 8-core processor, and so forth. The processor 510 may be implemented in at least one hardware form of a DSP (Digital Signal Processing), an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), and a PLA (Programmable Logic Array). Processor 510 may also include a main processor and a coprocessor, the main processor being a processor for processing data in the wake state, also called a Central Processing Unit (CPU); a coprocessor is a low power processor for processing data in a standby state. In some embodiments, the processor may be integrated with a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), which is responsible for rendering and drawing the content that the display screen needs to display. In some embodiments, processor 510 may also include an AI (Artificial Intelligence) processor for processing computational operations related to machine learning.
Memory 520 may include one or more computer-readable storage media, which may be non-transitory. Memory 520 may also include high speed random access memory, as well as non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory storage devices. In this embodiment, the memory 520 is at least used for storing a computer program, wherein after being loaded and executed by the processor 510, the computer program can implement relevant steps in the call control method disclosed in any of the foregoing embodiments. In addition, the resources stored in the memory 520 may also include an operating system, data, and the like, and the storage manner may be a transient storage or a permanent storage. The operating system may include Windows, Unix, Linux, and the like. The data may include, but is not limited to, electronic device interaction data, electronic device signals, and the like.
In some embodiments, the electronic device 500 may further include an input-output interface, a communication interface, a power source, and a communication bus.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the disclosed configuration of the present embodiment is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components.
The above description has introduced the solution of the embodiment of the present application mainly from the perspective of the method-side implementation process. It is understood that the electronic device comprises corresponding hardware structures and/or software modules for performing the respective functions in order to realize the above-mentioned functions. Those of skill in the art will readily appreciate that the present application is capable of hardware or a combination of hardware and computer software implementing the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments provided herein. Whether a function is performed as hardware or computer software drives hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, the cloud server may be divided according to the above method example, for example, each functional unit may be divided corresponding to each function, or two or more functions may be integrated in one processing unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit. It should be noted that the division of the unit in the embodiment of the present application is schematic, and is only a logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
An embodiment of the present application provides a chip, where the chip includes a processor and a data interface, and the processor reads instructions stored on a memory through the data interface to perform a method according to the first aspect to the third aspect and any optional implementation manner described above.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium stores a computer program for electronic data exchange, the computer program enabling a computer to execute part or all of the steps of any one of the methods as described in the above method embodiments, and the computer includes a first electronic device.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform some or all of the steps of any of the methods as described in the above method embodiments. The computer program product may be a software installation package, the computer comprising the electronic device.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the application. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in this application.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described terminal embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the above-described units is only one logical function division, and other division manners may be available in actual implementation, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or may not be executed. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit may be stored in a computer readable memory if it is implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be substantially implemented or a part of or all or part of the technical solution contributing to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a memory, and including several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the above-mentioned method of the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned memory comprises: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps in the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by associated hardware instructed by a program, which may be stored in a computer-readable memory, which may include: flash Memory disks, Read-Only memories (ROMs), Random Access Memories (RAMs), magnetic or optical disks, and the like.
While the present disclosure has been described with reference to particular embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. An insurance management method applied to a cloud server, the method comprising:
receiving embedded point information from a vehicle machine, wherein the embedded point information comprises any one or more of the following: the vehicle information processing method comprises the steps that vehicle ID, insurance purchase identification and position information of a vehicle are sent when the vehicle machine detects that the distance between the vehicle and a high-speed entrance is smaller than or equal to a preset distance threshold value;
if it is determined that the owner user of the vehicle does not purchase the insurance according to the buried point information, sending a contract text of the insurance to the vehicle machine;
receiving a confirmation purchase instruction sent by the vehicle-mounted device, and sending a password-free payment inquiry message to the vehicle-mounted device, wherein the confirmation purchase instruction is sent when the vehicle-mounted device confirms that the owner user purchases the insurance according to the contract text;
receiving the password-free payment feedback information sent by the vehicle machine;
if the owner user confirms the password-free payment according to the password-free payment feedback information, deducting the insurance cost of the owner user, and sending the insurance order information to a third-party server;
and receiving the insurance underwriting information of the insurance sent by the third-party server, and sending the insurance underwriting information to the vehicle machine.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the confirmation purchase instruction is sent by the car owner user when confirming that the insurance is purchased according to the contract text, and comprises the following steps:
the vehicle machine converts the insurance contract text from text to voice TTS to obtain an insurance contract audio file;
the car machine broadcasts the insurance contract audio file by voice;
and when the purchase confirmation instruction of the owner user is detected, the vehicle machine sends the purchase confirmation instruction to the cloud server.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the confirming the owner user confirms the password-free payment according to the password-free payment feedback information comprises:
the cloud server identifies the voiceprint of the password for the password-free payment according to the password for the password-free payment contained in the feedback information for the password-free payment to obtain voiceprint characteristic information;
the cloud server compares the voiceprint characteristic information with the prestored voiceprint information of the vehicle owner user;
and if the matching degree value of the voiceprint characteristic information and the voiceprint information of the vehicle owner user is larger than a preset threshold value, matching the voiceprint characteristic information with the voiceprint information of the vehicle owner user.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after the car machine sends the burial point information to the cloud server, the method further comprises:
if the vehicle owner user is determined to purchase the insurance according to the buried point information, acquiring a policy of the insurance;
identifying a validity period of the insurance in the policy;
if the validity period is lower than a preset time threshold, sending continuous guarantee inquiry information to the vehicle machine;
and receiving renewal feedback information sent by the vehicle owner, and determining whether the vehicle owner user renews according to the renewal feedback information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein if the buried point information further includes vehicle status information, the method further comprises:
the cloud server generates vehicle state evaluation feedback information according to the state information of the vehicle;
sending the vehicle state evaluation feedback information to the vehicle machine;
the vehicle-mounted machine carries out TTS conversion from text to voice on the vehicle state evaluation feedback information to obtain a vehicle state audio file;
and the vehicle state audio file is broadcasted by the vehicle machine through voice.
6. A cloud server, the cloud server comprising:
the communication unit is used for receiving the embedded point information from the vehicle machine, and the embedded point information comprises any one or more of the following: the vehicle information processing method comprises the steps that vehicle ID, insurance purchase identification and position information of a vehicle are sent when the vehicle machine detects that the distance between the vehicle and a high-speed entrance is smaller than or equal to a preset distance threshold value;
the processing unit is used for sending a contract text of the insurance to the vehicle machine if the owner user of the vehicle does not purchase the insurance according to the embedded point information;
the communication unit is further configured to receive a confirmation purchase instruction sent by the vehicle-mounted device, and send a secret payment exemption inquiry message to the vehicle-mounted device, where the confirmation purchase instruction is sent by the vehicle-mounted device when confirming that the vehicle owner user purchases the insurance according to the contract text;
the communication unit is also used for receiving the password-free payment feedback information sent by the vehicle machine;
the processing unit is further configured to withhold the insurance cost of the vehicle owner user and send order information of the insurance to the third-party server if the vehicle owner user confirms the password-free payment according to the password-free payment feedback information;
the communication unit is further used for receiving insurance underwriting information of the insurance sent by a third-party server and sending the insurance underwriting information to the vehicle machine.
7. The cloud server according to claim 6, wherein if the car owner user is confirmed to purchase the insurance according to the contract text by the car machine, receiving a confirmed purchase instruction sent from the car machine, wherein,
the vehicle machine converts the insurance contract text from text to voice TTS to obtain an insurance contract audio file;
the car machine broadcasts the insurance contract audio file by voice;
when a purchase confirmation instruction of the owner user is detected, the car machine sends the purchase confirmation instruction to the cloud server;
the communication unit is used for receiving the purchase confirmation instruction.
8. The cloud server according to claim 6, wherein the step of confirming the password-free payment of the owner user according to the password-free payment feedback information comprises the processing unit, specifically configured to:
identifying the voiceprint of the password for the password-free payment according to the password-free payment contained in the feedback information for the password-free payment to obtain voiceprint characteristic information;
comparing the voiceprint characteristic information with the prestored voiceprint information of the owner user;
and if the matching degree value of the voiceprint characteristic information and the voiceprint information of the vehicle owner user is larger than a preset threshold value, matching the voiceprint characteristic information with the voiceprint information of the vehicle owner user.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the programs comprising instructions for performing the steps in the method of any of claims 1-5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program for electronic data exchange is stored, wherein the computer program causes a computer to perform the method according to any one of claims 1-5.
