Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of an approval task allocation method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of an approval task allocation method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The approval task allocation method is applied to the server 20. If the approval task is received, the server 20 adds the approval task to a preset task pool to be allocated; the server 20 acquires the remaining approval task quantity of each approval terminal 10, wherein the remaining approval task quantity is the quantity of the current unprocessed approval tasks of the approval terminals 10; and the server 20 distributes the approval tasks in the task pool to be distributed to each approval terminal 10 according to the residual approval task quantity of each approval terminal 10.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of an approval task allocation method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the method includes the following steps S1-S3.
And S1, if the approval task is received, adding the approval task into a preset task pool to be distributed.
In specific implementation, if an approval task is received, the server adds the approval task to a preset task pool to be allocated. The approval task is sent to the server by the staff in the enterprise.
And S2, obtaining the residual examination and approval task quantity of each examination and approval terminal, wherein the residual examination and approval task quantity is the quantity of the examination and approval tasks which are not processed at the current examination and approval terminal.
In specific implementation, the server acquires the remaining approval task volumes of the approval terminals. And the residual examination and approval task quantity is the quantity of the examination and approval tasks which are not processed at the examination and approval terminal currently. The larger the remaining approval task amount is, the higher the work saturation of the approval staff corresponding to the approval terminal is. The smaller the remaining examination and approval task quantity is, the lower the work saturation of the examination and approval personnel corresponding to the examination and approval terminal is.
It should be noted that the approval terminal refers to a terminal used by an approval person, and the approval terminal may be specifically a mobile phone terminal or a PC terminal. And the examination and approval personnel examine and approve the examination and approval task through the examination and approval terminal.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, the above steps of obtaining the remaining approval task volumes of the approval terminals specifically include the following steps S21-S22.
And S21, sending a task quantity inquiry command to the approval terminal.
In specific implementation, the server sends task quantity query instructions to each approval terminal. And the task quantity query instruction is used for querying the remaining examination and approval task quantities of all examination and approval terminals.
And S22, receiving a response message returned by the approval terminal, wherein the response message comprises the remaining approval task amount of the approval terminal.
In specific implementation, the server receives a response message returned by each approval terminal, wherein the response message comprises the remaining approval task amount of the approval terminal, so that the server can analyze and acquire the remaining approval task amount of the approval terminal from the response message.
And S3, distributing the approval tasks in the task pool to be distributed to each approval terminal according to the residual approval task quantity of each approval terminal.
In specific implementation, the approval tasks in the task pool to be allocated are allocated to the approval terminals according to the remaining amount of the approval tasks of the approval terminals.
And the approval terminal with smaller residual approval task amount preferentially obtains the approval tasks. Therefore, auditors with low working saturation can be guaranteed to obtain audit tasks preferentially, and efficient configuration of audit resources is achieved.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, the above steps of obtaining the remaining approval task volumes of the approval terminals specifically include the following steps S31-S32.
And S31, sequencing the examination and approval terminals according to the sequence of the rest examination and approval task quantities from low to high.
In specific implementation, all the approval terminals are sorted according to the sequence of the rest approval task quantities from low to high. Thus, the lower the remaining number of approval tasks (i.e., the lower the saturation level of operation), the further ahead the approval terminal rank.
And S32, distributing the approval tasks in the task pool to be distributed to the approval terminals in sequence according to the sequencing order of the approval terminals.
In specific implementation, the approval tasks in the task pool to be allocated are allocated to the approval terminals in sequence according to the sequencing order of the approval terminals. Therefore, the lower the residual examination and approval task quantity (namely, the lower the work saturation), the higher the priority of the examination and approval terminal to obtain the examination and approval tasks, and the efficient configuration of the examination and approval resources is realized.
By applying the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, if an approval task is received, the approval task is added into a preset task pool to be distributed; acquiring the residual examination and approval task quantity of each examination and approval terminal, wherein the residual examination and approval task quantity is the quantity of the examination and approval tasks which are not processed currently by the examination and approval terminal; and distributing the approval tasks in the task pool to be distributed to each approval terminal according to the residual approval task quantity of each approval terminal, so that the efficient configuration of approval resources can be realized, and the approval efficiency of the approval tasks is greatly improved.

Steps S51-S53 are similar to steps S1-S3 in the above embodiments, and are not repeated herein. The steps S53-S56 added in the present embodiment are explained in detail below.
And S51, if the approval task is received, adding the approval task into a preset task pool to be distributed.
And S52, obtaining the residual examination and approval task quantity of each examination and approval terminal, wherein the residual examination and approval task quantity is the quantity of the examination and approval tasks which are not processed at the current examination and approval terminal.
And S53, distributing the approval tasks in the task pool to be distributed to each approval terminal according to the residual approval task quantity of each approval terminal.
And S54, judging whether the residual examination and approval task quantity of the examination and approval terminal is larger than a preset quantity threshold value.
In a specific implementation, after the step S52 obtains the remaining approval task volumes of the approval terminals, the approval task allocation method provided by the present invention further includes: and judging whether the residual approval task quantity of the approval terminal is larger than a preset quantity threshold value. If the remaining approval task quantity of the approval terminal is larger than the preset quantity threshold value, the fact that a large number of approval tasks are accumulated on the approval terminal is indicated.
It should be noted that the number threshold can be set by those skilled in the art according to practical situations, and the present invention is not limited in particular.
And S55, if the residual examination and approval task quantity of the examination and approval terminal is larger than the preset quantity threshold value, sending a task processing reminding message to the examination and approval terminal.
In the specific implementation, if the remaining approval task quantity of the approval terminal is greater than the preset quantity threshold, a task processing reminding message is sent to the approval terminal so as to remind an approval person to accelerate processing of the approval task, and the processing efficiency of the approval task is further improved.
It should be noted that the task processing reminding message may specifically include a short message reminding message, an instant messaging reminding message, a mail reminding message, and the like.
And S56, deleting the approval tasks which are already allocated to the approval terminal in the task pool to be allocated.
In a specific implementation, after the step S53 allocates the approval tasks in the task pool to be allocated to each approval terminal according to the remaining approval task amount of each approval terminal, the approval task allocation method provided by the present invention further includes: and deleting the approval tasks which are already allocated to the approval terminal in the task pool to be allocated.
