At present, when the cost management of the rehabilitation treatment of the inpatient is realized, the following modes are generally adopted: firstly, a doctor can prescribe a medical order for a patient in an HIS system, and the HIS system generates a treatment task according to the medical order and transmits the medical task to a special rehabilitation department system; the therapist may perform the treatment task at the rehabilitation specialist system. After the task is completed, the therapist needs to log in a billing module in the HIS system on the same day, find the task to be performed by the patient and perform billing. According to the charging mode, data communication between a hospital information system and a rehabilitation special system is not established, and information linkage between the hospital information system and the rehabilitation special system cannot be realized, so that a therapist needs to perform cross-system operation and treatment charging every day, and the workload is large; meanwhile, the efficiency is low, and the conditions of missed recording, wrong recording and the like are easy to occur.
Based on this, in the present exemplary embodiment, first, an information recording method is provided, which may be implemented by a server, or a terminal device, wherein the terminal described in the present disclosure may include a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm top computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and a fixed terminal such as a desktop computer. Fig. 1 schematically illustrates a schematic diagram of an information recording method flow, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 1, the information recording method may include the steps of:
and step S110, receiving the medical instruction sent by the hospital information system, and generating a medical item to be processed corresponding to the medical instruction.
Step S120, distributing the medical item to be processed to the target executive user so that the target executive user executes the medical item to be processed.
Step S130, receiving the execution operation of the target execution user for the medical item to be processed, and determining execution operation data.
And step S140, transmitting the execution operation data to the hospital information system so that the hospital information system can determine and record the expense information of the medical project to be processed according to the execution operation data.
According to the information recording method in the present example embodiment, on one hand, after the medical instruction of the hospital information system is acquired, the to-be-processed medical item corresponding to the medical instruction may be executed, and the acquired execution operation data may be sent to the hospital information system, so that the hospital information system completes the fee information recording operation for the to-be-processed medical item, establishes data communication with the hospital information system, and may synchronize the execution state of the to-be-processed medical item to the hospital information system. On the other hand, through the real-time data communication between the two systems, after the execution of the medical project to be processed is finished, the corresponding real-time expense recording operation can be carried out, the billing efficiency of the medical project can be improved, and the workload of a target execution user is greatly reduced. In another aspect, the fee information recording operation of the medical project is realized through data communication between the systems, so that the situations of wrong recording, missed recording and the like caused by manual charging can be avoided, and the fee recording information is more accurate.
Next, the information recording method in the present exemplary embodiment will be further explained.
In step S110, a medical instruction transmitted by the hospital information system is received, and a to-be-processed medical item corresponding to the medical instruction is generated.
In some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, the hospital information system may be an information system that provides comprehensive automated management and various services for the overall operation of the hospital using computer software and hardware technology, network communication technology, and the like. The medical instructions may be orders placed by the attending physician according to the patient's condition. For example, the medical instruction may be a rehabilitation order that the attending physician may prescribe based on the condition of the patient a's joint when the patient a's joint is compromised; the medical instruction may also be a rehabilitation treatment order or the like that the attending physician prescribes for the psychological condition of patient B when patient B has a psychological disease. The medical order may be a physician's order for a patient in need of long-term rehabilitation therapy, and the specific type and content of the medical order are not subject to any particular limitation by the present disclosure. The medical item, which may also be referred to as a medical executive task, may be a medical task item generated from a medical order. The medical items to be processed may include execution information, and the execution information may be execution information corresponding to the medical items to be processed, each medical item to be processed corresponding to respective execution information. In this exemplary embodiment, an attending physician may prescribe a medical order for a patient according to the condition of the patient in the HIS system, that is, form a corresponding medical instruction, and after the medical instruction is obtained, the medical instruction may be processed to determine a medical task included in the medical instruction, and usually, a plurality of medical items to be processed may be generated according to one medical task.
According to some exemplary embodiments of the disclosure, a medical task corresponding to a medical instruction and execution requirement information of the medical task are determined; the execution requirement information comprises a task type and an execution frequency; and generating the medical item to be processed and the execution information of the medical item to be processed according to the task type and the execution frequency. The medical task may be a task to be performed as determined by the medical instruction, for example, patient a has a joint injury, and the corresponding medical task in the order placed by the attending physician for patient a may be a therapeutic procedure that results in the healing of patient a's joint. The execution requirement information may be information required for the execution of the medical task. Specifically, the execution requirement information may include a task type and an execution frequency; the task type may be a specific type corresponding to the medical task, for example, when the medical task is a rehabilitation task, the corresponding task type may be a rehabilitation type; the frequency of performance may be the number of medical procedures that need to be performed to effect the medical task procedure, as well as the interval period between each two adjacent medical procedures.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 schematically shows a flow chart for generating a medical item and acquiring execution information thereof. In step S410, when the medical instruction is acquired, the corresponding medical task and the execution requirement information of the medical task, that is, the specific type and execution frequency of the medical task, may be determined according to the medical instruction. In step S420, after the task type and the execution frequency of the medical task are acquired, the to-be-processed medical item corresponding to the medical task and the execution information of the to-be-processed medical item may be generated based on the information, so that the target execution user completes the execution operation of the to-be-processed medical item based on the execution information.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a plurality of medical items to be processed are generated based on task types and execution frequencies, and an item identification, an item status, and an item start-stop time of each medical item to be processed are determined; and generating corresponding execution information according to the item identifier, the item state and the item start-stop time of each medical item to be processed. The item identifier may be an identifier uniquely corresponding to each medical item to be processed, for example, the medical items to be processed may be numbered in sequence to form the item identifier. For example, the item identifier may be "ID 000000001" or "1", etc., and the present disclosure does not make any particular limitation on the specific format of the item identifier. The project status may include an execution status and a billing status of the medical project to be processed. The project start-stop time may include a scheduled start time, a scheduled end time, an actual start time, an actual end time, etc. of the medical project to be processed.
Referring to FIG. 5, FIG. 5 schematically illustrates a flow chart for generating execution information based on task type and execution frequency. Specifically, in step S510, after the task type and the execution frequency of the medical task are determined, a plurality of to-be-processed medical items may be generated according to the task type and the execution frequency, where each to-be-processed medical item includes item information such as a corresponding item identifier, an item state, and an item start-stop time. In step S520, corresponding execution information may be generated according to item information such as item identification, item status, and item start-stop time of the medical item to be processed.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 schematically shows a technical schematic of the present exemplary embodiment. In steps S210 to S220, the doctor can prescribe a corresponding order for the patient according to the condition of the patient, and the order can be checked by a doctor assistant or a nurse. Since, in some exemplary embodiments, the HIS system does not include an execution module of the medical item to be processed, the execution process of the medical item to be processed may be completed in a corresponding medical item execution system (referred to as item execution system), for example, the medical item execution system may be a rehabilitation specialist system for providing rehabilitation therapy to the patient.
The present disclosure will illustrate the overall cost recording process by taking the example of data interaction between the HIS system and the medical project execution system.
After the medical advice check is completed, the corresponding to-be-processed medical item can be generated according to the checked medical advice, and the processing task information corresponding to the to-be-processed medical item is sent to the medical item execution system. For example, patient YY is in hospital, the WW physician is in "2019-07-0810: 56, providing long-term advice of 'standing + walking ability comprehensive training' for YY of a patient in an HIS system, wherein the execution frequency is 2 times per day, each time is 30 minutes, and the single amount is 1 time; the executive department is a rehabilitation medical department, the executive business group is a Physical Therapy (PT) group, and the long-term treatment tasks and states of the HIS system for generating the YY of the inpatients are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002280141030000101
In step S120, the medical item to be processed is assigned to the target performing user so that the target performing user performs the medical item to be processed.
In some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, the target performing user may be a user performing a medical item to be treated, for example, the target performing user may be a rehabilitee, a therapist, or the like. After the medical items to be processed are received, the execution information in the medical items to be processed can be acquired, so that the corresponding target execution users can be distributed according to the execution information of each medical item to be processed, and the target execution users can complete the execution operation of the medical items to be processed.
According to some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, a task type of a medical project to be processed is determined, and a target business group corresponding to the medical project to be processed is determined according to the task type; acquiring a user state of an executive user in a target service group; and determining a target executive user corresponding to the medical project to be processed from the target service group according to the user state. The target business group can be a business group for completing the execution operation of the medical project to be processed, and different medical projects are respectively provided with respective corresponding types, so that the execution business group for specifically executing the medical project to be processed can be determined according to the task type corresponding to the medical project to be processed. The executing users may be all users included in the target service group. The user status may be a current status of the performing user, and the user status may be status information identifying whether the performing user is able to process the pending medical item. For example, the user status may be set to "idle status" and "busy status", when the executing user is in "idle status", it is stated that the executing user may execute the pending medical item; when the executive user is in a busy state, the executive user is indicated to normally perform other medical items currently, and the medical items to be processed cannot be distributed to the executive user. The target executive user may be an executive user responsible for executing the pending medical project.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 schematically illustrates a flow chart for assigning a pending medical item to a target performing user. Specifically, in step S610, after the task type of the medical item to be processed is obtained, the target service group corresponding to the medical item to be processed may be determined according to the task type. In step S620, the user states of the executive users included in the target service group are counted, in step S630, the executive users in the target service group whose user states are "idle states" are screened out, a target executive user is determined from the executive users in the "idle states", and the medical project to be processed is allocated to the target executive user. Specifically, when a target executive user is determined from executive users in an "idle state", the target executive user may be randomly determined; or numbering the executive users in all service groups, and determining target executive users according to the number; and a special executive user can be appointed for the patient, a corresponding relation between the patient and the executive user is formed, and the target executive user is determined according to the patient.
In step S130, the execution operation of the reception target execution user for the medical item to be processed is determined, and the execution operation data is determined.
In some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, the execution operation may be an operation performed by the target execution user with respect to the medical item to be processed, and after the target execution user completes the execution operation, the medical item to be processed may be considered to be processed. In some exemplary embodiments, the HIS system may include an execution module supporting the target executive user to handle the pending medical item, and the execution module may perform the execution operation. In some other exemplary embodiments, the performing of the medical item to be processed may be performed by a medical item performing system, at which time the target performing user may log in the medical item performing system and perform the performing of the medical item to be processed in the medical item performing system. The execution completion information may be related information identifying that the medical item to be processed has completed execution.
After the medical project to be processed is distributed to the target executive user, the target executive user can perform executive operation corresponding to the medical project to be processed through an executive module or a medical project executive system in the HIS system, receive executive operation of the target executive user, and generate executive operation data corresponding to the medical project to be processed according to the executive operation so as to perform subsequent expense recording operation according to the executive operation data.
Referring to fig. 2, the medical item execution system may receive task information of a medical item to be processed transmitted by the HIS system and perform operations such as assignment and reservation of a treatment task, so that a target executive performs a corresponding medical item according to the task information in steps S230 to S240.
According to some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, in response to an execution trigger operation of a target execution user for a medical item to be processed, providing an item execution page corresponding to the medical item to be processed; and receiving the execution operation of the target execution user on the project execution page, and generating execution operation data according to the execution operation. The execution trigger operation may be an operation performed when the target execution user wants to execute the medical item to be processed, for example, the target execution user may select and start to execute the corresponding medical item to be processed by logging in the execution module or the medical item execution system, that is, perform the execution trigger operation. The project execution page can be an execution page corresponding to the medical project to be processed, and the target execution user can perform related operations through the project execution page. For example, the item execution page may include execution situation information for the medical item to be processed, and the execution situation information may include specific operations of the target execution user for the patient, a change in the physical state of the patient, and the like.
The target executive user fills the corresponding content according to the processing condition of the medical project, and when the target executive user fills the content contained in the project execution page, the operation of "execution end" may be triggered, for example, a "submit" button may be set in the project execution page, and after the target executive user finishes executing, the operation may be considered to be ended after clicking the "submit" button. When the target execution user triggers the execution end operation, the execution operation of the target execution user on the project execution page can be received, and the execution operation data can be generated according to the execution operation.
In step S140, the execution operation data is transmitted to the hospital information system so that the hospital information system determines and records the fee information of the medical item to be processed according to the execution operation data.

step S710, the medical instruction is sent to the project execution system, so that the project execution system generates the medical project to be processed according to the medical instruction.
Step S720, receiving the execution operation data of the medical project to be processed sent by the project execution system; and the execution operation data is determined according to the execution operation of the target execution user aiming at the medical project to be processed.
And step S730, determining and recording the expense information of the medical project to be processed according to the execution operation data.
According to the information recording method in the present exemplary embodiment, on the one hand, the generated medical instruction is sent to the item execution system, and the item execution system may generate a corresponding medical item to be processed so as to assign the medical item to be processed to the target execution user for execution. On the other hand, after the medical project to be processed is executed, the execution operation data can be sent to the hospital information system, so that the cost recording operation for the medical project to be processed is completed in the hospital information system, the information interaction between the hospital information system and the project execution system is realized, and the effect of real-time billing is realized.
Next, the block chain-based right management method in the present exemplary embodiment will be further described.
In step S710, the medical instruction is sent to the item execution system, so that the item execution system generates the medical item to be processed according to the medical instruction.
In some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, an item execution system, also referred to as a medical item execution system, may be a system used when performing an operation on a medical item to be processed generated according to a medical instruction. After the medical instruction is generated by the doctor through the hospital information system, the medical instruction can be sent to the project execution system, so that the project execution system generates a corresponding to-be-processed medical project after receiving the medical instruction. After the project execution system generates the medical project to be processed, the target execution user can execute the operation aiming at the medical project to be processed.
In step S720, receiving execution operation data of the medical item to be processed, which is sent by the item execution system; and the execution operation data is determined according to the execution operation of the target execution user aiming at the medical project to be processed.
In some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, after the target executive user finishes executing the to-be-processed medical item, corresponding executive operation data may be generated and sent to the hospital information system, so that the hospital information system performs a fee information recording operation on the to-be-processed medical item according to the executive operation data.
In step S730, the fee information of the medical item to be processed is determined and recorded according to the execution operation data.
In some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, after the hospital information system acquires the execution operation data, the hospital information system may determine cost information of the medical item to be processed according to the execution operation data, and record the determined cost information in a corresponding position of the medical item to be processed.
According to some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, an initial execution state of a medical item to be processed is determined, and the initial execution state is updated according to execution operation data to generate an updated execution state; judging whether the update execution state is a target execution state; if the updated execution state is the target execution state, determining and recording the expense information; an initial billing status of the medical item to be processed is obtained and updated to an updated billing status. The initial execution state may be a state corresponding to the medical item to be processed when the medical item is assigned to the target execution user. The update operation may be a state update operation performed with respect to an initial execution state. The updated execution state may be an updated project execution state resulting from an update operation performed on an initial execution state of the medical project being processed.
