The invention provides a prosthetic prosthesis and a femoral structure with the same, wherein the prosthetic prosthesis is used for knee joint surgery and comprises: a first patch assembly and a second patch assembly, the first patch assembly being positionally adjustable relative to the second patch assembly to fill a contained defect site at the metaphysis of the knee joint by changing the relative positional relationship between the first patch assembly and the second patch assembly. The prosthesis solves the problem that the specification of the filling prosthesis is difficult to be matched with the femoral defect part in the prior art.
