The invention relates to the field of data synchronization methods, in particular to a network equipment cluster data synchronization method, which can increase network equipment members in a cluster, does not need independent network interconnection to carry out data synchronization, and transmits synchronous data to each member node by using multicast and broadcast messages in a two-layer network, thereby breaking through the limitation of the cluster number of a data synchronization scheme which is independently carried out by a data synchronization line.

c. packaging synchronous data by using the multicast or broadcast MAC address and the IP address to form a synchronous data message;
d. marking the VLAN label of the data synchronization network area on the packaged synchronization data message to form a cluster synchronization message, and then sending the cluster synchronization message to a switch;
e. the exchanger receives and identifies the cluster synchronous message, and copies and sends the cluster synchronous message to all data synchronous interfaces belonging to the data synchronous network area;
f. and other network equipment in the network equipment cluster receives the cluster synchronization message, decapsulates the cluster synchronization message, and extracts corresponding data information to complete data synchronization.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention can increase network equipment members in the cluster, does not need to carry out data synchronization by independent network line interconnection, and transmits the synchronous data to each member node by multicast and broadcast messages in a two-layer network, thereby breaking through the cluster quantity limitation of a data synchronization scheme by independently depending on a data synchronization line.

f. and other network equipment in the network equipment cluster receives the cluster synchronization message, decapsulates the cluster synchronization message, and extracts corresponding data information to complete data synchronization.
The data synchronization method of the present invention adopts a similar message forwarding process, and is not limited to firewall equipment, but other types of equipment are also applicable, for example: load balancing equipment, DNS equipment, various gateway equipment and the like.
