The mobile terminal and/or the cloud server reads at least one to-be-authenticated information of the photo, the identity card number, the name, the gender, the employee card number and the work unit in the to-be-authenticated image.
And comparing the information to be authenticated with the information of the appointed take-out delivery personnel to judge whether the current take-out delivery personnel are the appointed take-out delivery personnel.
The information for assigning the takeaway delivery person may be one or more of a photograph, an identification number, a name, a gender, a employee identification number, and a work unit of the person for assigning the takeaway delivery person provided by the merchant or the ordering platform.
The information of the characters or the face images in the image to be authenticated shot by the camera can be identified through image identification,
and the mobile terminal or the cloud server compares the information to be authenticated with the information of the assigned takeaway delivery personnel to judge whether the current takeaway personnel is the assigned takeaway delivery personnel.
And comparing the information to be authenticated with the information of the designated takeaway delivery personnel at the mobile terminal or the cloud server, and judging that the current takeaway personnel is the designated takeaway delivery personnel when the information to be authenticated is consistent with the information of the designated takeaway delivery personnel.
When the information to be authenticated is compared with the information of the appointed takeaway delivery personnel to be inconsistent, the judgment of the current takeaway personnel not to be appointed takeaway delivery personnel can be carried out, and the judgment mode is more flexible and reliable.

In step S202, in response to the delivery address of the takeaway delivery person, the camera acquires an image to be authenticated of the current takeaway delivery person, and sends the authentication image to the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server of the user.
In step S203, the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server determines whether the current takeaway person is the designated takeaway delivery person based on the image to be authenticated and the information of the designated takeaway delivery person.
In step S204, after responding to the arrival of the delivery person at the delivery address, triggering a doorbell or a camera, determining that the delivery person arrives at the delivery address, and triggering to start the camera for image acquisition.
Triggering doorbell or camera and starting the camera and waiting the acquirement of authentication image, can avoid the camera to be in the wasting of resources that the standby state who shoots the image caused for a long time, the life of extension camera.
And the camera sends the image to be authenticated to the mobile terminal or the cloud server.
The processing of the image to be authenticated is carried out at the mobile terminal or the cloud server, so that the resource waste caused by the fact that a processor with high processing capacity needs to be configured at the camera in the camera processing is avoided.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a person identification method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, where as shown in fig. 3, the person identification method further includes:
in step S301, the take-away platform responds to take a take-away order, generates an order number and assigns a take-away delivery person, and feeds back the order number and information of the assigned take-away delivery person to the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server of the user sending the order.
In step S302, in response to the delivery address of the takeaway delivery person, the camera acquires an image to be authenticated of the current takeaway delivery person, and sends the authentication image to the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server of the user.
In step S303, the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server determines whether the current takeaway person is an assigned takeaway delivery person based on the image to be authenticated and the information of the assigned takeaway delivery person.
In step S304, in response to that the current takeaway person is the assigned takeaway person, the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server sends a door opening instruction to open the takeaway door or opens a takeaway receiving window to the door.
When the current takeaway personnel are the designated takeaway personnel, namely the identity of the takeaway personnel is confirmed, the takeaway order is safe. And the mobile terminal or the cloud server controls the opening of the door for the takeout personnel.
To further ensure the security of the user, only the opening of the outer door or the opening of the takeaway receiving window may be controlled.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a person identification method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, where as shown in fig. 4, the person identification method further includes:
in step S401, the take-away platform generates an order number and assigns a take-away delivery person in response to taking an order, and feeds back the order number and information of the assigned take-away delivery person to the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server of the user sending the order.
In step S402, in response to the delivery address of the takeaway delivery person, the camera acquires an image to be authenticated of the current takeaway delivery person, and sends the authentication image to the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server of the user.
In step S403, the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server determines whether the current takeaway person is an assigned takeaway delivery person based on the image to be authenticated and the information of the assigned takeaway delivery person.
In step S404, in response to the current takeaway person being the designated takeaway person, the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server notifies the user of the current takeaway person being the designated takeaway person in a manner of voice notification or display screen display.
And the user selects to open the door for the takeout personnel or contact the takeout personnel through a contact way according to the voice notice or the prompt of the display screen so as to collect the required takeout.
Based on an inventive concept, the present disclosure also provides a person identification system.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating a person identification system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the person identification system includes: a takeaway platform 510, a camera 520, and a mobile terminal and/or cloud server 530.
The take-out platform 510, in response to taking a bill, generates an order number and assigns a take-out delivery person, and feeds back the order number and information of the assigned take-out delivery person to the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server of the user sending the order.
The camera 520 collects an image to be authenticated of the current takeaway delivery person in response to the takeaway delivery person arriving at the delivery address, and sends the authentication image to the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server of the user.
The mobile terminal and/or cloud server 530 determines whether the current takeaway person is an assigned takeaway delivery person based on the image to be authenticated and the information of the assigned takeaway delivery person.
The personnel identification method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure is applied to a take-out platform and comprises the following steps:
responding to the order placing of the takeaway, generating an order number and dispatching a takeaway delivery person; and are

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a takeaway platform includes:
the information generation module is used for responding to take-out ordering, generating an order number and dispatching take-out delivery personnel;
and the sending module is used for feeding back the order number and the information of the appointed take-out delivery personnel to a mobile terminal and/or a cloud server of a user sending the order, so that the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server can identify the actual take-out delivery personnel when the take-out delivery is achieved, and the safety of the actual take-out delivery personnel is determined based on the comparison result of the identification result and the information of the appointed take-out delivery personnel.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, an electronic device includes:
the receiving module is used for receiving the information of the assigned takeout delivery personnel sent by the takeout platform after the takeout order is placed; receiving an image to be authenticated of actual takeaway delivery personnel acquired by the camera equipment after the takeaway delivery;
and the safety determination module is used for identifying the image to be authenticated and determining the safety of the actual takeaway delivery personnel according to the comparison result of the identification result and the information of the designated takeaway delivery personnel.
With regard to the apparatus in the above embodiments, the specific manner in which the various modules perform operations has been in relation to embodiments of the method.
FIG. 6 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus for person identification, according to an example embodiment. May be applied to the takeaway platform and/or the electronic device described above. For example, the apparatus 800 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, an exercise device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
Referring to fig. 6, the apparatus 800 may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 802, a memory 804, a power component 806, a multimedia component 808, an audio component 810, an input/output (I/O) interface 812, a sensor component 814, and a communication component 816.
The processing component 802 generally controls overall operation of the device 800, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing components 802 may include one or more processors 820 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 802 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 802 and other components. For example, the processing component 802 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 808 and the processing component 802.
The memory 804 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at the device 800. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 800, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 804 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
Power component 806 provides power to the various components of device 800. The power components 806 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device 800.
The multimedia component 808 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 800 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 808 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front-facing camera and/or the rear-facing camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 800 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 810 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 810 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the apparatus 800 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 804 or transmitted via the communication component 816. In some embodiments, audio component 810 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 812 provides an interface between the processing component 802 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 814 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the device 800. For example, the sensor assembly 814 may detect the open/closed state of the device 800, the relative positioning of the components, such as a display and keypad of the apparatus 800, the sensor assembly 814 may also detect a change in position of the apparatus 800 or a component of the apparatus 800, the presence or absence of user contact with the apparatus 800, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the apparatus 800, and a change in temperature of the apparatus 800. Sensor assembly 814 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 814 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 814 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 816 is configured to facilitate communications between the apparatus 800 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The device 800 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 800 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 804 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 820 of the device 800 to perform the above-described method is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.

Claims (14)

1. A personnel identification method is characterized in that the personnel identification method is applied to a security identification system of a takeaway delivery person, the security identification system of the takeaway delivery person comprises a takeaway platform, a mobile terminal and/or a cloud server and a camera, and the personnel identification method comprises the following steps:
the take-out platform responds to take-out orders, generates order numbers and dispatches take-out delivery personnel, and
feeding back the order number and the information of the appointed takeout delivery personnel to a mobile terminal and/or a cloud server of a user for sending an order;
responding to the arrival of the takeaway delivery person at the delivery address, acquiring an image to be authenticated of the current takeaway delivery person by a camera, and sending the authentication image to the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server of the user;
the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server determines whether the current takeout person is the designated takeout delivery person or not based on the image to be authenticated and the information of the designated takeout delivery person.
2. The method of claim 1,
the authentication image is at least one of a collected face image, an identity card image and a work card image;
the information of the designated take-away delivery person includes at least one of a face image of the designated take-away delivery person, identification document related information, and work certification document related information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the information designating the take-away delivery person comprises an identification card image, a work card image, or a facial image of the designated take-away delivery person;
the camera gathers the image of treating authentication of present takeaway delivery personnel, includes:
the camera collects the identity card, the employee card or the face of the current takeout person to generate an image to be authenticated of the current takeout person;
the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server determining whether the current takeout person is the designated takeout delivery person based on the image to be authenticated and the information of the designated takeout delivery person, includes:
and the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server performs image re-identification on the identity card image, the employee card image or the face image of the designated takeaway delivery person and the image to be authenticated of the current takeaway person to judge whether the current takeaway person is the designated takeaway delivery person.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the information designating the take-away delivery person comprises a facial image of the designated take-away delivery person;
the camera gathers the image of treating authentication of present takeaway delivery personnel, includes:
the camera collects the identity card of the current takeout person or the face in the employee card or the face of the current takeout person to generate a face image to be authenticated of the current takeout person;
the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server determining whether the current takeout person is the designated takeout delivery person based on the image to be authenticated and the information of the designated takeout delivery person, includes:
and the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server performs image re-identification on the face image of the assigned takeaway delivery person and the face image to be authenticated of the current takeaway person to judge whether the current takeaway person is the assigned takeaway delivery person.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the information designating the take-away delivery person comprises an identification card image, a work card image, or a facial image of the designated take-away delivery person;
the camera gathers the image of treating authentication of present takeaway delivery personnel, includes:
the camera collects the identity card, the employee card or the face of the current takeout person to generate an image to be authenticated of the current takeout person;
the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server determining whether the current takeout person is the designated takeout delivery person based on the image to be authenticated and the information of the designated takeout delivery person, includes:
displaying the identity card image, the employee card image or the face image of the appointed takeaway delivery person and the image to be authenticated of the current takeaway person on the same screen or in a split screen mode on a screen appointed by the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server;
and determining whether the current takeaway personnel is the designated takeaway delivery personnel according to user instructions.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the information designating the delivery person comprises information of at least one of a photograph, an identification number, a name, a gender, a work permit number, and a work unit of the designated delivery person;
the camera gathers the image of treating authentication of present takeaway delivery personnel, includes:
the camera shoots the identity card or the employee card of the current takeout personnel to obtain the image to be authenticated;
the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server determining whether the current takeout person is the designated takeout delivery person based on the image to be authenticated and the information of the designated takeout delivery person, includes:
the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server reads at least one piece of information to be authenticated in the picture to be authenticated, the identity card number, the name, the gender, the employee card number and the work unit;
and comparing the information to be authenticated with the information of the assigned takeaway delivery personnel to judge whether the current takeaway personnel is the assigned takeaway delivery personnel.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and triggering a doorbell or a camera after responding to the arrival of the takeaway delivery person at the delivery address, determining the arrival of the takeaway delivery person at the delivery address, and triggering and starting the camera to acquire images.
8. The method of claim 1,
responding to the current takeout personnel as the assigned takeout personnel, and sending a door opening instruction for opening the takeout door or opening a takeout receiving window to a door by the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server; and/or
In response to the current takeaway person being the designated takeaway person, the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server notifies the user that the current takeaway person is the designated takeaway person in a voice notification or display screen display manner.
9. A person identification system, comprising:
the take-out platform responds to take-out orders, generates order numbers and assigns take-out delivery personnel, and feeds the order numbers and the information of the assigned take-out delivery personnel back to the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server of the user for sending the orders;
the camera responds to the arrival of the takeaway delivery person at the delivery address, acquires an image to be authenticated of the current takeaway delivery person, and sends the authentication image to the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server of the user;
and the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server determines whether the current takeout personnel is the designated takeout delivery personnel or not based on the image to be authenticated and the information of the designated takeout delivery personnel.
10. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having instructions therein which, when executed by a processor of a cloud server, enable the cloud server to perform a method of person identification, the method comprising the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
11. A personnel identification method is applied to a takeaway platform and comprises the following steps:
responding to the order placing of the takeaway, generating an order number and dispatching a takeaway delivery person; and are
And feeding back the order number and the information of the appointed delivery person to a mobile terminal and/or a cloud server of a user sending an order, so that the mobile terminal and/or the cloud server identifies the actual delivery person at the time of delivery, and determines the safety of the actual delivery person based on the comparison result of the identification result and the information of the appointed delivery person.
