Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating another multimedia resource preview method according to an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the execution subject of the method is a terminal, including the steps of:
401. And the terminal responds to the resource preview operation of the user account and acquires the resource characteristic label of the target multimedia resource.
Taking a target multimedia resource as an example, when a terminal detects a resource preview operation of a user account, a preview display style is set for the target multimedia resource, and the terminal performs preview display on the target multimedia resource according to the preview display style. The target multimedia resource can be video or audio, and the video can be film and television works such as movies and television shows, food videos, fun videos and the like. The resource preview operation of the user account may be an operation of clicking a multimedia resource recommendation button, an operation of opening a multimedia resource application, or other operations.
In one possible implementation, the terminal obtains a target multimedia resource in response to a resource preview operation of a user account, and obtains a resource feature tag of the target multimedia resource.
The target multimedia resource may be any multimedia resource, such as a multimedia resource recommended by a server for the terminal, or a multimedia resource shared by other users to the terminal.
The resource feature tag is used for describing the target multimedia resource, and can comprise an attribute tag and a behavior tag. The attribute tags are determined by the resource attribute data of the target multimedia resource itself, and the behavior tags are determined by historical behavior data of at least one user account executing on the target multimedia resource.
In one possible implementation manner, the resource feature tag includes an attribute tag, and when the attribute tag of the target multimedia resource is obtained, the terminal selects resource attribute data which accords with a preset resource attribute type from the resource attribute data of the target multimedia resource as the attribute tag.
The preset resource attribute type at least comprises one of a content type, an author type and a geographic position. The resource attribute data includes content data, author data, geographic location data, etc. of the target multimedia resource.
For the same resource attribute type, multiple different types may be included under the resource attribute type. For example, when the resource attribute type is a content type, according to a rule of dividing the multimedia resource content, the content type may include different content types such as a food type, a music type, a film and television type, a news type, and the like; when the resource attribute type is an author type, the author type under the author type can comprise different author types such as a food author, a news author, a star author, a music author and the like according to a division rule of the multimedia resource author.
For example, the resource attribute data of the target multimedia resource includes "Beijing roast duck", and then it may be determined that "Beijing" accords with the geographic location and "roast duck" accords with the food type according to the resource attribute data of the Beijing roast duck, and thus, it may be determined that the attribute tag of the target multimedia resource includes "Beijing" and "food".
According to the resource attribute data of the target multimedia resource, the attribute label of the target multimedia resource, which accords with the preset resource attribute type, can be obtained, certain attribute characteristics representing the target multimedia resource can be extracted according to specific application scenes, and the multimedia resource can be previewed and displayed in combination with other steps, so that the requirements under different application scenes can be flexibly adapted.
In another possible implementation manner, the resource feature tag includes a behavior tag, and when the behavior tag of the target multimedia resource is obtained, the terminal obtains a resource operation record of the target multimedia resource, and obtains the behavior classification number of the historical behavior data corresponding to each preset behavior type according to the historical behavior data included in the resource operation record; and obtaining labels corresponding to the behavior classification quantity as behavior labels of the target multimedia resources.
The resource operation record at least comprises historical behavior data which is generated for the target multimedia resource in a preset historical period and accords with a preset behavior type; the preset behavior type at least comprises one of a play type, a sharing type, a praise type and a comment type.
The preset history period may be any period of time, for example, a day, a week, a month, or other history period. And, the time of the terminal responding to the resource preview operation of the user account may be taken as the current time, and the preset history period may be a period of time from the current time onward.
Optionally, for a plurality of pieces of historical behavior data of the target multimedia resource, each piece of historical behavior data includes operation data corresponding to a preset behavior type. And determining a plurality of pieces of historical behavior data corresponding to each preset behavior type, and determining the behavior classification quantity of the historical behavior data of the preset behavior type according to the quantity of the plurality of pieces of historical behavior data.
The behavior classification number refers to the number of historical behavior data which accords with a preset behavior type in a plurality of pieces of historical behavior data of the target multimedia resource. For example, for the praise type, 100 pieces of historical behavior data are included in the resource operation record of the target multimedia resource, wherein 50 pieces of historical behavior data are the historical behavior data including the praise operation, and then the classified number of behaviors of the praise type of the target multimedia resource is 50.
The labels corresponding to the behavior classification number may be labels corresponding to different behavior classification numbers, or the behavior classification number may be directly used as a label.
The behavior labels are extracted according to the historical behavior data of the multimedia resources and used as resource characteristic labels of the multimedia resources, user behavior feedback characteristics representing the multimedia resources can be extracted, and the multimedia resources are previewed and displayed in combination with other steps.
Optionally, the terminal may obtain a number range to which the behavior classification number belongs, and use a tag corresponding to the number range as a behavior tag of the target multimedia resource.
The number range may be determined according to a specific application scenario. The number ranges may be the same or different for different preset behavior types.
Labels corresponding to the quantity ranges can be set by technicians, and preset behavior types and the quantity ranges can be combined to obtain corresponding labels. For example, if the preset behavior type is praise type and the number is in the range of 1000-5000, the corresponding tag is set to be praise exceeding 1000.
For example, for the praise type, the praise number 1000-5000 belongs to the number range of 1000+, the praise number 5000-10000 belongs to the number range of 5000+, and the praise number is greater than 10000 belonging to the number range of 10000+. When the number of praise of the target multimedia resource is 1520, the corresponding number range is 1000+, and it can be determined that the behavior label of the target multimedia resource is praise exceeding 1000.
The classification quantity of the corresponding behaviors is screened as the behavior label by setting the quantity range, different application scenes can be accurately adapted, the behavior labels representing the corresponding behavior characteristics are screened to be combined with other steps, and the multimedia resource is previewed.
In one possible implementation manner, the time for acquiring the resource feature tag may be before the resource preview operation is performed on the user account. The terminal can store the resource characteristic labels of a plurality of multimedia resources, and the terminal searches the resource characteristic labels of the target multimedia resources from the stored resource characteristic labels in response to the resource preview operation of the user account.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, for a target multimedia resource, an attribute tag is determined as a resource feature tag according to resource attribute data, a behavior tag is determined as a resource feature tag according to historical behavior data, and the resource feature tags representing the characteristics of the multimedia resource are respectively obtained from different dimensions, so that the resource feature tag of the multimedia resource is accurately extracted.
402. The terminal determines a tag preference type for the user account.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when obtaining the preview feature tag of the target multimedia resource from the resource feature tags, the terminal first determines the tag preference type of the user account, and then selects the resource feature tag corresponding to the tag preference type from the resource feature tags of the target multimedia resource as the preview feature tag.
The method for determining the label preference type of the user account comprises the following steps: determining the label preference type of the user account according to the user operation record of the user account; or determining the label preference type of the user account according to the user portrait of the user account. By determining the label preference type of the user, the resource preview label which accords with the label preference type and reflects the characteristics of the multimedia resource can be correspondingly selected, personalized preview display of the multimedia resource is provided for different users by combining other steps, and the personalized information acquisition requirement of different users when previewing the multimedia resource is met.
These two methods of determining the tag preference type of the user account are described in detail below:
the method comprises the following steps: and determining the tag preference type of the user account according to the user operation record of the user account.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the user operation record of the user account at least comprises historical behavior data which occurs to the multimedia resource in a preset historical period and accords with a preset behavior type and resource attribute data of the corresponding multimedia resource; the preset behavior type at least comprises one of a play type, a sharing type, a praise type and a comment type, the resource attribute data comprise data of different resource attribute types of the multimedia resource, and the resource attribute type at least comprises one of a content type, an author type and a geographic position; the tag preference types include at least a behavior tag preference type and an attribute tag preference type.
Correspondingly, when determining the tag preference type of the user account, the method comprises the following steps: acquiring historical behavior data of a user account according to a user operation record of the user account, and determining a behavior tag preference type according to the historical behavior data; or determining the preference type of the attribute tag according to the historical behavior data and the resource attribute data.
The user operation records can reflect the behavior habits of the user, and the tag preference types of the user can be determined through the user operation records, so that the user operation records can more accurately accord with the actual behavior preferences of the user.
In one possible implementation manner, according to historical behavior data, acquiring behavior classification quantity of the multimedia resource corresponding to each preset behavior type; and selecting a preset behavior type with the descending order of the behavior classification quantity meeting a preset order range as a behavior label preference type.
The behavior classification number refers to the number of multimedia resources in the historical behavior data which accords with the preset behavior type in the multiple pieces of historical behavior data of the user account. For example, for the praise type, the resource operation record of the user account includes 100 pieces of historical behavior data, wherein 50 pieces of historical behavior data are historical behavior data including the praise operation, and each piece of historical behavior data in the 50 pieces of historical behavior data includes a multimedia resource, so that the number of behavior classifications of the praise type corresponding to the user account is 50.
For a plurality of preset behavior types, according to historical behavior data of a user account, respectively determining the behavior classification quantity of the multimedia resource corresponding to each preset behavior type, and after obtaining the behavior classification quantity of each preset behavior type, performing descending order sequencing on the plurality of preset behavior types according to the magnitude of the behavior classification quantity, wherein the smaller the descending order sequencing is, the larger the behavior classification quantity corresponding to the preset behavior type is indicated. And selecting preset behavior types of a preset sequence range from the sequenced preset behavior types, wherein the preset sequence range can be the 1 st to N th range, and taking the selected N preset behavior types as behavior label preference types of the user account. Wherein N is a positive integer greater than 1 and less than the number of preset behavior types.
Optionally, for other preset behavior types except the praise type, the user account performs multiple operations corresponding to the same preset behavior type on the same multimedia resource, so that when counting the behavior classification number of the multimedia resource corresponding to the preset behavior type, the user account counts the number of operations only once on the same multimedia resource.
For example, the user account commented on the same multimedia resource ten times, and then when counting the behavior classification number of the multimedia resource corresponding to the comment type, the multimedia resource commented on ten times is counted once.
According to the historical behavior data, the behavior classification quantity of the multimedia resource corresponding to each preset behavior type is obtained, so that the behavior label preference type is determined, and the preference of the user for the behavior label included in the resource feature label of the multimedia resource can be accurately and effectively determined from the historical behavior data reflecting the actual behavior preference of the user.
In another possible implementation manner, according to the historical behavior data and the resource attribute data, aiming at each different resource attribute type, acquiring the attribute classification quantity of the corresponding multimedia resource; and selecting the resource attribute types with the attribute classification quantity descending order meeting the preset order range as attribute tag preference types.
The attribute classification number refers to the number of multimedia resources belonging to each attribute tag in the historical behavior data for a plurality of attribute tags included in the same resource attribute type.
The preset sequence range is set according to the requirement, and is similar to the preset sequence range when the preset behavior type is selected.
Optionally, a plurality of different attribute tags are included in each resource attribute type. For example, the content types may include a food tag, a music tag, a movie tag, a news tag, and the like. And for different attribute tags, acquiring the attribute classification quantity corresponding to each attribute tag, thereby obtaining the attribute tag preference type of each resource attribute type.
According to the historical behavior data and the resource attribute data, the attribute classification quantity is obtained, so that the attribute tag preference type is determined, and the preference of the user for the attribute tag included in the resource feature tag of the multimedia resource can be accurately and effectively determined based on the historical behavior data reflecting the actual behavior preference of the user and the related resource attribute data.
Optionally, according to the historical behavior data and the resource attribute data, for each different resource attribute type, obtaining the attribute classification number of the corresponding multimedia resource includes: for each different resource attribute type, determining a corresponding multimedia resource set according to the resource attribute data; acquiring the resource classification quantity of the multimedia resources corresponding to each preset behavior type in the multimedia resource set according to the historical behavior data; and carrying out weighted average processing on the resource classification quantity corresponding to all the preset behavior types through preset weight factors corresponding to each preset behavior type to obtain the corresponding attribute classification quantity.
The multimedia resource set comprises at least one multimedia resource with a preset behavior type of a user account. The preset weight factor corresponding to each preset behavior type may be any value.
Optionally, the sum of preset weight factors corresponding to each preset behavior type is 1.
For example, according to historical behavior data, 100 multimedia resources with Beijing geographic positions are determined, the number of praise types corresponding to the 100 multimedia resources is 80, the number of praise types corresponding to the play type is 90, the number of comment types corresponding to the play type is 50, the weight factor corresponding to the praise type is 0.5, the weight factor corresponding to the play type is 0.3, and the weight factor corresponding to the comment type is 0.2, so that the number of resource classifications with Beijing geographic positions can be determined to be 80×0.5+90×0.3+50×0.2.
And executing the optional mode on the plurality of labels belonging to the preset resource attribute type to obtain the resource classification quantity of the plurality of labels. For example, if the preset resource attribute type is a geographic location, the attribute classification number of Beijing, the attribute classification number of Tianjin and the attribute classification number of other geographic locations can be obtained.
The resource classification quantity of different preset behavior types is weighted by setting the corresponding weight factors for the different preset behavior types to obtain the corresponding attribute classification quantity, the attribute classification quantity related to the resource characteristics of the multimedia resource can be comprehensively evaluated according to the data generated by the different preset behavior types under specific application scenes, the different application scenes are effectively adapted, and the result is more accurate.
It should be noted that, when determining the tag preference type of the user account, only the behavior tag preference type may be used as the tag preference type, only the attribute tag preference type may be used as the tag preference type, or both the behavior tag preference type and the attribute tag preference type may be used as the tag preference type.
The second method is as follows: and determining the label preference type of the user account according to the user portrait of the user account.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, in order to determine a tag preference type of a user account, a tag preference identification model is provided, and a user portrait is processed through the tag preference identification model to obtain the tag preference type of the user account.
Wherein the user profile includes at least one of user age, user gender, geographic location, and user preference type. The user profile may be determined based on registration information that is filled in by the sample user account at registration or otherwise. The embodiment of the disclosure does not limit the acquisition mode of the user characteristics.
Optionally, the tag preference identification model is obtained through a user sample set through a preset neural network training, and is used for outputting a corresponding tag preference type according to the input user portrait. The tag preference identification model needs to be trained before it is used.
In the training process, a user sample set is obtained, and each sample in the user sample set comprises behavior data of a user account on a multimedia resource, resource attribute data of the multimedia resource and a user portrait of a user.
Alternatively, the tag preference type of the sample user account may be obtained according to the sample user set in the manner of the first method. And training the tag preference recognition model according to the user portrait and the tag preference type, wherein the user portrait is used as the input of the tag preference recognition model, and the tag preference type is used as the output of the tag preference recognition model. The tag preference identification model is trained to learn the association relationship between the user portraits and the tag preference types.
For example, inputting the user portrait to a tag preference recognition model, obtaining a predicted tag preference type of a sample user account based on the tag preference recognition model, comparing a difference between the sample tag preference type and the predicted tag preference type, and adjusting parameters of the tag preference recognition model according to the difference, so that the difference between the predicted tag preference type and the sample tag preference type output by the adjusted tag preference recognition model is reduced, and the purpose of training the tag preference recognition model is achieved.
The label data selection model adopted by the embodiment of the disclosure can be a convolutional neural network model, a cyclic neural network model, a long-term and short-term memory network model and the like.
Based on the tag preference identification model, the tag preference type of the user account can be obtained according to the user portrait of the user account. The tag preference type of the user for the multimedia resource can be accurately and effectively determined based on the user portrait of the user account and the tag preference type.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, only the case that the terminal determines the tag preference type of the user account after responding to the resource preview operation of the user account is taken as an example for illustration, in another embodiment, step 402 may be performed first, and then step 401 may be performed, and the embodiment of the present disclosure does not limit the execution sequence of the steps.
403. And the terminal selects the resource characteristic label corresponding to the label preference type from the resource characteristic labels of the target multimedia resource as a preview characteristic label.
In the step 402, after determining the tag preference type of the user account, the resource feature tag corresponding to the tag preference type is selected from the resource feature tags of the target multimedia resource, and is used as the preview feature tag.
For example, if the tag preference type of the user account is a food tag in the content type and the tag corresponding to the content type of the target multimedia resource is a food tag, the food tag is used as a preview feature tag of the target multimedia resource.
404. And the terminal sets a preview display style of the target multimedia resource according to the preview feature label.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the terminal sets the preview display style of the target multimedia resource according to the preview feature tag, so that the preview display style of the target multimedia resource is associated with the preview feature tag.
In one possible implementation manner, the terminal obtains text content and tag dynamic effects corresponding to the preview feature tag according to the preview feature tag, and sets a preview display style of the target multimedia resource according to the text content and the tag dynamic effects.
Wherein the text content is content generated according to a preview feature tag, and the preview feature tag can be one or more. When the preview feature tag is one, taking the content corresponding to the preview feature tag as text content; when the number of the preview feature labels is multiple, respectively acquiring the content corresponding to each preview feature label, and combining the content corresponding to each preview feature label to obtain text content. The label dynamic effect is a dynamic display effect which corresponds to the preview feature label and is displayed when preview display is performed.
Optionally, a mapping relationship between the label dynamic effects and the preview feature labels is set, each preview feature label has one or more corresponding label dynamic effects, and when one preview feature label corresponds to a plurality of label dynamic effects, any one label dynamic effect can be selected from the plurality of label dynamic effects.
Optionally, combining the text content with the tag dynamic effect to obtain a preview display style. The text content and the tag action may be combined in any manner, for example, adding the tag action in the upper left corner of the text content.
Optionally, the preview display style further includes a tab box, the text content may be displayed in the tab box, and then the tab effect and the tab box may be combined in any manner, and the tab effect may be displayed at any position of the tab box, for example, the tab effect may be displayed at the lower right corner of the tab box.
Corresponding text content and label characteristics are obtained through the preview characteristic labels, and the preview display style is set, so that more characteristic related information of the multimedia resources can be provided in the preview display of the multimedia resources realized according to the preview display style, and a user can intuitively and rapidly know interested information when previewing the multimedia resources, and select the multimedia resources meeting the requirements of the user to watch.
In another possible implementation manner, the terminal further obtains a background picture of the target multimedia resource, and sets a preview display style of the target multimedia resource according to the text content, the tag moving effect and the background picture of the target multimedia resource.
The background picture of the target multimedia resource may be any picture, and may be set for the target multimedia resource when the publisher of the multimedia resource uploads the target multimedia resource, or may be a background picture corresponding to the preview feature tag generated for the target multimedia resource.
Alternatively, the text content and the label action are added above the background picture as a preview display style of the target multimedia asset, which may be regarded as a dynamic cover of the target multimedia asset. Wherein the combination between text content and label action is similar to the combination in the alternative described above.
When the preview display style comprises a background picture, text content and a tag moving effect, the user can know the content of the target multimedia resource according to the background picture, and the background picture, the text content and the tag moving effect are combined, so that more preview information of the target multimedia resource can be better displayed to the user.
405. And the terminal previews and displays the target multimedia resources according to the preview display style.
In one possible implementation manner, the preview display style includes text content and label moving effect corresponding to the preview feature label, and when the target multimedia resource is displayed in a preview mode according to the preview display style, the terminal displays the text content in a detail information page of the target multimedia resource and plays the label moving effect, so that a user can intuitively and rapidly know interested information, and select the multimedia resource meeting the requirement of the user to watch.
In another possible implementation manner, the preview display style includes text content and a label moving effect corresponding to the preview feature label, and a background picture of the target multimedia resource, and when the target multimedia resource is displayed in a preview mode according to the preview display style, the terminal displays the text content and the label moving effect on an upper layer of the background picture, obtains a dynamic cover, and displays the dynamic cover. When the dynamic cover is displayed, a user intuitively and rapidly knows more interested information through the dynamic cover, and selects multimedia resources meeting the self requirements for viewing.
Optionally, when the preview feature tag includes a tag corresponding to the number of praise, the tag dynamic effect corresponding to the preview feature tag may include a dynamic effect of the love icon; when the preview feature tag includes a geographic location, the tag action corresponding to the preview feature tag may include an action of a geographic location icon; when the preview feature tag includes a content type, the tag action corresponding to the preview feature tag may include an action of a bubble.
When the target multimedia resource is displayed in a preview mode according to the preview display mode, the preview display mode can intuitively display the content of the target multimedia resource, and the user is helped to better select the target multimedia resource to be watched.
For example, referring to fig. 5, the preview display style includes a background picture, text content, a tab effect, and a tab box. The preview feature tag includes a beautiful scene tag in a play type and a content type, and then text content 'more than 5 ten thousand users interested in landscape watch the video' is displayed in a tag box; the dynamic effect of the label is the dynamic effect of color bubbles with gradually changed colors, which can be purple gradually changed, pink gradually changed, yellow gradually changed or other color gradually changed. When the dynamic effect of the color gradation is set, the color code can be set, different color codes correspond to different colors, and the effect of the color gradation is generated by changing the color codes. For example, the effect of purple gradation is that of a change in color code from AC81FA to 744AF2, the effect of pink gradation is that of a change in color code from F39FE9 to E366CE, and the effect of yellow gradation is that of a change in color code from FCD902 to F7B 201.
In addition, text related to the preview feature label can be added to the color bubble, and the color bubble can be a dynamic color bubble zoomed at fixed positions of the upper left corner and the lower right corner of the label frame when the preview display is performed.
Referring to fig. 6, if the preview feature tab includes a comment type, text content "users who exceeded 3 ten thousand beijing comment on the video" is displayed in the tab box; the tag dynamic effect is the dynamic effect of the geographic position icon. In addition, when the preview display is performed, the position element may be located at a fixed position of the upper left corner and the lower right corner of the tag frame, and may be displayed in a manner of shaking left and right with the bottom as the origin.
Referring to fig. 7, the preview feature tab includes a praise type, and then text content "praise the video for you' attention" is displayed in the tab box; the label dynamic effect is the dynamic effect of the love icon, and the love is set as FF3A30 according to the color code. When the preview display is performed, the love heart is gradually reduced by taking the main love heart as the center, and the color of the love heart gradually becomes transparent and is displayed in a form of being diffused to the periphery.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, a terminal responds to a resource preview operation of a user account, a resource feature tag of a target multimedia resource is obtained, the terminal determines a tag preference type of the user account, the terminal selects a resource feature tag corresponding to the tag preference type from the resource feature tags of the target multimedia resource as a preview feature tag, the terminal sets a preview display style of the target multimedia resource according to the preview feature tag, and the terminal previews and displays the target multimedia resource according to the preview display style. The preview display mode is determined to preview and display the multimedia resources through the preview feature labels capable of representing the resource features of the multimedia resources, so that accurate preview of the multimedia resources can be adaptively realized, a user can intuitively and rapidly acquire more relevant information of the multimedia resources when previewing target multimedia resources, the multimedia resources meeting the requirements of the user are accurately and efficiently selected, and the preview experience of the multimedia resources is improved.
In addition, the user accurately and efficiently selects the multimedia resources meeting the self requirements, so that the retention rate of the user in the multimedia resources is improved, and the interaction between the user and the publisher of the multimedia resources is driven.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating a multimedia asset preview method according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 8, the interaction subject of the method is a terminal and a server, and the method includes:
801. and the terminal responds to the resource preview operation of the user account and sends a label selection request to the server.
When the terminal detects the resource preview operation of the user account, a label selection request can be generated, and the label selection request is sent to the server.
802. And the server receives a label selection request sent by the terminal, and acquires a resource characteristic label of the target multimedia resource according to the label selection request.
And the server determines the target multimedia resource for preview display according to the received label selection request, and acquires the resource characteristic label of the target multimedia resource.
