if the broadcasting time of the key broadcasting words is longer than the interval time, extracting a preset number of key broadcasting words from the key broadcasting words for broadcasting;
if the broadcasting time of the key broadcasting words is shorter than the interval time, the key broadcasting words are broadcasted according to a first preset broadcasting speed.
