The relay protection mobile operation management and control system according to claim 1, wherein the electric wireless virtual power grid adopts a VPN technology as a basic transmission medium, and private information transmitted on a public network is protected from being stolen and tampered by encrypting and verifying network traffic.

The relay protection mobile operation management and control system according to claim 2, wherein the equipment ledger collects information in an equipment ledger management module of the intelligent mobile terminal, performs data query, dynamically displays a statistical analysis model, and the user staff management module mainly records data of current system users, namely internal staff, for various duty statistics and must perform data intercommunication with the staff management module of the intelligent mobile terminal, wherein the patrol management module performs statistics on information counted by a professional patrol module of the intelligent mobile terminal, forms a real-time line graph, is convenient to check, supports direct online patrol task creation, and checks details of the patrol task.

The relay protection mobile operation management and control system according to claim 3, wherein the workbench is mainly used for recording tasks which are not completed, are in progress and are completed, and facilitating classified viewing; the personal center modifies the personal information; the server information can be set, the information is stored in the user personnel management module, and the server information is communicated with the master station end user personnel management module through the electric power wireless virtual private network system; the field operation module is directly operated on line through field staff, quickly fills in the information, checks the returned information state in time, transmits the information to the equipment ledger data downloading module, and is in data intercommunication with the master station end user personnel management module through the electric wireless virtual private network system; the acceptance management module is provided with a flow mechanism for examining and approving the superior personnel currently submitting the task, and is used for examining and approving each inspection task submitted according to the flow, and performing real-time log recording on the examination and approval personnel and examination and approval information layer by layer; supporting the information examination and approval of the patrol task creation, examination and approval, distribution and tracking of each operation module, keeping the examination and approval information recorded in a log system, and communicating with data of a main station end data layer through an electric power wireless virtual private network system; the professional inspection module generates a document for the inspection task to be inspected, which is inquired on line, downloads and checks the document, and records a log system for the operation of the on-line inspection; and synchronizing the online detected data to the patrol management module of the master station end in real time.
