Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a control system of a household appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a control system for a home appliance, including: the dual-frequency antenna comprises a dual-frequency antenna 1, a single-frequency antenna 2, a system clock 4, a gating circuit 3, a data uploading unit 5 and a wireless signal control unit 6, wherein the dual-frequency antenna 1 is used for working under a first signal frequency band and a second signal frequency band, the single-frequency antenna 2 is used for working under the first signal frequency band, the gating circuit 3 is used for sending the time of the current moment, the gating circuit is used for gating the dual-frequency antenna 1 and the single-frequency antenna 2, the data uploading unit 5 is used for sending batch data uploading instructions, and the wireless signal control unit.
Two gating ends of the gating circuit 3 are respectively connected with the dual-frequency antenna 1 and the single-frequency antenna 2; the first input end of the wireless signal control unit 6 is connected with the output end of the system clock 4 of the household appliance, the second input end of the wireless signal control unit 6 is connected with the output end of the data uploading unit 5, the control end of the wireless signal control unit 6 is connected with the controlled end of the gating circuit 3, and the wireless signal communication end of the wireless signal control unit 6 is connected with the wireless signal communication end of the gating circuit 3.
The wireless signal control unit 6 is further configured to receive an upgrade instruction of a local area wireless network, the time of the current moment, and the batch data upload instruction, determine whether the received control information meets a preset high time priority control condition, and gate the gate circuit 3 according to a determination result, so that the household appliance performs wireless signal transmission; wherein the control information includes: the upgrading instruction, the time of the current moment and the batch data uploading instruction. The upgrade instruction is that the WLAN router 7 transmits the upgrade instruction issued by the cloud platform 8 through the optical fiber wired network to the wireless signal control unit 6 through an air interface wireless channel (local area wireless network).
Wherein the preset high time priority control condition comprises: receiving the batch data uploading instruction; and receiving the upgrading instruction, wherein the time of the current moment is in a preset idle time interval. In this embodiment, the preset idle time interval is from 12 nights to 6 nights (i.e., 00: 00-06: 00 in a 24-hour system). The idle time interval may be set as needed, and may be one time interval or multiple time intervals, which is not limited herein.
Specifically, the receipt of the batch data upload instruction may indicate that a large amount of data needs to be transferred, and therefore a high data rate transfer is required, and therefore a high time priority control condition is considered. The upgrade instruction indicates that the system needs to be upgraded, and high-speed data transmission is also needed, but the time at the current moment needs to be judged.
It should be noted that the household appliance in the embodiment of the present invention may be a kitchen appliance with a wireless function (e.g., a smoking set, a kitchen range), a refrigerator with a wireless function, a washing machine with a wireless function, an air conditioner with a wireless function, and the like, and is not limited herein.
The wireless signal control unit 6 may be one physical entity capable of implementing the above functions (that is, one chip capable of implementing the above functions), or may be a combination of two or more physical entities (that is, the wireless signal control unit 6 includes a time priority calculation unit, where the time priority calculation unit is configured to receive an upgrade instruction of a local area wireless network, the time of the current time, and the batch data upload instruction, determine whether the received control information satisfies a preset high time priority control condition, and gate the gate circuit 3 according to a determination result to enable the home appliance to enter a corresponding wireless signal transmission mode), and it may be understood that the wireless signal control unit is composed of multiple chips.
In this embodiment, the first signal frequency band is a 5GHz signal frequency band, and the second signal frequency band is a 2.4GHz signal frequency band. It can be understood that the dual-frequency antenna 1 is a 2.4GHz/5GHz dual-frequency antenna 1, and the single-frequency antenna 2 is a 5GHz single-frequency antenna 2; the 2.4GHz (2.4 GHz-2.48 GHz) frequency band antenna efficiency of the 2.4GHz/5GHz dual-frequency antenna 1 is higher than 60%, the 5GHz frequency band (5.17 GHz-5.9 GHz) antenna efficiency is higher than 40%, and the 5GHz frequency band and the 2.4GHz frequency band are both in a high-speed transmission mode (namely, a wireless transmission channel is provided during mass data transmission); the 25GHz band (5.17 GHz-5.9 GHz) antenna efficiency of the 5GHz single-frequency antenna is higher than 40%, the 2.4GHz band (2.4 GHz-2.48 GHz) antenna efficiency is lower than 10%, the 5GHz band is used for high-speed transmission, and the 2.4GHz band is used for low-speed transmission (namely, a wireless transmission channel is provided when a large amount of data is not transmitted). It can be understood that if the household appliance is far away from the WiFi router and the distance exceeds the distance of 2.4GHz frequency band connection, when the single frequency antenna 2 is gated, the 5GHz frequency band can only perform low data rate transmission; when the dual-frequency antenna 1 is gated, the 5GHz frequency band can only carry out low-rate transmission, and the 2.4GHz frequency band carries out high-rate transmission.
The working principle is as follows:
the wireless signal control unit 6 gates the gating circuit 3 according to the judgment result by judging whether the received control information meets the preset high time priority control condition, so that the household appliance enters a corresponding wireless signal transmission mode. Therefore, the wireless signal control unit 6 determines whether the control information is a high time priority control condition, so as to gate the dual-band antenna 1 or the single-band antenna 2, so that the requirement that the household appliance has a high time priority is met, and further, the WiFi resources are coordinated, so that various intelligent household appliances (namely, household appliances with wireless functions) are prevented from occupying the wireless resources provided by the indoor WiFi router in the house for a long time, and the throughput of the equipment such as a mobile phone and an intelligent sound box is prevented from being influenced.
As an improvement of the above scheme, the gating circuit 3 is a single-pole double-throw switch.
The first gating end of the single-pole double-throw switch is connected with the double-frequency antenna 1, and the second gating end of the single-pole double-throw switch is connected with the single-frequency antenna 2.
In this embodiment, the gating circuit 3 is a single-pole double-throw switch, and may also be a MOS transistor, a triode, or the like, which is not limited herein. The single-pole double-throw switch device occupies small space, so that the integration level of the device is improved.
As an improvement of the above scheme, it is determined whether the received control information satisfies a preset high time priority control condition, and the gating circuit 3 is gated according to the determination result.
And controlling the gating circuit 3 to gate the dual-frequency antenna 1 in response to the judgment result that the preset high time priority control condition is met.
In the present embodiment, the satisfaction of the predetermined high time priority control condition determines that a large amount of data needs to be transmitted, and thus controls the single-pole double-throw switch to gate the dual-band antenna 1.
And controlling the gating circuit 3 to gate the single-frequency antenna 2 in response to the judgment result that the preset high time priority control condition is not met. In this embodiment, the batch data upload instruction is not received, the upgrade instruction is received, and the time of the current time is not in the preset idle time interval, which do not satisfy the preset high time priority control condition
In this embodiment, if the preset high time priority control condition is not satisfied, it is determined that a large amount of data does not need to be transmitted, only the single-frequency antenna 2 is gated, the characteristics of small congestion and wide frequency bandwidth of the ISM 5GHz spectrum are fully utilized, and low-rate data transmission is performed through the 2.4GHz frequency band.
For ease of understanding, the following is illustrative:
it can be understood that the wireless signal is stronger when the household appliance is close to the WiFi router; the household appliance is far away from the wifi router, and then the wireless signal is weak.
Referring to fig. 2, when the household appliance is placed close to the WiFi router. In the daytime, the single-pole double-throw switch is connected with the double-frequency antenna 1, the wireless signal control unit 6 carries out high-speed transmission through a 5GHz frequency band, and only low-data-rate transmission can be carried out through a 2.4GHz frequency band; if a large amount of data transmission is needed in the daytime (namely, the control information meets the preset high time priority control condition), the single-pole double-throw switch switches and switches on the dual-frequency antenna 1, and the wireless signal control unit 6 can perform high-data rate transmission through a 5GHz frequency band and high-rate transmission through a 2.4GHz frequency band; when the single-pole double-throw switch is switched and the double-frequency antenna 1 is switched on at night, the wireless signal control unit 6 can carry out high-data-rate transmission through a 5GHz frequency band and can also carry out high-data-rate transmission through a 2.4GHz frequency band.
Referring to fig. 3, when the household appliance is placed away from the WiFi router. In the daytime, the single-pole double-throw switch is connected with the single-frequency antenna 2, the wireless signal control unit 6 carries out low-data-rate transmission through a 5GHz frequency band, and a signal of a 2.4GHz frequency band is too weak to be transmitted to the wifi router; if a large amount of data transmission is needed in the daytime (namely, the control information meets the preset high time priority control condition), the single-pole double-throw switch is switched and the dual-frequency antenna 1 is switched on, the wireless signal control unit 6 carries out high-speed transmission through a 2.4GHz frequency band, and the 5GHz frequency band can only carry out low-speed transmission because the household appliance is placed far away from the WiFi router; when the single-pole double-throw switch is switched and the double-frequency antenna 1 is switched on at night, the wireless signal control unit 6 can perform high-speed transmission through a 2.4GHz frequency band and can only perform low-speed transmission through a 5GHz frequency band.
