The processor 401 may integrate one or a combination of several of a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), an image processor (Graphics Processing Unit, GPU), a modem, etc. The CPU mainly processes an operating system, a user interface, an application program and the like; the GPU is used for rendering and drawing the content required to be displayed by the display screen; the modem is used to handle wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem may not be integrated into the processor 401 and may be implemented by a single chip.
The Memory 405 may include a random access Memory (RandomAccess Memory, RAM) or a Read-Only Memory (Read-Only Memory). Optionally, the memory 405 includes a non-transitory computer readable medium (non-transitory computer-readable storage medium). Memory 405 may be used to store instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets. The memory 405 may include a stored program area and a stored data area, wherein the stored program area may store instructions for implementing an operating system, instructions for at least one function (such as a touch function, a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), instructions for implementing the above-described various method embodiments, etc.; the storage data area may store data or the like referred to in the above respective method embodiments. The memory 405 may also optionally be at least one storage device located remotely from the aforementioned processor 401. As shown in fig. 4, an operating system, a network communication module, a user interface module, and application programs may be included in the memory 405, which is one type of computer storage medium.
In the billing apparatus 4 shown in fig. 4, the user interface 403 is mainly used as an interface for providing input for a user, and acquires data input by the user; and the processor 401 may be used to call an application program stored in the memory 405 and specifically perform the following operations:
predicting the estimated billing amount of the current settlement period before the current settlement period;
issuing a predicted electronic invoice according to the predicted invoice amount;
receiving an actual billing amount in the current settlement period through the network interface 404;
determining an invoicing difference according to the difference between the actual invoicing amount and the estimated invoicing amount;
and issuing a balance electronic invoice according to the issuing balance, and generating a settlement electronic invoice corresponding to the current settlement period according to the balance electronic invoice and the estimated electronic invoice.
In one or more possible embodiments, the processor 401 executes the predicted amount of the ticket for predicting the current settlement period, including:
the estimated amount of the current settlement period is predicted based on the actual amounts of the invoices in the plurality of historical settlement periods.
In one or more possible embodiments, the number of the estimated electronic invoices is one or more, and when the number of the estimated electronic invoices is more than one, the invoicing amount of each estimated electronic invoice is equal.
In one or more possible embodiments, the processor 401 executes the electronic invoice for a balance according to the balance, including:
and when the estimated invoicing amount is smaller than the actual invoicing amount, generating a balance electronic invoice according to the estimated electronic invoice and the invoicing balance.
In one or more possible implementations, the processor 401 is further configured to perform:
acquiring a digital certificate distributed by a tax system;
signing the settlement electronic invoice by using the digital certificate to obtain an electronic signature;
the electronic signature and settlement electronic invoice is sent to the settlement device through the network interface 404.
In the embodiment of the application, after the settlement device sends the actual invoicing amount of the current settlement period to the invoicing device, the invoicing device issues the estimated electronic invoice in advance according to the estimated invoicing amount, and the invoicing device subtracts the invoicing difference obtained by the estimated invoicing amount from the actual invoicing amount so as to supplement the electronic invoice with the difference, so that the aim of splitting the electronic invoice according to the actual invoicing amount is fulfilled, and the fact that the actual invoicing amount is matched with the sum of the amounts of the estimated electronic invoice and the electronic invoice with the difference is ensured. According to the method and the device for issuing the electronic invoice, the problems that the issuing information of the electronic invoice is wrong and the efficiency is low due to manual issuing can be avoided, and the efficiency of issuing the electronic invoice and the accuracy of issuing the invoice can be improved through the mode of pre-issuing the pre-estimated electronic invoice and the additional issuing the differential electronic invoice.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above-described methods in accordance with the embodiments may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a computer readable storage medium, which when executed may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a read-only memory, a random access memory, or the like.

Claims (10)

1. A method for issuing an electronic invoice, the method comprising:
predicting the estimated billing amount of the current settlement period before the current settlement period;
issuing a predicted electronic invoice according to the predicted invoice amount;
receiving an actual billing amount in the current settlement period;
determining an invoicing difference according to the difference between the actual invoicing amount and the estimated invoicing amount;
and issuing a balance electronic invoice according to the issuing balance, and generating a settlement electronic invoice corresponding to the current settlement period according to the balance electronic invoice and the estimated electronic invoice, wherein the format of the estimated electronic invoice is PDF format, and the issuing equipment can send a download link of the estimated electronic invoice to the settlement equipment so that the settlement equipment can download the estimated electronic invoice according to the download link.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein predicting the estimated amount of the current settlement period comprises:
the estimated amount of the current settlement period is predicted based on the actual amounts of the invoices in the plurality of historical settlement periods.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the number of the estimated electronic invoices is one or more, and when the number of the estimated electronic invoices is a plurality of the estimated electronic invoices, the invoicing amount of each estimated electronic invoice is equal.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said issuing a differential electronic invoice in accordance with said issuing differential comprises:
and when the estimated invoicing amount is smaller than the actual invoicing amount, generating a balance electronic invoice according to the estimated electronic invoice and the invoicing balance.
5. The method according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
acquiring a digital certificate distributed by a tax system;
signing the settlement electronic invoice by using the digital certificate to obtain an electronic signature;
and sending the electronic signature and the settlement electronic invoice to settlement equipment.
6. An electronic invoice issuing device, characterized in that the device comprises:
the prediction unit is used for predicting the estimated billing amount of the current settlement period before the current settlement period;
the issuing unit is used for issuing the estimated electronic invoice according to the estimated issuing amount;
the receiving unit is used for receiving the actual billing amount in the current settlement period;
the determining unit is used for determining the billing difference according to the difference between the actual billing amount and the estimated billing amount;
the issuing unit is further configured to issue a differential electronic invoice according to the issuing differential, and generate a settlement electronic invoice corresponding to the current settlement period according to the differential electronic invoice and the estimated electronic invoice, where the format of the estimated electronic invoice is in PDF format, and the issuing device may send a download link of the estimated electronic invoice to the settlement device, so that the settlement device downloads the estimated electronic invoice according to the download link.
7. A computer storage medium storing a plurality of instructions adapted to be loaded by a processor and to perform the method steps of any one of claims 1 to 5.
8. An invoicing device comprising: a processor and a memory; wherein the memory stores a computer program adapted to be loaded by the processor and to perform the method steps of any of claims 1-5.
9. An electronic invoice issuing system, comprising: a settlement device and an billing device; wherein,
the settlement device is used for determining the actual billing amount in the current settlement period; transmitting the actual billing amount to billing equipment; receiving a settlement electronic invoice which is issued by the issuing equipment based on the actual issuing amount; after the settlement electronic invoice passes the verification, storing the settlement electronic invoice into a financial system;
the billing equipment is used for predicting the estimated billing amount of the current settlement period before the current settlement period; issuing a predicted electronic invoice according to the predicted invoice amount; receiving an actual billing amount from the settlement device in the current settlement period; determining an invoicing difference according to the difference between the actual invoicing amount and the estimated invoicing amount; and issuing a balance electronic invoice according to the issuing balance, and generating a settlement electronic invoice corresponding to the current settlement period according to the balance electronic invoice and the estimated electronic invoice.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein after the verification of the settlement electronic invoice has passed, storing the settlement electronic invoice in a financial system comprises:
analyzing a digital signature carried in the settlement electronic invoice;
checking the digital signature by using the public key, and checking the amount of the settlement electronic invoice according to the actual invoicing amount;
after verification is successful and verification is correct, the settlement electronic invoice is stored into a financial system.
