in step S402, first information related to the page content displayed by the terminal device and sent by the terminal device is received, where the first information is sent when the terminal device detects that the page content displayed by the terminal device matches a predetermined page in a process of detecting content on a display interface of the terminal device in response to a service operation of a user for a target service.
The predetermined page may be a page in the process of opening an account in the transaction platform, specifically, a page registered by the account, a page of opening a protocol by the account, and the like, or the predetermined page may also be a page in the process of signing a predetermined transaction protocol in the transaction platform, specifically, a transaction page, a page of contents of a transaction protocol, and the like. The trading platform can be a platform for trading goods, a platform for trading securities, and the like.
In step S404, first log information related to the displayed page content is generated based on the first information, and the first log information is uploaded to the block chain, where the first log information at least includes verification information of the displayed page content and an identifier of the user.
In practical applications, the first log information may include, in addition to the above two items of information, one or more of an identifier of the terminal device (e.g., a MAC address or an IP address of the terminal device), location information of the terminal device (the location of the terminal device may be determined by a positioning system), a display duration of a predetermined page (or may also be referred to as a duration in which the predetermined page is presented on a display interface, a duration in which a user views the predetermined page, or a duration in which the predetermined page stays on the display interface, etc.), time source information (e.g., a national time service center, etc.), and generation information of the first log information. The first log information generation information may be information required for generating the first log information, specifically, an identifier of a builder of the first log information, an identifier of a time at which the first log information is built, a source of the time, and the like, and may further include login status information (which may include logged-in and logged-out) of the current user, and the like.
The verification information may be information that can determine that certain information is accurate and has not been tampered, and the verification information may be implemented in various ways, for example, a Hash value of certain information may be calculated by a Hash algorithm, and the calculated Hash value may be used as the verification information of the information. For another example, the information may be encrypted through a specified encryption algorithm to obtain an encrypted ciphertext corresponding to the information, where the ciphertext may include data with a specified number of bits, and the ciphertext may be used as check information of the information, and the specific setting may be according to an actual situation, and the present specification does not limit this. The user's identification may be the user's name, nickname or account information, etc.
In step S406, second information transmitted by the terminal device is received, the second information being information transmitted by the terminal device when it detects that there is highlighted key information in the displayed page content.
In step S408, second log information is generated based on the second information, and the second log information is uploaded to the block chain, where the second log information at least includes the user identifier and information related to the key information.
The information related to the key information may include one or more of image information including the key information and verification information of the image information, where the image information may be an image obtained by screenshot when the terminal device detects that the highlighted key information exists in the display interface. The verification information of the image information may be a Hash value or the like obtained by calculating the obtained image information by a predetermined Hash algorithm, or may be a ciphertext obtained by encrypting the image information by a specified encryption algorithm to obtain an encrypted ciphertext corresponding to the image information, and the ciphertext may be used as the verification information of the image information. Claims (11)

1. A method for processing information, the method comprising:
responding to the service operation of a user aiming at the target service, and carrying out content detection on a display interface of the terminal equipment;
when detecting that the page content displayed by the terminal equipment is matched with a preset page, generating first log information related to the displayed page content, and uploading the first log information to a block chain, wherein the first log information at least comprises verification information of the displayed page content and an identifier of the user;
when detecting that highlighted key information exists in the displayed page content of the terminal equipment, generating second log information related to the key information, and uploading the second log information to the block chain, wherein the second log information at least comprises the user identification and the information related to the key information;
the preset page is a page in the process of opening an account in the trading platform, or the preset page is a page in the process of signing a preset trading protocol in the trading platform.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the fact that the highlighted key information exists in the display interface of the terminal device is detected, the information needed for generating the second log information is obtained within a first preset time length, and the first preset time length is determined by a second preset time length when the display interface is locked when the highlighted key information exists in the display interface.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the first log information further comprises one or more of identification of the terminal device, location information where the terminal device is located, display duration of the predetermined page, time source information, and generation information of the first log information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the second log information further comprises one or more of an identification of the terminal device, location information of the terminal device, and generation information of the second log information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the information related to the key information comprises one or more of image information including the key information, and verification information of the image information.
6. The method of claim 1, the trading platform being a stock trading platform.
7. A method for processing information, the method comprising:
receiving first information related to page content displayed by terminal equipment, wherein the first information is sent when the terminal equipment detects that the page content displayed by the terminal equipment is matched with a preset page in the process of content detection on a display interface of the terminal equipment in response to service operation of a user for a target service, and the preset page is a page in the process of opening an account in a transaction platform, or the preset page is a page in the process of signing a preset transaction protocol in the transaction platform;
generating first log information related to the displayed page content based on the first information, and uploading the first log information to a block chain, wherein the first log information at least comprises verification information of the displayed page content and an identifier of the user;
receiving second information sent by the terminal equipment, wherein the second information is sent by the terminal equipment when the terminal equipment detects that highlighted key information exists in displayed page content;
and generating second log information based on the second information, and uploading the second log information to the block chain, wherein the second log information at least comprises the identification of the user and information related to the key information.
8. An apparatus for processing information, the apparatus comprising:
the operation response module is used for responding to the service operation of the user aiming at the target service and detecting the content of the display interface of the terminal equipment;
the terminal equipment comprises a first information uploading module, a second information uploading module and a third information uploading module, wherein the first information uploading module generates first log information related to displayed page content when detecting that the page content displayed by the terminal equipment is matched with a preset page, and uploads the first log information to a block chain, and the first log information at least comprises verification information of the displayed page content and an identifier of a user;
the second information uploading module is used for generating second log information related to the key information when detecting that the highlighted key information exists in the displayed page content of the terminal equipment, and uploading the second log information to the block chain, wherein the second log information at least comprises the user identification and the information related to the key information;
the preset page is a page in the process of opening an account in the trading platform, or the preset page is a page in the process of signing a preset trading protocol in the trading platform.
9. An apparatus for processing information, the apparatus comprising:
the first information receiving module is used for receiving first information which is sent by a terminal device and related to page content displayed by the terminal device, wherein the first information is sent when the terminal device detects that the page content displayed by the terminal device is matched with a preset page in the process of responding to service operation of a user for a target service and detecting the content of a display interface of the terminal device, and the preset page is a page in the process of opening an account in a trading platform or a page in the process of signing a preset trading protocol in the trading platform;
the first information uploading module generates first log information related to the displayed page content based on the first information, and uploads the first log information to a block chain, wherein the first log information at least comprises verification information of the displayed page content and an identifier of the user;
the second information receiving module is used for receiving second information sent by the terminal equipment, wherein the second information is sent by the terminal equipment when the terminal equipment detects that highlighted key information exists in displayed page content;
and the second information uploading module generates second log information based on the second information, and uploads the second log information to the block chain, wherein the second log information at least comprises the identification of the user and information related to the key information.
10. An apparatus for processing information, characterized by comprising:
a processor; and
a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
responding to the service operation of a user aiming at the target service, and carrying out content detection on a display interface of the terminal equipment;
when detecting that the page content displayed by the terminal equipment is matched with a preset page, generating first log information related to the displayed page content, and uploading the first log information to a block chain, wherein the first log information at least comprises verification information of the displayed page content and an identifier of the user;
when detecting that highlighted key information exists in the displayed page content of the terminal equipment, generating second log information related to the key information, and uploading the second log information to the block chain, wherein the second log information at least comprises the user identification and the information related to the key information;
the preset page is a page in the process of opening an account in the trading platform, or the preset page is a page in the process of signing a preset trading protocol in the trading platform.
11. An apparatus for processing information, characterized by comprising:
a processor; and
a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
receiving first information related to page content displayed by terminal equipment, wherein the first information is sent when the terminal equipment detects that the page content displayed by the terminal equipment is matched with a preset page in the process of content detection on a display interface of the terminal equipment in response to service operation of a user for a target service, and the preset page is a page in the process of opening an account in a transaction platform, or the preset page is a page in the process of signing a preset transaction protocol in the transaction platform;
generating first log information related to the displayed page content based on the first information, and uploading the first log information to a block chain, wherein the first log information at least comprises verification information of the displayed page content and an identifier of the user;
receiving second information sent by the terminal equipment, wherein the second information is sent by the terminal equipment when the terminal equipment detects that highlighted key information exists in displayed page content;
and generating second log information based on the second information, and uploading the second log information to the block chain, wherein the second log information at least comprises the identification of the user and information related to the key information.
