In order to facilitate understanding of the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, based on the foregoing, a scenario in which a user wants to refer to a reading content in life, work, and study is taken as an example, and an information recommendation method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is illustrated below.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an implementation process of an information recommendation method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the method may include steps 310-350, as follows:
step 310: and generating a user behavior database according to the user behavior data.
Acquiring user behavior data; and generating a user behavior database according to the user behavior data.
The user behavior data in the embodiment of the invention comprises at least one of the following: communication information of a user, multimedia information browsed and/or downloaded by the user, system information and historical target recommendation information.
Here, taking each of the above-described user behavior data as an example, the acquisition of the user behavior data and the generation of the user behavior database are exemplified:
(1) Acquiring communication information of user
When a user uses an instant chat tool to chat with different characters (or video chat), the voice contents of the different characters in different scenes are recorded, the audio contents are converted into Chinese contents, and the Chinese contents of the different characters are distinguished for recording.
(2) Acquiring multimedia information browsed and/or downloaded by a user
Recording the content seen by a user when the user reads text content such as news, electronic books and the like; or, when the user watches the video, the subtitle is automatically identified, the page can be captured into a picture, the characters and the contents (including the picture) in the picture are identified, and the text and the picture information are recorded; or, acquiring the content of the page browsed by the current user.
(3) Acquiring system information
The geographical location, time of occurrence, weather, etc. at the time of communication and/or browsing of multimedia information by the user are recorded.
(4) Historical target recommendation information
The previous historical target recommendation information is stored.
Based on the above information, each piece of information can be marked, tag information can be generated, and the weight value of the tag information can be set so as to facilitate later search, and the tag information can be displayed on the recommendation interface according to the weight value.
The following takes the labeling of the communication information base of the user as an example, and the specific labeling process is as follows:
a piece of speech may be tagged from a different perspective with respect to its attribute characteristics, which may include at least one of:
(1) A time tag for recording the complete time of speech occurrence, including morning, noon, afternoon, evening, etc.;
(2) A voice duration tag and a voice keyword tag;
(3) A character tag for recording names of users and voice objects or voice titles, wherein the names of the voice objects can be obtained through semantic analysis from initial call of a conversation;
(4) And exchanging environment labels, and recording weather and geographical position conditions when the voice occurs. The geographic position can be acquired through a positioning system, and the weather condition can be acquired according to the system time and the geographic position;
(5) The emotion label is used for analyzing whether the moods of the two parties fall down, happy, calm or other according to the mood of the two parties when the voice occurs and the current mood of the two parties is exchanged;
(6) The frequency tag records the frequency of voice usage and determines whether the voice content is idioms of the user or is current web popularity.
And setting initial weight values of the label information respectively so as to display the label information in a recommendation interface according to the weight values. Here, the user behavior database may be generated from the above-described user behavior data.
Step 320, when the input method is called to input information, the target information input from the input method interface is obtained.
As shown in fig. 4, target information "keyword 1, keyword 2" from the input method interface is acquired.
Step 330, a first input operation on the input method interface is received.
As shown in fig. 5, the reference function of the first input operation is triggered when the input method interface receives a specific character (e.g., a # symbol) input by the user. Here, the return button may be clicked directly when the user does not want to activate the reference function (e.g., sometimes wants to input a # symbol). Or, a virtual button can be set on the input method interface, and when the triggering operation of the virtual button is received, the reference function is triggered.
Step 340, in response to the first input operation, displaying a recommendation interface.
Here, the recommendation interface includes at least one candidate information related to the target information acquired in the user behavior database.
The recommendation interface is described in detail below in conjunction with fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 6, the recommendation interface may include at least one of the following:
a keyword input area, a limiting condition input area, a tag information display area and a candidate information display area; wherein,
a keyword input area for displaying target information (e.g., the example "keyword 1, keyword 2" in fig. 4);
a limiting condition input area for displaying additional condition information limiting the target information; wherein the additional condition information includes user entered attachment condition information and/or alternative attachment condition information generated based on a user behavior database (e.g., time limit "within this year; or emotion limit" heart condition ").
Here, the limiting conditions in the embodiment of the invention can be flexible and changeable, for example, when a user only remembers a piece of content of a certain book but the name of the book is unclear, only the content related to the book can be searched when a 'book' is input in the limiting condition input area; for example, the user may input or select a time limit simply remembering that it was last year or period of time that the user browsed; for example, the user remembers that a section of video subtitle which is spoken by the main character of the woman appears, and then 'video', 'subtitle' and 'main character of the woman' can be input or selected in the limited condition input area; for example, the user only wants to search the content of the current browsing article, or can manually designate to search the context of the current browsing article only, and record the tag information of the content in the limited condition input area, and display the tag information in the tag information display area for optimizing the options of the recommendation interface; for example, the user always manually designates a context search for a currently browsed article, and defaults the context search after a plurality of times until the user manually deletes the default context search.
A tag information display area for displaying at least one tag information related to the target information, the tag information being used for matching at least one candidate information (for example, tag information of candidate information related to keywords "keyword 1", "keyword 2", time limit "within the present year", and emotion limit "mood" such as name of person, title of book, and publishing time of "keyword 1" related to "keyword 1") from the user behavior database;
and a candidate information display area for displaying at least one candidate information including information matched according to at least one of the target information, the additional condition information, and the tag information in the user behavior database. Here, the candidate information presentation area may specifically include a thumbnail display area and a search content presentation area.
For example: in the thumbnail display area, 3 pieces of candidate information related to "keyword 1", 5 pieces of candidate information related to "keyword 2", and 3 pieces of candidate information related to "keyword 1, keyword 2" are displayed, and here, if there are more pieces of candidate information, some pieces of candidate information may be displayed. If all the candidate information is desired to be displayed, the pop-up button may be clicked, so that all the candidate information may be displayed by searching the content presentation area. Here, in another possible example, the candidate information presentation area may display the target recommendation information.
Based on the above-mentioned regions, the recommendation interface provided in the embodiment of the present invention may receive, through the keyword input region, the keyword 1 and the keyword 2 input by the user, perform semantic analysis on the keyword 1 and the keyword 2, identify information that the user wants to be recommended, and receive the content input by the user in the limiting condition input region and/or the tag information display region, quickly locate a sentence or a section of speech that the user wants to refer in the user behavior database, and recommend the sentence or section of speech to the user based on the input.
Thus, based on the above-mentioned multiple areas, how to display at least one candidate information according to the target information in the embodiment of the present invention is further described.
At least one candidate information is sequentially displayed in the candidate information display area according to the order of the matching degree and/or the priority from high to low, and the matching degree and the priority are respectively described.
(1) And sequentially displaying the candidate information display areas in the order from high to low in the matching degree.
Acquiring a first matching degree of candidate information related to the target information, a second matching degree of candidate information related to the target information and the additional condition information and a third matching degree of candidate information related to the target information, the additional condition information and the tag information from a user behavior database; sequentially displaying at least one candidate information related to the target information in the order from the third matching degree, the second matching degree to the first matching degree; the first matching degree is smaller than the second matching degree, and the second matching degree is smaller than the third matching degree.
For example: when "keyword 1, additional condition 2, and tag information 3" are input in the keyword input area, 3 candidate information related to "keyword 1", 5 candidate information related to "keyword 1, additional condition 2", and 3 candidate information related to "keyword 1, additional condition 2, and tag information 3" are acquired in the user behavior database generated in step 310. At this time, a first matching degree of 3 pieces of candidate information related to "keyword 1", a second matching degree of 5 pieces of candidate information related to "keyword 1, additional condition 2", and a third matching degree of 3 pieces of candidate information related to "keyword 1, additional condition 2", tag information 3", are obtained, respectively, where the first matching degree is smaller than the second matching degree, and the second matching degree is smaller than the third matching degree. Thereby, at least one candidate information related to the target information is displayed in order from the third matching degree, the second matching degree to the first matching degree.
It should be noted that, based on this possibility, the above-mentioned recommendation interface should include a keyword input area, a constraint condition input area, a tag information display area, and a candidate information display area, and information such as a keyword 1, an additional condition 2, and tag information 3 input by the user should be acquired in the corresponding areas.
(2) And sequentially displaying the candidate information display areas in the order of the priority from high to low.
Acquiring at least one piece of candidate information related to the target information from a user behavior database, wherein each piece of candidate information in the at least one piece of candidate information carries at least one piece of tag information, and a weight value corresponding to the tag information is related to the priority; respectively calculating the total weight value of each piece of candidate information; and sequentially displaying at least one candidate information related to the target information in the order of the total weight value from high to low.
And classifying the user behavior data based on the step 310, and acquiring the weight value of each piece of label information when the corresponding piece of label information is marked.
Here, each candidate information may be analyzed, it is determined that at least one tag information is included in the candidate information, a total weight value corresponding to each candidate information is calculated, and at least one candidate information related to the target information is sequentially displayed in order of the total weight value from high to low.
It should be noted that, when the user determines the target recommended information from at least one candidate information, the weight value corresponding to the tag information in the target recommended information may be changed, and the embodiment of the present invention provides a method for adjusting the weight value of the tag information according to the target recommended information, which specifically may include, when the determined target recommended information includes the tag information 1 (weight value 10), the tag information 2 (weight value 16) and the tag information 3 (weight value 5), adding the weight values of the tag information 1, the tag information 2 and the tag information 3, such as the tag information 1 (weight value 15), the tag information 2 (weight value 21) and the tag information 3 (weight value 10), before the next calculation of the total weight value. In this way, the weight value corresponding to the tag information in the target recommendation information is repeatedly revised and determined, and the optimal weight setting is achieved.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides another mode for sequentially displaying the candidate information display areas according to the order of the priority from high to low, which specifically comprises the following steps:
the user behavior data of the latest experience can be defaulted to be higher than other user behavior data according to the user behavior data, the user can select the user behavior data to be displayed with the most distant priority on the recommendation interface, the priority order can be input operation received in a limited condition input area, and the effect based on priority order is achieved according to semantic recognition of input content related to the input operation, so that the user can quickly position target recommendation information.
And step 350, determining target recommendation information in the at least one candidate information, and displaying the target recommendation information on the input method interface.
Wherein a second input operation of determining target recommendation information among the at least one candidate information is received; and responding to the second input operation, and displaying target recommendation information on an input method interface.
Here, with the repeated receiving of the second input operation of the user, the recommendation interface continuously and dynamically adjusts at least one candidate information, so as to avoid the situation that the content in the single candidate information is too much to be displayed, some label information with high current search occupation ratio about the candidate information can be displayed in the recommendation interface according to the preset condition, so that the user can conveniently and quickly select the label information; meanwhile, a pop-up button is displayed beside the list item of each candidate information, so that the whole content of the candidate information is checked according to the pop-up button for a user to confirm, when the user confirms the target recommendation information in at least one candidate information, a part or a plurality of parts of the target recommendation information can be selected for copying (if the target recommendation information is a picture, the picture can be subjected to screenshot to obtain a plurality of sub-pictures); and finally, clicking a confirmation button after the user selects (or copies) the target recommendation information, and displaying the selected (or copied) target recommendation information on an input method interface.
In one possible embodiment, there is an error content or a content that the user wants to modify in the target recommendation information, where the target recommendation information may be modified (or the content is edited by self) in the input method interface, where the drop-down function is displayed when the modified (or the content is edited by self) is too much, and the modified (or the content is edited by self) is displayed in the input method interface.
