Generally speaking, the assembly of a large-diameter valve needs to lift and clamp a part, the stability, reliability and convenience of clamping are important points to be considered, the efficiency and safety of valve assembly are determined, and the traditional planar simple device is infirm in installation and inaccurate in positioning.

The movable clamping plate is operated again to clamp the valve, the clamping force is not too large so as to avoid damaging the surface coating of the valve, and the size of the clamping force is only suitable for fixing the valve stably without shaking. And finally, discontinuously controlling the elevator to run up and down according to the structural sequence of valve installation so as to finish the installation of each part.

The valve assembling platform according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, wherein the movable clamping plate comprises a plate body, the inner side surface of the middle part of the plate body is recessed inwards to form a movable cavity, the two ends of the movable cavity are respectively provided with an arc-shaped sliding groove communicated with the movable cavity, a flexible holding plate is installed in the arc-shaped sliding groove, and the outer side wall of one end, extending into the arc-shaped sliding groove, of the flexible holding plate is recessed inwards to form a spring installation groove; a spring is arranged in the spring mounting groove, one end of the spring is fixedly connected with the side wall of the arc-shaped chute, and the other end of the spring abuts against the top end of the spring mounting groove; a hose is connected between the arc chutes on the two sides, a pressure spring is arranged on the inner side of the hose, one end of the pressure spring props against the bottom of the movable cavity, and the other end of the pressure spring props against the hose to push the hose out of the movable cavity; each steel ball is arranged in the hose, and damping grease is filled in the hose.
