Abstract

Background
Thrombi are small patches of blood flow that form on the surface of a denuded or repaired site within a blood vessel of the cardiovascular system. At present, the thrombolysis treatment is performed on thrombus by using thrombolytic medicines, but the treatment time is long, the recanalization rate is low, and the treatment is accompanied with bleeding risk.
The embolectomy system utilizes an interventional minimally invasive technology, under the assistance of medical imaging equipment, a product is pushed to a target lesion part through a preset micro catheter, passes through femoral artery, lower limb artery, aortic arch, internal carotid artery and middle cerebral artery, the stent is released in a mode of withdrawing the micro catheter, when the stent is withdrawn, the stent wraps embolus in a grid of the stent and fixes the embolus, and the embolus is withdrawn into a middle catheter together with the stent and the embolus through the withdrawn stent, so that the embolus is removed out of a body, the blood vessel is recovered to be unobstructed, and the treatment purpose is achieved. The thrombus taking support in the prior art comprises a closed-loop thrombus taking support which is in a cylindrical net shape, and the defect that the cylindrical net-shaped thrombus taking support has insufficient capturing force on thrombus, the thrombus is separated from the thrombus taking support at a certain probability, and thrombus taking failure is caused.
The patent CN106859729A discloses an embolectomy support system, which adopts an open-loop style embolectomy support, and solves the problem of insufficient thrombus grasping force of a closed-loop style embolectomy support to a great extent. However, in the open loop mode, the opening gap of the thrombus removal stent has a broken stubble, and the broken stubble easily stimulates the blood vessel to cause blood vessel damage.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a thrombus taking system, wherein the distal end of a thrombus taking support is closed and the proximal end of the thrombus taking support is open, so that the capturing force of the thrombus taking support on slow thrombus is improved, and the stimulation of the thrombus taking support on blood vessels is reduced to a great extent.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

The combining position of the thrombus and the thrombus is mainly positioned at the proximal end of the thrombus taking support. Therefore, the distal end of the thrombus taking stent is designed into a closed loop structure with small irritation to blood vessels, and the proximal end of the thrombus taking stent is in an open loop mode to improve the catching effect on thrombus.

Preferably, the opening gap of the open ring part and the axis of the bolt taking bracket are positioned on the same axial tangent plane, and the first connecting point is positioned on the extension line of the opening gap.
The connecting wire comprises a connecting wire first section positioned at the open-loop part, and the vertical distance from the wave crest to the wave trough of the wavy connecting wire first section in the direction from the second connecting point to the first connecting point is gradually increased. When the thrombus taking support is withdrawn to the microcatheter, the connecting wire needs to be contracted together with the thrombus taking support, the first section of the connecting wire keeps smaller width at the near end, so that the thrombus taking support is more favorably withdrawn to the microcatheter, and the retraction resistance of the thrombus taking support is reduced.
The invention has the advantages and positive effects that: by adopting the technical scheme, the thrombus taking bracket has good capturing effect on thrombus, has small stimulation on the blood vessel and reduces the risk of blood vessel injury.
