And S403, performing message encryption on the message digest and the digest signature by using a public key to obtain encrypted digital asset transaction information, wherein the public key is provided by a transaction receiver.
In the embodiment of the application, the transaction receiver provides the public key to encrypt the message digest and the digest signature, so that the transaction receiver can effectively decrypt the encrypted message to obtain the digital asset transaction message, and then judges whether the decrypted message conforms to the supervision operation; for example, whether the digital asset transaction information conforms to the travel rule of the FATF, and the like. The public key may be provided to a centralized digital asset exchange, escrow, or digital asset wallet, etc.

The case where the user does not exist as described herein includes: and when the transaction initiator receives the rejection message, the transfer operation of the digital assets in the block chain cannot be initiated, and the transaction initiator directly ends the task of the digital asset transaction.

The first information sending module is further used for distributing a serial number for the digital asset transaction, the serial number has uniqueness, and the serial numbers corresponding to each digital asset transaction are different from each other; encrypting the digital asset transaction information with the serial number to obtain the encrypted digital asset transaction information; and sending the encrypted digital asset transaction information to the transaction receiving and sending party.
The first information sending module is also used for coding the digital asset transaction information with the serial number, so that the digital asset transaction information with the serial number is serialized to obtain the coded digital asset transaction information; and encrypting the coded digital asset transaction information to obtain the encrypted digital asset transaction information.
The first information sending module is also used for carrying out Hash calculation on the encrypted digital asset transaction information to generate a message abstract; encrypting the message digest by using a private key to obtain a digest signature, wherein the private key is provided by a transaction initiator; and carrying out message encryption on the message digest and the digest signature by using a public key to obtain encrypted digital asset transaction information, wherein the public key is provided by a transaction receiver.

The first judging module is further configured to send a rejection message to the transaction initiator when the digital asset transaction information does not meet the regulatory requirement.
The device further comprises: a second determination module for determining whether a user initiating the digital asset transaction exists; and when the user does not exist, sending a rejection message to the transaction initiator.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a communication system for digital asset transaction provided by an embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 9, the communication system for digital asset transaction provided by the embodiment of the present application includes a transaction initiator 91 and a transaction receiver 92;

Claims (13)

1. A method of communicating a digital asset transaction, comprising:
sending digital asset transaction information with a serial number to a transaction receiver, wherein the serial number is used for identifying the digital asset transaction information, so that the digital asset transaction information has a unique mark;
receiving a transaction permission message with the serial number sent back by the transaction receiver, wherein the transaction permission message is used for indicating that a transaction initiator can perform digital asset transaction, and the serial number in the transaction permission message is the same as the serial number in the digital asset transaction information;
sending a digital asset transaction request to a blockchain according to the transaction approval message, wherein the digital asset transaction request is used for indicating the blockchain to perform the digital asset transaction;
generating transaction information of the blockchain, wherein the transaction information is used for indicating that the digital asset transaction is completed, and the transaction information is also used for carrying a transaction identifier of the digital asset transaction in the blockchain;
sending the transaction information to a transaction receiver, wherein the transaction information is used for indicating the transaction receiver to verify whether the digital asset transaction is completed in the block chain according to the transaction identifier, and the transaction information carries the serial number;
and receiving a transaction receipt sent back by a transaction receiver, wherein the transaction receipt is digital asset related information generated after the transaction receiver confirms that the digital asset transaction is completed, and the transaction receipt carries the serial number.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of sending the digital asset transaction information with the serial number to the transaction recipient comprises:
distributing a serial number for the digital asset transaction, wherein the serial number has uniqueness, and the serial numbers corresponding to each digital asset transaction are different;
encrypting the digital asset transaction information with the serial number to obtain the encrypted digital asset transaction information;
and sending the encrypted digital asset transaction information to the transaction receiving and sending party.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of encrypting the digital asset transaction information with the serial number to obtain the encrypted digital asset transaction information comprises:
coding the digital asset transaction information with the serial number, so that the digital asset transaction information with the serial number is serialized to obtain the coded digital asset transaction information;
and encrypting the coded digital asset transaction information to obtain the encrypted digital asset transaction information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the step of encrypting the encoded digital asset transaction information to obtain encrypted digital asset transaction information comprises:
performing hash calculation on the encrypted digital asset transaction information to generate a message digest;
encrypting the message digest by using a private key to obtain a digest signature, wherein the private key is provided by a transaction initiator;
and carrying out message encryption on the message digest and the digest signature by using a public key to obtain encrypted digital asset transaction information, wherein the public key is provided by a transaction receiver.
5. The method of any of claims 1-4, wherein the transaction information comprises a hash value generated during the digital asset transaction.
6. A method of communicating a digital asset transaction, comprising:
receiving digital asset transaction information with a serial number sent by a transaction initiator, wherein the serial number is used for identifying the digital asset transaction information, so that the digital asset transaction information has a unique mark;
judging whether the digital asset transaction meets the supervision requirement or not according to the digital asset transaction information;
if the digital asset transaction information meets the regulatory requirement, transmitting a transaction permission message with the serial number to the transaction initiator, wherein the transaction permission message is used for indicating that the transaction initiator can perform digital asset transaction;
receiving transaction information sent back by the transaction initiator, wherein the transaction information is used for carrying a transaction identifier and the serial number of the digital asset transaction in a blockchain, the blockchain is used for performing the transaction of the digital asset according to a digital transaction request sent by the transaction initiator, and the blockchain sends back the transaction information indicating the completion of the digital asset transaction to the transaction initiator;
confirming whether the corresponding digital asset transaction is finished in the block chain according to the transaction identifier in the transaction information;
if the digital asset transaction is completed in the blockchain, a transaction receipt is sent to the transaction initiator, the transaction receipt carrying the serial number.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein after determining whether the digital asset transaction complies with regulatory requirements based on the digital asset transaction information, further comprising:
if the digital asset transaction information does not meet regulatory requirements, a rejection message is sent to the transaction initiator.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the regulatory requirements are used to determine whether the digital asset transaction information complies with transfer rules for anti-money laundering financial action special teams.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the transfer rules include the following information:
i) a name of the transaction initiator;
ii) a wallet address of the transaction initiator or an account number at a digital asset facilitator;
iii) the address of the transaction initiator, or a national identification number, or a customer identification number, or a date and place of birth;
iv) the name of the transaction recipient;
v) a wallet address of the transaction recipient or an account number at the digital asset facilitator.
10. The method of claim 6, wherein after receiving the digital asset transaction information with the serial number sent by the transaction initiator, further comprising:
determining whether a user initiating the digital asset transaction exists;
if the user does not exist, a rejection message is sent to the transaction initiator.
11. A communication device for a digital asset transaction, comprising:
the system comprises a first information sending module, a transaction receiving party and a second information sending module, wherein the first information sending module is used for sending digital asset transaction information with a serial number to the transaction receiving party, and the serial number is used for identifying the digital asset transaction information so that the digital asset transaction information has a unique mark;
a first information receiving module, configured to receive a transaction permission message with the serial number and sent back by the transaction receiver, where the transaction permission message is used to indicate that a transaction initiator may perform a digital asset transaction, and the serial number in the transaction permission message is the same as the serial number in the digital asset transaction information;
