A regional medical resource sharing system, characterized by: the remote consultation center system, the electrocardio consultation center system, the inspection center system, the image consultation center system, the disinfection center system and all basic medical and health institution systems in a defined area are all constructed in a superior hospital in the city, the basic medical and health institution systems are constructed in the basic medical and health institution, the remote consultation center system is used for remote consultation of superior hospitals and doctors of the basic medical and health institution where patients are located, the electrocardio consultation center system is used for providing electrocardiogram report services for all levels of medical and health institutions in the city, the inspection center system is used for providing clinical inspection and pathological diagnosis services for all levels of medical and health institutions in the city, and the image consultation center system is used for providing image consultation services for all levels of medical and health institutions in the city The remote consultation center is in data communication with the electrocardio consultation center system, the examination center system and the image consultation center system.

The regional medical resource sharing system of claim 1, wherein: the remote consultation center system, the electrocardio consultation center system, the inspection center system, the image consultation center system and the disinfection center system respectively comprise a processor, a memory, a communication module and a database.

A method for operating a regional medical resource sharing system, wherein the regional medical resource sharing system according to any one of claims 1 to 3 is used, and the method comprises the following steps: (1) the basic-level medical institution system sends a request to the remote consultation center system and/or the electrocardio consultation center system and/or the examination center system and/or the image consultation center system and/or the disinfection center system according to the requirement, and (2) the remote consultation center system and/or the electrocardio consultation center system and/or the examination center system and/or the image consultation center system and/or the disinfection center system correspondingly executes corresponding operation and feeds the result back to the basic-level medical institution system.

The method of operating a regional medical resource sharing system according to claim 4, wherein: the operation method of the remote consultation center system comprises the following steps: (2) starting a calling program: when the basic medical health institution starts a remote consultation request, the HIS system of the basic medical health institution uploads the information of the basic medical health institution and the information of a current doctor to the remote diagnosis center system through the cloud platform, and the EMR system of the basic medical health institution uploads the identity information of a patient and an electronic medical record to the remote diagnosis center system through the cloud platform; (2) remote consultation service: doctors of the basic medical health institution and doctors of the remote consultation center conduct consultation in a cloud consulting room of the cloud platform in a text and/or picture and/or video mode.

The method of operating a regional medical resource sharing system according to claim 4, wherein: the operation method of the electrocardio consultation center system comprises the following steps of (1) starting a calling program: when the basic medical health institution starts a consultation request, the HIS system of the basic medical health institution uploads the information of the basic medical health institution and the information of a doctor who visits the doctor currently to the electrocardio-diagnosis central system through the cloud platform, the EMR system of the basic medical health institution uploads the identity information of a patient and an electronic medical record to the electrocardio-diagnosis central system through the cloud platform, and the electrocardio system of the basic medical health institution uploads the electrocardiogram data of the patient to the electrocardio-diagnosis central system through the cloud platform; (2) consultation reporting service: the working personnel of the electrocardio consultation center reads the picture in real time, issues a report within the specified time and sends the report to the basic medical health institution system in real time through the information platform.
