The online interviewing system 110 is a system platform used online, in which an operating environment (e.g., online interview) is provided for a user (e.g., interviewer), a resume repository 120 is built in the operating environment of the online interview, and the resume repository 120 is used for storing relevant information such as resume files acquired under the operating environment, sources of the resume files, and acquisition times of the resume files.
Therefore, in this module, the resume file of the target user is first obtained from the resume repository 120, where the target user refers to a user corresponding to the resume file meeting the interview conditions in the resume repository 120; and then identifying key information of the contents described in the resume file, such as the age, the work position, the gender, the educational background, the work experience and the like of the target user by utilizing AI technology.
The information matching module 220 is configured to search the matched question information from the question bank 130 according to the key information; the question information is correspondingly provided with answer information and at least one piece of question following information.
In this module, after the key information in the resume file of the target user is obtained through the information extraction module 210, the corresponding question may be matched from the question bank 130 according to the associated information.
After the key information in the resume file of the target user is obtained, each piece of key information is matched with the question information in the question bank 130 one by one, for example, when the key information is a work post, the question information related to the key information of the work post, such as the question information related to the reason why the work post is tried, what you can obtain in the work post, and the like, can be searched in the question bank 130 according to the key information.
After the question information matched with the key information is found according to the process, answer information and at least one piece of question following information corresponding to the question information can be further obtained, wherein the answer information refers to reference information set for the question information, and the question following information refers to information which is set for keywords, answer information and the like of the question information and is related or unrelated to the question information.
It should be noted that the question bank 130 refers to a set of questions set in the online interview system 110 for various aspects involved in the interview process.
Further, the key information may be set through a background, specifically, the key information may be associated with keywords of the question information in the question bank 130, the related key information may be set through the keywords of each question, and the resume file of the target user may be identified according to the key information.
Furthermore, each question in the question bank 130 is provided with a question mark corresponding to the question, the question mark is marked by an interviewer expert before being entered into the system, the question sequence of each question can be determined according to the interview mark, and the phenomenon that the interview process logic is disordered due to disorder of the interview question sequence is avoided.
The first processing module 230 is configured to obtain answer information of the target user for the question information, compare the answer information with answer information corresponding to the question information, and determine a hit probability.
In this module, after relevant question information in the question bank 130 is displayed to a target user, answer information of the target user for the question information is acquired, and then the acquired answer information is compared with answer information corresponding to the question information, so as to determine the hit probability of the target user for the question information.
Further, the hit probability may be counted according to the number of keywords in the answer information, for example, the hit probability is determined according to the percentage of the number of keywords hit by the answer information of the target user, and whether the keyword is hit by the answer information may be determined according to the similarity between the answer information and the word meaning of the keyword.
And the second processing module 240 is configured to select question following information associated with the hit probability from the question bank 130 according to the hit probability, and use the question following information as next piece of question information.
In this module, after the first processing module 230 determines the hit probability of the target user for a certain question information, the question-following information associated with the hit probability can be selected from the question bank 130 according to the hit probability, and the question-following information is used as the next question information.
For example, each piece of question information and question following information is pre-judged by an expert to be provided with a corresponding difficulty level, after the hit probability of the target user for the question information is obtained, the question following information of the difficulty level matched with the probability value can be set according to the probability value of the hit probability, and the question following information is used as the next question information to ask the target user.
The information processing device of the online interview system firstly acquires the resume file of a target user from the resume library 120 and extracts the key information of the description content in the resume file; searching matched question information from the question bank 130 according to the key information; the question information is correspondingly provided with answer information and at least one piece of question following information; acquiring answer information of the target user aiming at the question information, comparing the answer information with answer information corresponding to the question information, and determining hit probability; and selecting the question information associated with the hit probability from the question bank 130 according to the hit probability, and using the question information as the next piece of question information.
According to the scheme, corresponding question information is matched from the question bank 130 according to the resume file provided by the target user, the target user is subjected to online interviewing through the question information, and information related to the target user can be obtained in the interviewing process; in addition, according to the scheme, corresponding question hunting information is selected from the question bank 130 according to the answer information of the target user aiming at the question information, so that more relevant information about the target user can be further known through the question hunting information, the scientificity and objectivity of the interview process are guaranteed, and the interview accuracy is improved.
The specific limitations of the information processing apparatus of the online interview system can be referred to the limitations of the information processing method of the online interview system in the above, and are not described in detail herein. The respective modules in the information processing apparatus of the above-described online interview system can be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware, and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent of a processor in the terminal device, and can also be stored in a memory in the terminal device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is proposed, the computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the information processing method of the online interview system according to any one of the above embodiments when executing the computer program.
As shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic internal structure diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment. The computer device 310 includes a processor 314, a non-volatile storage medium 315, a memory 311, and a network interface 312 connected by a system bus 313. The non-volatile storage medium 315 of the computer device 310 stores an operating system 317 and a computer program 316, and when the computer program 316 is executed by the processor 314, the processor 314 can be caused to implement the information processing method of the online interview system. The processor 314 of the computer device 310 is used to provide computing and control capabilities that support the operation of the entire computer device 310. The memory 311 of the computer device 310 has stored therein a computer program 316, which computer program 316, when executed by the processor 314, causes the processor 314 to perform the information processing method of the online interview system. The network interface 312 of the computer device 310 is used for connecting communication with the mobile terminal.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer storage medium is provided, which when executed by one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to perform the steps of the information processing method of the online interview system of any one of the above embodiments.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the figures are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and may be performed in other orders unless explicitly stated herein. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in the flow chart of the figure may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
The foregoing is only a partial embodiment of the present application, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present application, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. An information processing method of an online test system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a resume file of a target user from a resume library, and extracting key information of description contents in the resume file;
searching matched question information from a question bank according to the key information; the question information is correspondingly provided with answer information and at least one piece of question following information;
acquiring answer information of the target user aiming at the question information, comparing the answer information with answer information corresponding to the question information, and determining hit probability;
and selecting question tracing information associated with the hit probability from a question bank according to the hit probability, and taking the question tracing information as next piece of question information.
2. The information processing method of an online interview system according to claim 1, wherein the step of selecting question information associated with the hit probability from a question bank according to the hit probability comprises:
if the hit probability is higher than a first threshold value, selecting question-following information with a difficulty coefficient larger than the question information from a question bank;
if the hit probability is lower than a second threshold value, selecting question-following information with a difficulty coefficient smaller than the question information from a question bank;
wherein the difficulty coefficient is a preset coefficient, and the first threshold is greater than or equal to a second threshold.
3. The information processing method of the online interview system according to claim 2, further comprising:
if the hit probability is not higher than a first threshold and not lower than a second threshold, selecting question tracing information with the difficulty coefficient consistent with the question information from a question bank; wherein the content of the question information is irrelevant to the question information.
4. The information processing method of the online interview system according to claim 1, wherein before the step of obtaining the resume file of the target user from the resume repository, the method further comprises:
acquiring post description information, and determining a post portrait corresponding to the post description information according to the post description information;
and matching the post portrait with the resume file of the user, screening the user which accords with the post portrait according to the matching result, and taking the user as a target user.
5. The information processing method of the online interview system according to claim 1, wherein the step of searching the question bank for the matching question information according to the key information comprises:
analyzing the key information and determining a survey point corresponding to the key information;
and matching question questions corresponding to the investigation points in a question library according to the investigation points.
6. The information processing method of the online interview system according to claim 1, wherein the step of searching the key information for matching question information from a question bank further comprises:
acquiring option information input by a target user, and configuring question information with the number corresponding to the option information in the question bank according to the option information;
and generating a question list according to the matching sequence of the key information and each question message in the question bank and the configuration number of the question messages.
7. The information processing method of an online interview system according to claim 1, wherein the step of selecting question information associated with the hit probability from a question bank according to the hit probability and using the question information as next question information further comprises:
acquiring answer information of the target user aiming at each question information, and counting hit probability corresponding to each question information according to the answer information; the question information comprises original question information in the question bank and question following information selected from the question bank;
and determining an interview information processing result of the target user according to the hit probability.
8. An information processing apparatus of an inline test system, comprising:
the information extraction module is used for acquiring the resume file of the target user from the resume library and extracting the key information of the description content in the resume file;
the information matching module is used for searching matched question information from a question bank according to the key information; the question information is correspondingly provided with answer information and at least one piece of question following information;
the first processing module is used for acquiring answer information of the target user aiming at the question information, comparing the answer information with answer information corresponding to the question information and determining hit probability;
and the second processing module is used for selecting question-following information associated with the hit probability from the question bank according to the hit probability and using the question-following information as next piece of question information.
9. A computer device, characterized by: comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein computer readable instructions which, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to carry out the steps of the information processing method of the on-line interview system according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer storage medium, characterized in that: the computer storage medium having stored therein computer-readable instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the steps of the information processing method of the online interview system of any one of claims 1-7.
