Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a method for assessing risk of a project is provided, which includes, with reference to fig. 1:
and S11, acquiring the project information data.
For each project, project information data of the project are different according to different nodes of project risk monitoring. For example, for a project that has just entered into a contract, the risk of the project as a whole or the risk of the project in the course of later execution needs to be known; the potential risks of each execution link need to be known for the project being executed, so that the potential risks can be known in time, and the strategy adjustment is carried out to ensure that the project is performed normally and smoothly.
The project information data represents the main information of the project, so that the related information of the whole project can be known by workers or project monitoring personnel. For example, the project information data includes, but is not limited to, project name, customer name, contract amount, total number of invested people, total number of invested days, leading business line, other participating business lines, and other information, and these information data can be set by themselves according to different projects.
And S12, determining the project risk assessment dimension according to the project information data.
After the project information data is acquired, an evaluation dimension for evaluating the project risk complexity needs to be set, and the project risk evaluation dimension can be different according to different projects. Thus, the determined project risk assessment dimension is matched with the project to be risk assessed. The risk assessment dimension of the project can be set by itself, or the risk assessment of the completed project can be recorded in the prior art as a reference, for example, the assessment dimension of the project to be subjected to the risk assessment can be determined by referring to the risk assessment dimension of the completed project.
For example, project risk assessment dimensions may include, but are not limited to, complexity of system integration, cross-line delivery management, project delivery, customer environment, customer transfers, contract clause structure, solution manager, risk manager, partners, and so forth.
And S13, calculating and obtaining the risk index of the project according to the risk assessment grade corresponding to the project risk assessment dimension.
In the embodiment of the invention, a corresponding judgment standard is not directly set for each item risk assessment dimension, but risk assessment grades are correspondingly set under each item risk assessment dimension, and the risk assessment grades are pre-stored judgment standards for the risk assessment dimensions, so that the evaluation diversity and objectivity under the same item risk assessment dimension can be ensured. For example, the risk assessment rating may be set to three levels, high, medium, and low, each level corresponding to its assessment rating condition. The weight value for each risk assessment level may also be set for more accurate description.
The risk assessment level conditions are exemplified below by setting the risk assessment level to the third highest gear, the second lowest gear and the third highest gear.
For example, the evaluation condition with a low risk evaluation level is: there are solutions and delivery resources that are relevant prior to the project, based on previously mature technologies or services, rather than new markets and reusable resources, more projects with previously relevant similar experience, etc., low dependency on customers and third party resources, etc.
The evaluation conditions in the risk evaluation scale were: there are related solutions and delivery resources, even mature technologies or services, rather than new markets and reusable resources, more projects with related prior similar experience, etc., low dependency on customer and third party resources, etc.
The evaluation conditions with high risk evaluation grades are as follows: there are no relevant solutions and delivery resources, no mature technologies or services, no reusable resources, no relevant similar experience, full dependence on customer and third party resources, etc.
After the project risk assessment dimension and the project risk assessment grade are determined, the risk index of the project is calculated and obtained according to the grade coefficient or the grade weight value corresponding to the project. Assuming that the item is provided with two risk assessment dimensions corresponding to three branch evaluation levels, taking setting of a weight value as an example for explanation, the method further includes:
setting a weight value of each risk assessment level based on the risk assessment levels;
and calculating to obtain the risk index of the project according to the weight value of each risk assessment grade.
Specifically, the risk assessment system comprises two risk assessment dimensions a and B, wherein the dimension a comprises three criteria a, B and c, the weighted values of the three criteria d, e and f are respectively 1, 5 and 8, the dimension B comprises three criteria d, e and f, the weighted values of the three criteria are respectively 2, 4 and 7, if the item meets the assessment criteria of B in the dimension a, the weighted value of the dimension a is 0.5, and if the item meets the assessment criteria of a in the dimension B, and the weighted value of the dimension B is 0.3, the risk index is 0.5 +0.3 + 2 is 3.1. The above calculation of the risk index by using the weight value is only one method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and the risk index may also be obtained by calculating through a preset logical correspondence, for example, by calling a macro file representing a logical relationship of the risk index obtained by calculating the risk dimension to perform calculation.
Wherein the risk index characterizes the risk complexity of the item. The risk complexity indicates the risk level of the project, and if the complexity is higher, the risk of the project in the subsequent execution process or in the execution process is higher. Further, as illustrated above, if the risk complexity of the project is first level, the risk index range is [0, 3], if the risk complexity of the project is second level, the risk index range is (3, 6), and the like, the risk index of the project is 3.1, and the risk complexity is second level.
According to the project risk assessment method provided by the invention, when a project is not executed or in the project execution process, namely, assessment is carried out at any time in the whole life cycle of the project, the project risk assessment dimension can be determined based on the obtained project information data, then the risk assessment grade corresponding to the project risk assessment dimension is finally calculated to obtain the risk index of the project, the complexity of the project risk can be obtained based on the project risk index, so that the risk assessment can be carried out on the project at any time, and the assessment dimension and the assessment standard of the project risk can be clearly known, so that objective and accurate risk assessment results can be provided for the strategy adjustment of the project.
In another embodiment of the present invention, after obtaining the risk index, the method further comprises:
and generating strategy adjustment suggestion information of the project according to the risk index of the project.
Specifically, the risk index of the project is calculated according to the risk assessment grade, which represents the complexity of the risk of the project, and since the risk index can be calculated in real time in the project execution process, if the risk index of the project is used to know that the project has a certain risk in the execution process, some strategies in the project are expected to be adjusted to reduce the risk of the project. Thus, after the risk index of the project is obtained, the strategy adjustment suggestion information can be generated according to the risk index. The risk index implicitly includes a risk assessment dimension, a project risk assessment dimension with a high risk assessment level can be obtained after the risk index is obtained through calculation, and policy adjustment suggestion information is generated according to information included in the project risk assessment dimension, for example, if index information representing a technology or a service included in the project risk assessment dimension is lower than a preset standard, the corresponding generated policy adjustment suggestion information corresponds to a relevant parameter for improving the technology or service index. The strategy adjustment suggestion information is generated according to the risk index, and the strategy adjustment information covers more dimensions if the risk index is high, and the strategy adjustment dimensions are less if the risk index is low, so that smooth proceeding of the project can be ensured, and waste of adjustment resources can be reduced. Certainly, a policy adjustment suggestion information table may be preset, where the table includes a plurality of pieces of policy adjustment suggestion information, and each piece of policy adjustment information corresponds to a numerical value of the risk index, that is, a corresponding relationship between the policy risk adjustment information and the risk index is generated, and after the risk index is obtained, the corresponding policy risk adjustment information may be determined according to the corresponding relationship.
Correspondingly, strategy adjustment is carried out on the project according to the risk index of the project and/or the project adjustment suggestion information, so that the project can be normally carried out.
That is, in the process of risk analysis of a project, in addition to calculating and obtaining a risk index, strategy adjustment suggestion information of the project can be generated according to the risk index. It should be noted that the policy adjustment suggestions for these projects may be automatically generated according to the risk assessment dimension, that is, the suggestions provided for the project assessment dimension, or may be generated according to the risk assessment level of the project, that is, the relevant executives may be replaced, or the project nodes may be modified.
Therefore, while performing risk assessment on the project, the method can autonomously generate the strategy adjustment suggestion information of the project, display the strategy adjustment suggestion information so that the risk control staff can know the strategy adjustment suggestion information, and certainly perform strategy adjustment on the project based on the strategy adjustment suggestions, or adjust the project according to the set strategy. Specifically, if the strategy of the project is adjusted according to the project risk index, the project management and control staff can obtain the execution condition of the project through the project risk index based on the project, obtain the current execution information of the project, and adjust the information which affects the project risk index and is included in the execution information, so as to reduce the risk of the project in the subsequent execution process. If the strategy adjustment is performed on the project according to the strategy adjustment information of the project, the corresponding adjustment information or adjustment parameter in the strategy adjustment information can be acquired, the project is adjusted according to the adjustment information or adjustment parameter, or the adjustment information or adjustment parameter can be sent to the corresponding project control personnel, and the strategy adjustment is performed on the project after the adjustment information or adjustment parameter is determined. The embodiment of the invention is not limited in this respect, and the response is made by referring to the risk index both in the nature of the adjustment period and the autonomous adjustment period.
In order to facilitate the presentation of the risk assessment of the project information or the intuitive understanding of the risk management personnel, the assessment process and the result of the project risk can be displayed based on a form or a document. The project information that has been evaluated can also be recorded and presented in the mode of a risk management table.
Namely, a risk management table is created according to the information data of the historical project, wherein the risk management table is used for storing the risk assessment dimension, the project risk assessment grade and the project risk assessment index of the historical project.
Specifically, a risk management table is created according to the historical project information data, wherein the risk management table is used for storing risk assessment dimensions, project risk assessment grades and project risk assessment indexes of the historical projects.
The specific process of generating the risk management table may be as follows:
generating a first mapping relation between the project risk assessment dimension and the risk assessment grade;
generating a second mapping relation between the risk assessment grade and the risk index;
and generating a risk management table of the project according to the first mapping relation and the second mapping relation, and recording the generation logic of the risk management table to generate a macro file.
It should be noted that, when the macro file is recorded, processes of how to match the risk assessment level with the risk assessment dimension and how to match the risk index with the risk assessment level are mainly recorded.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of a risk management table provided for the embodiment of the present invention is provided, in which related information of the project is recorded, and various evaluation dimensions, such as "complexity of integrated system", "project executor", "project period", and also risk level and level evaluation condition of the project, and a final risk evaluation result, are recorded. The project risk management and control personnel can intuitively know the evaluation process of the project. Of course, the risk management table can also be stored, and a favorable reference is provided for the auditing of an auditing department.
In order to represent the project risk assessment result in more detail, a risk assessment report can be generated according to the project risk assessment dimension, and the risk assessment report under different dimensions is sent to the pre-stored contact matched with the risk assessment report, so that management and control personnel can know the assessment process of the project in time at any place conveniently. Certainly, the contact person is only stored in advance in one mode in the embodiment of the present invention, and may be automatically sent to the contact person related to the project in advance, or may be sent to any person needing to obtain the evaluation result, such as a project person, a company leadership person, and the like, directly by inputting the contact person without storing in advance.
In response to the fact that a certain link of a certain project is changed in the process of risk assessment of the project, after change information is obtained, the assessment dimension and the assessment standard of the project can be directly updated in time, and assessment accuracy of the whole process is guaranteed.
Specifically, the project risk assessment method provided by the embodiment of the present invention can be specifically implemented by using functions in some office software, so that the operation cost of the method can be reduced, and the popularization range of the method is wider.
The different dimensions of the corresponding evaluation and the use of some associated formulas of the corresponding EXCEL are configured in this tool or plug-in. And inputting information of related items so that the final report can know which item is when being discharged. The evaluation dimension for evaluating the risk complexity of the project is set, and the evaluation dimension can be set according to different projects. Each dimension may be set with different evaluation criteria. Setting internal commands through a corresponding EXCEL formula according to a certain logic relationship, realizing a corresponding logic calculation relationship through macros, obtaining different dimensionality recording macros according to the previous setting, and determining the risk complexity through different combinations. And obtaining a final report of the risk result according to the selected answer: the risk of the three grades of different high, medium and low grades can be selected for different dimensions, the risk complexity and the risk level can be automatically evaluated by clicking operation, wherein the risk complexity is set by different combinations through the nested macros in the previous step, the risk level is also set through the macros, and the specific risk level can be set according to the project. If a general report is to be generated, the general report can be realized by the formula of EXCEL, the statements of Isblank, contentnate, index and If, and the final general report can be obtained by the statements, including the basic information of the item, the evaluation time, the version number and the risk complexity, and the risk complexity can be recorded at any time. Therefore, the risk complexity of the project can be evaluated at any time point and any time period through the tool, and corresponding strategy adjustment can be carried out according to the evaluation result.
There is therefore also provided, in another embodiment of the present invention, a method of calculating a risk index, including:
and calculating to obtain the project risk index by calling a pre-recorded macro file according to the risk evaluation grade corresponding to the project risk evaluation dimension.
The calculation of the item risk index in this embodiment is accomplished by calling a macro file. The macro file is used for macro recording in the process of processing the batch data information, so that the next time the same type of data information is processed, the macro file can be directly called to obtain a processing result. The macro file in the embodiment of the present invention is a macro recording based on a process of summarizing, counting, analyzing, and risk evaluating historical project information, that is, the macro file is a recording of a process of creating a risk management table.
