The invention provides a low-cost delivery method for delivering a webpage video to a terminal device, which comprises the following steps of S1: preparing a handheld terminal device and a large-screen playing device for video signal transmission; s2: defining a private communication protocol in a handheld terminal device and a large-screen playing device respectively in a software implementation mode; and corresponding software programs are placed into the handheld terminal equipment and the large-screen playing equipment; s3: starting an application program which is installed with a corresponding private communication protocol in the handheld terminal equipment, sending an equipment query command, and carrying out regional scanning and capturing peripheral equipment by utilizing local area network broadcasting; identifying and discovering a large-screen playing device terminal; s4: after receiving the broadcast information, the large-screen playing device sends the self identity identification information to the handheld terminal device, the method is simple to implement, has low requirements on hardware, is suitable for scale popularization, makes up the defects of the DLNA delivery mode, and is simple to implement and does not occupy memory and storage space due to the private protocol.

s4: after receiving the broadcast information, the large-screen playing equipment sends self identity identification information to the handheld terminal equipment;
s5: starting a video playing source in an application program of the handheld terminal equipment and playing a video; after the application program obtains the website link of the video playing, clicking a delivery button of the handheld terminal device to push the video link to the large-screen playing device;
s6: after receiving the video information from the handheld terminal device, the large-screen playing device extracts the video link and starts a player of the large-screen playing device to play the video.
Preferably, the private communication protocol includes how the handheld terminal device discovers the large-screen playing device, how the handheld terminal device delivers the webpage video playing link to the large-screen playing device, and how the large-screen playing device receives and plays the video link delivered by the handheld terminal device.

s4: after receiving the broadcast information, the large-screen playing equipment sends self identity identification information to the handheld terminal equipment;
s5: starting a video playing source in an application program of the handheld terminal equipment and playing a video; after the application program obtains the website link of the video playing, clicking a delivery button of the handheld terminal device to push the video link to the large-screen playing device;
s6: after receiving the video information from the handheld terminal device, the large-screen playing device extracts the video link and starts a player of the large-screen playing device to play the video.

s4: after receiving the broadcast information, the large-screen playing equipment sends self identity identification information to the handheld terminal equipment;
s5: starting a video playing source in an application program of the handheld terminal equipment and playing a video; after the application program obtains the website link of the video playing, clicking a delivery button of the handheld terminal device to push the video link to the large-screen playing device;
s6: after receiving the video information from the handheld terminal device, the large-screen playing device extracts the video link and starts a player of the large-screen playing device to play the video.
