While the present application has been described in terms of specific embodiments and examples for achieving the desired objects and objectives, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features as defined by the appended claims.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a reminding method according to a first embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the reminding method of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
step S11: the mobile terminal collects the attention point information of the driver in real time.
Specifically, in one embodiment, step S11: the method comprises the following steps that before the mobile terminal collects the attention point information of the driver in real time: the vehicle-mounted terminal and the mobile terminal are connected in a wired connection mode or a wireless connection mode, wherein the wireless connection mode at least comprises any one of NFC connection, WiFi connection, Bluetooth connection and infrared connection.
Specifically, in one embodiment, step S11: the step of collecting the attention point information of the driver in real time by the mobile terminal comprises the following steps: the mobile terminal carries out non-invasive eyeball tracking identification on the driver by utilizing the camera, detects the attention point of the driver in real time and generates attention point information.
It is worth to be noted that the eyeball tracking mainly studies the acquisition, modeling and simulation of the eyeball motion information, and has a wide application range. In the embodiment, the non-invasive eyeball tracking is realized under the support of software through the camera of the mobile terminal, and the effect of saving cost can be achieved while the eyeball movement information of the driver is collected. In other embodiments, other image acquisition devices or infrared devices may be used to obtain eye movement information, such as a non-invasive eye tracker, etc.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the mobile terminal collects the attention point information of the driver in real time, and then determines whether the driver is in the distracted state according to the attention point information. In other embodiments, it is also possible to determine whether the driver is in a distracted state, the degree of distraction, and the like by detecting the brain wave signal of the driver, from the brain wave signal.
Step S12: and the mobile terminal judges whether the driver is in the distraction state or not according to the attention point information.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the data obtained by non-invasive eye tracking can reflect the eye gaze position of the driver, and the gaze position of the driver can be analyzed in detail after processing, so as to obtain the attention point information of the driver, so as to analyze whether the visual system of the driver is focused on and driving. In other embodiments, after the point of interest information is acquired, it may be determined whether the driver is in a distracted state and the degree of distraction by combining data collected by other in-vehicle sensors, for example, it may be determined whether the driver is in a distracted state by combining the acquired point of interest information and road surface condition information provided by a GPS device, information of braking, acceleration, gear change, steering, lane change, or the like of the vehicle, and further, it may be determined that the degree of distraction of the driver is further determined.
Step S13: and when the driver is in the distraction state, the mobile terminal sends feedback information to the vehicle-mounted terminal.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the step of sending the feedback information to the vehicle-mounted terminal by the mobile terminal when the driver is in the distracted state includes: when the driver is in a distraction state, the mobile terminal judges the distraction degree of the driver, wherein the distraction degree at least comprises slight distraction, moderate distraction and severe distraction; and the mobile terminal sends corresponding feedback information to the vehicle-mounted terminal according to different attention dispersion degrees.
It should be noted that when the driver is in the distracted state, the facial expression, the head angle, the blinking times, the eye size, and the viewing direction of the driver will change accordingly, such as the typical features of yawning, head drooping, decreased blinking times, eyes becoming smaller, and not looking straight ahead. In one embodiment, the degree of driver distraction is determined by acquiring the point of interest information in combination with data collected by other on-board sensors, for example, by combining the acquired point of interest information with road surface condition information provided by a GPS device, braking, acceleration, gear change, steering, lane change, or the like.
It should be understood that the higher the degree of distraction is, the stronger the degree of prompting to the driver is, and in the present embodiment, corresponding feedback information is sent to the in-vehicle terminal according to different degrees of distraction.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the step of sending, by the mobile terminal, corresponding feedback information to the in-vehicle terminal according to different degrees of distraction includes: if the driver is in a slight distraction state, feeding back and displaying first warning information and first suggested rest duration information; if the driver is in a moderate distraction state, feeding back and displaying second warning information and second suggested rest duration information; if the driver is in a serious distraction state, feeding back and displaying third warning information and third suggested rest duration information; in other embodiments, the level of distraction can be further graded as needed, so as to provide a more targeted recommendation scheme.
Step S14: and after receiving the feedback information, the vehicle-mounted terminal displays warning information to the driver.
Specifically, in an embodiment, after receiving the feedback information, the step of displaying the warning information to the driver by the vehicle-mounted terminal includes: after receiving the feedback information, the vehicle-mounted terminal displays warning information of different degrees to a driver according to different feedback information, wherein the warning information at least comprises any one of voice warning information, in-vehicle lamplight warning information, seat vibration warning information and steering wheel vibration warning information.
It should be understood that any display that can alert the driver is within the scope of the present application. Taking the steering wheel vibration information as an example, the vehicle controls the steering wheel to operate with different parameters for warning according to different degrees of distraction, and the vibration parameters are not limited to include the vibration frequency and/or the vibration intensity, and may be the vibration time, for example. In practical implementation, when the driver is in slight distraction, a first vibration parameter is obtained as a vibration parameter of the steering wheel, the first vibration parameter is used for controlling the steering wheel to vibrate at a first vibration frequency and a first vibration intensity, when the driver is in moderate distraction, a second vibration parameter is obtained as a vibration parameter of the steering wheel, and the second vibration parameter is used for controlling the steering wheel to vibrate at a second vibration frequency and a second vibration intensity. And when the driver is in serious distraction, acquiring a third vibration parameter as a vibration parameter of the steering wheel, wherein the third vibration parameter is used for controlling the steering wheel to vibrate at a third vibration frequency and a third vibration strength. The first vibration frequency is smaller than the second vibration frequency and smaller than the third vibration frequency, the first vibration intensity is smaller than the second vibration intensity and smaller than the third vibration intensity, namely the higher the degree of attention dispersion is, the higher the vibration frequency and intensity of the steering wheel are relatively. So, according to the difference of the distraction degree, the warning intensity that the driver obtained is also different, reminds the effect better and does not influence the driver and normally drives the vehicle, and simultaneously, the driver can learn the driving state of self according to the warning intensity of difference to effectively carry out state adjustment. In addition, the recommended rest time lengths are different according to different fatigue degrees, and in the embodiment, the first recommended rest time length is smaller than the second recommended rest time length and smaller than the third recommended rest time length, that is, the higher the fatigue degree is, the longer the recommended rest time is.
Specifically, in one embodiment, step S14: after receiving the feedback information, the vehicle-mounted terminal displays warning information to a driver, and then the method comprises the following steps: and if the warning information is not eliminated in the first preset time period and/or the frequency of displaying the warning information in the second time period is greater than the preset frequency, the vehicle-mounted terminal sends warning information to the authorization mobile terminal, wherein the authorization mobile terminal at least comprises any one of an emergency contact mobile terminal and a law enforcement mobile terminal which are actively authorized by a driver.
It should be noted that when attention is not focused, the driver is warned by the warning information, but generally the driver has poor self-conscious ability, most of the drivers have strong lucky psychology, and even if the warning information is received, the drivers cannot be expected to be confused. By the mode, whether the driver is really alert is judged according to the fact that the warning information is not eliminated in the first preset time period and/or the frequency of displaying the warning information in the second time period is larger than the preset frequency, and when the driver does not see the warning information, the vehicle-mounted terminal sends warning information to the authorization mobile terminal.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a reminding method according to a second embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the reminding method of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
step S21: and collecting the attention point information of the driver in real time.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the non-invasive eye tracking can be realized under the support of software through a camera carried by the terminal, but not limited to, so that the cost saving effect can be achieved while the eye movement information of the driver is collected. In other embodiments, other image acquisition devices or infrared devices may be used to obtain eye movement information, such as a non-invasive eye tracker, etc.
Step S22: and judging whether the driver is in the distraction state or not according to the attention point information.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the data acquired through non-invasive eye tracking can reflect the eye gaze position of the driver, and the gaze position of the driver can be analyzed in detail after processing to acquire the attention point information of the driver, so as to analyze whether the visual system of the driver is focused on driving.
Step S23: and when the driver is in the state of distraction, displaying warning information to the driver.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the warning information may be displayed to the driver through the terminal itself, where the warning information at least includes any one of voice warning information, in-vehicle light warning information, seat vibration warning information, and steering wheel vibration warning information. In other embodiments, the warning information may be displayed by other devices connected to the terminal to obtain a better warning effect.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a reminder system according to a third embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the reminding system of the present embodiment includes a mobile terminal and a vehicle-mounted terminal; the mobile terminal is used for acquiring the attention point information of the driver in real time, judging whether the driver is in a distraction state or not according to the attention point information, and sending feedback information to the vehicle-mounted terminal when the driver is in the distraction state; and the vehicle-mounted terminal is used for displaying the warning information to the driver after receiving the feedback information.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the vehicle-mounted terminal and the mobile terminal establish connection through a wired connection or a wireless connection, where the wireless connection at least includes any one of an NFC connection, a WiFi connection, a bluetooth connection, and an infrared connection.
