Abstract

The invention solves the technical problem that the roadside temporary parking charging system used at present can not realize automatic timing charging and automatic charging.

However, such a second-accurate billing device is embarrassed because it must be operated manually, and some car owners cannot find a parking toll collector when leaving, and cannot terminate POS machine billing and be charged more.

the CPU of the first video acquisition device serves as a slave device, and the CPU of a local block database server in the temporary parking charging management information block chain network serves as a master device.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps: the parking payment equipment is arranged at the roadside temporary berth and used for paying parking fees, and a CPU of the parking payment equipment is in communication connection with a CPU of a local block database server in a temporary berth parking charging management information block chain network through a serial port master-slave mode communication mechanism;
the CPU of the parking payment equipment is used as slave equipment, and the CPU of a local block database server in the temporary parking charging management information block chain network is used as master equipment.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps: the intelligent terminal is provided with and runs a temporary parking charging management software client, the intelligent terminal adopts communication network equipment and any block database server in a temporary parking charging management information block chain network to realize communication connection with each other, and the intelligent terminal synchronously shares real-time parking amount at the temporary parking charging management software client.

the roadside temporary parking charging system further comprises: the system comprises a first video acquisition device, a first video acquisition device and a second video acquisition device, wherein the first video acquisition device is used for acquiring license plate numbers of parked vehicles, recording the starting and stopping time of parking of the vehicles and distributed at different roadside temporary berths;
