Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Currently, due to the convenience of network payment, more and more people choose to consume through the network payment mode. In a network payment scenario, a user usually needs to bind an application account related to network payment with a bank card for payment, and then extracts funds from an account corresponding to the bank card when the payment is required. In the process of binding the bank card, the terminal needs to acquire the bank card binding information (card number, identity information and the like) of the user on a bank card binding page. In the case that the user forgets the card number of the bank card and the bank card is not nearby, the user usually interrupts the bank card binding operation and exits the bank card binding page. And if the user does not need to pay again on the network, the user cannot remember to access the bank card binding page again, so that the terminal cannot acquire the bank card binding information of the user for a long time, and the conversion rate of bank card binding is reduced.
In this regard, an embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method, please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram illustrating an implementation environment of the information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application. The implementation environment may include: a terminal 11 and a server 12.
The terminal 11 is provided with an application program or a web page capable of binding a bank card, and when the terminal detects that a target user abnormally exits the bank card binding page in the application program or the web page, the terminal can send an information processing request to the server 12. The server 12 may acquire the history data of the target user, analyze the history data to obtain the target address of the target user, and when determining that the target user is in the area indicated by the target address, send the prompt information to the terminal 11. The terminal 11 can display the prompt information, and can display the binding page of the bank card based on the triggering instruction of the target user on the prompt information.
Alternatively, the terminal 11 may be any electronic product that can perform man-machine interaction with a user through one or more of a keyboard, a touch pad, a touch screen, a remote controller, a voice interaction or handwriting device, such as a PC (Personal Computer, a personal computer), a mobile phone, a smart phone, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant, a personal digital assistant), a wearable device, a palm top computer PPC (Pocket PC), a tablet computer, a smart car machine, a smart television, a smart speaker, etc. The server 12 may be a server, a server cluster comprising a plurality of servers, or a cloud computing service center. The terminal 11 establishes a communication connection with the server 12 through a wired or wireless network.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the above-described terminal 11 and server 12 are only examples, and that other terminals or servers that may be present in the present application or in the future are applicable and within the scope of the present application and are incorporated herein by reference.
Based on the implementation environment shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the application provides an information processing method, which is applied to the interaction process of a terminal and a server. As shown in fig. 2, the method provided by the embodiment of the present application may include the following steps:
in step 201, in response to detecting a target instruction of a target user on a bank card binding page, the terminal transmits an information processing request to the server.
The target user refers to any user who needs to bind a bank card in an application program or a webpage of the terminal. The bank card binding page refers to a page for a target user to fill in information to bind the bank card. The target instruction is used for indicating the target user to abnormally exit the bank card binding page. The abnormal exit of the bank card binding page refers to the target user exiting the bank card binding page before completing the information filling process of the bank card binding page.
Optionally, before detecting the target instruction of the target user on the bank card binding page, the method further includes: the terminal acquires a bank card binding request, and displays a bank card binding page based on the bank card binding request.
And an entrance for binding the bank card can be provided on the interface of the terminal, and when the target user triggers the entrance for binding the bank card, the terminal acquires the bank card binding request. The portal of the bound bank card may be in the form of a button or icon, as embodiments of the application are not limited in this regard. After the terminal obtains the bank card binding request, the bank card binding page can be displayed based on the bank card binding request.
And displaying at least one information input box on the bank card binding page to acquire the information of the bank card to be bound, which is input by the target user, wherein the at least one input box comprises, but is not limited to, a card number input box, a name input box, an identity document number input box, a communication number input box and the like. It should be noted that, the binding page of the bank card may be one page or may be a page formed by a plurality of sub-pages, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
For the case that the binding page of the bank card is one page, all information input boxes needing to be filled in can be displayed in the page. For example, as shown in fig. 3, assuming that the information to be filled in the binding process of the bank card is a card number, a name, an identity card number and a communication number, an information input box corresponding to the four information is displayed on the binding page of the bank card at the same time, so that the target user fills in the four information.
For the case that the bank card binding page is a page formed by a plurality of sub-pages, different information input boxes can be displayed on different sub-pages so as to acquire different information on different sub-pages. Alternatively, the bank card binding page may be composed of a card number input page in which a card number input box is displayed and an identity information input page in which an identity information input box is displayed. The identity information input boxes include, but are not limited to, a name input box, an identity document number input box and a communication number input box. In this case, the terminal displays the identity information input page after the card number input page acquires the card number input by the target user. The kind of the input box displayed on the identity information input page can be determined according to the card number input by the target user. Different banks may have different binding requirements, i.e. different identity information to be verified. Therefore, the terminal can firstly determine the bank corresponding to the card number according to the card number input by the target user, then acquire the binding card requirement corresponding to the bank, and display the input box according to the binding card requirement.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, the bank card binding page is composed of a card number input page ((1) in fig. 4) and an identity information input page ((2) in fig. 4), and a card number input box is displayed on the card number input page shown in (1) in fig. 4. After the terminal obtains the card number input by the target user, the bank corresponding to the card number is assumed to be a China bank. The terminal can obtain the binding requirement corresponding to the China banking in the local storage, and if the binding requirement indicates that the name, the identity card number and the communication number need to be verified in the binding process, the terminal displays the name input box, the identity card number input box and the communication number input box in an identity information input box shown in (2) in fig. 4.
After the terminal displays the bank card binding page, the target user needs to fill in corresponding information in an input box of the bank card binding page. When the target user fills out corresponding information in all input boxes of the bank card binding page, the terminal can send the acquired information to a server of a bank corresponding to the card number, the server of the bank verifies the information, and after the verification is successful, the terminal can jump from the bank card binding page to a binding success page, and at the moment, the target user normally exits from the bank card binding page. It should be noted that, when the target user forgets information such as a card number and the like in the process of filling information in the bank card binding page and cannot immediately acquire the information, the target user interrupts the process of binding the bank card, and at this time, the target user abnormally exits the bank card binding page. Therefore, the terminal detects a target instruction of a target user on a bank card binding page. Illustratively, the first and second modules are connected to one another. When the terminal detects that the target user triggers the return option in fig. 3 or fig. 4, the terminal can consider that the target instruction of the target user on the bank card binding page is detected.
When the terminal detects a target instruction of a target user on a bank card binding page, the target user can be considered to have a wish of binding the bank card, but the bank card binding process cannot be completed due to forgetting information and the like. At this time, in response to detecting a target instruction of a target user on a binding page of a bank card, the terminal transmits an information processing request to the server. The information processing request comprises identification information of the target user, and the information processing request is used for indicating that the bank card binding process of the target user fails. The identification information of the target user is used for uniquely identifying the target user, for example, a login account of the target user. The information processing request is used for informing the server that the target user is a user interrupting the binding process of the bank card, so that the server records the target user and processes the information of the target user.
Optionally, before sending the information processing request to the server, the terminal may further obtain the filled information of the target user on the bank card binding page, so that when the target user accesses the bank card binding page again, the filled information is displayed on the bank card binding page, so that the information filling number of the target user is reduced, and the experience of the target user is improved. Optionally, the filled-in information includes, but is not limited to, the name of the target user, communication number information, identity document number information.
In step 202, the server receives an information processing request sent when the terminal detects that the target user abnormally exits the bank card binding page.
After the terminal sends the information processing request to the server, the server receives the information processing request sent when the terminal detects that the target user abnormally exits the bank card binding page, and then step 203 is executed.
Optionally, after receiving the information processing request sent by the terminal, the server may invoke the intelligent subscription binding card system to create a task of intelligently notifying the target user of the binding card, so as to send prompt information to the terminal of the target user at a proper time.
In step 203, the server acquires history data of the target user based on the identification information of the target user.
After receiving the information processing request sent by the terminal, the server can acquire the historical data of the target user according to the identification information of the target user included in the information processing request so as to analyze the historical data of the target user.
Optionally, the server stores the correspondence between the identity information and the identification information of each user, and the correspondence between the identity information and the history data of each user. It should be noted that, the relationship between the identity information and the identification information of the user is one-to-many, that is, for any user, the identity information of the user is unique, and the identification information of the user may be plural, but any one of the plural identification information may uniquely identify the user. For example, the identity information of the user is an identity card number of the user, and the identification information of the user is a login account number of the user in each application program. The history data refers to data corresponding to the history behavior and operation generated by the user in each application program or webpage, and the history data includes, but is not limited to, data for indicating a location, data for indicating a behavior, and the like. The server can acquire data generated by each user in real time, and then the acquired data and the identity information of the user are associated and stored.
Optionally, the process of obtaining the history data of the target user by the server based on the identification information of the target user is as follows: the server determines the identity information of the target user in the corresponding relation between the identity information of each user and the identity information according to the identity information of the target user; determining all historical data corresponding to the identity information of the target user based on the corresponding relation between the identity information of each user and the historical data; and acquiring the historical data of the target user based on all the historical data corresponding to the identity information of the target user.
Optionally, based on all the history data corresponding to the identity information of the target user, the manner of acquiring the history data of the target user includes, but is not limited to, the following two ways:
mode one: and taking all the historical data corresponding to the identity information of the target user as the historical data of the target user directly.
In this way, the history data of the target user is all the history data of the target user stored in the server.
Mode two: and taking the historical data meeting the target condition in all the historical data corresponding to the identity information of the target user as the historical data of the target user.
The target conditions may be set empirically, or may be freely adjusted according to the application scenario, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. For example, the target condition may be that the date of generation of the history data is within a target date range, wherein the target date range is a date range from a date one year from the current date to the current date. For example, assuming that the current date is 2019, 10, 1, then the target date ranges from 2018, 10, 1 to 2019, 10, 1.
After the server obtains the historical data of the target user, step 204 may be performed based on the historical data of the target user.
In step 204, the server determines the target address of the target user based on the history data of the target user.
After the server acquires the historical data of the target user, the historical data can be analyzed, and then the target address of the target user is determined. The target address refers to an address which facilitates the target user to acquire information such as a bank card number, for example, a residence address of the target user.
Optionally, the process of determining the target address of the target user by the server includes the following two steps:
step 1: and acquiring target data corresponding to the target user from the historical data of the target user.
The target data is data for indicating a position. The target data may include one or more of location coordinates and an address. A time stamp carried by any one of the target data. The time stamp is used to represent the time of generation of the data. The same location coordinates may correspond to multiple time stamps and the same address may also correspond to multiple time stamps.
The position coordinates may be composed of longitude and latitude. In an actual map, each position coordinate corresponds to a point. The addresses refer to specific addresses filled in or selected by a target user, the addresses can be composed of information such as cities, counties, areas, streets and the like, and in an actual map, each address corresponds to one area. Each address may carry functional information. The function information is used to indicate the function of the address, for example, a navigation function, a distribution function, etc., and one address may correspond to a plurality of function information.
The server extracts data for indicating the location from the history data of the target user as target data, and then performs step 2.
Step 2: and analyzing the target data to determine the target address of the target user.
Since the target data is data for indicating a location, the target address of the target user can be determined by analysis of the target data. Optionally, the target data is analyzed, and the target address of the target user is determined by: the server marks each position indicated by the target data in the map, determines the most densely marked area in the map, and takes the address corresponding to the area as the target address of the target user.
Optionally, the target data may include at least one address, and for any one of the at least one address, the address may or may not have a tag. Wherein the tag is used to indicate the type of address. For example, tags include, but are not limited to, home, company, school, and the like. Optionally, in the case that the target data includes at least one address, the server analyzes the target data, and determines the target address of the target user by the following two ways, but not limited to:
Mode 1: in response to the presence of an address having a target tag in the at least one address, a target address of the target user is determined based on the address having the target tag.
The target tag is used to indicate that the type of address is a target address. When there is an address having a target tag in at least one address, the number of addresses having target tags may be one or more.
When the number of addresses having the target tag is one, the target address of the target user is determined based on the addresses having the target tag in such a manner that: and directly taking the address with the target label as the target address of the target user.
When the number of addresses having the target tag is plural, the manner of determining the target address of the target user based on the addresses having the target tag may be: and acquiring the use frequency of each address with the target tag, and taking the address with the target tag with the highest use frequency as the target address of the target user. The frequency of use refers to the ratio of the number of times the address with the target tag is used by the target user to the total number of times all the addresses with the target tag are used by the target user. The higher the frequency of use, the more times the target user uses the address with the target tag, the greater the likelihood that the address with the target tag is the actual target address of the target user. The target user using the address with the target tag may refer to using the address with the target tag as a navigation address, or using the address with the target tag as an item delivery address, or the like.
Note that, in the case where the address having the target tag exists in at least one address, when the address having the target tag does not exist in at least one address, the target address of the target user may be determined according to the following manner 2.
Mode 2: and in response to the at least one address not having the target tag, acquiring at least one address meeting the reference condition from the at least one address, and determining the target address of the target user based on the at least one address meeting the reference condition.
When there is no address with the target tag in the at least one address, it is stated that there is no address in the at least one address that explicitly indicates the target address of the target user. The condition that at least one address does not have an address with a target tag may include the following two conditions:
case 1: all of the at least one address has no tag.
Case 2: all of the at least one address has a tag, but none of the tags of the respective addresses is a target tag.
In either case, when there is no address having the target tag in the at least one address, the server acquires at least one address satisfying the reference condition in the at least one address to determine the target address of the target user based on the address satisfying the reference condition. Optionally, the server obtaining at least one address satisfying the reference condition in the at least one address includes: and for any address in the at least one address, responding to the any address as the object delivery address in the reference time period, and taking the any address as any address meeting the reference condition.
Wherein the reference time period refers to a predicted time period in which the general user is at home. The reference time period includes a full day time period of a non-working day and a specified time period of a working day. It should be noted that, the working day in the embodiment of the present application refers to a standard working day, that is, a working day specified by law and implemented by a general worker under normal conditions. Non-workdays refer to days other than workdays, including holidays and legal holidays, and the like. The full day period of the non-workday refers to a period of 00:00-24:00. The specified time period of the workday refers to the predicted time period of returning to home by general staff on the workday, and the specified time period can be set empirically or can be freely adjusted according to application scenes, which is not limited in the embodiment of the application. For example, the specified period of time may be set to a period of time of 21:00-6:00, or the like.
For any address in at least one address, when the any address is the object delivery address in the reference time period, the possibility that the any address is the target address of the target user is high, and the any address is taken as any address meeting the reference condition. Wherein the items include, but are not limited to, take-away items, express items, and the like.
After the server obtains at least one address meeting the reference condition, determining a target address of the target user based on the at least one address meeting the reference condition. The process comprises the following steps: and obtaining the reliability degree of each address meeting the reference condition as the target address of the target user, and taking the address meeting the reference condition with the highest reliability degree of each address meeting the reference condition as the target address of the target user.
The manner of obtaining the reliability degree of each address meeting the reference condition as the target address of the target user may be: and counting the times of the address meeting the reference condition as the object delivery address in the reference time period in the reference time range for any address meeting the reference condition, and taking the times as the reliability degree of the address meeting the reference condition. Wherein the reference time range may be empirically set, for example, the reference time range may refer to a time range from a time stamp 30 days from the current time stamp to the current time stamp. The higher the number of times the item delivery address is taken as in the reference time period in the reference time range, the greater the likelihood that the address satisfying the reference condition is the target address of the target user. In this case, the address satisfying the reference condition, which has the highest reliability degree among the respective addresses satisfying the reference condition, is set as the target address of the target user, including: the address satisfying the reference condition, which is the highest in the number of times of being taken as the item delivery address in the reference time period in the reference time range, is taken as the target address of the target user.
According to the steps 1 and 2, the target address of the target user can be determined. Optionally, after determining the target address of the target user, the server may further analyze the historical data of the target user to determine the target time period. The target time period is a predicted time period of the target user in the area indicated by the target address. The historical data of the target user is analyzed, and the mode of determining the target time period can be as follows: acquiring target data corresponding to the target user from the historical data of the target user, wherein the target data carries a time stamp; and taking the target data of which the indicated position is in the area indicated by the target address as target data to be analyzed, and determining a target time period according to the timestamp corresponding to the target data to be analyzed. The target time period may be divided into a first target time period corresponding to a non-working day, a second target time period corresponding to a working day, and the like. Taking the example of determining the second target time period according to the time stamp corresponding to the target data to be analyzed, 00:00-24:00 of the working day is divided into a reference number of time periods, for example, 24 time periods. And counting the number of time stamps corresponding to the target data to be analyzed in each time period, taking the time period with the number exceeding the threshold value as a candidate time period, and determining a second target time period based on the candidate time period. For example, assuming that the candidate time periods are 21:00-22:00, 22:00-23:00, and 06:00-07:00, 21:00-24:00, and 00:00-07:00 may be regarded as the second target time period.
In step 205, the terminal acquires real-time location information of the target user, and sends the real-time location information of the target user to the server.
The real-time position information is used for indicating the real-time position of the target user. Alternatively, the terminal may acquire real-time location information of the target user based on GPS (Global Positioning System ). The terminal may acquire real-time location information of the target user once at intervals of reference time, where the reference time interval may be set empirically, or may be freely adjusted according to an application scenario, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. For example, the reference time interval may be set to 10 seconds.
It should be noted that, after the terminal executes step 201, step 205 may be executed, and the sequence of executing step 205 by the terminal and executing steps 202 to 204 by the server in the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
In step 206, the server receives real-time location information of the target user sent by the terminal; and determining that the target user is in the area indicated by the target address in response to the real-time position information of the target user being matched with the target address.
After the terminal sends the real-time position information of the target user to the server, the server receives the real-time position information of the target user sent by the terminal. And then judging whether the target user is in the area indicated by the target address or not based on the real-time position information of the target user.
Optionally, the method for determining whether the target user is in the area indicated by the target address by the server based on the real-time location information of the target user is as follows: and judging whether the real-time position information of the target user is matched with the target address, and responding to the fact that the real-time position information of the target user is matched with the target address of the target user, namely determining that the target user is in the area indicated by the target address when the real-time position of the target user is matched with the target address of the target user.
Alternatively, the process of judging whether the real-time location information of the target user matches the target address may be: and judging whether the real-time position information sent by the terminal is in the area indicated by the target address. If the real-time position information sent by the terminal is in the area indicated by the target address, the real-time position information of the target user is matched with the target address of the target user; if the real-time position information sent by the terminal is not in the area indicated by the target address, the real-time position information of the target user is not matched with the target address of the target user.
Optionally, for the case that the server determines the target time period after determining the target address of the target user, the manner in which the server determines whether the target user is in the area indicated by the target address may be: and judging whether the real-time position information of the target user is matched with the target address or not, and judging whether the current time stamp is any time stamp in the target time period or not. And responding to the fact that the real-time position information of the target user is matched with the target address, and the current time stamp is any time stamp in the target time period, namely, when the real-time position information of the target user is matched with the target address, and the current time stamp is any time stamp in the target time period, determining that the target user is in the area indicated by the target address. The method can improve the accuracy of the judging result of judging whether the target user is in the target address indicated area.
In step 207, the server sends a prompt to the terminal in response to determining that the target user is in the region indicated by the target address.
When the server determines that the target user is in the area indicated by the target address, the target user can conveniently acquire the information such as the card number and the like required by the binding process of the bank card. At this time, the server transmits the prompt message to the terminal so that the terminal can display the prompt message. The prompt information is used for guiding the target user to access the bank binding page again.
In step 208, the terminal displays the prompt message sent by the server.
After the server sends the prompt message to the terminal, the terminal receives the prompt message sent by the server and then displays the prompt message. The prompt information is used for guiding the target user to access the bank card binding page again.
Optionally, the prompt information includes recommendation information, where the recommendation information may be preferential information after binding the bank card. For example, as shown in fig. 5, the interface of the terminal may prompt the target user in the text form of "click to re-access the bank card binding page" in fig. 5, and may re-access the bank card binding page by clicking the prompt information. In addition, in fig. 5, recommendation information of "can enjoy more preferential activities after binding the bank card" is displayed, so as to increase the possibility that the target user accesses the binding page of the bank card again.
After the terminal displays the prompt information, the target user can be prompted to perform the card binding operation again by triggering the prompt information. When the terminal detects a trigger instruction of the target user to the prompt information, step 209 is executed.
In step 209, the terminal displays a binding page of the bank card based on a trigger instruction of the target user to the prompt information.
The triggering instruction of the target user on the prompt information may be that the target user clicks or touches the prompt information, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The prompt information can comprise a link address of a bank card binding page, and after the terminal detects a trigger instruction of the target user on the prompt information, the terminal can directly jump to the bank card binding page indicated by the link address so as to fill in information in the bank card binding page by the target user.
Optionally, before sending the information processing request to the server, the terminal further obtains the filled information of the target user on the binding page of the bank card, and based on the triggering instruction of the target user on the prompt information, the mode of displaying the binding page of the bank card by the terminal is as follows: and the terminal displays a bank card binding page comprising the filled information based on a triggering instruction of the target user on the prompt information. By the method, the information filling amount of the target user on the bank card binding page can be reduced, the bank card binding efficiency is improved, and the card binding experience of the target user is improved.
Optionally, when the terminal does not detect the trigger instruction of the target user after displaying the prompt information, the target address of the target user determined by the server is indicated to be wrong, and/or the judgment result that the server judges whether the target user is in the area indicated by the target address is wrong. At this time, the terminal feeds back the non-triggered information to the server, so that the server adjusts the subsequent mode of determining the target address according to the non-triggered information, and/or adjusts the subsequent mode of judging whether the target user is in the area indicated by the target address, so as to improve the accuracy of the determined target address, and/or improve the accuracy of the judging result of judging whether the target user is in the area indicated by the target address. Optionally, the fact that the terminal does not detect the trigger instruction of the target user after displaying the prompt information may mean that the terminal does not detect the trigger instruction of the target user within a reference time period after displaying the prompt information, or may mean that the terminal detects the closing instruction of the target user after displaying the prompt information, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The closing instruction of the target user may refer to that the target user clicks a closing button of the prompt information, and the like.
The information processing process in the binding process of the bank card can be as shown in fig. 6, and the target user initiates a binding request of the bank card; the terminal displays a bank card binding page based on the bank card binding request; the terminal judges whether a target instruction of a target user on a bank card binding page is detected or not; when a target instruction of a target user on a bank card binding page is not detected, the terminal acquires all information input by the target user on the bank card binding page, and completes a bank card binding process based on all information; when detecting a target instruction of a target user on a bank card binding page, the terminal sends an information processing request to the server so as to create an asynchronous task for processing information by the server. The server receives an information processing request; acquiring historical data of a target user based on identification information of the target user in the information processing request; determining a target address of the target user based on the historical data; and when the target user is determined to be in the area indicated by the target address based on the real-time position information of the target user, sending prompt information to the terminal. The terminal displays the prompt information, and based on a trigger instruction of the target user to the prompt information, the bank card binding page is displayed again for the target user to fill in the information.
In the embodiment of the application, after detecting a target instruction of a target user on a bank card binding page, a terminal sends an information processing request to a server; the server determines a target address of a target user based on the information processing request, and when the target user is determined to be in an area indicated by the target address based on the real-time position information of the target user, prompt information is sent to the terminal, and the terminal displays a binding page of the bank card based on a triggering instruction of the target user to the prompt information. The information processing process can send prompt information to the terminal at a proper time after the target user abnormally exits the bank card binding page, and guide the target user to access the bank card binding page again, so that the terminal can acquire the bank card binding information of the target user in time, and the conversion rate of bank card binding is improved.
