The user uses the mobile phone app/applet, the two-dimensional code is used on the scanning device, the paying leasing device pays, after the paying is successful, the leasing state is sent to the cloud, and the cloud sends the instruction to the NB-IOT module. In the present embodiment, a pay rental mode is adopted, but the method is not limited to one time. Because the essence of paying for the rental is to preset a condition, when the condition is satisfied, the boot instruction can be sent. And the condition may be payment or other form. For example, the score is satisfied, and even if the image comparison is successful, the sound comparison is successful, or other biological characteristics are successful. All of which are within the scope of the claimed application. After the NB-IOT communication board receives the lease instruction, sending an equipment locking releasing instruction to the electronic control master control through a uart serial port; and storing the lease time information and starting timing. And in the rental use duration range, the user can remotely control the equipment on the app. When the NB-IOT communication board judges that the lease time is over, a shutdown instruction is sent to the electronic control through the uart serial port, after the shutdown instruction is forced to the electronic control, an equipment locking instruction is sent to the electronic control, the electronic control equipment is locked, and the state that the user operation is forbidden is entered. Similarly, the end of the rental time is used as a trigger condition for sending the shutdown instruction, but those skilled in the art can set other trigger conditions according to the actual situation, and all of them fall within the scope of the claimed application.
In addition, in the above embodiment, the mobile phone and the server are two separate clients, but not limited to one time.
