For example, if the logistics object is an express package, the sending information of the package, such as the name, address, and phone number of the sender, and the name, address, and phone number of the recipient, can be obtained based on the express bill number. And other logistics object information such as the transportation stage of the logistics object can be acquired. And then, determining the communication number of the second user corresponding to the second communication terminal according to the logistics object information.
In one embodiment, when the first user can indicate that the second user corresponds to the second communication terminal when operating on the container device, the communication terminal information of the second user can be carried in the call request, so that the second communication terminal is determined. In another embodiment, the second user may also filter the determination based on the transportation status of the logistics object.

The transportation state of the logistics object can be determined according to the logistics object information, and the transportation state comprises a receiving and sending state, a transportation state and a distribution state. After the voice call of the first communication terminal is connected and the voice call of the second communication terminal is connected, the voice call of the first communication terminal and the voice call of the second communication terminal can be put into the same voice interaction environment, so that the voice interaction of the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal is realized in the voice interaction environment. The voice interaction environment refers to an environment capable of realizing voice interaction of the communication terminals, for example, a communication link constructed by two communication terminals, and other communication terminals can be inserted into the communication link; for another example, the voice interaction environment is an environment similar to a teleconference, so that a communication terminal in the conference can receive voice data of other communication terminals to realize voice interaction.
In the embodiment of the application, the voice interaction between the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal can be established under the condition that both terminal devices are not actively initiated, namely, the communication between the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal is realized under the scene that one party calls the other party. Although the first communication terminal is taken as the calling party, the terminal device of the first communication terminal does not essentially dial the communication number of the second communication terminal to initiate the interaction.
In one implementation, a communication agent may be provided, which may be executed by the communication agent, so that the calling party may not call the called party directly, and the communication agent may first call the calling party (first communication terminal) through the communication number of the first communication terminal, and after the call is connected, call the called party (second communication terminal) according to the communication number of the second communication terminal, and after the call of the called party is also connected, may pull the two communication terminals into a voice interaction environment, so as to implement voice interaction between the two communication terminals. In this manner, messages such as voice data of both parties of communication are forwarded via the communication proxy process.
Therefore, the first user can operate the container equipment, the container equipment determines that the first user corresponds to the first communication terminal and the logistics object identifier, and then generates a calling request to the server, so that calling on the container equipment is realized, the number of the second communication terminal does not need to be inquired by the first user and then the calling is dialed on the terminal equipment of the first user, the efficiency is improved, and the error rate is reduced.
After receiving the call request, the server can take the communication terminal corresponding to the communication terminal information as a first communication terminal, then screen a second communication terminal according to the logistics object identifier, establish voice interaction between the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal, simplify the interaction flow between the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal, and conveniently carry out communication terminal interaction. And the server initiates the voice interaction between the second communication terminal and the second communication terminal, and can also monitor the interaction process, such as recording, timing and other processing, so that investigation can be performed when disputes and other problems occur, and better experience is provided for the communication terminals.
In the field of express logistics, a courier needs to contact a receiver before sending a package and obtain agreement to place the package in an express cabinet.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the embodiments are not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the embodiments. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required of the embodiments of the application.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the embodiment further provides a data processing device, which is applied to a server of a container system.
Referring to fig. 6, a block diagram of a data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, which may specifically include the following modules:
a request receiving module 602, configured to receive a call request.
A communication terminal determining module 604, configured to obtain communication terminal information and a logistics object identifier from the call request; and determining a first communication terminal according to the communication terminal information, and determining a second communication terminal corresponding to the logistics object according to the logistics object identifier.
A call establishing module 606, configured to send call establishing requests to the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal, respectively, and establish voice interaction between the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal.
In summary, the server may receive a call request of the container device, determine the first communication terminal according to the communication terminal information of the call request, determine that the logistics object corresponds to the second communication terminal according to the call request, and then may send a call establishment request to the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal, respectively, so that a voice interaction between the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal may be automatically established without the first communication terminal actively making a call, thereby simplifying an interaction flow between the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal, and facilitating a communication terminal interaction.
Referring to fig. 7, a block diagram of an alternative embodiment of a data processing apparatus according to the present application is shown, which may specifically include the following modules:
a request receiving module 602, configured to receive a call request.
A communication terminal determining module 604, configured to obtain communication terminal information and a logistics object identifier from the call request; and determining a first communication terminal according to the communication terminal information, and determining a second communication terminal corresponding to the logistics object according to the logistics object identifier.
A call establishing module 606, configured to send call establishing requests to the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal, respectively, and establish voice interaction between the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal.
Wherein the communication terminal determining module 604 includes: a first communication terminal determination submodule 6042 and a second communication terminal determination submodule 6044, wherein:
the first communication terminal determining sub-module 6042 is configured to perform querying according to the communication terminal information, and determine a communication number of the first communication terminal.
The second communication terminal determining sub-module 6044 is configured to determine logistics object information according to the logistics object identifier, and determine a communication number of the second communication terminal according to the logistics object information.
The second communication terminal determining submodule 6044 is configured to determine a transportation state of the logistics object; and screening a second communication terminal from the logistics object information according to the transportation state, and acquiring a communication number of the second communication terminal.
The call setup module 606 includes: a call sub-module 6062 and a setup sub-module 6064, wherein:
a calling sub-module 6062 configured to send a call establishment request to a communication number of the first communication terminal, with the first communication terminal as a calling party; and taking the second communication terminal as a called party, and sending a call establishment request to the communication number of the second communication terminal.
The establishing sub-module 6064 is configured to place the voice call of the first communication terminal and the voice call of the second communication terminal in the same voice interaction environment after the voice call of the first communication terminal is connected and the voice call of the second communication terminal is connected.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the present embodiment further provides a data processing apparatus, which is applied to container equipment of a container system, for example, in the field of logistics, where the container equipment includes an express delivery container.
Referring to fig. 8, a block diagram of another data processing apparatus according to another embodiment of the present application is shown, which may specifically include the following modules:
an information determining module 802, configured to determine communication terminal information of a first communication terminal and a logistics object identifier of a logistics object, where the first communication terminal and the logistics object have a corresponding relationship.
A request module 804, configured to generate a call request according to the communication terminal information and the logistics object identifier, and send the call request, so as to establish voice interaction between the second communication terminal and the first communication terminal corresponding to the logistics object.
In summary, the first communication terminal can operate the container device, the first communication terminal and the logistics object identifier are determined by the container device, and then a call request is generated to the server, so that a call can be initiated on the container device without inquiring the number of the second communication terminal and dialing the terminal device, thereby improving the efficiency and reducing the error rate.
Referring to fig. 9, a block diagram of another alternative embodiment of the data processing apparatus of the present application is shown, which may specifically include the following modules:
an information determining module 802, configured to determine communication terminal information of a first communication terminal and a logistics object identifier of a logistics object, where the first communication terminal and the logistics object have a corresponding relationship.
A request module 804, configured to generate a call request according to the communication terminal information and the logistics object identifier, and send the call request, so as to establish voice interaction between the second communication terminal and the first communication terminal corresponding to the logistics object.
The information determining module 802 includes: a communication terminal information determination submodule 8022 and a logistics object determination submodule 8024, wherein:
the communication terminal information determining submodule 8022 is configured to receive login information, and determine the communication terminal information of the first communication terminal according to the login information.
The logistics object determination submodule 8024 is configured to scan the identification code of the logistics object through the code scanning device, and obtain the corresponding logistics object identification. .
And the second communication terminal screens according to the transportation state of the logistics object.

The present application further provides a non-transitory, readable storage medium, where one or more modules (programs) are stored, and when the one or more modules are applied to a device, the device may execute instructions (instructions) of method steps in this application.
Embodiments of the present application provide one or more machine-readable media having instructions stored thereon, which when executed by one or more processors, cause an electronic device to perform the methods as described in one or more of the above embodiments. In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device includes container devices such as a self-service cabinet, terminal devices of the container devices, a communication terminal, a server, and the like.
Embodiments of the disclosure may be implemented as an apparatus, which may include container equipment such as a self-service container, terminal equipment of the container equipment, communication terminals, electronic equipment such as a server, etc., using any suitable hardware, firmware, software, or any combination thereof, to perform the desired configuration. Fig. 10 schematically illustrates an example apparatus 1000 that may be used to implement various embodiments described herein.
For one embodiment, fig. 10 illustrates an example apparatus 1000 having one or more processors 1002, a control module (chipset) 1004 coupled to at least one of the processor(s) 1002, a memory 1006 coupled to the control module 1004, a non-volatile memory (NVM)/storage 1008 coupled to the control module 1004, one or more input/output devices 1010 coupled to the control module 1004, and a network interface 1012 coupled to the control module 1006.
The processor 1002 may include one or more single-core or multi-core processors, and the processor 1002 may include any combination of general-purpose or special-purpose processors (e.g., graphics processors, application processors, baseband processors, etc.). In some embodiments, the apparatus 1000 can be a container device such as a self-service container, a terminal device of a container device, a communication terminal, a server, or the like, as described in the embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, the apparatus 1000 may include one or more computer-readable media (e.g., the memory 1006 or the NVM/storage 1008) having instructions 1014 and one or more processors 1002 that, in conjunction with the one or more computer-readable media, are configured to execute the instructions 1014 to implement modules to perform the actions described in this disclosure.
For one embodiment, control module 1004 may include any suitable interface controllers to provide any suitable interface to at least one of the processor(s) 1002 and/or any suitable device or component in communication with control module 1004.
The control module 1004 may include a memory controller module to provide an interface to the memory 1006. The memory controller module may be a hardware module, a software module, and/or a firmware module.
Memory 1006 may be used, for example, to load and store data and/or instructions 1014 for device 1000. For one embodiment, memory 1006 may comprise any suitable volatile memory, such as suitable DRAM. In some embodiments, the memory 1006 may comprise a double data rate type four synchronous dynamic random access memory (DDR4 SDRAM).
For one embodiment, the control module 1004 may include one or more input/output controllers to provide an interface to the NVM/storage 1008 and input/output device(s) 1010.
For example, NVM/storage 1008 may be used to store data and/or instructions 1014. NVM/storage 1008 may include any suitable non-volatile memory (e.g., flash memory) and/or may include any suitable non-volatile storage device(s) (e.g., one or more hard disk drive(s) (HDD (s)), one or more Compact Disc (CD) drive(s), and/or one or more Digital Versatile Disc (DVD) drive (s)).
The NVM/storage 1008 may include storage resources that are physically part of the device on which the apparatus 1000 is installed, or it may be accessible by the device and need not be part of the device. For example, NVM/storage 1008 may be accessed over a network via input/output device(s) 1010.
Input/output device(s) 1010 may provide an interface for apparatus 1000 to communicate with any other suitable device, input/output devices 1010 may include communication components, audio components, sensor components, and so forth. Network interface 1012 may provide an interface for device 1000 to communicate over one or more networks, and device 1000 may communicate wirelessly with one or more components of a wireless network according to any of one or more wireless network standards and/or protocols, such as access to a communication standard-based wireless network, such as WiFi, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, etc., or a combination thereof.
For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 1002 may be packaged together with logic for one or more controller(s) (e.g., memory controller module) of control module 1004. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 1002 may be packaged together with logic for one or more controller(s) of control module 1004 to form a System In Package (SiP). For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 1002 may be integrated on the same die with the logic of one or more controllers of the control module 1004. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 1002 may be integrated on the same die with logic for one or more controller(s) of control module 1004 to form a system on chip (SoC).
In various embodiments, the apparatus 1000 may be, but is not limited to: a server, a desktop computing device, or a mobile computing device (e.g., a laptop computing device, a handheld computing device, a tablet, a netbook, etc.), among other terminal devices. In various embodiments, the apparatus 1000 may have more or fewer components and/or different architectures. For example, in some embodiments, device 1000 includes one or more cameras, a keyboard, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) screen (including a touch screen display), a non-volatile memory port, multiple antennas, a graphics chip, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), and speakers.
The detection device may adopt a main control chip as a processor or a control module, the sensor data, the position information and the like are stored in a memory or an NVM/storage device, the sensor group may serve as an input/output device, and the communication interface may include a network interface.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a server, including: a processor; and a memory having executable code stored thereon, which when executed, causes the processor to perform a data processing method as described in one or more of the embodiments of the present application.
Embodiments of the present application also provide one or more machine-readable media having executable code stored thereon that, when executed, cause a processor to perform a data processing method as described in one or more of the embodiments of the present application.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a container device, including: a processor; and a memory having executable code stored thereon, which when executed, causes the processor to perform a data processing method as described in one or more of the embodiments of the present application.
Embodiments of the present application also provide one or more machine-readable media having executable code stored thereon that, when executed, cause a processor to perform a data processing method as described in one or more of the embodiments of the present application.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a container system, including: the server and the container equipment in the embodiments of the present application. Be applied to the commodity circulation field, container equipment includes the express delivery and carries the cabinet certainly.

Claims (26)

1. A data processing method is applied to a server, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a call request;
acquiring communication terminal information and a logistics object identifier from the call request;
determining a first communication terminal according to the communication terminal information, and determining a second communication terminal corresponding to the logistics object according to the logistics object identification;
and respectively sending a call establishment request to the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal, and establishing voice interaction of the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the first communication terminal according to the communication terminal information comprises:
and inquiring according to the communication terminal information, and determining the communication number of the first communication terminal.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining that the logistics object corresponds to the second communication terminal according to the logistics object identifier comprises:
and determining logistics object information according to the logistics object identifier, and determining a communication number of the second communication terminal according to the logistics object information.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the determining the communication number of the second communication terminal according to the logistics object information comprises:
determining a transportation state of the logistics object;
and screening a second communication terminal from the logistics object information according to the transportation state, and acquiring a communication number of the second communication terminal.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein said sending call setup requests to said first and second communication terminals, respectively, comprises:
the first communication terminal is used as a calling party, and a call establishment request is sent to a communication number of the first communication terminal;
and taking the second communication terminal as a called party, and sending a call establishment request to the communication number of the second communication terminal.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the establishing of the voice interaction between the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal comprises:
after the voice call of a first communication terminal is connected and the voice call of a second communication terminal is connected, the voice call of the first communication terminal and the voice call of the second communication terminal are placed in the same voice interaction environment.
7. A data processing method is applied to container equipment, and the method comprises the following steps:
determining communication terminal information of a first communication terminal and a logistics object identifier of a logistics object, wherein the first communication terminal and the logistics object have a corresponding relation;
and generating a call request according to the communication terminal information and the logistics object identifier, and sending the call request to establish voice interaction between the second communication terminal and the first communication terminal corresponding to the logistics object.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein determining the communication terminal information of the first communication terminal comprises:
and receiving login information, and determining communication terminal information of the first communication terminal according to the login information.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein obtaining the logistics object identifier corresponding to the logistics object comprises:
and scanning the identification code of the logistics object through the code scanning device to obtain the corresponding logistics object identification.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein the second communication terminal screens according to a transportation status of the logistics object.
11. A data processing apparatus, applied to a server, the apparatus comprising:
a request receiving module for receiving a call request;
a communication terminal determining module for obtaining communication terminal information and logistics object identification from the call request; determining a first communication terminal according to the communication terminal information, and determining a second communication terminal corresponding to the logistics object according to the logistics object identification;
and the call establishment module is used for respectively sending call establishment requests to the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal and establishing voice interaction of the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the communication terminal determining module comprises:
and the first communication terminal determining submodule is used for inquiring according to the communication terminal information and determining the communication number of the first communication terminal.
13. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the communication terminal determining module comprises:

the calling submodule is used for taking the first communication terminal as a calling party and sending a calling establishment request to a communication number of the first communication terminal; and taking the second communication terminal as a called party, and sending a call establishment request to the communication number of the second communication terminal.
16. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the call setup module comprises:
and the establishing submodule is used for putting the voice call of the first communication terminal and the voice call of the second communication terminal into the same voice interaction environment after the voice call of the first communication terminal is connected and the voice call of the second communication terminal is connected.
17. A data processing apparatus, applied to container equipment, the apparatus comprising:
the information determining module is used for determining communication terminal information of a first communication terminal and a logistics object identifier of a logistics object, wherein the first communication terminal and the logistics object have a corresponding relation;
and the request module is used for generating a call request according to the communication terminal information and the logistics object identifier, and sending the call request to establish the voice interaction between the second communication terminal and the first communication terminal corresponding to the logistics object.
18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the information determining module comprises:

23. A container apparatus, comprising:
a processor; and
memory having stored thereon executable code which, when executed, causes the processor to perform a data processing method as claimed in one or more of claims 7-10.
24. One or more machine readable media having executable code stored thereon that, when executed, causes a processor to perform a data processing method as recited in one or more of claims 7-10.
25. A container system, comprising:
the server of claim 21 and the container apparatus of claim 23.
