As shown in fig. 1C, a server (blockchain server) in the data sharing system, as a main processing node of the device information management method of the present application, mainly performs functions of information and data transmission, broadcasting, and the like, where a first node may be understood as a buyer user node performing electronic device transaction, that is, a terminal of a buyer user, and the buyer may query device sale information broadcasted and issued in a blockchain through a mobile phone, a computer, and the like, and accordingly initiate a query request for device hardware information; the second node can be understood as a seller user node relative to the first node, that is, a terminal of a seller user, and a buyer can issue equipment selling information in a blockchain through terminals such as a mobile phone, a computer and the like, receive a transaction request, an information query request and the like, and send corresponding response information; the authentication node in the block chain can be various electronic devices, such as a mobile terminal of a user, and can be used as the authentication node to automatically or passively update and report hardware use information; optionally, a supervision node may be set in the blockchain, and may be a supervision platform, a maintenance mechanism, an equipment detection station, and the like, which are registered in the blockchain and authenticated, and have authority to acquire and verify identity information, equipment information, and the like of a transaction user in other nodes, and may acquire and verify identity information, and the like in data related to electronic equipment transaction at the first node and the second node through the blockchain server, and detect, verify, and correct hardware usage information of the equipment, thereby ensuring data authenticity and security; and a plurality of electronic equipment transaction nodes can be arranged in the block chain, only two of which are shown in the figure, and the transaction nodes can be used as a third-party electronic equipment transaction platform and the like, including a payment platform, for providing transaction processing support for users, and synchronously storing transaction records and the like in the block chain, so that data is not easy to lose and traces can be traced.
The embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method for managing device information according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method can comprise the following steps:
201. and receiving an information inquiry request from the first node to the target device, wherein the information inquiry request comprises a device identification.
The execution subject in the embodiment of the present application may be a blockchain server, that is, a blockchain point server, where the blockchain point server is one of servers in a blockchain network determined according to a consensus mechanism. It should be appreciated that since the blockchain is a decentralized, distributed database, each time data is processed, one of the servers in the blockchain network needs to be selected as an executor to process the data. The rule for selecting the server each time is a Consensus mechanism, which in the embodiment of the present application may be a workload certification mechanism (Proof of Work, POW), an equity certification mechanism (Proof of Stake, POS), a Ripple Consensus mechanism (Ripple Consensus), an authorized equity certification mechanism (DPOS), and the like, which is not limited herein. The nodes in the blockchain may also be terminals, which in particular implementations may also be referred to as terminal devices, including but not limited to other portable devices such as mobile phones, laptops or tablets with touch sensitive surfaces (e.g., touch screen displays and/or touch pads), which may implement positioning services and navigation functions through applications. It should also be understood that in some embodiments, the device is not a portable communication device, but is a desktop computer having a touch-sensitive surface (e.g., a touch screen display and/or touchpad).
The data sharing system in the embodiment of the present application may be referred to as the above-mentioned blockchain system, and data sharing and processing in the data sharing system may be implemented based on the blockchain. The first node may be a user terminal, where the information query request is a query request for device information initiated by a user, and includes a device identifier for determining a target device of information to be queried, and may further include a user identifier for providing user identity information of the first node.
Optionally, the blockchain server may authenticate the user identity information of the first node, confirm that the user identity information of the first node can access the blockchain, and then execute step 201.
202. After receiving a confirmation instruction of a second node to the information query request, acquiring device information corresponding to the device identifier in a data sharing system, where the device information includes hardware usage information, and the hardware usage information includes the number of times of use or the duration of use of the hardware of the target device.
Specifically, the second node in the block chain is used as a seller of the target device, and the information query request may also be received, that is, the address or the account of the second node may be found through the selling information of the target device issued by the second node. Optionally, the second node may select whether to approve the query request of the user, and the user of the second node may select to confirm the information query request, so as to send a confirmation instruction, and after the blockchain server detects the confirmation instruction of the second node, the device information may be acquired and provided; if the user of the second node does not agree with the query, the user can choose to reject the information query request, so as to send a rejection instruction, the block chain server does not perform information query after detecting the rejection instruction, and can send prompt information to the first node, which indicates that the seller does not wish to provide equipment information query in the block chain.
After receiving the confirmation instruction of the second node to the information query request, the device information corresponding to the device identifier may be acquired in the data sharing system, where the device information includes hardware usage information, and the hardware usage information includes the number of times of use or the duration of use of the hardware of the target device. The hardware of the electronic device may include a motherboard, a battery, or a Central Processing Unit (CPU) and other hardware that has a service life and can query data reflecting a use condition, and the hardware of different types of devices may be different, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
The blockchain stores device information of a plurality of electronic devices, which may include basic information of the devices, such as factory time, color, model, material, power, usage method, and the like, and may further include a device identifier for uniquely determining an International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) of the electronic device, such as a Mobile phone, which is not limited herein.
The IMEI is a mobile phone serial number and a mobile phone serial number, which are commonly known as mobile phone serial numbers, and is used to identify mobile communication devices such as individual mobile phones in a mobile phone network, and corresponds to an identification card of a mobile phone. The serial number is 15-17 digits in total, the first 8 digits (TAC) are model approval numbers (6 digits in the early stage), and the codes are used for distinguishing brands and models of mobile phones. The next 2 bits (FAC) are the last assembly number (present only in earlier models) representing the final assembly code. The last 6 bits (SNR) are the string number, representing the production sequence number. The last 1 bit (SP), which is typically 0, is the check code, reserved. The international mobile equipment identification code is generally pasted on the back surface of the machine body and an outer package, and also exists in a mobile phone memory, and can be inquired by inputting #06 #.
The hardware use information of the electronic equipment can be reported in the use process of the electronic equipment.
In an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises:
receiving data reporting information from an authentication node, wherein the data reporting information comprises the updated equipment information;
and storing the updated device information in the data sharing system.
In the using process of the electronic equipment, when the using times or using duration of the hardware changes, the changed using times or using duration is uplinked (uploaded to the block chain for recording), so that the real hardware using information is stored in the block chain. Optionally, the hardware usage information is uploaded to the block chain in the form of data reporting information, and may be periodically reported through an application program, a plug-in, an interface, or the like, or may be periodically obtained by sending an obtaining request through a server, so as to obtain and store updated device information.
For example, when the mobile phone is used and the number of times of use or the use duration of hardware such as a motherboard, a battery, or a CPU changes, the changed number of times of use or use duration is reported to the block chain, so that the number of times of use or the use duration is stored in the chain.
The authentication node is the authenticated electronic device. For the hardware usage information collection of the electronic device, the electronic device may be authenticated first, that is, after the current owner of the electronic device confirms the electronic device, the basic information of the electronic device is registered in the block chain, and the right of the hardware usage information collection may be executed in the background.
203. And sending the equipment information corresponding to the equipment identifier to the first node, and generating an acquisition record of the first node for the equipment information.
Specifically, after the device information corresponding to the device identifier is found, the device information may be sent to the first node, and relatively real and reliable hardware usage information that is preliminarily authenticated may be obtained through the blockchain. After obtaining the device information of the target device, the user of the first node can check and verify whether the information issued by the seller is real, determine the old and new degree through the hardware use information of the device, judge whether the requirement of the user is met, and then determine whether to carry out transaction.
Meanwhile, an acquisition record of the first node for the device information may be generated, which may specifically include query time, user information of the first node, and the like, so that the data acquisition condition is searchable.
In one embodiment, the blockchain underlying platform may include processing modules for user management, basic services, intelligent contracts, and operation monitoring. Wherein, the user management module can be undertaken by the supervisory node with part or all of the functions: the system is responsible for identity information management of all blockchain participants, and comprises public and private key generation maintenance (account management), key management, user real identity and blockchain address corresponding relation maintenance (authority management) and the like, and under the authorization condition, the system supervises and audits the transaction condition of certain real identities and provides rule configuration (wind control audit) of risk control; the basic service module is deployed on all block chain node equipment and used for verifying the validity of the service request, recording the service request to storage after consensus on the valid request is completed, for a new service request, the basic service firstly performs interface adaptation analysis and authentication processing (interface adaptation), then encrypts service information (consensus management) through a consensus algorithm, transmits the service information to a shared account (network communication) completely and consistently after encryption, and performs recording and storage; the intelligent contract module is responsible for registering and issuing contracts, contract triggering and contract execution, such as device information intelligent contracts or electronic device trading contracts in the application, developers can define contract logic through a certain programming language, issue the contract logic to a block chain (contract registration), call keys or other event triggering and execution according to the logic of contract terms, complete the contract logic, and simultaneously provide the function of contract upgrading and logout; the operation monitoring module is mainly responsible for deployment, configuration modification, contract setting, cloud adaptation in the product release process and visual output of real-time states in product operation, such as: alarm, monitoring network conditions, monitoring node equipment health status, and the like.
In an alternative embodiment, after the step 103, the method further includes:
receiving a transaction request from the first node to the target device, and sending the transaction request to the second node;
and obtaining express information from the target device, and sending the express information to the first node.
If the user of the first node wants to perform a transaction after querying the device information, a transaction request to the target device may be sent, a purchase page trigger of the target device, including the device identifier, may be sent to the second node by the blockchain server when detecting the transaction request.
The subsequent transaction flow may be any manner of the current network transaction, and is not limited herein. Alternatively, the transaction may be performed based on an electronic device transaction contract in the blockchain, and the transaction in the blockchain may be supported by the electronic device transaction node. The second node can be informed to deliver goods and acquire corresponding express information after the first user pays the order, the express information is provided for the first node, the user can conveniently inquire the express state, meanwhile, the express information can be stored in the block chain, and the transaction progress, the express state and the like can be updated in real time.
In general electronic device transactions, especially in second-hand transactions, users can usually verify the product by looking at the package, appearance, etc. or inquiring the use information, and sometimes can check the product use by inquiring the device information of the product. However, some vendors may deceive customers by modifying the relevant parameters of the product usage, such as many of the hardware of the second-hand device/retrofit device in society, and many times the usage times of the hardware, such as the motherboard of a mobile phone, the battery, etc., may be "refreshed" low, so that the users may buy old devices that are not as expected. The use times of the hardware are stored by using a block chain technology, and when a user inquires the use times of the specific hardware, specific data can be read through the block chain, so that the data is prevented from being tampered, the reliability of equipment information, particularly hardware use information, can be improved, and fraud is reduced.
According to the method, the device information corresponding to the device identifier is acquired in a data sharing system after a confirmation instruction of a second node for the information query request is received, the device information comprises hardware use information, the hardware use information comprises the use times or the use duration of hardware of the target device, the device information corresponding to the device identifier is sent to the first node, an acquisition record of the device information by the first node is generated, the hardware use information is stored through a block chain technology, when a user inquires the use condition of specific hardware, specific data can be read through a block chain, tampering is prevented, the reliability of the device information in electronic device transaction and the fairness of subsequent transactions can be improved, And (4) safety.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart illustrating another device information management method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the method may include:
301. and receiving an information inquiry request from the first node to the target device, wherein the information inquiry request comprises a device identification.
302. And acquiring equipment information corresponding to the equipment identifier in a data sharing system, wherein the equipment information comprises hardware use information, and the hardware use information comprises the use times or use duration of the hardware of the target equipment.
Step 301 and step 302 may refer to the detailed descriptions in step 201 and step 202, respectively, in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and are not described herein again.
In an optional embodiment, the method further comprises:
acquiring initial equipment information from a production node, and recording the initial equipment information in the data sharing system;
receiving a device change instruction from a supervisory node, and updating the initial device information according to the device change instruction, or receiving data reporting information from an authentication node, wherein the data reporting information comprises the updated device information;
and storing the updated device information in the data sharing system.
The production node is a platform of a producer of the device, and may specifically be a terminal device or a server of the producer, and may perform authentication in the blockchain, where the authenticated production node may be responsible for registering initial device information of each produced device in the blockchain, where the initial device information may include a device identifier, hardware usage information of the device (initial is 0, that is, brand new), and the like.
In addition to reporting the hardware usage information to the block chain for storage as the authentication node in the device usage process as described above, the block chain may further be provided with a supervisory node, and the supervisory node may be a maintenance organization, a device inspection station, and the like registered in the block chain and authorized to acquire, detect, and correct the hardware usage information of the device.
The supervision node can be combined with manual work to check and maintain the equipment, inquire the hardware use information and verify whether the recorded hardware use information is correct or not through professional means. For example, an administrator of the supervisory node may store information obtained by checking the device to the blockchain network through a device information intelligent contract preset by the blockchain, and the method may include: IMEI, historical transaction, maintenance information, valuation information, owner information and the like, and for equipment information intelligent contracts, only an account address of the contract is deployed and the contract is authorized to be called. Meanwhile, the initial equipment information can be modified and updated through an equipment change instruction, and new equipment information is obtained and recorded in the block chain.
303. And verifying whether the hardware using information is consistent with the hardware using information of the target terminal issued by the second node or not, and obtaining a verification result.
Specifically, for the acquired hardware usage information, the hardware usage information of the target terminal issued by the seller can be compared with the acquired hardware usage information to verify whether the hardware usage information is consistent, so as to assist the user in judging whether the detailed introduction of the seller product is real or not and selecting whether to perform a transaction or not.
Because parameters in some hardware use information are complex, a buyer can not accurately judge directly by inquiring and comparing, so the blockchain server can firstly perform data comparison to obtain a verification result, more generally and intuitively obtain the authenticity of the hardware use information, and give conclusive judgment, such as what the real hardware use information is, how many times the hardware use is higher or lower than the information introduced by the seller, and the like, without limitation.
304. If the verification result is inconsistent, reducing the credit score of the second node; broadcasting the verification result in the data sharing system.
In an embodiment, a credit evaluation mechanism may be implemented in the blockchain, and if the verification result is inconsistent, a penalty measure may be performed on the seller, so as to reduce the credit score of the second node, and the specific case of the deduction degree may be performed according to the specification of the intelligent contract.
The reputation evaluation and the penalty measure in the embodiment of the application can be realized in a specification mode by an intelligent contract.
