the first handheld terminal judges whether the transmitting power meets the power consumption requirement according to the received confirmation signal;
establishing a communication link between the first handheld terminal and the second handheld terminal according to the judgment result, and sending a communication message according to the transmitting power;
the second handheld terminal selects corresponding power according to the power adjustment request signal, and the feedback confirmation signal comprises:
determining the corresponding signal strength according to the power adjustment request signal;
determining a position of the signal intensity in a second preset signal intensity interval;
determining feedback transmitting power of the second handheld terminal according to the position of the signal strength in the second preset signal strength interval;
feeding back confirmation information to the first handheld terminal according to the feedback transmitting power; the second preset signal strength interval is an interval or an interval set comprising a plurality of sub-intervals;
when the second preset signal strength interval is an interval, after the second handheld terminal receives the power adjustment request signal, analyzing the power adjustment request signal to obtain corresponding signal strength and power grade, calculating the difference value between the signal strength and the maximum value and the minimum value in the interval respectively, determining the transmitting power according to the difference value, and then feeding back a confirmation signal to the first handheld terminal according to the determined transmitting power;
when the second preset signal strength interval is an interval set, after the second handheld terminal receives the power adjustment request signal, the power adjustment request signal is analyzed to obtain corresponding signal strength and power level, the signal strength is judged to be in which sub-interval in the interval set, and then a confirmation signal is fed back to the first handheld terminal according to the transmitting power corresponding to the sub-interval.

The power conditioning method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises: n transmitting power levels which are sequenced from small to large are arranged on the first handheld terminal, N is a positive integer, and the maximum value of the N transmitting power levels is taken as the transmitting power of the first handheld terminal in the current state.
3. The power adjustment method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first handheld terminal determining whether the transmit power meets a power consumption requirement according to the received acknowledgement signal comprises:
determining the signal strength of the confirmation signal according to the confirmation signal;
and according to whether the signal intensity of the confirmation signal falls in a first preset signal intensity interval or not.
4. The power adjustment method of claim 3, wherein establishing a communication link between the first handheld terminal and the second handheld terminal based on the determination result, and transmitting a communication message at the transmit power, comprises:
if the judgment result shows that the signal intensity of the confirmation signal falls in the first preset signal intensity interval, determining that the transmitting power is the optimal transmitting power of the first handheld terminal;
and establishing a communication link between the first handheld terminal and the second handheld terminal, and mutually exchanging communication messages according to the optimal transmitting power.
5. The power adjustment method according to claim 4, wherein if the determination result is that the signal strength of the acknowledgement signal does not fall within the first preset signal strength interval, the adjustment method further comprises:
and adjusting the transmitting power to the transmitting power value of the next level, and re-transmitting a power adjustment request signal to the second handheld terminal according to the adjusted transmitting power.
6. The power adjustment method according to claim 5, wherein before the first handheld terminal determines whether the transmit power meets a power consumption requirement according to the received acknowledgement signal, further comprising:
acquiring a time difference between transmitting the power adjustment request signal and receiving the acknowledgement signal;
judging whether the time difference is smaller than a preset time difference or not;
if the time difference is smaller than the preset time difference, executing the step of judging whether the transmitting power meets the power consumption requirement according to the received confirmation signal;
and if the time difference is larger than the preset time difference, ending the communication between the first handheld terminal and the second handheld terminal.
7. A power conditioning apparatus, comprising:
the transmitting module is used for transmitting a power adjustment request signal to the receiving end according to the transmitting power of the power adjusting device in the current state in the intercom state;
the judging module is used for judging whether the transmitting power meets the power consumption requirement according to the received feedback confirmation signal of the power adjustment request signal by the receiving end;
and the interaction module is used for establishing a communication link between the first handheld terminal and the second handheld terminal according to the judging result and sending a communication message according to the transmitting power.
8. A communication system comprising the power adjustment device of claim 7 and a receiving end;
the power regulating device sends a power regulating request signal to the receiving end according to the transmitting power in the current state of the power regulating device in the intercom state;
the receiving end selects corresponding power according to the power adjustment request signal and feeds back a confirmation signal;
the power adjusting device judges whether the transmitting power meets the power consumption requirement according to the received confirmation signal;
and establishing a communication link between the power regulating device and the receiving end according to the judging result, and sending a communication message according to the transmitting power.
