The image information includes characteristics of the target vehicle, specifically, vehicle model information, vehicle color information, vehicle exterior identification, and the like.
In order to further narrow the range of the reference license plate information, in another optional example, the method for recognizing the license plate of the vehicle further includes, in the presence of the reference license plate information: acquiring the license plate information of a target vehicle; judging whether the reference license plate information is the same as the license plate information determined by the target vehicle; if the reference license plate information is the same as the license plate information already determined by the target vehicle, the step of determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information is not executed; and if the reference license plate information is not the same as the license plate information determined by the target vehicle, continuing to execute the step of determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information.
Based on the above, it can be known that the MAC addresses bound to the target vehicles with no license information recognized are all the MAC addresses detected on the target road segment, and the MAC addresses bound to the target vehicles with no license information recognized may include the MAC addresses carried by the target vehicles with license information already recognized, in order to exclude the MAC addresses carried by the target vehicles with license information already recognized from the MAC addresses bound to the target vehicles with no license information recognized, it is determined whether the reference license information is the same as the license information already determined by the target vehicles, and in the case that the reference license information is the same as the license information already determined by the target vehicles, the license information of the target vehicles is no longer determined based on the reference license information, and in the case that the reference license information is not the same as the license information already determined by the target vehicles, the license plate information of the target vehicle continues to be determined based on the reference license plate information.
It should be noted that: under the condition that the reference license plate information is the same as the license plate information determined by the target vehicle, the license plate information of the target vehicle is not determined based on the reference license plate information, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: and determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information, and further judging whether other reference license plate information is the same as the license plate information determined by the target vehicle or not until all reference license plate information is judged.
In order to ensure that the binding relationship between the license plate information and the MAC address in the method for identifying the license plate of the vehicle is accurate, in an optional example, reference license plate information meeting a first preset condition in a plurality of license plate information bound by any MAC address is obtained based on a preset time period; judging whether the reference license plate information is identified when the MAC address is collected; if not, acquiring the image information of the target vehicle running on the target road section when the MAC address is acquired, acquiring the image information corresponding to the reference license plate information, and determining whether the reference vehicle corresponding to the reference license plate information exists in the target vehicle running on the target road section.
It should be noted that: when the flow step of determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information is executed, historical bearing data of the reference vehicle corresponding to the reference license plate information can be contained in the reference license plate information, and then the historical bearing data of the reference vehicle corresponding to the reference license plate information is compared with current bearing data of the target vehicle to determine whether the reference license plate information is the license plate information of the target vehicle.
Specifically, in the method for recognizing the license plate of the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the application, the method further includes detecting weight information of the target vehicle, wherein the weight information of the target vehicle is bound and stored with the license plate information of the target vehicle after the license plate information of the target vehicle is determined.
Based on the weight information bound and stored with the license plate information of the target vehicle, further, determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information further comprises: acquiring reference weight information corresponding to the reference license plate information, wherein the reference weight information comprises historical weight detected by a reference vehicle corresponding to the reference license plate information within historical time; judging whether the reference weight information and the weight information of the target vehicle meet a third preset condition or not; determining the reference license plate information as the license plate information of the target vehicle under the condition that a third preset condition is met; and under the condition that the third preset condition is not met, after a second preset time period, re-executing the step of determining the reference license plate information meeting the first preset condition in the plurality of license plate information bound by the MAC address.
The following is illustrated by way of example: the current weight of the target vehicle is acquired while the target vehicle is traveling on the target road segment. And binding the current weight of the target vehicle with the license plate information of the target vehicle when the license plate information of the target vehicle is determined.
It should be noted that: the current weight of the target vehicle may be further bound to the image information of the target vehicle and may also be bound to the MAC address set corresponding to the target vehicle, and in short, the current weight of the target vehicle is bound to the related information of the target vehicle, so that the historical weight that the target vehicle has detected can be determined from the related information of the target vehicle.
And under the condition that the image information of the target vehicle cannot determine the license plate information of the target vehicle, and when the reference license plate information which is possibly the license plate information of the target vehicle is acquired, acquiring the historical weight detected by the reference vehicle corresponding to the reference license plate information within the historical time. At this time, the historical weight of the reference vehicle is compared with the current weight of the target vehicle to determine whether the reference vehicle and the target vehicle are the same vehicle, that is, whether the reference license plate information is the license plate information of the target vehicle.
It should be noted that: although the weight of the vehicle changes with the change of the load, the change range is limited within a certain range, that is, when the current weight of the target vehicle is within the weight change range of the reference vehicle, it indicates that the target vehicle is most likely to be the same vehicle as the reference vehicle.
Further, the magnitude of the change in the weight of the vehicle is determined by the historical weight of the vehicle together with the type of the vehicle, or the magnitude of the change in the weight of the vehicle is determined by the historical weight of the vehicle alone.
It should be further noted that: the above two examples of the step of determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information are described, that is, the license plate information of the target vehicle is determined by using the reference image information corresponding to the reference license plate information, and the license plate information of the target vehicle is determined by using the reference weight information corresponding to the reference license plate information. The two examples can be combined with each other to increase the judgment accuracy; or may be used alone to simplify the process steps, which are not specifically limited herein.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for recognizing the license plate of the vehicle in this embodiment includes: collecting and storing MAC addresses of mobile phones in vehicles running on a road; capturing the passing vehicles to obtain image information and storing the image information; and identifying the license plate based on the shot image.
And if the license plate can be identified, binding the identified license plate result with the MAC address.
If the license plate cannot be identified, calling image information of a suspected vehicle according to the MAC address, comparing the unidentified vehicle with the suspected vehicle, if the characteristics are the same, taking the license plate number of the suspected vehicle as the license plate number of the unidentified vehicle, and if the characteristics are different or the suspected vehicle is similar, storing the unidentified vehicle and the MAC address in an unidentified license plate database; and calling image information of the suspected vehicle according to the MAC address regularly.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a system for recognizing a vehicle license plate, and it should be noted that the system for recognizing a vehicle license plate of the embodiment of the present application may be used to execute the method for recognizing a vehicle license plate provided by the embodiment of the present application. The following describes a system for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a system for identifying a license plate of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 3, the system includes: a Wi-Fi probe device 31, a vehicle image acquisition device 32 and a processor 33.
The Wi-Fi probe equipment is used for identifying a media access control address (MAC address) existing in a target vehicle, wherein the target vehicle is a vehicle running on a target road section, and the MAC address is identification information carried by target equipment located in the target vehicle.
And the vehicle image acquisition device 32 is used for acquiring the image information of the target vehicle on the target road section.
The processor 33 is connected to the Wi-Fi probe device 31 and the vehicle image acquisition device 32, and determines whether the image information of the target vehicle can determine the license plate information of the target vehicle, if so, determines the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the image information of the target vehicle, and if not, determines the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the MAC address, where the license plate information includes a license plate number of the target vehicle.
Optionally, in the system for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle provided in the embodiment of the present application, the system further includes: and the memory is connected with the processor 33 and is used for binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the MAC address existing in the target vehicle, and binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the image information of the target vehicle.
Optionally, in the system for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle provided in the embodiment of the present application, the processor 33 includes: the MAC address receiving unit is connected with the Wi-Fi probe equipment 31 and used for receiving an MAC address set existing in the target vehicle and sent by the Wi-Fi probe equipment 31; the image information receiving unit is connected with the vehicle image acquisition device 32 and used for receiving the image information sent by the vehicle image acquisition device 32 and determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the image information; the first license plate information determining unit is linked with the MAC address receiving unit and the image information receiving unit and used for determining reference license plate information meeting a first preset condition in the plurality of license plate information bound by the MAC address and determining license plate information of a target vehicle based on the reference license plate information; and the binding storage unit is connected with the MAC address receiving unit, the image information receiving unit and the memory and is used for binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the MAC address set existing in the target vehicle in the memory and/or binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the image information in the memory.
Optionally, in the system for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle provided in the embodiment of the present application, the system further includes: vehicle weight acquisition means for detecting a current weight of the target vehicle on the target road section to acquire weight information of the target vehicle; the processor 33 further includes: the vehicle weight receiving unit is connected with the vehicle weight acquiring device and the binding storage unit and is used for receiving the weight information of the target vehicle sent by the vehicle weight acquiring device, wherein the binding storage unit binds and stores the license plate information and the weight information of the target vehicle in the memory, and the memory binds and stores the license plate information of the target vehicle and the weight information of the target vehicle; and the second license plate information determining unit is connected with the memory and the vehicle weight receiving unit and is used for determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the current weight and the historical weight of the target vehicle.
In the system for recognizing the license plate of the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the application, a media access control address (MAC address) existing in a target vehicle is recognized through a Wi-Fi probe device 31, wherein the target vehicle is a vehicle running on a target road section, and the MAC address is identification information carried by target equipment located in the target vehicle; the vehicle image acquisition device 32 acquires image information of a target vehicle on a target road section; the processor 33 is connected to the Wi-Fi probe device 31 and the vehicle image acquiring device 32, and determines whether the image information of the target vehicle can determine the license plate information of the target vehicle, and if the license plate information of the target vehicle can be determined, determining license plate information of the target vehicle based on the image information of the target vehicle, if the license plate information of the target vehicle cannot be determined, determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the MAC address, wherein, the license plate information comprises the license plate number of the target vehicle, which solves the problem that the license plate number of the vehicle can not be accurately identified in the related technology, the system for identifying the license plate of the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the image information of the target vehicle cannot determine the license plate information of the target vehicle, the license plate information of the target vehicle is determined based on the MAC address, so that the technical effects that the license plate number of the vehicle is accurately identified, and the identification process is not interfered by external factors are achieved.
The embodiment of the application also provides a device for recognizing the license plate of the vehicle, and it should be noted that the device for recognizing the license plate of the vehicle in the embodiment of the application can be used for executing the method for recognizing the license plate of the vehicle in the embodiment of the application. The following describes a device for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an apparatus for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes: an acquisition unit 41, a judgment unit 42, a first determination unit 43, and a second determination unit 44.
An obtaining unit 41, configured to obtain a media access control address (MAC address) set existing in a target vehicle and image information of the target vehicle, where the target vehicle is a vehicle traveling on a target road segment, and the MAC address is identification information carried by a target device located in the target vehicle;
the judging unit 42 is configured to judge whether the image information of the target vehicle can determine license plate information of the target vehicle, where the license plate information includes a license plate number of the target vehicle;
a first determining unit 43, configured to determine license plate information of the target vehicle based on the image information of the target vehicle if the license plate information of the target vehicle can be determined;
and a second determining unit 44 configured to determine the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the MAC address if the license plate information of the target vehicle cannot be determined.
In the apparatus for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle provided in the embodiment of the present application, an obtaining unit 41 obtains a media access control address (MAC address) set and image information of a target vehicle existing in the target vehicle, where the target vehicle is a vehicle traveling on a target road segment, and the MAC address is identification information carried by a target device located in the target vehicle; the judging unit 42 judges whether the image information of the target vehicle can determine the license plate information of the target vehicle, wherein the license plate information includes the license plate number of the target vehicle; the first determining unit 43 determines the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the image information of the target vehicle if the license plate information of the target vehicle can be determined; the second determining unit 44 determines the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the MAC address under the condition that the license plate information of the target vehicle cannot be determined, so as to solve the problem that the license plate number of the vehicle cannot be accurately identified in the related art.
Optionally, in the apparatus for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle provided in an embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes: the first storage unit is used for binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and each MAC address in the MAC address set after the license plate information of the target vehicle is determined; and the second storage unit is used for binding and storing the license plate information and the image information of the target vehicle.
Optionally, in the apparatus for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle provided in an embodiment of the present application, the first storage unit includes: the first judgment module is used for sequentially judging whether the license plate information is bound and stored with each MAC address; the increasing module is used for increasing the number of times of binding the license plate information and the MAC address by a preset number of unit values under the condition that the license plate information and the MAC address are bound and stored; and the storage module is used for binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the MAC address which is not bound and stored under the condition that the license plate information and the MAC address are not bound and stored.
Optionally, in the apparatus for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle provided in the embodiment of the present application, the second determining unit 44 includes: the first determining module is used for determining reference license plate information meeting a first preset condition in the plurality of license plate information bound by the MAC address; the second determining module is used for determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information under the condition that the reference license plate information exists; the first execution module is configured to re-execute the step of determining the reference license plate information meeting the first preset condition from among the plurality of license plate information bound to the MAC address after a first preset time period if the reference license plate information does not exist.
Optionally, in the apparatus for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle provided in an embodiment of the present application, the second determining module includes: the first obtaining sub-module is used for obtaining reference image information corresponding to the reference license plate information, wherein the reference image information comprises the characteristics of a reference vehicle corresponding to the reference license plate information; the first judgment submodule is used for judging whether the similarity between the characteristics of the target vehicle and the characteristics of the reference vehicle meets a second preset condition or not according to the reference image information and the image information of the target vehicle, wherein the image information of the target vehicle comprises the characteristics of the target vehicle; the first determining submodule is used for determining the reference license plate information as the license plate information of the target vehicle under the condition that the similarity meets a second preset condition; and the first execution submodule is used for re-executing the step of determining the reference license plate information meeting the first preset condition in the plurality of license plate information bound by the MAC address after a second preset time period under the condition that the similarity does not meet the second preset condition.
Optionally, in the apparatus for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle provided in an embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes: and the detection unit is used for detecting the weight information of the target vehicle, wherein the weight information of the target vehicle is bound and stored with the license plate information of the target vehicle after the license plate information of the target vehicle is determined. Further, the second determining module includes: the second obtaining submodule is used for obtaining reference weight information corresponding to the reference license plate information, wherein the reference weight information comprises historical weight detected by a reference vehicle corresponding to the reference license plate information within historical time; a second judgment submodule, configured to judge whether the reference weight information and the weight information of the target vehicle satisfy a third preset condition; the second determining submodule is used for determining the reference license plate information as the license plate information of the target vehicle under the condition that a third preset condition is met; and the second execution submodule is used for re-executing the step of determining the reference license plate information meeting the first preset condition in the plurality of license plate information bound by the MAC address after a second preset time period under the condition that the third preset condition is not met.
Optionally, in the apparatus for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle provided in an embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes: the acquisition module is used for acquiring the license plate information determined by the target vehicle under the condition that the reference license plate information exists; the second judgment module is used for judging whether the reference license plate information is the same as the license plate information determined by the target vehicle; the second execution module is used for not executing the step of determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information under the condition that the reference license plate information is the same as the license plate information determined by the target vehicle; and the third execution module is used for continuously executing the step of determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information under the condition that the reference license plate information is different from the license plate information determined by the target vehicle.

Claims (10)

1. A method of identifying a license plate of a vehicle, comprising:
acquiring a media access control address (MAC address) set and image information of a target vehicle, wherein the MAC address is carried by target equipment located in the target vehicle, and the target vehicle is a vehicle running on a target road section;
judging whether the image information of the target vehicle can determine the license plate information of the target vehicle or not, wherein the license plate information comprises the license plate number of the target vehicle;
if the license plate information of the target vehicle can be determined, determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the image information of the target vehicle;
if the license plate information of the target vehicle cannot be determined, determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the MAC address;
after the license plate information of the target vehicle can be determined, the method further comprises the following steps:
binding and storing license plate information of the target vehicle and each MAC address in the MAC address set;
wherein determining license plate information of the target vehicle based on the MAC address comprises:
determining reference license plate information meeting a first preset condition in the plurality of license plate information bound by the MAC address;
if the reference license plate information exists, determining license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information;
the method further comprises the following steps:
detecting weight information of the target vehicle, wherein the weight information of the target vehicle is bound and stored with license plate information of the target vehicle after the license plate information of the target vehicle is determined; and
determining license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information further comprises:
acquiring reference weight information corresponding to the reference license plate information, wherein the reference weight information comprises historical weight detected by a reference vehicle corresponding to the reference license plate information within historical time;
judging whether the reference weight information and the weight information of the target vehicle meet a third preset condition or not;
determining that the reference license plate information is the license plate information of the target vehicle under the condition that a third preset condition is met;
and under the condition that the third preset condition is not met, after a second preset time period, re-executing the step of determining the reference license plate information meeting the first preset condition in the plurality of license plate information bound by the MAC address.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining the license plate information of the target vehicle, the method further comprises:
and binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the image information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein storing the license plate information of the target vehicle in a binding relationship with each of the MAC addresses in the set of MAC addresses comprises:
sequentially judging whether the license plate information is bound and stored with each MAC address;
if the license plate information and the MAC address are bound and stored, increasing the number of binding times of the license plate information and the MAC address by a preset number of unit values;
and if the license plate information and the MAC address are not bound and stored, binding the license plate information of the target vehicle and the MAC address which is not bound and stored.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein determining license plate information for the target vehicle based on the MAC address comprises:
and if the reference license plate information does not exist, after a first preset time period, re-executing the step of determining the reference license plate information meeting the first preset condition in the plurality of license plate information bound by the MAC address.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining license plate information for the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information comprises:
acquiring reference image information corresponding to the reference license plate information, wherein the reference image information comprises characteristics of a reference vehicle corresponding to the reference license plate information;
judging whether the similarity between the characteristics of the target vehicle and the characteristics of the reference vehicle meets a second preset condition or not according to reference image information and the image information of the target vehicle, wherein the image information of the target vehicle comprises the characteristics of the target vehicle;
if the similarity meets a second preset condition, determining that the reference license plate information is the license plate information of the target vehicle;
and if the similarity does not meet a second preset condition, after a second preset time period, re-executing the step of determining the reference license plate information meeting the first preset condition in the plurality of license plate information bound by the MAC address.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein in the presence of the reference license plate information, the method further comprises:
acquiring the determined license plate information of the target vehicle;
judging whether the reference license plate information is the same as the license plate information determined by the target vehicle;
if the reference license plate information is the same as the license plate information determined by the target vehicle, the step of determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information is not executed;
and if the reference license plate information is different from the license plate information determined by the target vehicle, continuing to execute the step of determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information.
7. A system for identifying a license plate of a vehicle, comprising:
the Wi-Fi probe equipment is used for identifying a media access control address (MAC address) existing in a target vehicle, wherein the target vehicle is a vehicle running on a target road section, and the MAC address is identification information carried by target equipment located in the target vehicle;
the vehicle image acquisition device is used for acquiring image information of a target vehicle on a target road section;

the memory is connected with the processor and used for binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the MAC address existing in the target vehicle;
a binding storage unit, connected to the MAC address receiving unit and the memory, for binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the MAC address set existing in the target vehicle in the memory,

vehicle weight acquisition means for detecting a current weight of a target vehicle on a target road segment to acquire weight information of the target vehicle;

a second determining unit, configured to determine license plate information of the target vehicle based on the MAC address if the license plate information of the target vehicle cannot be determined;
wherein the apparatus further comprises: the first storage unit is used for binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and each MAC address in the MAC address set if the license plate information of the target vehicle can be determined;
wherein the second determination unit includes: the first determining module is used for determining reference license plate information meeting a first preset condition in the plurality of license plate information bound by the MAC address; the second determining module is used for determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information under the condition that the reference license plate information exists;
