The prescription image acquired by the client device 102 specifically includes two application scenes, which are the following scene one and scene two. Scanning the two-dimensional code or the barcode for the client device 102 specifically includes two application scenarios, which are the following scenario three and scenario four, respectively. The following describes the process of acquiring detailed medicine usage information in scenes one to four by using the apparatus for acquiring detailed medicine usage information according to the embodiment of the present application.
(one) scene one
In order to achieve the acquisition of the detailed usage information of the medicine, the embodiment provides a manner for acquiring the detailed usage information of the medicine by using the server device and the client device, and the manner includes 10 processing steps from S21 to S210, and finally the server outputs and sends the first-level detailed usage information or the general-purpose instruction to the client device. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the following contents are specifically included:
s21-prescription image acquisition: the server-side equipment receives the prescription image acquired by the mobile terminal equipment through the image acquisition unit on the server-side equipment.
S22-character recognition: and performing character recognition on the prescription image, and determining medicine information in the prescription according to a character recognition result. It is understood that the method for performing text Recognition on the prescription image can be implemented by applying OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software: firstly, detecting and extracting a text area in an image, then carrying out text correction by using methods such as Radon transformation or Hough transformation, and the like, then segmenting a single-line text picture by a projection histogram, and finally carrying out character segmentation (segmentation based method) on the single-line OCR. The method of segmenting the character may be based on the projection histogram extreme point as a candidate segmentation point and searching for the optimal segmentation point using a classifier.
It can be understood that the specific manner of determining the medicine information in the prescription according to the character recognition result can be determined by applying a database word matching manner. For example, the device for acquiring detailed usage information of a drug identifies medical words and sentences on the identification result by using a preset database for storing various medical words.
S23-drug name judgment: judging whether the medicine information contains a medicine name or not; if yes, go to S24; if not, S29 is executed. It can be understood that the specific manner of determining whether the medicine information corresponding to the medicine contains the medicine name may be determined by applying a database word matching manner. For example, first, medicine information is received, the medicine information is preprocessed in a format conversion mode to obtain a medicine information field, then, a preset database used for storing names of various medicines is applied to identify the medicine names of the medicine information field, if the medicine names can be identified, it is determined that the medicine information corresponding to the medicines includes the medicine names, and if the medicine names are not identified, it is determined that the medicine information corresponding to the medicines does not include the medicine names. In addition, in another example, the database for storing names of various types of medicines may be replaced by the second database.
S24-judgment of drug usage information: further determining whether the medicine information includes medicine usage information of the medicine, if yes, performing step S25, otherwise, performing step S27. It can be understood that the specific manner of determining whether the medicine information corresponding to the medicine contains the medicine usage information may be determined by applying a database word matching manner. For example, first, medicine information is received, the medicine information is preprocessed in a format conversion mode to obtain a medicine information text field, then, a preset database used for storing various medical usage phrases is applied to recognize the medical usage keyword sentence on the medicine information text field, if the medical usage keyword sentence can be recognized, it is determined that the medicine information corresponding to the medicine contains the medicine usage information, and if the medical usage keyword sentence is not recognized, it is determined that the medicine information corresponding to the medicine does not contain the medicine usage information. In addition, in another example, the database for storing various types of medical usage phrases may be replaced by the first database.
S25-extraction of usage keywords: extracting usage key words and sentences from the drug usage information: the acquiring device of the detailed medicine usage information extracts medicine usage words and sentences from the medicine usage information and matches the medicine usage words and sentences with usage key words and sentences prestored in a first database, wherein the first database stores the corresponding relation between the usage key words and first-level detailed usage information. The usage keyword sentences and the first-level detailed usage information in the first database, and the corresponding relation between the usage keyword sentences and the first-level detailed usage information can be obtained according to medical usage and drug usage historical data.
It is understood that the phrase manner of extracting the usage keywords may be at least one of a TF-IDF keyword extraction method, a Topic-model keyword extraction method, and a RAKE keyword extraction method, where the TF-IDF keyword extraction method is used for description: TF in the TF-IDF keyword extraction method is used to measure the frequency of a word appearing in a document, i.e., TF ═ (the number of times the word appears in the document)/(the total number of words in the drug information), IDF ═ log (review of documents in the corpus/(number of documents containing the word +1)), and TF-IDF ═ TF ═ IDF, where the larger the TF-IDF value, the greater the probability of the word becoming a keyword.
In addition, in addition to extracting the usage key words and sentences from the medicine usage information by applying the above keyword extraction method, the database for storing various medical usage words and sentences may also be applied, word recognition is performed on the text segments corresponding to the medicine usage information, the recognized words are sequentially retrieved in the medical usage dictionary database, and if a matching item is retrieved, the word is determined to be the usage key word and sentence corresponding to the current medicine information.
S26-first database retrieval: and searching in a preset first database according to the usage keyword sentence to obtain primary detailed usage information corresponding to the usage keyword sentence, wherein the first database stores the corresponding relation between the usage keyword sentence and the primary detailed usage information. And outputting the primary detailed usage information, namely sending the primary detailed usage information to a mobile terminal device of a user, so that the primary detailed usage information is displayed on the mobile terminal device.
It is understood that the correspondence between the drug usage phrases and the first-level detailed usage information stored in the first database may be a one-to-one correspondence, or may be set as a non-unique correspondence according to an actual application situation, for example, see table 2, if the drug usage phrases in the first database are respectively: "water-decocted" a1, "decocted" a2, "twice-decocted" A3, "twice-decocted" a4, "taken in the morning and evening" a5, and "taken twice daily" a 6; then "water 400ml, water boiling with strong fire (strong fire )" B1 corresponding to a1 and a2, respectively, "first decoction for 20-30 minutes, second decoction for 10-20 minutes" B2 corresponding to A3 and a4, respectively, "morning after meal, evening after meal" B3 corresponding to a5 and a6, respectively, in the first level detailed usage information.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0001785530370000101
S27-medicine name extraction: and if the medicine information does not contain the medicine usage information, extracting a medicine name from the medicine information. It can be understood that, since it is determined that the drug information includes the drug name at present, when the drug information does not include the drug usage information, the drug name is extracted from the drug information, and the manner of extracting the drug name may be determined by applying a database word matching manner. For example, the server identifies the drug name keyword in the drug information text field by using a preset database for storing drug names, so as to obtain the drug names in the drug information. In addition, in another example, the database for storing the names of the medicines may be replaced by the second database.
S28-second database retrieval: and searching in a preset second database according to the medicine name, and determining primary detailed usage information corresponding to the medicine name, wherein the second database stores the corresponding relation between the medicine name and the primary detailed usage information. And outputting the primary detailed usage information, namely sending the primary detailed usage information to a mobile terminal device of a user, so that the primary detailed usage information is displayed on the mobile terminal device.
It is understood that the correspondence between the drug names stored in the second database and the first-level detailed usage information may be a one-to-one correspondence, or may be set as a non-unique correspondence according to an actual application situation, for example, see table 3, if the drug names in the second database are: "hydrotalcite" C1, "hydrotalcite and magnesium stearate" C2, "Bacillus subtilis dual live bacteria" C3, and "Compound four-vitamin ferrous powder" C4; then "3 times/day" a7 in the primary detailed usage information corresponds to C1 and C2, respectively, "oral" A8 and "1-2 times a day" a9 each correspond to C3, and "1-2 times a day" a9 also corresponds to C4.
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0001785530370000111
S29-diagnosis and user information acquisition: and if the medicine information does not contain the medicine usage information, determining a diagnosis result word and a user keyword in the prescription according to the character recognition result.
S210-fourth database retrieval: and searching in a preset fourth database according to the user keywords and the diagnosis result words and sentences, and determining the general medication descriptions corresponding to the user keywords and the diagnosis result words and sentences, wherein the fourth database stores the corresponding relationship among the user keywords, the diagnosis result words and sentences and the general medication descriptions. And outputting the general medication instruction, namely sending the primary detailed usage information to a mobile terminal device of a user, so that the primary detailed usage information is displayed on the mobile terminal device. It can be understood that the correspondence among the user keywords, the diagnosis result words and the general medication descriptions stored in the fourth database may be a one-to-one correspondence, or may be set as a non-unique correspondence according to an actual application situation, for example, see table 4, if the user keywords in the fourth database are: the diagnosis result words of "male, between 20 and 35 years old", "female, between 20 and 40 years old", "between 40 and 60 years old", and "male, between 20 and 35 years old" and "female, between 20 and 40 years old" are all corresponding to "cold", and the corresponding general medication instruction is: the general decocting method of the Chinese medicine semi-finished product comprises the following steps: the exterior-syndrome-relieving traditional Chinese medicine or heat-clearing medicine for treating cold is preferably taken with strong fire for a short time, the boiling time is l 0-20 minutes, and the medicine is taken while the medicine is hot. (2) The general taking method of the finished medicine comprises the following steps: taken after meals in the morning and after meals at night; the diagnosis result words of "between 40 and 60 years old" are "weak", and the corresponding general medication instruction is as follows: the general decocting method of the Chinese medicine semi-finished product comprises the following steps: the nourishing traditional Chinese medicine for treating the body weakness is preferably used for 3 times, the first decoction is 40-50 minutes, the second decoction is 20-30 minutes, and the third decoction is l 0-20 minutes. Minerals, bone and horn, shell, crustacean and tonic herbs, whose effective components are not easy to be decocted, should be decocted for a long time with slow fire, and the effective components are fully dissolved out. The decoction process needs frequent stirring. (2) The general taking method of the finished medicine comprises the following steps: taken after meals in the morning and after meals in the evening.
