Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
The video call method provided in the embodiment of the disclosure is applied to a television with an image display function but without an image acquisition function.
In the related art, a television has a display screen capable of displaying, but because an image capturing apparatus such as a camera is not provided, the television cannot perform a video call. However, with the development of the internet of things, the realization of interconnection and interworking between the Iot devices has become a hot spot of the current internet of things research.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a method for realizing video call through a television. The television related to the embodiment of the disclosure has a bus function. The bus is understood to be a mechanism for exchanging capability information between devices, and may also be understood to be a service. For example, the mechanism for inter-device capability information interaction of the bus may include one or more of the following: capability information definition, capability information data structure definition, capability information transfer protocol definition.
That is, the capability information may be defined in advance, for example: the device with the display screen has display capability, the device with the loudspeaker has sound playing capability, the device with the communication module has communication capability, the device with the processor has computing capability, and the function determination device realized by installing software has corresponding capability, for example, the device with the navigation software has navigation capability, etc., wherein the data structure can be defined for each capability, including setting capability identification for the capability, hardware parameters and software parameters corresponding to the capability, and the definition of a transmission protocol and the definition of a transmission interface when the capability information interaction is carried out between the devices, so that the capability information can be found and synchronized between the devices, the capability can be called mutually, and the functions of the devices can be expanded.
When the capability is called, only the called capability of the corresponding device can be called, for example, when the television calls the audio acquisition capability of the sound box, only the sound pickup device (for example, a microphone) of the sound box can be used without using other components of the sound box, and accordingly, in addition to providing the relevant definition of capability information transmission, the device should also provide a corresponding capability calling interface, namely a calling interface of a hardware department or software providing the capability, so as to provide the capability for the calling device to use. And continuing to obtain the previous example, the audio acquisition capacity of the sound box should provide a corresponding pickup device calling interface, and when the television needs to call the audio acquisition capacity of the sound box, the calling interface of the microphone component of the sound box can be called, so that the sound box microphone is controlled to acquire audio, and the acquired audio data are transmitted to the television.
Further, in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the bus function may be executed by each device independently, that is, the bus may also be understood as an application installed on the device. The bus installed on the device may record the ability to store the registration of each device. For example, the television may register the capabilities of the television itself with the bus, and other devices may also register the capabilities with the bus in the television.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the television may use the bus function to record and store the capabilities of the television itself and other devices (a camera, a microphone, etc.) different from the television itself, and maintain the interaction of capability information between the devices. For example, a television may pre-record the capabilities of devices within the same local area network or pre-set connection range. The television can also broadcast the capability information inquiry request and receive the respective capability information response fed back by other equipment. The other devices pre-record their own capability information, or the other devices determine their own capabilities according to functions corresponding to their own hardware components or functions implemented by installed software.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the television receives a video call request, the image acquisition device which has the image acquisition capability and can acquire an image for a target object is determined based on the pre-recorded and stored capability information of other devices. The method comprises the steps of obtaining an image of a target object collected by image collection equipment through interaction with the determined image collection equipment, displaying the collected image on a television, and sending the collected image to equipment sending a video call request, so that the video call is realized.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a video call method according to an exemplary embodiment, where the video call method is used in a television, as shown in fig. 1, and includes the following steps.
In step S11, a video call request is received.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the video call request can be sent by other devices with the capability of sending the video call request, which are different from the television. For example, it may be a smart phone, or a notebook computer, etc.
In step S12, in response to receiving the video call request, an image capturing device that has image capturing capability and is capable of image capturing for the target object is determined.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the target object may be understood as an object that needs to be captured by the television and sent to the device sending the video call request, for example, the target object may be a user using the television, and of course, other users may need to transmit the target object to the device sending the video call request.
The television does not have image acquisition capacity because the television does not have image acquisition equipment such as a camera. Further, the television may determine an image capture device, such as a camera, with image capture capabilities based on pre-recorded capabilities supported by other devices other than the television.
In step S13, an image capture instruction is sent to the image capture device. The image acquisition instruction is used for instructing the image acquisition equipment to acquire an image aiming at the target object.
In one example, the image capture device determined by the television is a camera. The television can send an image acquisition instruction to the camera based on the communication link with the camera. Such as a bluetooth link, a wireless fidelity (WIFI) link, etc. And after receiving the image acquisition instruction, the image acquisition equipment acquires images for the target object and sends the acquired images to the television.
In step S14, an image of the target object captured by the image capturing apparatus is acquired, and the captured image is transmitted to the apparatus that transmitted the video call request.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the television acquires the image of the target object acquired by the image acquisition device, the acquired image can be displayed on a display screen of the television, and the acquired image of the target object is sent to the device sending the video call request, so that a video call scene is realized. Of course, in the video call process, the television may display an image of the opposite communication terminal, an image collected by the local terminal, and images of both communication parties, which is not limited herein.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after receiving a video call request, the television determines the image acquisition equipment with the image acquisition capability based on the bus function. The video call scene is realized through the linkage of the television and the image acquisition equipment which has the image acquisition capacity and can acquire images aiming at the target object, so that the television which does not have the video call capacity originally realizes the video call function.
The embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to practical applications.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method for determining an image capture device capable of image capture and capable of image capture with respect to a target object in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 2, the following steps are included.
In step S121, at least one image capturing device having an image capturing capability is searched for based on a correspondence relationship between devices and capabilities recorded in advance or by device capability discovery.
The correspondence between the devices and the capabilities may be recorded by using the bus function according to the above embodiments. The television searches for the image acquisition equipment with the image acquisition capability based on the bus function and the capability of other equipment pre-recorded in the bus. The number of the searched image acquisition devices may be one or more.
Or the television may search for the image capturing device with the image capturing capability through device capability discovery when the image capturing capability needs to be expanded, for example, may broadcast a device capability discovery request to the bus, and determine the image capturing device with the image capturing capability through a device capability discovery response sent by at least one device with the image capturing capability.
In step S122, an image capturing device capable of capturing an image for the target object is screened out from the one or more found image capturing devices.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, an image capturing apparatus capable of capturing an image of a target object may be understood as an image capturing apparatus in which an image capturing range covers the target object.
In an example of the present disclosure, when screening out an image capturing device capable of capturing an image for a target object from at least one searched device, on one hand, the method flow shown in fig. 3 may be adopted, and on the other hand, the method flow shown in fig. 4 may also be selected.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for screening out an image capturing device capable of capturing an image for a target object from at least one found image capturing device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 3, the following steps are included.
In step S1221a, the guidance information is displayed.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when a plurality of image acquisition devices are found, prompt information is displayed, and the prompt information is used for prompting a user to select the image acquisition device for acquiring the image of the target object from the at least one found device. And the user can be prompted to select the image acquisition equipment for acquiring the image of the target object from the at least one searched equipment by displaying the prompt information.

In the embodiment of the disclosure, the image acquisition device which screens out the image acquisition range including the current position of the target object can ensure that the image acquisition device can acquire the target object.
In an example of the present disclosure, when screening the image capturing device, the image capturing device in which the television, the current position of the target object, and the image capturing device are in the same range may be screened out, for example, the television, the current position of the target object, and the image capturing device are in the same room range.
In an example of the present disclosure, the screened image capturing device may capture an image of a target object, and does not limit a positional relationship between the image capturing device and a television. For example, in an example, the target object is in a bedroom, the television is in a living room, at this time, the camera in the bedroom can be screened out to collect an image of the target object, the collected image is sent to the television in the living room, the television in the living room is sent to the device sending the video call request, and image information interaction of the video call is achieved.
In the above embodiments of the present disclosure, when the image capturing device captures an image of the target object, the user may be prompted to adjust the image capturing device, so as to ensure that the image capturing device captures the target object.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, in the video call implemented by the television, if the television is provided with the sound pickup apparatus, sound pickup can be directly performed by using the sound pickup apparatus of the television. Wherein, if the TV does not possess the adapter equipment, or the adapterization ability of adapter equipment is weaker, for example when being less than preset threshold value, can look for the adapter equipment that has the adapterization ability and carry out the adapterization. The preset threshold may be a threshold preset for each capability, and the threshold may characterize the capability of the device. The device with the same capability can be different in strength, a grade mark can be preset for the capability, the higher the grade is, the stronger the corresponding capability of the device is, the higher the hardware parameter corresponding to the hardware providing the capability or the software performance corresponding to the software is, the strength of the capability can be determined, the better the hardware represented by the hardware parameter is, the stronger the corresponding capability of the representation is, or the better the software performance is, the stronger the corresponding capability of the representation is.
The determined sound pickup equipment in the embodiment of the present disclosure needs to be capable of collecting the voice uttered by the target object. After the pickup equipment capable of collecting the voice sent by the target object is found, a voice collecting instruction is sent to the pickup equipment, and the pickup equipment is instructed to collect the voice sent by the target object. After the pickup equipment collects the voice sent by the target object, the voice sent by the target object can be acquired from the pickup equipment, and the voice is sent to the equipment sending the video call request, so that the voice interaction in the video call process is realized.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the implementation process of determining and searching for a sound pickup apparatus is similar to the process of determining and searching for an image capturing apparatus, and may specifically participate in the process of determining and searching for an image capturing apparatus, which is not described herein again.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the television originally without video call capability is enabled to realize the video call function through the combination of the television and the image acquisition equipment which has the image acquisition capability and can acquire images for the target object.
