It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a few embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The first embodiment is as follows:
fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a method for back tracking according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is an expanded flow diagram of a method for performing back tracking according to an embodiment of the present invention. For a clear description of the method of back tracking according to the first embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2.
The method for back tracking provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
and S101, the second positioning terminal acquires a first positioning signal of the first positioning terminal.
In an embodiment, the first positioning terminal and the second positioning terminal may be both terminals using a positioning system or a satellite positioning system, wherein the satellite positioning system is, for example, a beidou satellite system, a GPS system, a GLONASS system, a GALILEO satellite navigation system (GALILEO), or the like.
In one embodiment, the first positioning terminal and the second positioning terminal include, but are not limited to, vehicle-mounted positioning terminals (e.g., car machine, vehicle-mounted computer, etc.), portable positioning terminals (e.g., mobile phone, smart watch, etc.), and the like.
Specifically, the server is configured to receive or detect a positioning signal of each positioning terminal. Thus, the second positioning terminal may be the first positioning signal of the first positioning terminal obtained from the server.
S102, the first positioning terminal or the server obtains the following duration of a second positioning signal of the second positioning terminal in a preset distance range.
And S103, the first positioning terminal or the server judges whether the following time length is greater than a time length threshold value or not.
In an embodiment, the second positioning terminal may be understood as all positioning terminals except the first positioning terminal, i.e. the second positioning signal may be understood as all positioning signals except the first positioning signal.
In an embodiment, the first positioning terminal may obtain, from the server, a second positioning signal of the second positioning terminal within a preset distance range, and after obtaining the second positioning signal, obtain a following duration of the second positioning terminal or the second positioning signal, and the first positioning terminal determines whether the following duration is greater than a duration threshold, so that when the following duration obtained by the first positioning terminal is greater than the duration threshold, it can be determined that the first positioning terminal or a user or a device (e.g., a vehicle, an airplane, etc.) using the first positioning terminal is tracked. For example, the first positioning terminal is installed on a vehicle, and after the first positioning terminal acquires a second positioning signal of the second positioning terminal within a range of 300 meters from the server, the first positioning terminal acquires the following duration of the second positioning signal and judges whether the following duration is greater than 30 minutes, so that the first positioning terminal can judge that the vehicle using the first positioning terminal is tracked when the following duration of the second positioning signal is greater than 30 minutes.
In addition, the server may acquire the second positioning signal of the second positioning terminal within the preset range, and after acquiring the second positioning terminal or the following duration of the second positioning signal, the server determines whether the following duration is greater than the duration threshold, so that the server can determine that the user or the device (e.g., a vehicle, an airplane, etc.) using the first positioning terminal is tracked when the following duration is greater than the duration threshold.
And S104, if the following time length is greater than the time length threshold value, the first positioning terminal takes an anti-tracking measure, and the anti-tracking measure comprises at least one of shielding the first positioning signal and transmitting at least one false positioning signal.
In an embodiment, the first positioning terminal shields the first positioning signal, so that a tracker (a second positioning terminal or a user or a device using the second positioning terminal) cannot acquire the first positioning signal of the first positioning terminal, and the tracker cannot continue tracking, thereby achieving the purpose of ensuring the safety of the user using the first positioning terminal and/or protecting the privacy of the user.
The first positioning terminal may be configured to shield the first positioning signal, for example, the first positioning terminal turns off its positioning function, or the first positioning terminal may shield all communication signals within a certain range (where the communication signals include the positioning signal) through the signal shielding device, and so on.

Wherein, sending a false positioning signal, for example, the first positioning terminal modifies the first positioning signal sent to the server correspondingly, so that the server receives a false positioning signal; for another example, the first positioning terminal shields the first positioning signal and directly sends a false positioning signal to the server; also for example, the first positioning terminal transmits a dummy positioning signal different from the first positioning signal (e.g., a dummy positioning signal that moves in a different direction than the first positioning signal).
In a case where multiple false positioning signals are sent, for example, the first positioning terminal sends multiple false positioning signals different from the first positioning signal (for example, different in moving direction) to the server, and meanwhile, the first terminal may send the first positioning signal to the server or may not send the first positioning signal to the server; for another example, when the first positioning terminal is applied to a vehicle, the first positioning terminal sends false positioning signals to the server, wherein the false positioning signals are the same as the number of the intersections and/or the number of the lanes after acquiring the number of the intersections and/or the number of the lanes at the position where the first positioning terminal is located.
In one embodiment, the plurality of false positioning signals sent by the first positioning terminal to the server may be different from each other.
In one embodiment, if the following duration is less than the duration threshold, the process returns to step S102: the first positioning terminal or the server obtains the following duration of a second positioning signal of the second positioning terminal in a preset distance range.
In one embodiment, the step of taking the countertracking measure at the first positioning terminal includes: and the first positioning terminal displays the tracking prompt information. And the first positioning terminal receives the anti-tracking starting instruction and takes anti-tracking measures. The tracking prompt information comprises the relative position of the second positioning terminal and the first positioning terminal. Therefore, the user using the first positioning terminal can know the position of the tracker, so that the user using the first positioning terminal can judge whether to take anti-tracking measures according to the needs of the user.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, after the step of taking the counter-tracking measure by the first positioning terminal, the method includes:
and S105, the first positioning terminal acquires and displays at least one safe evacuation route, wherein the safe evacuation route comprises a plurality of fork junctions and/or at least one safe place.
Among them, the security places are, for example, police stations, public squares, shopping malls, banks, and the like, which are easy to seek help.
And S106, after the first positioning terminal obtains the selection information of the safe evacuation route, detecting whether a second positioning signal of a second positioning terminal exists in a preset distance range in real time.
In one embodiment, the selection information of the safe evacuation route may be acquired by the first positioning terminal after receiving a route selection instruction of the user, or may be automatically acquired by the first positioning terminal according to movement information of a device using the first positioning terminal or the user, wherein the movement information includes a movement direction and/or a movement distance.
And S107, if a second positioning signal exists in the preset distance range, outputting corresponding danger prompt information by the first positioning terminal.
And S108, if the second positioning signal does not exist in the preset distance range, the first positioning terminal outputs corresponding safety prompt information.
