When the truck enters the platform, the stop time is recorded, and when a threshold T1 (which may be set, corresponding to the second threshold) is reached, the loading and unloading statistical process is automatically started.
2. In the loading and unloading process of the logistics transport vehicle, the quantity and information of loaded and unloaded cargos are displayed in real time.
3. When the truck begins to drive off the dock, recording of the dwell time is stopped, resulting in a T2 (corresponding to the dwell period previously described) dwell period. The video monitoring structured camera generates a 'truck driving away' event alarm signal, the networking platform server judges whether goods are lost or not according to the quantity of the goods to be loaded and unloaded, if so, the alarm lamp is turned on in real time to draw the attention of a truck owner and a dock site manager, and the gardener is prevented from being laid out at a garden exit.
4. If the freight car with the lost goods continues to drive to the exit gate of the logistics park, the gate can not be opened due to the fact that the license plate is arranged after the license plate comparison is acquired by the gate.
5. And displaying the loading and unloading progress of each platform in real time by the large platform state screen, setting the loading and unloading progress as a third threshold value, and planning the guidance of subsequent vehicles by the system according to the loading and unloading progress. For example, the third threshold is set to 90%, and when the dock unloading progress reaches 90%, the server side can notify the next queuing owner that the vehicle is ready to enter the airport. And the truck owner can also know the current platform condition in real time according to the mobile phone subscription information.
6. The quality of the current dock operation is evaluated and scored according to the generated information such as the T2 time, the number of cargos to be loaded and unloaded, and the like, and the evaluation is used as the basis of subsequent management. For example, the work efficiency is (number of goods/T2) × (1-loss rate), and a platform and a person having high work efficiency are rewarded.
7. For lost and damaged goods and the like, the monitoring video at the corresponding time point can be called at the server side according to the order number and the node code scanning time for video tracing.
8. And the video monitoring videos are stored continuously. The video for loading and unloading goods is acquired from the stored uninterrupted video afterwards and stored in the safety medium, and after the goods are successfully delivered for a period of time, the video is automatically deleted from the safety medium or backed up to a long-term storage medium such as a tape unit. The mechanism distinguishes cold and hot data, can ensure that the video is not lost and is safe and reliable.
