The embodiment of the application provides an information processing method, an information processing device, a storage medium and electronic equipment.
The information processing apparatus may be integrated in an electronic device having a storage unit such as a tablet PC (Personal Computer) or a mobile phone, and having a microprocessor mounted therein and having an arithmetic capability.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, and a specific flow may be as follows:
101. and acquiring target content input through an information editing area in the information interaction page.
In this embodiment, the information interaction page may be a page in a certain application program, and the application program may be a social application program, a news information application program, or the like. It should be noted that, the user may register account information in the application program, apply for an independent account belonging to the user, so as to implement normal information interaction with other users in the information interaction page. Each account has a corresponding account identification, which may be a specific account ID (identity), a unique user name, etc.
In addition, the information interaction page can be a webpage, and corresponding account information needs to be registered in the same way so as to realize normal information interaction with other users in the information interaction page.
In this embodiment, the information interaction page displays interaction content. The interactive content may be one or more of text information, image information, voice information, and video information.
In practical applications, the information interaction page may be an information interaction page for a certain text information, picture information, audio/video information, such as an evaluation area. When the information interaction page is a comment area, the interaction content displayed by the information interaction page can be one of a plurality of pieces of comment information in the comment area.
In some embodiments, the information interaction page may also be web content and bullet comment information given by the user for the web content. Specifically, in the information interaction page, when the user triggers the barrage display, barrage comment information can be displayed on the webpage content shown in the information interaction page.
In addition, the information interaction page can also be a group chat window in the instant messaging application. When the information interaction page is a group chat window in the instant messaging application, the interaction content displayed by the information interaction page can be one of a plurality of group chat messages in the group chat window.
In this embodiment, the target content may be in the form of one or more of text information, image information, voice information, and video information. In some embodiments, the information editing area includes a content input control through which a user can input target content. In practice, the content input control may be attached to the editing area of the information editing area.
In the implementation process, various ways of inputting the target content are available. For example, the information input control may be a text input box, and input of the target content is achieved by inputting text information in the text input box; for another example, the information input control may be an image input control, by triggering the image input control, the stored image data image of the terminal may be read, and the corresponding image data may be selected as input, or the current image may be captured by the camera of the terminal through the image input control to realize the input of the target content.
In addition, a microphone of the terminal can be called in an information editing area in a voice mode, voice information input by a user can be obtained through the microphone, the voice information can be identified, and therefore input of target content is achieved.
In the embodiment of the application, various modes for acquiring the target content and the target interactive content can be adopted. For example, in some embodiments, the step of "obtaining the target content input through the information editing area in the information interaction page" may include the following steps:
(111) Receiving a trigger instruction of appointed interactive content displayed on an information interactive page;
(112) Generating an information editing area on the information interaction page;
(113) The target content input through the information editing area is acquired.
In some embodiments, each item of interactive content in the information interactive page is displayed with an interactive control associated with the designated interactive content. In specific implementation, the user can initiate a trigger instruction through the interaction control. That is, the step of "receiving a trigger instruction for designating interactive contents for information interactive page display" may include the following steps:
acquiring operation information of an interactive control associated with appointed interactive content;
determining a corresponding interaction type according to the operation information;
and when the interaction type is the preset interaction type, generating a trigger instruction.
Specifically, the information interaction page displays a plurality of pieces of interaction content (such as comment information), and each interaction content is provided with a corresponding associated interaction control. The interactive control may be a visual control, that is, the interactive control is visible to the user on the information interactive page. In practical applications, the interactive control may be displayed in a surrounding area near where each item of interactive content is located.
The user can click, touch, slide and the like on the interactive control. The operation information may include information such as a click force, a number of clicks, a touch duration, a touch position, a sliding direction, etc.
In one embodiment, the interactive control may integrate different functions (e.g., an information reply function, an information forwarding function, an information collection function, an information decision function). Based on operation information obtained by different operations of the interactive control by the user, the interactive control can be triggered to call different functions of the application program.
Different functions mean different interaction types. In practical applications, a mapping relationship between operation information and interaction type needs to be established in advance. For example, the operation information may include: double click, long press, heavy press, etc.; the interaction types may include: reply, forward, praise, favorites, contrast, etc. In specific implementation, the corresponding operation information and interaction type can be selected based on actual requirements, and a mapping relation between the operation information and the interaction type is established, wherein the preset interaction type can be a comparison type.
In some embodiments, the interactive control may also be a control that does not have a physical form, i.e., the interactive control is invisible to the user. In the implementation, the triggering instruction can be generated on the information interaction page through operations such as shaking and knocking of a display screen of the terminal equipment or a body of the terminal equipment.
In practical applications, in order to facilitate the user to know what type of interaction is currently performed, different labels may be displayed on the information editing area to prompt the user about the type of interaction that is currently performed. That is, in some embodiments, the method may further comprise:
Determining a type identifier corresponding to the interaction type;
the type identifier is displayed in the information editing area.
In practical applications, the type identifier may be text. For example, when the interaction type is "reply message", a "reply" word is displayed at a designated location within the information editing area. In addition, the type identifier may also be an icon. For example, icons corresponding to different interaction types may be preset, and when the interaction type is "contrast", the icon of "PK" style is displayed at the designated position in the information editing area.
102. And determining target interaction content with different semantics with the target content from the information interaction page, wherein the information interaction page displays the interaction content, and the target interaction content is determined from the interaction content.
In this embodiment, in order to mobilize the interaction enthusiasm of the user to enhance the interaction effect, the valuable information can be highlighted to attract the eyeballs of the user. For the existing interactive content in the information interactive page, the input of the content with different semantics (namely different expressed intentions) from the interactive content can be initiated, such as the input of the content with disputes with the interactive content.
In some implementations, in the step of determining the target interactive content with different semantics from the target content in the information interactive page, the following flow may be included:
(121) Carrying out semantic analysis on the target content;
(122) And acquiring target interactive content from the interactive content according to the semantic analysis result, wherein different semantics exist between the target interactive content and the target content.
Among these, semantic analysis, i.e., semantic recognition, is one of the important components of NLP (Natural Language Processing, natural language understanding) technology. The core of semantic recognition is to understand the meaning of the text vocabulary, and also understand the meaning represented by the word in sentences and chapters, which means that the semantic recognition is technically done: semantic analysis and disambiguation at the level of text, vocabulary, syntax, lexicon, chapters (paragraphs), and corresponding meaning reorganization, so as to achieve the purpose of recognizing sentences.
When the target input content is text content, the semantics of the target input content can be identified by directly utilizing a semantic analysis technology.
When the target content is image content, recognizing characters in the picture by utilizing an image recognition technology or recognizing the semantics expressed by the picture, and further recognizing the semantics by utilizing the semantic recognition technology.
When the target content is video content, the video content can be divided into image frames, and then characters in the picture are identified through an image identification technology, or meanings expressed by the picture are identified. And finally, further recognizing the semantics by utilizing a semantic recognition technology.
When the target content is voice, voice can be converted into text content by utilizing a voice recognition technology, and the semantics of the text content can be recognized by utilizing a semantic recognition technology.
Then, according to the semantic analysis result, matching the interactive content displayed by the information interactive page with target interactive content with different semantics (such as expressed intention exists in or out or disputes) from the target content. In practice, the perspective of the expression of the target content and the target interactive content may be contradictory. For example, the intent of the target content indicates that the first scheme is supported, while the intent of the target interactive content identifies that the first scheme is not supported or that the second scheme is supported.
In some embodiments, when determining that the target interactive content has different semantics from the target content, if the input of the target content is initiated for the existing interactive content in the information interaction page, the specified interactive content may be directly used as the target interactive content having different semantics from the target content.
103. And displaying the target content and the target interactive content in a contrast manner on an interactive display area of the information interactive page.
The interactive display area may be an area preset on the information interaction page, or may be an area determined based on the position layout of the target interactive content on the information interaction page. In practice, the display positions of the target content and the target interactive content will be rearranged in the interactive display area.
In some embodiments, in order to provide a stronger interaction when the user consumes the interactive content, the user enthusiasm may be mobilized in a manner that highlights the disputes between the target content and the target interactive content. In the implementation, some content display styles can be adopted to carry out outstanding comparison display on the target content and the target interactive content in terms of position layout, color and the like. In practical applications, the content presentation style is visually different from the content presentation of ordinary interaction. For example, as shown in fig. 4c, the content presentation style includes two text regions displayed side by side, and then the target content and the target interactive content can be placed in the text regions of the content presentation style for display, so as to present a content item for comparative presentation.
When the target content and the target interactive content are bullet comment information, the content display style may be: the display direction of the bullet screen of the target content and the display direction of the bullet screen of the target interactive content are opposite. For example, the target content is scrolled and displayed from the middle of the information interaction page to the left side of the screen, and the target interaction content is scrolled and displayed from the middle of the information interaction page to the right side of the screen; or the target interactive content is scrolled and displayed from the middle of the information interactive page to the left side of the screen, and the target content is scrolled and displayed from the middle of the information interactive page to the right side of the screen.
In this embodiment, the target content and the target interactive content are displayed in a contrasting manner, and a trigger control associated with the content item is generated. The trigger control may be a visual control or an invisible control. The user may select for the target content or the target interactive content in the content item through the trigger control. Other users in the platform can participate in voting selection interaction aiming at the disputed view of the comparative display so as to improve the interaction effect.
However, when performing the interactive decision, since the autonomy of the user inputting the target content is strong, the generated content item cannot be guaranteed to satisfy the enthusiasm of other users to participate in the interaction. Thus, the target content input by the user can be subjected to audit evaluation by introducing an audit mechanism, and the content items of the contrast display are allowed to be generated when the condition is met. That is, after detecting the confirmation instruction of the target content, before the information interaction page comparatively displays the target content and the target interaction content, the method may further include the following steps:
sending an auditing request to a server, wherein the information auditing request instructs the server to audit the target interactive content and the interactive operation of the target content;
And when the verification is passed, executing the step of displaying the target content and the target interactive content in a contrast way on the interactive display area of the information interactive page.
The server may be a background server corresponding to an application or a platform to which the information interaction page belongs. The terminal may establish a wireless link with the server through a network (data network or wireless network) and send an audit request to the server based on the wireless link.
In practical application, operators can manually audit the audit request received by the background server. For example, an operator may evaluate whether the target interactive content and the target content are in a more controversial view by auditing their intent, or whether content items that generate a comparative presentation based on both may appeal to the eyes of other users. And determining whether to allow the target content and the target interactive content to be displayed in a contrasting manner according to the final evaluation result.
When the verification is determined to pass, prompt information of the pass of the verification can be sent to the user terminal, so that the terminal can display the target content and the target interactive content in a contrasting mode, and meanwhile an initiating user of the target interactive content is informed of the related information of the piece of the target content item. In addition, the content displayed in the contrast is synchronized to the server, so that other users in the platform can acquire update data from the server through the terminal, so that the content of the page currently displayed by the terminal is updated, and the content displayed in the contrast is seen.
And when the audit is not passed, the pair of block content items are only displayed in the information interaction page of the current user terminal, and the pair of block content items after the contrast display are only visible to the user. For the initiating user of the target interactive content, and other users in the platform, the target content is only presented to the initiating user and other users in the form of normal reply messages in the platform (i.e., not shown in contrast).
In some embodiments, due to the slow manual auditing speed, auditing results are likely to be unavailable in time. Therefore, in order to improve the auditing speed, the terminal itself can carry out auditing evaluation on the content to be contrastingly displayed. That is, before the information interaction page comparatively displays the target content and the target interaction content, the method may further include the following procedures:
(21) Identifying an intent of the target content and an intent of the target interactive content;
(22) And if the intention of the target content is different from the intention of the target interactive content, executing the steps of displaying the target content and the target interactive content in a contrastive manner in the information interactive page and displaying a trigger control associated with the target content and the target interactive content.
Specifically, the intention recognition can be performed on the target content and the target interactive content by adopting an artificial intelligence mode through a related intention recognition model (such as a convolutional neural network model, a deep convolutional neural network model and the like). When the disputes are identified from the viewpoint of both intentions, operations of comparatively displaying the target content and the target interactive content may be performed.
104. When an interaction instruction for target content or target interaction content is detected, displaying an interaction result in an interaction display area based on the content indicated by the interaction instruction, wherein the interaction result at least comprises: the number of associated users of the target content and the number of associated users of the target interactive content.
Specifically, trigger controls associated with the target content and the target interactive content may be generated and displayed on the information interactive page. Then, the user can trigger the interaction instruction of the target content or the target interaction content through the operation of the trigger control. It should be noted that the triggering control may include two sub-controls, where one sub-control is associated with the target content and the other sub-control is associated with the target interactive content, and by operating any sub-control, an interaction instruction for the target content or a corresponding content in the target interactive content may be triggered.
When the operation (such as clicking operation, touching operation and the like) of the trigger control is detected, the fact that the user performs voting interaction on the target content and the target interaction content through the trigger control is indicated. At this point, the terminal will establish an association between the user (specifically, the user identifier of the user, such as a registered account) and the interaction instruction indicates the selected content, so as to indicate that the user performs voting interaction on the selected content. At the same time, the interactive results (i.e., voting results) will be presented in the interactive presentation area. Wherein, the associated user of the target content refers to the user who performs voting interaction on the target content; the associated users of the target interactive content refer to users who vote for the target interactive content.
In practical application, after the auditing passes and the content items are comparatively displayed in the interactive display area, if other users vote and interact with the content items, the interaction result is fed back to the initiating user of the target content and the initiating user of the target interactive content. In order to facilitate the initiating user to view the feedback results, the feedback results may be displayed. That is, in some embodiments, the information interaction page includes a status prompt control. The method may further include the following steps:
(31) Triggering a state checking instruction when detecting the operation of a user on the state prompting control;
(32) And displaying the associated user of the target content and/or the associated user of the target interactive content according to the state viewing instruction.
Specifically, the user can trigger a state viewing instruction through the state prompt control, call a related interface component to construct a state display page based on the state viewing instruction, load information such as the related user of the target content, the related user of the target interactive content and the like to the state display page for display, and switch the current display page into the state display page.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, after the content indicated by the interaction instruction shows the interaction result on the information interaction page, the following procedure may be further included:
105. Receiving a screening instruction triggered by a user through an information interaction page;
106. according to the screening instruction, determining the similarity between the interactive content displayed by the information interaction page and the target content and/or the target interaction;
107. and screening the interactive contents with the semantic similarity larger than a preset threshold from the interactive contents displayed on the information interactive page to display.
Specifically, the target content and the target interactive content can be regarded as two views, and the filtering instruction can indicate the content corresponding to the view to be checked. The terminal can intelligently identify the interactive content consistent with a certain party's view from the interactive content currently displayed on the information interactive page based on the screening instruction triggered by the user, and screen the content identified to be consistent with the certain party's view for display, while the rest of the interactive content is not displayed for the user to view in a classified manner.
The preset threshold value can be set based on actual requirements. For example, the preset threshold may be set to 70%, 90%, or the like.
In some embodiments, when calculating the semantic similarity between the interactive content currently displayed by the information interaction page and the target content and/or the target interaction, the following procedure may be included:
(41) Extracting a plurality of keywords from the currently displayed interactive content;
(42) Matching the keywords with target content and/or target interactive content to obtain a matching result;
(43) And determining the semantic similarity between the currently displayed interactive content and the target content and/or the target interaction according to the matching result.
Specifically, keywords in the content (target content and/or indicated interactive content) to be checked can be extracted and screened from the target indication, and the obtained keywords are matched with all interactive contents in the information interactive page, so that the semantic similarity between the keywords and the interactive content is determined.
In addition, keywords of all interactive contents in the information display page can be extracted, and the obtained keywords are matched with the target indication content (target content or indication interactive content) to be checked, so that the semantic similarity between the keywords and the target indication content is determined.
In some embodiments, the screening instructions include at least: the classification mark corresponding to the target content or the target interactive content; with continued reference to fig. 2, after receiving a screening instruction triggered by the user through the information interaction page, the method may further include the following flow:
108. and screening out the interactive contents containing the classification identifiers from the interactive contents currently displayed on the information interactive page for display.
Wherein the classification identifier can be used to identify both views of the target content or the interactive content. For example, dividing the target content into a first camping and dividing the target interactive content into a second camping, the classification identifier may include: "first camping" and "second camping"; for another example, the classification identifier may include: "Party A" and "Party B"; for another example, the classification identifier may also be a user name of the input user of the target content and a user name of the initiating user of the target interactive content.
In the implementation process, after determining that the interactive content contains the classification identifier, the semantics of the interactive content need to be understood. For example, support of the first party's view and the opposite first party's view are two distinct meanings. When the interactive content comprises the classification identification of the selected checking party and the semantic meaning of the interactive content is consistent with the semantic meaning of the selected checking party, the interactive content is screened out for display.
In practical application, after detecting an interaction instruction triggered by a trigger control, a first content viewing control and a second content viewing control can be generated and displayed on an information interaction page, wherein the first content viewing control is associated with target content, and the second content viewing control is associated with the target interaction content. When receiving a screening instruction triggered by the user through the information interaction page, the screening instruction can be triggered specifically when detecting the operation of the user on the first content viewing control or the second content viewing control.
According to the information processing method provided by the embodiment, the target content is input through the information editing area in the information interaction page, and the target interaction content with different semantics with the target content is obtained from the information interaction page. Then, the target content and the target interactive content are displayed in a contrast mode in an interactive display area of the information interactive page; and when the interaction instruction of the target content or the target interaction content is detected, displaying the number of associated users of the target content and the target interaction content based on the content indicated by the interaction instruction. The scheme enriches the presentation form of the interaction result in the information interaction page, highlights the more valuable interaction content, and improves the interaction effect of the user in the interaction operation process; in addition, the automatic classification of interaction content similar to the views of both parties is realized, and the information viewing efficiency is improved.
In an embodiment, the information interaction page is taken as a comment area page of a social platform as an example, and the scheme of the application is described in detail. Referring to fig. 3, and fig. 4a to 4e, fig. 3 is a schematic view of an application scenario of the information processing method provided in the present embodiment; fig. 4a to 4e are schematic diagrams of operation interfaces of the information processing method according to the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 4a, the comment area page presents comments and comment time (i.e. "xx … …" in fig. 4 a) of user a, user B and user C aiming at dynamic information of a certain user, and a button in "PK" style and a button in "praise" are displayed around each comment. When the user X clicks a PK button displayed around the comment posted by the user A, PK interaction can be triggered to initiate to the comment of the user A.
Referring to fig. 4b, the platform system generates an information editing area on the comment area page in response to the interactive operation. As shown in fig. 4b, the information editing area includes: the information editing area (i.e. input box), prompt information of the "PK" word pattern displayed in the information editing area, a content release button for "publishing" word pattern, an input method keyboard, related input components and the like. In practice, the user X may input the target content opposite to the comment head of the user a through the information editing area.
After the target content input is completed, the user X may click on the "post" button in fig. 4b, so that the platform system generates a comment entry in PK style based on the target content input by the user X and the comment of the user a (refer to fig. 4 c). It should be noted that at this time, the evaluation item of the PK pattern is only visible to the user X itself.
Meanwhile, the platform system sends the generated PK content to a background server for auditing evaluation. When the audit passes, the PK content is then exposed to all users in the social platform (including users with registered accounts and guest users with unregistered accounts), and the system notifies user X and user A. Other users can perform voting interaction through the voting interaction control (refer to the praying icon in the PK style in FIG. 4 c) associated with the PK content, and the voting interaction result is fed back to the user X and the user A in real time.
It should be noted that if the audit is not passed, the comment entry of the PK style will remain only visible to user X, while for user a and other users, the comment entry will be presented according to the normal search results.
When the user X performs a selection operation on the voting interaction control, the number of votes for the comment may be accumulated by 1 based on the comment supported by the user X. Meanwhile, after the voting is completed, the comment area page displays comparison information of the votes obtained between the user a and the user X, for example, referring to fig. 4d, the comment party of the user a is "red square camp", the comment party of the user X is "blue square camp", the total number of users participating in the voting is 1234, and the obtained votes between the user a and the user X are 65% to 35%. Meanwhile, an information viewing control for viewing the red square matrix character associated with the user A comment and an information viewing control for viewing the blue square matrix character associated with the user X comment are displayed on the comment area page.
When the operation of the information viewing control by the X user is detected, the platform system matches the keywords in all comments of the comment area page according to the keywords in the PK content. The intelligent recognition key words have more coincident comments, the comments are regarded as consistent with the viewpoint of a certain party, the comments are classified into the camping of a certain party of PK, and the pages of the comment area are updated based on the classified comments so that users can view the comments in a classified mode. For example, referring to fig. 4e, comments of user Y, user S are displayed on the comment area page, indicating that the comments of user Y and user S are similar to the comments of user a.
In practical application, comments posted by users supporting a PK party are also regarded as similar comments; comments in which the word "red/blue" is supported appear in the comments are also considered similar comments.
According to the information processing method provided by the scheme, when a certain user replies comments of another user, PK content is generated from the perspective of disputes of the user and the comment reply with common comments in a mode of distinction. When other users in the platform see PK content, the users can participate in voting interaction, and comments similar to a certain party's view can be quickly screened and checked according to different regional camps of the view, so that the users consume the comments with stronger interactivity. In addition, the comment of the viewpoint collision is presented in a more attractive PK mode, so that richer consumption experience is given to other users, an interactive initiator is enabled to have a sense of achievement, and the interactive atmosphere is improved.
