The processing unit 601 is configured to perform any step of the foregoing method embodiments, and when performing data transmission such as sending, the communication unit 602 is selectively invoked to complete a corresponding operation, which is described in detail below.
The processing unit 601 is specifically configured to: when at least one upgrade package from the upgrade server is detected, acquiring preset upgrade influence information, wherein the preset upgrade influence information comprises at least one of the following: the first upgrade instruction information issued by the upgrade server, the state information of the projection equipment and the second upgrade instruction information input by a user; determining an upgrade strategy of the at least one upgrade package according to the preset upgrade influence information; and executing software upgrading operation according to the upgrading strategy and the at least one upgrading package.
It can be seen that, the software upgrading device of the projection device depicted in the embodiment of the present application obtains preset upgrade influence information when at least one upgrade package from the upgrade server is detected, determines an upgrade policy of the at least one upgrade package according to the preset upgrade influence information, and executes a software upgrade operation according to the upgrade policy and the at least one upgrade package, so as to ensure software upgrade policies of different software upgrade scenarios, thereby improving efficiency, flexibility and stability of software upgrade of the projection device.
In one possible example, the preset upgrade influence information includes the first upgrade instruction information, state information of the projection device, and the second upgrade instruction information; in terms of determining the upgrade policy of the at least one upgrade package according to the preset upgrade influence information, the processing unit 601 is specifically configured to: determining priority upgrade instruction information according to the at least one upgrade package, the first upgrade instruction information, the state information of the projection equipment and the second upgrade instruction information; downloading a first upgrade package in the at least one upgrade package corresponding to the priority upgrade instruction information; generating a first upgrade order file according to the first upgrade package; and starting a recovery mode of the projection equipment according to the first upgrading command file.

In one possible example, in the determining the priority upgrade instruction information according to the at least one upgrade package, the first upgrade instruction information, the status information of the projection device, and the second upgrade instruction information, the processing unit 601 is specifically configured to: acquiring first time information corresponding to the first upgrade instruction information, second time information corresponding to the state information of the projection equipment and third time information corresponding to the second upgrade instruction information; and determining priority upgrade instruction information according to the first time information, the second time information and the third time information.

The software upgrading apparatus 600 of the projection device may further include a storage unit 603 for storing program codes and data of the projection device. The processing unit 601 may be a processor, the communication unit 602 may be a touch display screen or a transceiver, and the storage unit 603 may be a memory.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium stores a computer program for electronic data exchange, where the computer program causes a computer to execute part or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the embodiments of the method, where the computer includes a server.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform some or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the method embodiments above. The computer program product may be a software installation package, said computer comprising a server.

1. A method of software upgrade for a projection device, the method being applied to a projection device in a projection upgrade system, the projection upgrade system including an upgrade server, the projection device establishing communication with the upgrade server, the method comprising:
when at least one upgrade package from the upgrade server is detected, acquiring preset upgrade influence information, wherein the preset upgrade influence information comprises at least one of the following: the first upgrade instruction information issued by the upgrade server, the state information of the projection equipment and the second upgrade instruction information input by a user;
Determining an upgrade strategy of the at least one upgrade package according to the preset upgrade influence information;
executing software upgrading operation according to the upgrading strategy and the at least one upgrading package;
if the preset upgrade influence information includes the first upgrade instruction information, the state information of the projection device, and the second upgrade instruction information, determining an upgrade policy of the at least one upgrade package according to the preset upgrade influence information includes:
determining priority upgrade instruction information according to the total upgrade package number of the at least one upgrade package, the upgrade package number in the at least one upgrade package corresponding to the first upgrade instruction information, the upgrade package number in the at least one upgrade package corresponding to the state information of the projection equipment, and the upgrade package number in the at least one upgrade package corresponding to the second upgrade instruction information;
downloading a first upgrade package in the at least one upgrade package corresponding to the priority upgrade instruction information;
generating a first upgrade order file according to the first upgrade package;
and starting a recovery mode of the projection equipment according to the first upgrading command file.

The method of claim 1, wherein a total number of upgrade packages of the at least one upgrade package is K, the K being a positive integer; the determining the priority upgrade instruction information according to the total upgrade package number of the at least one upgrade package, the upgrade package number in the at least one upgrade package corresponding to the first upgrade instruction information, the upgrade package number in the at least one upgrade package corresponding to the state information of the projection device, and the upgrade package number in the at least one upgrade package corresponding to the second upgrade instruction information includes:
Acquiring the number M of upgrade packages in the at least one upgrade package corresponding to the first upgrade instruction information, the number N of upgrade packages in the at least one upgrade package corresponding to the state information of the projection equipment and the number L of upgrade packages in the at least one upgrade package corresponding to the second upgrade instruction information, wherein M, N and L are positive integers;
determining a first numerical ratio of M to K, a second numerical ratio of N to K, and a third numerical ratio of L to K;
and determining the priority upgrading instruction information according to the first numerical value ratio, the second numerical value ratio and the third numerical value ratio.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein if the preset upgrade influence information includes second upgrade instruction information entered by the user, determining an upgrade policy of the at least one upgrade package according to the preset upgrade influence information includes:
receiving a downloading instruction of the at least one upgrade package input by a user;
downloading the at least one upgrade package according to the downloading instruction, and acquiring a second upgrade command file corresponding to the at least one upgrade package;
And starting a recovery mode of the projection equipment according to the second upgrading command file.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the obtaining a second upgrade order file corresponding to the at least one upgrade package comprises:
receiving a first upgrade instruction of a storage path of the at least one upgrade package, which is input by a user;
receiving a second upgrading instruction which is input by a user and is used for decompressing the data content in the memory partition corresponding to the at least one upgrading packet to the memory partition corresponding to the projection equipment;
receiving a third upgrading instruction which is input by a user and used for starting a recovery mode of the projection equipment;
and generating a second upgrading command file according to the first upgrading command, the second upgrading command and the third upgrading command.

The method of claim 1, wherein if the preset upgrade influence information includes the first upgrade indication information or the status information of the projection device, determining the upgrade policy of the at least one upgrade package according to the preset upgrade influence information includes:
determining a downloading parameter of the at least one upgrade package, wherein the downloading parameter comprises upgrade package capacity and a downloading path;
When the memory capacity of the projection equipment is larger than the upgrade package capacity, downloading the at least one upgrade package according to the downloading path;
generating a third upgrade order file according to the at least one upgrade package;
and starting a recovery mode of the projection equipment according to the third upgrading command file.

A software upgrade apparatus for a projection device, applied to a projection device in a projection upgrade system, the projection upgrade system comprising an upgrade server, the projection device establishing communication with the upgrade server, the apparatus comprising a processing unit for:
when at least one upgrade package from the upgrade server is detected, acquiring preset upgrade influence information, wherein the preset upgrade influence information comprises at least one of the following: the first upgrade instruction information issued by the upgrade server, the state information of the projection equipment and the second upgrade instruction information input by a user;
determining an upgrade strategy of the at least one upgrade package according to the preset upgrade influence information;
executing software upgrading operation according to the upgrading strategy and the at least one upgrading package;
if the preset upgrade influence information includes the first upgrade instruction information, the state information of the projection device, and the second upgrade instruction information, the processing unit is configured to, in terms of determining an upgrade policy of the at least one upgrade package according to the preset upgrade influence information:
Determining priority upgrade instruction information according to the total upgrade package number of the at least one upgrade package, the upgrade package number in the at least one upgrade package corresponding to the first upgrade instruction information, the upgrade package number in the at least one upgrade package corresponding to the state information of the projection equipment, and the upgrade package number in the at least one upgrade package corresponding to the second upgrade instruction information;

7. A projection device comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the programs comprising instructions for performing the steps in the method of any of claims 1-5.
