the determining module 12 is further configured to determine, according to the determination result, a retrieval mode corresponding to the file to be retrieved, where the retrieval mode includes retrieval according to a file box or retrieval according to a file box;
and the output module 14 is used for outputting the retrieval mode so that the user can retrieve the to-be-retrieved file according to the retrieval mode.
The device for retrieving the files receives an inquiry request through a receiving module 11, wherein the inquiry request comprises the file number of the files to be retrieved, and the inquiry request is used for inquiring the state information of the files to be retrieved; the determining module 12 determines whether the file box where the file to be retrieved is located meets a first retrieval condition according to the query request; the judging module 13 judges whether the file box in which the file box is located meets a second retrieval condition when the file box in which the file to be retrieved is located meets the first retrieval condition; the determining module 12 determines a retrieval mode corresponding to the file to be retrieved according to the judgment result, wherein the retrieval mode comprises retrieval according to a file box or retrieval according to a file box; the output module 14 outputs the retrieval mode so that the user can retrieve the to-be-retrieved file according to the retrieval mode. Optionally, the determining module 13 is specifically configured to:
judging whether all the file boxes in the file box meet a first retrieval condition or not;
and if all the file boxes in the file box meet the first retrieval condition, determining that the file box meets the second retrieval condition.
Optionally, the determining module 12 is further configured to determine that the retrieval mode corresponding to the to-be-retrieved file is to be retrieved according to the file box if the file box where the file box is located does not satisfy the second retrieval condition.
Optionally, the determining module 12 is specifically configured to:
if the file box where the file box is located meets the second retrieval condition and the number of the file boxes needing to be retrieved in the file box is larger than a preset threshold value, determining that the retrieval mode corresponding to the file to be retrieved is retrieval according to the file box; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

respectively acquiring a file box where each file to be called in a plurality of files to be called is located;
carrying out duplicate removal processing on the box numbers of the plurality of file boxes to obtain processed file boxes;
and determining whether the processed file box meets a first retrieval condition or not according to the query request.
The apparatus may be configured to execute the method provided by the corresponding method embodiment, and the specific implementation manner and the technical effect are similar and will not be described herein again.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal device shown in fig. 7 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the terminal device may include a transmitter 60, a processor 61, a memory 62, and at least one communication bus 63. The communication bus 63 is used to realize communication connection between the elements. The memory 62 may comprise a high speed RAM memory, and may also include a non-volatile memory NVM, such as at least one disk memory, in which various programs may be stored for performing various processing functions and implementing the method steps of the present embodiment. The invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements the method for retrieving an archive provided in any of the implementations of the method embodiments described above.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
The integrated unit implemented in the form of a software functional unit may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The software functional unit is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions to enable a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a terminal device, or a network device) or a processor (processor) to execute some steps of the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (10)

1. A method for retrieving files, comprising:
receiving an inquiry request, wherein the inquiry request comprises a file number of a file to be called and read, and the inquiry request is used for inquiring the state information of the file to be called and read;
determining whether the file box of the file to be retrieved meets a first retrieval condition or not according to the query request;
if the file box of the file to be retrieved meets the first retrieval condition, judging whether the file box of the file box meets a second retrieval condition;
determining a retrieval mode corresponding to the file to be retrieved according to a judgment result, wherein the retrieval mode comprises retrieval according to a file box or retrieval according to a file box;
and outputting the retrieval mode so that the user can retrieve the files to be retrieved according to the retrieval mode.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said determining whether the archive box where the archive to be recalled is located meets a first recall condition according to the query request comprises:
acquiring the file states of all files in the file box according to the query request;
judging whether the file states of all files in the file box are the warehousing states or not,
and if the file states of all the files in the file box are the warehousing states, determining that the file box meets a first retrieval condition.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether the file box of the file box satisfies a second retrieval condition comprises:
judging whether all the file boxes in the file box meet the first retrieval condition or not;
and if all the file boxes in the file box meet the first retrieval condition, determining that the file box meets a second retrieval condition.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the determining the retrieval mode corresponding to the to-be-retrieved file according to the determination result comprises:
and if the file box where the file box is located does not meet the second retrieval condition, determining that the retrieval mode corresponding to the file to be retrieved is to retrieve according to the file box.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
if the file box where the file box is located meets the second retrieval condition and the number of the file boxes needing to be retrieved in the file box is larger than a preset threshold value, determining that the retrieval mode corresponding to the file to be retrieved is retrieval according to the file box; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
if the file box where the file box is located meets the second retrieval condition, and the number of the file boxes needing to be retrieved in the file box is not greater than the preset threshold value, determining that the retrieval mode corresponding to the files to be retrieved is to be retrieved according to the file box.

the determining whether the file box where the file to be retrieved is located meets a first retrieval condition according to the query request includes:
respectively acquiring a file box where each file to be called in a plurality of files to be called is located;
carrying out duplicate removal processing on the box numbers of the plurality of file boxes to obtain processed file boxes;
and determining whether the processed file box meets a first retrieval condition or not according to the query request.
8. A device for retrieving documents, said device comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a searching module and a searching module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a query request, the query request comprises a file number of a file to be called, and the query request is used for querying the state information of the file to be called;
the determining module is used for determining whether the file box where the file to be retrieved is located meets a first retrieval condition according to the query request;
the judging module is used for judging whether a file box where the files to be retrieved are located meets a second retrieval condition or not if the file box where the files to be retrieved are located meets the first retrieval condition;
the determining module is further configured to determine, according to a determination result, a retrieval mode corresponding to the file to be retrieved, where the retrieval mode includes retrieval according to a file box or retrieval according to a file box;
and the output module is used for outputting the retrieval mode so as to enable a user to retrieve the to-be-retrieved file according to the retrieval mode.
9. A terminal device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory; and
a computer program;
wherein the computer program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the computer program comprising instructions for performing the method of recalling an archive of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium characterized in that it stores a computer program that causes a terminal device to execute the method for referring to an archive as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 7.
