Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tooth restoration, and particularly relates to a digital molar occlusal surface dental caries restoration method.
Background
The decayed tooth is a high-incidence disease of human oral cavity, the decayed tooth is easy to be easily generated at the occlusal surface of the molar teeth due to a large amount of fissure cracks on the surface of the molar teeth, and the decayed tooth is in latent progress below the enamel surface by taking the bottom of the fissure cracks as a starting point, so that the cold and hot discomfort of the teeth of a patient and the occlusal pain are caused. The shape of the occlusal surface of the dental caries is usually relatively intact in the early and middle stages of the onset of the caries, and the surface enamel is cracked under the action of occlusal force to form occlusal surface defects along with the progression of the caries. After the caries problem is found, filling treatment needs to be carried out after a decayed tooth body (a prepared hole) is ground and removed from a tooth, the decayed tooth body after the decayed tooth is prepared with the hole generally has large-area defect, and a doctor uses tooth color composite resin during filling to carry out shape stacking molding by referring to the shapes of the same tooth and the remained tooth body on the opposite side according to subjective experience; meanwhile, some foreign experts begin to use flowing resin or silicon rubber to make a seal in the mouth, copy the relatively complete form of the occlusal surface of teeth by using the seal, remove caries and prepare holes, and then restore the original form by using the seal.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following problems exist in the prior art:
a. the shape of the occlusal surface cannot be accurately repaired when the composite resin is used for direct plastic stacking;
b. when the composite resin is used for direct plastic stacking, occlusal surface occlusion contact of molars cannot be accurately recovered;
c. because the color of the filling material is similar to the color of the teeth, the surrounding normal tooth tissues are easy to be accidentally injured when the shape of the prosthesis or occlusion adjustment is carried out, and complications such as postoperative sensitivity and the like are caused;
d. when the existing stamping method is used for repairing decayed teeth, the seal is inconvenient to shape due to the narrow space in the mouth of a patient, and is very easy to be interfered by saliva of the patient, and meanwhile, the stamping method cannot be accurately put in place, so that a bad restoration body is easy to form;
e. both the direct repair method and the seal method have higher requirements on the proficiency of clinicians.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to solve at least one of the above technical problems to a certain extent.

and carrying out simulated occlusion test on the three-dimensional model containing the initial occlusal surface, judging whether the occlusion test passes or not, if so, taking the current initial occlusal surface as an ideal occlusal surface, and if not, adjusting the initial occlusal surface.
