Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of dishwasher control, and particularly relates to a dishwasher, a control panel thereof and a control method, wherein the control panel of the dishwasher comprises an operation detection module, an operation identification module, an instruction acquisition module and an operation control module, the operation detection module comprises an infrared emitter and an infrared receiver, the operation identification module identifies shielding of a shielding object as one-time shielding operation when at least one infrared receiver receives infrared light, the at least one-time shielding operation forms control operation, the instruction acquisition module determines a control instruction according to the mapping relation between the number and/or sequence of times of infrared light received by each infrared receiver of the preset control operation and the control instruction, and the operation control module operates to control the operation of the dishwasher according to the control instruction. The user can control the dish washer through the hand space shielding operation detection module without directly touching the control panel of the dish washer, thus avoiding being stained with food residues due to the hand of the user.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of dish washer control, and particularly relates to a dish washer, a control panel and a control method thereof.
Background
In the existing dish washer, the control mode on the control panel is realized by keys, such as mechanical keys, touch induction keys and the like. However, for using the dishwasher, before starting, the tableware needs to be put into the dishwasher, at this time, the hand is often stained with food residue, and if the dishwasher is operated by a key, the control panel of the dishwasher is stained with food residue.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the invention provides a control panel of a dishwasher.
The control panel can be arranged on a door panel of the dish washing machine, can also be arranged on a side plate and a top plate of the dish washing machine, can also be arranged on the periphery of a key panel of the dish washing machine, and the like.
The control panel of the dishwasher includes an operation detecting module 100, an operation recognizing module 200, an instruction obtaining module 300, and an operation control module 400.
The operation detection module 100 is provided with at least one, that is, may be provided with one, or may be provided with more than two. The operation detection module 100 includes an infrared emitter 110 and an infrared receiver 120, the infrared emitter 110 is configured to emit infrared light, and the infrared receiver 120 is configured to receive the infrared light emitted by the infrared emitter 110 and reflected back by a shelter when the shelter blocks the operation detection module 100; it should be noted that, the infrared emitters 110 and the infrared receivers 120 are arranged in pairs, when the operation detection modules 100 are provided with more than two, the infrared receivers 120 are only used for receiving the infrared light emitted by the corresponding infrared emitter 110 and reflected back by the shielding object, but not the infrared light emitted by other infrared emitters 110 and reflected back by the shielding object, in a specific implementation, in order to prevent the infrared receivers 120 from receiving the infrared light not emitted by the corresponding infrared emitter 110 and reflected back by the shielding object, a certain distance is kept between any two operation detection modules 100, and meanwhile, to control an operation distance, the operation distance can be implemented by controlling an angle of view of the infrared light of the infrared emitter 110, and also when the operation distance is too far, the infrared light emitted by the infrared emitter 110 cannot be reflected to the infrared receivers 120 by the shielding object.
The operation identification module 200 identifies shielding of the shielding object as a primary shielding operation when the at least one infrared receiver 120 receives the infrared light, wherein the at least one shielding operation constitutes a primary control operation; it should be noted that, when only one operation detection module 100 is provided, then the operation identification module 200 identifies a shielding operation when the infrared receiver 120 receives infrared light, and when more than two operation detection modules 100 are provided, then one of the infrared receivers 120 receives infrared light, or any two or more of the infrared receivers 120 receives infrared light, then the operation identification module 200 identifies a shielding operation.
The instruction obtaining module 300 determines the control instruction according to the mapping relationship between the number and/or sequence of times the infrared receiver 120 receives the infrared light and the control instruction in the preset control operation.
Taking two operation detection modules 100 as an example for explanation, the two operation detection modules 100 are defined as operation detection module No. 1 100 and operation detection module No. 2 100, respectively, and two sets of control operations are defined according to table 1 below.

The operation control module 400 controls the operation of the dishwasher according to the control command.
Therefore, even if the user sticks food residues to the hands, the user can control the dishwasher by shielding the operation detection module 100 through the hand space without directly touching the control panel of the dishwasher, so that the control panel of the dishwasher is not stained with the food residues due to the food residues stuck to the hands of the user.
In addition, based on the structural design of the invention, the structure is very simple, the realization can be realized only by adopting the infrared transmitter 110 and the infrared receiver 120, the logic algorithm is very simple, and the development cost can be greatly reduced.
It should be noted that the operation recognition module 200, the instruction acquisition module 300 and the operation control module 400 may be integrated on a circuit board or integrated on an integrated device.

In one embodiment of the present invention, a control panel is provided, and at least two times of the shielding operation constitute a control operation, that is, in the present embodiment, a case of a control operation constituted by one shielding operation is excluded.
In a specific using process, a human hand or other obstacles inevitably pass through the front side of the operation detection module 100 to cause the operation identification module 200 to identify a shielding operation, and if only one shielding operation is identified, namely one control operation is formed, a misoperation is easily formed, so that based on the design, the human hand or other obstacles can be prevented from passing through the front side of the operation detection module 100 to form one control operation unintentionally, and thus the misoperation is avoided.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a control panel is provided, and the occlusion recognition module recognizes occlusion of the occlusion as an occlusion operation when at least one infrared receiver 120 receives infrared light for more than 80 milliseconds at a time.
In a specific use process, in a general case, if a finger does not consciously stay in front of the operation detection module 100 to perform a shielding operation, that is, only the finger unconsciously sweeps across the operation detection module 100, a time for the finger to pass through the operation detection module 100 is generally less than 80 milliseconds, so that, based on this, it is possible to avoid that the shielding identification module recognizes a shielding operation due to the finger unconsciously sweeping across the operation detection module 100 during the operation process using the finger, thereby avoiding a misoperation due to the finger unconsciously sweeping across the operation detection module 100.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a control panel is provided, in one control operation, the time interval between two adjacent shielding operations is within 250-.

4. The control panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the time interval between two adjacent shielding operations within one of said control operations is within 250-1000 ms.
5. The control panel according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising an operation prompt module, wherein the operation prompt structure issues a prompt message when the occlusion recognition module recognizes an occlusion operation.
6. A dishwasher, characterized by comprising a control panel as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. A control method of a dishwasher, comprising the steps of:
at least one pair of infrared transmitter and infrared receiver arranged in pairs is shielded, and infrared light which is emitted by the infrared transmitter and is reflected after being shielded by a shielding object is received by the infrared receiver;
when at least one infrared receiver receives infrared light, identifying the shielding of the shielding object as one shielding operation, wherein the at least one shielding operation forms one control operation;
determining the control instruction according to the mapping relation between the number and/or sequence of infrared light received by each infrared receiver of preset control operation and the control instruction;
and controlling the operation of the dishwasher according to the control instruction.
8. The control method of claim 7, wherein at least two of said masking operations constitute one control operation.
9. The control method of claim 7, wherein an occlusion of the obstruction is identified as an occlusion operation when at least one of the infrared receivers receives the infrared light more than 80 milliseconds at a time.
10. The control method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the time interval between two adjacent said occlusion operations within one said control command control operation is within 250-1000 ms.
