Detailed Description
In the following description, for purposes of explanation and not limitation, specific details are set forth, such as particular system structures, techniques, etc. in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced in other embodiments that depart from these specific details. In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present invention with unnecessary detail.
In order to describe the technical solution of the present invention, a specific embodiment is described below, in which an execution subject of the technical solution of the present invention is an API server. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows an implementation flow of a method for matching user roles based on a smart television according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is detailed as follows:
in step S101, current behavior information of the user uploaded when the smart television terminal is turned on is received.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the smart television terminal is turned on, the current user role of the smart television terminal is determined according to the current behavior information of the user, for example, after the current user role is determined to be a registered user, the current behavior information of the user is uploaded to an Application Programming Interface (API) server, so that the API server updates the role index of the current user according to the received current behavior information.
The method comprises the steps that the current user role of the intelligent television terminal is confirmed, the role authorization link request information is sent to an API server through an HTTP protocol through an intelligent television terminal user center application program, so that the API server can conveniently determine whether the current user role of the intelligent television terminal is a registered user according to the role authorization link request information, whether the current user role index of the intelligent television terminal needs to be updated is further confirmed, and television programs which are more accurate and accord with the taste of the user role can be provided for the user.
The role authorization link request information includes, but is not limited to, information such as a user name, a gender, an age, a terminal unique identifier, and a region, and is mainly data for describing a user behavior and a user characteristic.
The user of the intelligent television terminal is a home user and comprises at least one user role, and each user role is matched with a corresponding role index. It can be understood that even for the same user role, the role index may change in different time periods due to the preference of the user, and it needs to determine whether to update the role index of the user according to the behavior information of the user, so that the television program meeting the requirement of the user can be recommended to the user better and more accurately according to the provided role index.
In step S102, a role index of the current user is calculated through a role adaptation algorithm according to historical behavior information corresponding to the user to which the current behavior information belongs.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the current behavior information further includes role authorization link request information, where the role authorization link request information is specifically a link request for performing role authorization on a current user of the smart television terminal, and is used to perform data matching analysis on the current user to determine whether an account to which the current user belongs is a registered account.
Optionally, after step S101, an embodiment of the present invention provides a specific implementation step of the method for acquiring historical behavior information corresponding to a current user, as shown in fig. 2, and the detailed step is as follows:
in step S201, it is determined whether the account to which the current user belongs is a registered account according to the role authorization link request information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, step S201 specifically includes:
and the API server determines whether the intelligent television terminal which carries out the role authorization link request currently and/or the account number of the user to which the current user belongs meet the preset role terminal identification conditions or not according to the role authorization link request information so as to determine whether the account number to which the current user belongs is a registered account number or not.
Optionally, the preset role terminal identification condition includes:
the intelligent television terminal has a unique identification machine serial number;
the user account logged in by the intelligent television terminal is an account bound with a mobile phone number of a domestic operator;
the access area of the intelligent television terminal is the area to which the control area list belongs;
the model of the intelligent television terminal must be a model to which a control model list belongs;
and the behavior data of the account registered by the intelligent television terminal user in the previous day is more than the fourth preset times, and the account is recorded on and off.
When the API server determines that the smart television terminal which currently performs the role authorization link request and/or the account number of the user to which the current user belongs do not meet any preset role terminal identification condition, it is determined that the account number to which the current user belongs is not the registered account number.
It can be understood that, only when the account to which the current user belongs is determined to be the registered account, the API server further determines whether the role index of the current user needs to be updated, and the range of whether the role index of the user needs to be updated can be further narrowed down, so as to improve the accuracy and efficiency of updating the role index, and thus, different users in different families can be accurately provided with appropriate television programs.
In step S202, when the current user is determined to be a registered user according to the role authorization link request information, comparing the current behavior information with the data primary key identifier in the memory database to obtain historical behavior information corresponding to the current user.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the data primary key identifier includes, but is not limited to, an operation identifier, an account identifier, a terminal identifier of the smart television terminal, and the like. Here, the memory of the API server stores historical behavior information of different user roles of different families, and after comparing the current behavior information with the data primary key identifier in the memory database, the obtained historical behavior information corresponding to the current user includes historical behavior information corresponding to at least one user role.
Optionally, an embodiment of the present invention provides specific implementation steps of a method for calculating a role index of a current user through a role adaptation algorithm, as shown in fig. 3, which are detailed as follows:
in step S301, it is determined whether the current user meets a preset role adaptation condition according to the historical behavior information.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the preset role adaptation condition includes:
the historical behavior information comprises that the accumulated operation times of the user in a first preset time are greater than a first preset time, and the intelligent television terminal has a startup and shutdown record;
the historical behavior information comprises that the accumulated operation times of the user in the second preset time is greater than the second preset times, the continuous operation times are greater than the third preset times, and the intelligent television terminal is provided with a startup and shutdown record.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first preset time and the second preset time may be the same time period, for example, both are within a week, within a month, etc.; or different time periods, for example, the first preset time is within 7 days, and the second preset time is within 3 weeks. For example, the preset role adaptation condition specifically includes:
the historical behavior information comprises that the accumulated operation times of the user in one week are greater than a first preset time, and the intelligent television terminal has a startup and shutdown record;
the historical behavior information comprises that the accumulated operation times of the user in one week are larger than a second preset time, the continuous operation times are larger than a third preset time, and the intelligent television terminal is recorded with startup and shutdown.
And when the current user does not meet any one of the preset role adaptation conditions, determining that the current user does not meet the preset role adaptation conditions, and not calculating the role index of the current user. In order to meet the diversified requirements of users and facilitate the users to change the role indexes by themselves to obtain better experience, at this time, a related interface for receiving the role index promotion request input by the users can be displayed on a screen of the smart television terminal, so that the role indexes of the current users can be updated according to the input of the users, and the user experience is further promoted.
In an application scenario, when the cumulative operation times of the user a in one week is two times, the command for executing the role adaptation request is not satisfied to calculate a suitable role index for the user a, the role index of the user a is not changed or a new role index is given to the user a, when the cumulative operation times of the user a in one week is more than two times, the command for executing the role adaptation request is satisfied to calculate a suitable role index for the user a, and whether to update the role index of the user a is determined according to the calculated role index.
Optionally, an embodiment of the present invention provides specific implementation steps of the method for updating a user role index, as shown in fig. 4, which are detailed as follows:
in step S401, role index promotion request information of a user is received, where the role index promotion request information includes a request for promoting a role index.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the role index promotion request information specifically includes request information for promoting the current role index by the user, that is, the user inputs a role index promotion request according to the prompt of the smart television terminal, so that the API server updates the role index of the current user according to the role index promotion request information of the user.
It can be understood that when the API server sends the related prompt information of role index change to the smart television terminal, a plurality of role indexes can be provided for suggestion, which is convenient for the user to select rather than the user to input the role indexes by himself, so that the user experience is better.
In step S402, it is determined whether the character index requested to be raised in the character index raising request information is less than or equal to the calculated character index.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the role index requested to be increased in the role index increase request information is compared with the calculated role index to determine which role index is to be updated, so that the user experience is better while a more accurate role index is obtained.
In step S403, when it is determined that the role index requested to be increased in the role index increase request information is less than or equal to the calculated role index, the role index of the current user is updated according to the calculated role index.
It can be understood that when it is determined that the role index requested to be raised in the role index raising request information is greater than the calculated role index, the role index of the current user is better according to the role index requested to be raised in the role index raising request information, so that the role index meeting the user requirement is obtained, and the user experience is better.
In the embodiment of the invention, the role index of the current user is updated by promoting the request information according to the role index of the user, so that the diversified requirements of the user can be met, and the user experience is further promoted.
In step S302, when it is determined that the current user meets the preset role adaptation condition according to the preset role adaptation condition and the historical behavior information, the role index of the current user is calculated according to the preset role adaptation formula according to the current behavior information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the preset role adaptation formula comprises a first preset role adaptation formula and a second preset role adaptation formula; in step S302, the step of calculating the role index of the current user according to the current behavior information and the preset role adaptation formula is specifically to determine whether to calculate the role index of the current user according to the first preset role adaptation formula or the second preset role adaptation formula according to the viewing related information of the current day of the user included in the current behavior information.
Here, the embodiment of the present invention provides specific implementation steps of a method for calculating a role index of a current user according to current behavior information, as shown in fig. 5, which are detailed as follows:
in step S501, it is determined whether the current behavior information includes viewing related information of the current day of the user; the viewing related information comprises effective viewing information and/or effective television white list information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the viewing related information is related information of a television program watched by a user on the same day, and comprises information of accumulated viewing on the same day and a classification index of accumulated viewing on the same day obtained according to the information of accumulated viewing on the same day; and when the user watches the related television programs of the effective white list, the effective television white list information comprises the average film watching classification index of the current user.
The API server collects and summarizes the behavior information of all registered users of the intelligent television terminal periodically, acquires the behavior information of all users on the same day and matches with the corresponding role information of the family user, and caches the related behavior information of the role of the family user in a memory database according to the natural day to form historical behavior information of the role of the family user, so that the corresponding user role index can be acquired for comparison when the role index is updated subsequently.
It is understood that the behavior information of the user includes, but is not limited to, the following behavior information:
clicking behavior information of the intelligent television terminal user in preset time;
playing behavior information of the intelligent television terminal user within a preset time;
displaying the behavior information of the intelligent television terminal user within a preset time;
viewing TOP content information of a smart television terminal user within preset time;
and the intelligent television terminal user carries out online transaction information in preset time, wherein the online transaction information comprises total transaction amount information and total transaction number information.
In step S502, when the current behavior information includes effective viewing information, a role index of the current user is calculated according to a first preset role adaptation formula.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the effective film viewing information includes a current day accumulated film viewing classification index, and the first preset role adaptation formula specifically includes:
the role index is the cumulative movie watching classification index on the same day multiplied by a first preset proportion.
In step S503, when the current behavior information includes effective television white list information, the role index of the current user is calculated according to a second preset role adaptation formula.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the valid television white list information includes an average cumulative viewing classification index of a current user, and the second preset role adaptation formula specifically includes:
and the role index is the average view classification index of the current user multiplied by a second preset proportion.
Here, if the current behavior information includes both the effective viewing information and the effective tv white list information, the priority of the effective viewing information is higher than that of the effective tv white list information, that is, the role index of the current user is calculated according to the first preset role adaptation formula.
It is understood that, when it is determined that the current behavior information does not include the viewing related information of the current day of the user, which indicates that the user does not currently perform any operation for viewing the television program, no operation is required to be performed on the role index of the user, that is, after step S501, step S504 is further included:
and when the current behavior information is determined not to contain the viewing related information of the current day of the user, no operation is executed.
In step S103, when the role index of the current user changes, the role index of the current user is updated according to the calculated role index.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the role index of the current user changes, which indicates that the user using the intelligent television terminal changes, the viewing habit or hobby of the user also changes correspondingly, and at the moment, the role index of the current user is updated according to the calculated role index, so that the television program suitable for the user can be more accurately recommended to the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, the current behavior information of the user uploaded by the intelligent television terminal when the intelligent television terminal is started is received, the role index of the current user is calculated through a role adaptation algorithm according to the historical behavior information corresponding to the user according to the current behavior information, and the role index of the current user is updated according to the calculated role index when the role index of the current user changes, so that the role of different users in different families is matched with the corresponding role index, different user roles are determined according to the role index, and suitable television programs are recommended for different user roles in different families more accurately.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
