The implementation processes of the functions and actions of the modules in the device are specifically described in the implementation processes of the corresponding steps in the conference room reservation processing method, and are not described herein again.
In one embodiment, the conference room status data further comprises: meeting room equipment and operation prompts, the data receiving module 430 includes: the device comprises a device image display unit and a device prompt display unit.
The equipment image display unit is used for displaying the conference room equipment corresponding to the conference room identifier in an icon form on an embedded interface of the collaborative office page;
and the equipment prompt display unit is used for displaying the operation prompt of the meeting room equipment corresponding to the icon when the cursor is monitored to move to the icon.
In one embodiment, the reservation initiation module 450 includes: an input box display unit and a request generation unit.
The input box display unit is used for displaying the preset information input box according to the selection instruction of the appointed meeting room; and the request generating unit is used for generating the conference room reservation request according to the reservation information input in the reservation information input box, wherein the conference room reservation request carries the input reservation information.
In one embodiment, the apparatus provided herein further comprises: the device comprises a record acquisition module and a record modification module.
And the record acquisition module is used for responding to a trigger instruction of the scheduled record acquisition control in the collaborative office page and acquiring the scheduled record of the conference room from the server.
The record modification module is used for sending a modification request to the server according to modification operation triggered by the scheduled record of the conference room; and the sending of the modification request is used for triggering the server to update the conference room state data.
In one embodiment, the apparatus provided herein further comprises: a meeting room inquiry module and a meeting room management module.
The conference room query module is used for responding to a trigger instruction of querying a control in the collaborative office page and acquiring a conference room information list from the server;
and the conference room management module is used for sending a corresponding operation instruction to the server according to the addition, deletion or modification operation triggered by the conference room information list, and the sending of the operation instruction is used for triggering the server to update the conference room information list.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of a conference room reservation processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. The apparatus may be applied to a server, and as shown in fig. 5, the conference room reservation processing apparatus may include: a call request receiving module 510, a data transmitting module 530, a reservation request receiving module 550, and a data updating module 570.
A call request receiving module 510, configured to receive a call request sent by a user terminal.
A data sending module 530, configured to respond to the call request, and return conference room status data to the user terminal, where sending of the conference room status data is used to trigger the user terminal to display the conference room status data.
A reservation request receiving module 550, configured to receive a conference room reservation request sent by the user terminal, where the conference room reservation request is sent by the user terminal to the server according to a selection instruction of a designated conference room from the user.
And the data updating module 570 is configured to return a predetermined result to the user terminal according to the meeting room identifier of the specified meeting room carried in the meeting room reservation request, and update the meeting room state data.
In one embodiment, the meeting room reservation request further comprises: remark information, predetermined time and reservation personnel, the device that this application provided still includes: and the reservation notification sending module is used for sending the reservation notification of the specified conference room to a conference management end, wherein the reservation notification comprises the conference room identifier of the specified conference room, the scheduled time, the remark information and the reservation personnel.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, the disclosed apparatus and method can be implemented in other ways. The apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, and for example, the flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of apparatus, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. In some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated together to form an independent part, or each module may exist separately, or two or more modules may be integrated to form an independent part.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional modules and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application or portions thereof that substantially contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (10)

1. A meeting room reservation processing method applied to a user terminal, the method comprising:
responding to a trigger instruction of a meeting room preset function control in the collaborative office page, and initiating a calling request to a server;
receiving conference room state data returned by the server end in response to the calling request, and displaying the conference room state data on the cooperative office page;
sending a meeting room reservation request to the server according to the selection instruction of the designated meeting room;
and receiving a preset result returned by the server end responding to the meeting room preset request, and displaying the preset result on the cooperative office page.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the conference room status data comprises: conference room equipment and operation prompts, wherein the display of the conference room state data on the cooperative office page comprises the following steps:
displaying the conference room equipment on an embedded interface of the collaborative office page in an icon form;
and when the cursor is monitored to move to the icon, displaying an operation prompt of the meeting room equipment corresponding to the icon.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending a meeting room reservation request to the server according to the selection instruction of the designated meeting room comprises:
displaying a preset information input box according to a selection instruction of a designated conference room;
and generating the conference room reservation request according to the reservation information input in the reservation information input box, wherein the conference room reservation request carries the input reservation information.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to a trigger instruction of a scheduled record acquisition control in the collaborative office page, and acquiring a scheduled record of a conference room from the server;
sending a modification request to the server according to modification operation triggered by the meeting room scheduled record; and the sending of the modification request is used for triggering the server to update the conference room state data.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to a trigger instruction of the query control in the collaborative office page, and acquiring a meeting room information list from the server;
and sending a corresponding operation instruction to the server according to the addition, deletion or modification operation triggered on the meeting room information list, wherein the sending of the operation instruction is used for triggering the server to update the meeting room information list.
6. A meeting room reservation processing method, which is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
receiving a calling request sent by a user terminal;
responding to the calling request, and returning meeting room state data to the user terminal, wherein the sending of the meeting room state data is used for triggering the user terminal to display the meeting room state data;
receiving a conference room reservation request sent by the user terminal, wherein the conference room reservation request is sent to the server by the user terminal according to a selection instruction of a user for a designated conference room;
and returning a preset result to the user terminal according to the meeting room identifier of the appointed meeting room carried by the meeting room preset request, and updating the meeting room state data.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the meeting room reservation request further comprises: remark information, scheduled time and scheduled personnel; after returning a predetermined result to the user terminal and updating the conference room state data according to the conference room identifier carried by the conference room reservation request, the method further comprises:
and sending a scheduled notification of the specified conference room to a conference management terminal, wherein the scheduled notification comprises the conference room identifier of the specified conference room, scheduled time, remark information and scheduled personnel.
8. A conference room reservation processing apparatus applied to a user terminal, the apparatus comprising:
the calling initiating module is used for responding to a triggering instruction of a conference room scheduled function control in the collaborative office page and initiating a calling request to the server;
the data receiving module is used for receiving the conference room state data returned by the server end in response to the calling request and displaying the conference room state data on the cooperative office page;
the reservation initiating module is used for sending a conference room reservation request to the server according to the selection instruction of the appointed conference room;
and the result receiving module is used for receiving a preset result returned by the server end in response to the meeting room preset request and displaying the preset result on the cooperative office page.
9. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to perform the meeting room reservation processing method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium stores a computer program executable by a processor to perform the meeting room reservation processing method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
